Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to P.E.T.S., and everyone was so kind to Peaches and us. There was barely a wait, and the cost was phenomenal! We were in and out in 45 minutes. Peaches got the works - vaccines, microchip, dewormer, heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention, and nail trim. I highly recommend them.

You can tell the staff genuinely cares and more importantly, I love the fact that they make you watch the video before discharge. Fantastic experience: I had 3 of my farm cats neutered and microchipped at P.E.T.S. Clinic. Even though they were extremely busy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable making me feel at ease. They went over everything with me thoroughly and answered any questions I had. They even mentioned at pick up how much they liked my sweet boys and complimented them on how good they were especially for being outdoor only cats.

Fantastic experience: I've had my dogs and my cat all fixed here. They are kind and affordable. There is a wait-list so get signed up while they are young. My big dog the wait was almost 13 months but my cat got in around a month later and my little dog goes tomorrow and I only waited about a week and they had a cancelation and fit him in. Average I've spent a little over 100 each time with them offering rabies, dewormer, flea and tick meds and nail trims.

Fantastic experience: I have come to P.E.T.S. twice, once to get my cat neutered and second time to get our new addition to family Kiara/German shepherd shots. They are very reassuring and helpful with pets. Also their prices are reasonable/doable. I am glad we have them to go to. Thank you P.E.T.S.

Fantastic experience: Took my Yorkie to get her yearly shots and a wellness exam. The staff is extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. It is so affordable. There is a bit of a wait but it's worth it. I'm going to bring my other as well

Negative experience: They get one stars for being nice but I can't give them anything higher because I've never been there and it's their fault. I signed up on their website in June and they didn't contact me again until December. I had to reschedule due to a sudden family death and I'm once again waiting just to get an appointment. I'm trying to be nice but it doesn't make sense for me to wait just to get a date. If I gotten an appointment and it was 5 months away that's fine. But it's not hard to look at a calendar and find an empty spot for a simple spay and vaccination for my cat. I was willing to wait and be patient because of all the good reviews but I can't justify it anymore. I live paycheck to paycheck and work full time. My only days off being the weekends when the clinic is closed. And it's hard to go to the other clinics because of the cost. But I'm just gonna suck it up and go because despite being i business for 18 years they should have a much better scheduling system. I DO NOT wish the employees any harm or hope the business closes down and I'm happy they have satisfied customers. I'm just leaving my honest review as someone whose unsatisfied with the way things are ran and hope they do better in the future for anyone hoping to go there.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Now, you NEED to know that since they have extremely low prices, EVERYONE and their moms go here. Also, several of the staff members are volunteers so, please be KIND and PATIENT. Know that if you go for a vet visit (Mondays from 4pm to 7pm) you will have to wait 1 to 2hrs and if you have multiple pets, welp, you'll be there all afternoon. I went with my 2 cats and dog, entered at 4:30pm and left at 7:15pm. That being said, the staff is AMAZING! Super polite and courteous, they treat your pets as if they were their own. The DR. takes her time with each pet and makes sure to do thorough exams (part of why the wait is so long). In my opinion, the wait is well worth it to receive such amazing service and reasonable prices. 14/10 I totally recommend this vet practice.

Fantastic experience: We just love them - what a great place and for a discounted shots. They people who work there are just the best!! So sweet and efficient. Love that you can meds at a smaller price tag as a well. Nail trim too. Place is always clean and never smell like a kennel, some vet office smell bad, not this one. They take cats and dogs we've been taking our girl there for almost 4 years. She has never had a reaction to her shots. They do take your fur baby back to vet and you do not get to go with them. It makes it faster I think.

Positive experience: I appreciate PETS so much! I know what it's like to be in a very busy, fast pace vet clinic. I will continue using their services but I want to let others know, if you have a fluffy dog/cat. Do not ask then to clean or trim their bottoms. I and ny pup unfortunately had to learn the hard way. My pup unknowingly had a dingle berry stuck in her fur. If I knew prior I would have taken care of it, but I asked them to simply cut it out. My dog came back and her bottom was fully shaved!!! They shaved the bottom of her tail too. Down to bare skin, now it's irritated, red and she keeps licking it. She whines anytime I pick her up. PETS please don't shave to bare skin, it causes more harm than good. Trim don't shave. Otherwise yall are great! Thank you. - Concerned Owner

I rescued an older dog & they did ALL her shots, heartworm test, trimmed her nails and her heartworm & Flea & tick meds for a FRACTION of what my old Vet charged! Everyone was super friendly, esp the Vet who went over everything! My little older dog was perfectly content & the entire place was very clean! They also scan for & insert the microchip! They have a spay/neuter service as well

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first visit to P.E.T.S. and it couldn't have gone any better! I always heard how difficult it is to get it, and with such exceptional people and service, I can see why, however, that was not the case for me. I sent an email about TNR for a colony of cats. I got a very quick response and was put on the schedule. The staff was so helpful from loading and unloading the kitties to answering every question I had. I received updates via text and kitties did so well. I so appreciate their service and staff. Oh, one thing for you new customers, entrance is through the back of the building ! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Most affordable vaccinations I’ve heard of and was only there MAYBE 30 minutes from the time of parking to leaving. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and friendly, I will definitely be going back in the future!

