Negative experience: Take your business elsewhere. They charged $500 to do X-rays on my cat, then sent us to the hospital where they couldn't even read the X-ray because the images were so blurry. Said they would trim her nails "complementary"..they did not. So $500 for quite literally NOTHING!

Negative experience: The care given is great. My dog has anxiety around vets and they were able to work with him with so much kindness. They are very transparent about the fees associated with the care given. They are great. (Edit) My sweet boy was seen here and the cause of his disease was not found. I reached out about results of a diagnostic test and never received a call back about regarding that. It should be noted that the receptionists and vet techs are wonderful. Sweet and kind. I went somewhere else for a second opinion where they were able to give me more insight about my boy. I'm heartbroken and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this office. Been coming here since I moved to Gainesville and won’t turn back. Incredible staff and my dogs have absolutely loved it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Navarro was kind, gentle, and informative from the moment I met her. I came in with my kitty who has some unusual medical history. We were looking at the possibility of mammary cancer. I came here for a second opinion after a disastrous visit elsewhere. Dr. Navarro didn't sugar coat anything or give me false hope, but was pragmatic and cautious. She helped me see to the end a stressful situation that ultimately ended up on a positive note. My kitty is perfectly healthy. Dr. Navarro went above and beyond. She will be our vet for life.

Fantastic experience: Love SAH. Have brought my cats here while attending UF and they take great care of them. They provide excellent care during checkups and great in-patient services. Both of my cats received dental procedures here, requiring multiple extractions, and their post-ops went fabulously. One cat needed to stay in SAH's kennel for a week after surgery (required travel) and the pricing was extremely reasonable, especially considering the care provided with meds, wound checking, etc.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in and out without any delays. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. The tech made me feel like she liked and cared about my pet. That makes me feel good about bringing her to Suburban Animal Hospital.

Fantastic experience: They were very willing to help with our special needs. The cats were treated very well. Very happy with them.

Negative experience: I heard they used to be great, but they are under new management and I wouldn’t recommend Suburban Animal Hospital. They have a constant rotating door of vets who don’t seem to really care about getting to know our animals. For example, I asked about my puppy’s hips and if there was any cause for concern and the vet we saw that day told us a generic recommendation for lower impact activities but didn’t even examine my dogs hips to reassure us. We also believe they have recommended costly and unnecessary procedures in the past that second opinions have advised against. The one exception moved to Newberry Animal Hospital so we go there now. Our neighbors have had similar experiences and also no longer use Suburban.

Fantastic experience: Really kind and attentive staff, and the doctor really took her time with our cats. She listened super closely and helped us with many questions and concerns, which was extremely appreciated as we are first time cat owners. she also gave us a lot of information on preventative health measures and information that was just useful to know. The staff is also really transparent about pricing and estimates, at least to the best of their ability, which is very appreciated since that’s sometimes rare other places. Super affordable and also high quality care.

Fantastic experience: Our family has used Suburban for over 30 years. We have never questioned that choice. Top notch service from a team of professionals. We always know we have done the best we could for our pets.

Fantastic experience: Suburban animal Hospital has cared for my various dogs for 15 to 20 years. Obviously they are the best I would not be taking my animals there. Just got a new puppy and it was really pleased to have such a good thorough work up. They also do a discount for seniors which is helpful. Overtime. My dogs have seen every one of their events and each one is a true professional, very caring, clearly love their work. It’s the only choice in Gainesville Florida.

Fantastic experience: From the support staff to Dr. Nipper, this place is wonderful! They provide professional service and truly care about your pet. My sweet puppy can be finicky with his nails being trimmed but during this process, he didn’t even make a peep! It was a positive learning experience for him. I was impressed with the quality of services and will absolutely return! Overall, this was an exceptional vet visit.

Fantastic experience: The team at Suburban Animal Hospital made us feel welcome when my boyfriend and I brought in our newly adopted cat. We trust them with our Roux’s care and wellbeing, and will continue to the whole time we’re in Gainesville!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Suburban Animal Hospital! The team there has shepherded my dog, Luna, through every medical issue and preventative care service she has needed since I got her 10 years ago. They provided the same wonderful service for my family's previous dog, Samantha, during her 11 years. The adjectives I use to describe Dr. Heather Jones are competent, compassionate, and communicative - everything I could hope for in a veterinarian. (I should add that she is very thorough.) Additionally, the vet techs at Suburban are the best. Luna loves every single one of them, even though they are tasked with injecting her two monthly medicines for arthritis. There is one vet tech (Braden) that I think Luna adores more than she loves me! I can't end this without mentioning the excellent people who work at the front desk. They are unfailingly helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Suburban Animal Hospital!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my cat to Suburban for 4 years and the service is always wonderful. Staff are incredibly kind. The vets are also super nice and knowledgeable and take the time to address my concerns and really take care of my cat. Dr. Nipper is wonderful, and my cat loves her too, though I’ve seen other vets there who are also great! The exam fee is on the pricier side but it’s worth every penny. They’re also relatively quick to get in with which makes it easier to schedule, and always get us in on time or even early sometimes. They are by far the best experience I’ve had with a vet

Fantastic experience: Suburban Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your fur baby. I recently took my 4 dogs in, all of different ages and breeds, and the vets were wonderful with them. Dr. Ziegler made my dogs feel comfortable and at ease, and even got on the floor with them!! Both he and Dr. Meir made suggestions regarding blood work, but there is no hard sell for any products or vaccines. I really like taking my fur children here and as soon as you enter the door, the staff at the desk are warm and inviting and the techs are super friendly. You cannot ask for a better center for a neighborhood vet.

Fantastic experience: Suburban animal hospital is the most competent veterinary clinic I have ever seen or used. The staff cares for you and your pet. They are excellent and will always be there for the care of you and your pet. Dr. Myer is top in her knowledge and the ability to help diagnosis and find ways' to help with your pets problems. I depend on her for helping me with any concerns with my fur baby. As far as I'm concerned, you cant find better care for your best friend.

Fantastic experience: Ellie Mae saw Dr Meier when I took her to the Vet. The doctor was really great with her and gentle. She diagnosed her and gave her antibiotics. It was a great experience for both of us.

Fantastic experience: New to the area and after reading other reviews for Suburban Animal Hospital, we decided to schedule an appointment for our senior pup. So glad we chose to come here! Dr. Nipper was fantastic and took all the time we needed to dicuss Lucy's issues and come up with a plan. Lucy was very relaxed and comfortable during the visit, which was wonderful. Lindsay, Dr. Nipper's assistant, was also wonderful and very pleasant. It is the finest Vet office we have ever been to and would recommend their services to anyone with pets. Would give 10 stars if we could!

Fantastic experience: I have taken my fur babies to SAH for several years now, and I totally trust their care and advice. All of the doctors and staff are professional, caring, and I trust their advice 100%. I've run the gamut from euthanizing my 20 year old cat recently (which they cared for prior to), to taking my new fur baby to them for her care. I've been to other animal hospitals in town, but I always come back here because I trust and respect their judgment (and care!). All the doctors are great, but I especially like Dr. Nipper (thank you for everything!).

It is not just a clinic but a hospital, so if your pet requires a hospital procedure, Suburban has the staff and equipment to follow through with the necessary care. Fantastic experience: Took my Briard, Jäger, to Suburban Animal Hospital and we had an amazing experience! Jäger is a nervous dog, but Dr. Kaela Navarro and the team were so patient and gentle with him. Dr. Navarro took the time to explain everything, which made us feel really comfortable. Emma, the vet tech, was fantastic at calming Jäger down, and the whole staff was incredibly friendly. The office is clean and welcoming, and checkout with Daniel was quick and easy. I highly recommend Suburban Animal Hospital if you are looking for a caring, professional team!

Fantastic experience: I have had wonderful experiences with 3 different Vets at this practice and assume all are great. the front staff is kind efficient and helpful. They have helped me care for 5 of my pets and say goodbye to 3 of them and I am grateful for all their expertise and kindness.