Fantastic experience: Our fur baby had a terrible skin infection and some bad ear problems. We took her in for an exam. We went at a bust time around 4pm. We were there around 2 hours. They cleaner her ears, gave us antibiotics, and recommended other things but didn't push them on us. Overall we left with medicine that cleared her infection, a checkup, and an ear cleaning for $33. If you're needing an exam you cant go wrong bringing your babies here. Especially since alot of vets charge so much just to get the babies in the door. Highly recommended for checkups.

Negative experience: I brought my puppy, Finn, here to get neutered. It was cheap which was great, but when I picked him up, his paws were CRUSTED with poop and they said nothing. It must have been on his paws for a few hours at least considering how hard it was to clean off. For a vet clinic, I would have expected more cleanliness considering he had a surgical procedure. I appreciate the cost efficiency, but I am mortified at the lack of cleanliness.

Negative experience: This place it’s not what they say I just neutering my little baby 7 months old and he comes back very wired the clinic cat piece of her ear and put a tattoo like why they meet to do that and even do such a mess my cat not acting normal and I call the P.E.T clinic and tell them and the lady just say I forgot to tell you but she not say nothing to the beginning about the mutilation of the ear i scare if I bring others of my kittens seriously it’s very unprofessional for those delicate stuff like neutering or spayed kittens I thought this play it’s good but make too much cats get traumatized after get neutered my poor baby now he can’t recognize me I hope get well but I’m Very Disappointed at this situation but prices it’s almost the same at others Vet Clinics I come to this clinic because the one i usually go the Closed but now I never comeback to P.E.T Clinic again. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: PETS clinic was the best!! I have never been there and the receptionist that checked me in was so sweet!! The nurses were very nice and organized!! I came in and was seen quickly and they checked Lady out and gave me what I needed for her!! Great place!!

Negative experience: Please don’t take your pets here, I know it’s cheaper but is it worth their life?? I took my perfectly healthy, young cat here to get neutered about a year ago and unfortunately he passed away in their care before the surgery even started. At least that’s what they told me. They called me a few hours after I dropped him off to let me know he had passed, I asked them to do a necropsy because I was so shocked by this and needed answers. When I came back in to get his body and go over their “findings” they essentially blamed my cat, saying he had liver damage and that there was no way they could’ve known. They had to evidence to back up these statements, I never even got to talk to the vet, just a tech. The cherry on top was when one of the employees asked “are you having a good day” and then when she saw my crying face she laughed and said “oh well I guess not”. It’s been a year and I’m still very broken up about losing my sweet Salem, I blame myself every single day for not doing more research into this place before hand. Please do not take your pets here.

Please spay and neuter your pets. There are too many fur babies that are abandoned each year because people think they can't afford to take care of them. With this place it is possible.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my experience! First time taking my cat to PETS clinic and they exceeded my expectations! When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me and had me fill out paperwork. Then a gentleman asked me which vaccines I wanted for my cat, and then I waited for just a few minutes before they came and took my cat to the back. In less than 1-2 minutes her shots were done and she was back with me! When it came time to pay, I was very pleased with their pricing. Only paid $12 for her rabies shot, whereas some other vet clinic in Lubbock wanted to charge me $111! How crazy is that?! Anyways, I would highly recommend this clinic for your pets' needs! Thanks!

Negative experience: Well you get what you pay for if you need to get your pet fixed at a cheep rate they will do it however their methods are lazy and can cause you some extra work and their customer service is so bad. Had to take my cat in for a post op. I was one of the first 5 people there and they made me wait an hour and a half just to grab somebody out of the back that had been there the whole time and while I was waiting they didn't tell me what to expect or who I was supposed to talk to they just said oh your here for post op and then walked right by me.

Fantastic experience: The people here do great work. They're thorough and helpful. Low cost spay nueter is super important to our community. I'm so glad they're in Lubbock. Please be patient with these kind folks as they are always busy!