Negative experience: While the technicians and receptionist are very nice! I couldn't help but feel like they cared more about my money instead of my puppy. My puppy got his first shots here and a few hours later, was screaming everytime I picked him up. When I called to ask how many shots was placed the man at the front was shocked to see just how many shots they put in a tiny puppy! After that, I waited to come back for a second round. Once I did, I told them that the last round was too many and to not give him as much. The proceeded to give him anti pain meds and charge me for it! I'm sorry, but i simply didn't ask for all that. It gets worse, once I paid i was told that because I skipped a week I had to RESTART all my shots over again. I'm a college student and cannot afford another $500 in more shots. Shots don't just vanish out of your body. This place is a hard PASS.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience. I felt taken care of, acknowledged, and comfortable. I was taking in a new kitten for worm treatment/first check up and everyone was so so kind and it was a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was really friendly and knew how to deal with my fiesty cat. The DR was very knowledgeable and provided good advice. First wellness visit is free, so I left only having to pay $32 to get my cat de-worming medicine. (Note: any other exams after are $87)

Fantastic experience: I reside in Tallahassee, and I willingly make the drive to this animal hospital. The peace of mind I experience here is unmatched. Dr. Z is exceptionally professional and honest, providing outstanding care for my two cats. Their transparent communication and commitment to keeping me informed make me feel confident and reassured in the care my pets receive. The vet tech Samantha really needs a raise too.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of different vets over the years, Suburban has been the best by far! All my animals that have gone so far leave happy and stress free (mostly i have a boarder collie mix that dislikes almost anything). That being said i would highly recommend suburban to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client since 2011 and except for one person, who moved on, have been very happy with all of the staff who have provided care for 2 previous and 3 current dogs. I recommend Suburban Animal Hospital. Since I posted the above, I lost my oldest dog due to old age. With a recommended monthly injection I had 7 extra months with him. I am still very happy with SAH and still recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ziegler and the entire Suburban Animal Hospital team are the greatest! You can tell they really care about the animals they have as patients and are not trying to just capitalize off of visits. In fact, they have always gone out of their way to make sure the visits are as budget friendly as possible. The care for pets they exhibit is unmatched in Gainesville. I highly suggest this office if you are looking for an understanding, personal, and pet-first experience.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience. The receptionist’s were really kind and patient with me. Julie helped me the entire time answering all my questions and making sure dog was comfortable. Can’t ask for better service.

Fantastic experience: I have two cats I take here for checkups and they’ve always been very polite, good with my cats, and easy to handle billing with. Prices are also reasonable which is always great. The one time we had an emergency they went out of their way to work with us and schedule something quick.

Fantastic experience: This busy vet’s office took our injured cat in in spite of a full scheduled day. They took efficient compassionate care of our little guy right away. They didn’t overcharged us and sent us with a care plan we understood and could afford. Thank you Dr, Bush and staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. H. Jones took care of my cat who was suffering from an impaction for over 24 hours despite being seen by another vet. Dr. Jones was very helpful & I am so grateful to her & the crew @ SAH. They are always so friendly & approachable.

Fantastic experience: Suburban Animal Hospital has been wonderful for my shy and nervous dog, Poppy. I find the staff to be very friendly and it’s clear they care about their patients. The pricing seems reasonable: I know it varies per dog, but it was less than $100 for a sedated nail trim for my dog. They send email reminders for appointments, vaccines and prevention medications which is really helpful. If you are new to the Gainesville area or looking for a new vet, I would recommend! I can’t speak to their boarding services though, I have never used them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nipper is very personable and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions very easily and she helped me greatly.The tech Aurora was the one I worked with mostly was also very efficient and took all the vitals and the stool samples. We got all the vaccines up to date. I will probably stay with Suburban for the life of my pets. The hardest part is paying the bill!

Fantastic experience: Very clean and informative. The lovely people in the back played with my kitten while I waited for the doctor and kept him occupied! My other cat is a little spicy around strangers but it didn’t phase them at all.

Fantastic experience: Suburban Animal Hospital has provided our family's dogs superb care for over 20 years. In a couple of instances when our pet needed emergency treatment and surgery to address a complex problem, we were immediately referred to the UF Veterinary School ER. At the end of our pet's life, we experienced a compassionate and quiet experience. The real critics should be our pets, who were never afraid to come to Suburban.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful knowledgeable doctors and staff. They go above and beyond to inform you about your pets condition. They are a full service clinic and hospital and I put my full trust in them. They also have several doctors, so your pet can be seen on short notice. I am comforted knowing my dog will receive the best loving care.

Fantastic experience: I don't think I'm even able to articulate the gratitude I have for Suburban Animal Hospital. The staff is caring and kind in the way that is new for me in a vet office. Dr Jones herself has saved the lives of my cat multiple times. She's taken multiple chances on my cat Cliff regardless of the odds. My cats are happy, healthy, and ALIVE because of them. Eternally grateful.

Fantastic experience: Last weekend I had a tech appointment and it was raining really hard. I asked if they could hold my dog while I run to get her a towel from my car to protect us from the rain and they were so kind to lend us a towel to use! This place will take care of your babies and you! The prices are amazing and everyone is so sweet!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience at Surburban Animal Clinic. Dr. Webster is wonderful. Knowledgeable ,kind ,caring and gentle with our pet. She made every effort to keep us informed of the diagnosis , what and why to treat our dog so that she may recover. This has been our best experience with a Vet in the Gainesville area. July 2024 New vet…. Dr. Bruster has moved on But, very happy with the new gentleman vet, He handled our babies very gently and made every effort to inform us on what is going on with Zoey. Negative experience: I initially called for boarding and was denied until having an exam with their doctor since my dog Scruffy was not a regular patient of their clinic and they wanted to make sure he was in good health and temperament. That was understandable. Just remember the purpose of the exam was to be approved for boarding for 3 days (June 28-30th). Scruffy was scheduled for an appointment on June 25th @ 7AM with Dr. Ziegler. We were greeted well and within 10 minutes seen to an exam room. So far so good. After entering the exam room we were greeted with a technician named Madison who was upbeat but what I would like to describe as "out to lunch". She reviewed my dogs records scanned into the computer and started scanning him for a microchip. After I saw what she was doing I told her Scruffy was not microchipped. She didn't believe me and when her device told her no chip she went to the computer and realized it was his dad who was microchipped (I included his pedigree/ family records in the file). Later Dr. Ziegler came in and he answered all my questions. He was very thorough and had excellent bedside manner. He also stressed he had 3 dogs of his own and he handled Scruffy quite well while vaccinating him and checking his hip extension to make sure he had full range of motion. He also revised his vitals with me. A stool sample was also taken for heartworm/ parasites for testing later. I was satisfied with the exam, however, I was not satisfied that I had to call for the results. I received no call with the results or email and had to call Monday July 1st for more information. After the exam, I asked Madison for a quote on his Simparica Trio and she did get me a quote however, she mentioned several times she could get me a free sample to hold Scruffy over until I was able to put in the order (also he had just had his last does mid June). She went in the back and checked and said the last sample they had for his size/weigh expired and didn't have anymore. I wondered: Couldn't you have opened another monthly box and made good on what you said? I work in healthcare too and we are often given fee samples of medicines. I could have waited a week if they were able to ask a representative to come in and bring another sample too. By not delivering on what she stated she could do I felt like she did not deliver on expectations. Next, there is a fairly large sized sign on the door that states to the effect: hospital/clinic tours welcome. Which to me is encouraging and I stated over the phone this would be a new experience for Scruffy and I wanted to see the boarding facility. At the end of the exam and the disappointment of no sample of Simparica Trio we asked to see the boarding facility and again Madison went in the back to ask if we could go back and again we were denied. She said maybe later we could and that they would call us.We were expecting to see the boarding facility that morning and were told by both the lady on the phone who set up the appointment, Madison and the sign that we could see it. What a let down! Again, we only came for this exam to be approved to BOARD. Later we received an email saying the facility was closed at 9:15 AM, then another text message from Emma @ 3 PM saying it was okay to view the facility but they need 30 minutes notice. What type of communication is this? I was confused and feeling like they have something to hide by delaying the visit. I cancelled my boarding reservation the next day. I give the exam a 4 (primarily because of Dr. Ziegler) and the boarding a 0 for an overall score of 2. I was really hoping to find a one-stop shop for medical, routine and boarding services. However $350 later, I just received routine services and still have to find boarding. I just don't trust them after they set expectations several times that they couldn't keep and were dodgy with boarding. I also had to waste my time to find another boarding facility at the last minute and thankfully a place near where I would be vacationing, had availability. A big headache overall and I would not recommend SAH. See photos.

Fantastic experience: My fur babies are ALWAYS in great hands at this vet no matter who we see. From the front staff to the doctors. Dr. Nipper explains things to me in ways i can understand and really helps with healing my babies. I have moved to Alachua and still travel to see them. ❤️

Positive experience: Dr. Nipper is fantastic. She is very thorough and prompt to get back to us after texting her questions and leaves detailed voicemails about our dog's condition. The clinic would get 5 stars, but there is typically a long wait with your dog in a treatment room waiting for the doc.

Fantastic experience: Every Vet is excellent. I know, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen them all. Gentle with the pets snd the pet owner. I’ve been taking my pets there for 25 years. Receptionist are great friendly as are the technicians. Last visit the technician helped me find last minute care for my dogs. So kind. I love this place.

Fantastic experience: I brought my first cat his initial checkup. The staff were all super nice and welcoming. Once we got inside, even my recently stray cat Freddie felt at home. Fantastic experience: My dog is very afraid of vets. She is a rescue, we don't know her history and reasons for that. But the last visit with Dr. Ziegler at Suburban Animal hospital was a life change. He spent sitting on the floor, at my dog's level quite a long time just to make her comfortable. He has a very detailed oriented and caring approach, without rushing through the appointment, makes your pup as comfortable as it is possible. Also, Dr. Ziegler's explanation of the treatment shows his up-to-date knowledge and a complex approach to my dog's health. I am glad that I changed to this clinic, as the rest of the staff is very nice and attentive, and I will never leave this Dr. Thanks to you all.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zeigler was very caring & gentle with our cat who is very difficult to examine. We knew he was in capable hands. Suburban staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a new patient appointment in less than 24 hours which we were super grateful for! The whole experience was very pleasant! I definitely recommend Suburban Animal Hospital!

Fantastic experience: Every time we go to Suburban Animal Hospital, it's a great experience. The vets and techs are so warm and caring towards my dogs. In between visits, the vets are great about telling me whether an issue can be handled at home or if they need to be brought in. I ❤️ SAH!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to bring my reactive (but so sweet) dog, Broccoli, but the vet and vet techs at Suburban made me and him feel so safe, comfortable, and welcome. I felt like i could be 100% transparent without any judgment and they were so amazing in finding ways to help Broccoli with anxiety. I highly recommend these guys! Very affordable too.

Fantastic experience: Update: I am moving away & will really miss everyone at Suburban. Banjo has received the best care under their treatment. Trust me, this could be her favorite place based on the love she gives everyone there. They are the best vets I’ve had in 25 years. I’ve had many vets over the years, but my experience yesterday was superior to all of them. Everyone spent a lot of time with us by answering questions and providing a thorough exam.

Fantastic experience: Great staff! Dr. Nipper was able to make a diagnosis and provide me with so much good information to help Cody, my 1 year old Shih-Tzu. Her assistant (I wish I could remember her name) also knew her stuff, and she was able to provide loads of great advice for getting him ready for his first summer in Florida. Dr. N is definitely my first choice to be his primary vet!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Suburban since November of last year. Both of my cats are in such good hands there! Staff is friendly and helpful and the office is so unique looking. Very inviting!

Fantastic experience: Emma was so so so beyond helpful! My cats got ticks and fleas and so I was very worried as a new time pet owner. She told me what I was doing was right and if it stays the same for relatively two months I should go visit the vet. As a student this honesty is really helpful as I already am doing so much to try and aid the situation, with a rather limited budget. She was super friendly, insightful, and willing to help. Definitely going to suburban animal hospital for my cats veterinarian needs.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been very happy with the care at Suburban Animal Hospital for our 2 young dogs. We are pretty much always able to get in to see one of the Vets the same day for any major issues we’ve had (and there have been several acute illnesses with our crazy dogs). Everyone is super friendly too

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to so many vet offices and this one is by far the best. They are incredibly communicative, fast responding, and don’t unnecessarily charge you (which I greatly appreciate as a college student). Every staff member is SO friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my cats and dogs to Suburban for decades, and have always felt the love and compassion showed by all the staff to me and my beloved pets. Dr. Nipper was so thorough and kind in her exam. I will have to plan for finances for Luna's upcoming treatment, but it will be worth it to know she is cared for without any reservation.

Positive experience: I had not used this vet for several years it is still a good place but seems to me to be a little less than it once was, in my humble opinion. I guess they are now associated or are in partnership with another long serving local vet. Frankly they seem to me to have a staffing shortage. Just my impression based on a single visit. All staff were polite, helpful, friendly, etc. unfortunately they could not provide the service they recommended because scheduled staff were unavailable on the day i was there. Again, all staff were good, not a question if quality.

Fantastic experience: Top tier animal care!! Autumn provided genuine concern when I called in regarding an emergency for my baby. Dr. Meier and her tech + team were wonderful! We left with a care plan and peace of mind. I highly recommend this office for your fur baby.

Fantastic experience: Vet Tech Tyler and Dr. Meier were fantastic- listened well, responsive, knowledgeable, gave me info, let me know what was going on. The notes/follow up from the appointment were fantastic- very detailed and thorough. I’ve been taking my dog here for 10 years and never been led astray! (Pun intended)

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I have been going here for regular check ups for my 2 dogs and recently had a more 'emergency' situation. They were very accommodating working my dog into their schedule and were able to pinpoint the problem quickly. They did not run unnecessary tests and I was not charged for things my dog didn't need. I was very appreciative of the care and attention they gave my dog. Both of my boys are happy and healthy and I'm glad I have a place to bring them that I can count on and trust!

Fantastic experience: They were great! Everyone was incredibly nice and ever friendlier with my cat. Dr. Jones and her Vet tech were both very patient and answered all my questions. They even took the time to give me some advice on being a new cat owner. I’m grateful to have found a veterinarian that cares for my animal!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for scheduling my dog to be seen at the last minute on our way back home from Gainesville! Suburban Animal Hospital has always been good to us from the moment we moved there in 2011–and even since we’ve left the area. We have always counted on your vets to take care of our pups, whether we are near, far, or traveling through G’ville! A special thanks to Dr. MacDonald; she was amazing with our pups years ago. They have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and we now have two more added to our pack! I appreciate Dr. Nipper’s caring nature and efficient treatment of our pup during my most recent visit yesterday. Thanks a million!!!

Positive experience: Had a very good visit with the doctor, who provided excellent care, explained everything and provided a detailed quote which I approved. The only inappropriate thing was that at checkout, there was a box of probiotics in the bag with the other meds, and the bill included that cost. The vet never discussed probiotics, they were not on the quote, and the vet tech never asked about it. I figured that it must not have been important or it would have come up, so declined it. Glad I caught it then, because otherwise I would have had to come back to return them and get a refund. Overall the care was 5-star, but customer service was 2-star, so I compromised on a 3.

Negative experience: Our cat started to have litter box problems so I called in for an appointment, we’re taken in same day, however all in vain. Spent two hours at the hospital, were only offered a blood test for a cat which came back fine; then the doctor said he wasn’t sure of the cause of the problem and offered to run another ( more expensive ) blood test, which we chose not to, because he didn’t sound like it’ll help at all. We left, having spent $300+ for nothing. The litter box issue remains, and all other vets I’ve been talking to say we need to have his urine sample tested first and foremost, and this clinic never offered that! Now another vet visit is in due for us, my poor kitty still suffering, so very disappointed with the service we received.

Fantastic experience: I was so thankful to find Suburban Animal Hospital. I was new to town and had been up all night with my sick dog. The office staff were so kind and able to get me in right away. The Vet tech and Veterinarian were so sweet to me and my dog. They were very thorough in examining her and reassuring me that she was going to be okay. They gave me wonderful instructions to take care of her and were happy to repeat them making sure I understood. I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I have consistently had an amazing experience for the 15 years I have been taking my pets to Suburban. They are efficient, thorough, and mindful of cost. They are experts but also treat me as a valued partner in my pet’s care!

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with this hospital, especially after having a terrible experience at shores animal hospital in Gainesville. Being a vet tech myself I understand how this industry works and I have finally found a clinic and vet that was truly outstanding. Dr. Brewster was very thorough with both my dogs and listened to my concerns. She came up with a great plan that we agreed on. I REALLY appreciate the fact the exams of my dogs happened in front of my eyes. Thank you again!
