Fantastic experience: When my Maggie was significantly limping, i immediately called our regular vet, it was a holiday and they couldn’t get her in. Because she was in so much pain, we wanted her seen immediately. I called Brown Animal Hospital and they got her in the same day. Even though we were new, it was a holiday and they had to stay late for us, all of the staff was compassionate and kind, putting our immediate fears to rest and outlined a treatment plan that day.I cannot thank Brown Animal Hospital enough for their compassion and willingness to go the extra mile for a new patient. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: Brown Animal Hospital was one the Best Animal Hospital's we've ever been to for our fur-baby and I mean one of the best ever seriously. They provided great service, very professional, very informative about service they provide for your pets , they didn't take a long time nor was the wait was long to see the vet doctor and the nurses plus the doctor went about and beyond extra care too. It was very nice clean and smelling really good inside their whole office too and you can't tell that pets come in there. The bill was so very super reasonable and not overly priced at all. They provided insurance for your pets of all ages at a great monthly price and we love it. I highly highly recommend anyone that needs a great Hospital clinic to go to for anything any type of help services provides for your pets of all types are welcome and don't discriminate against anyone at all. They give the best experience and services hands down the best! Thank you to everyone the whole entire Brown Hospital Clinic for their extra care service to our fur-baby!

Fantastic experience: My anxiety levels were high as I brought my almost 11year old dachshund in for dental work, Dr.Brown took the time to explain everything to me and called me with updates. We are new to this office so part of my issue was not knowing anyone. What a great group of kind, sympathetic drs and staff! I also was pleased with Dr.Johnson as he cared for my other dog. Their compassion and prices are what I have been telling my friends about. I highly recommend this office to care for your pets!

Fantastic experience: I came in as a new patient for a second opinion regarding my cat, Max. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cost of his visit was a third of the cost of my previous vet. They did not jump immediately to expensive tests, but offered some easy medicinal remedies to try first. I didn't feel judged like a bad pet parent for Max's health issues (he is 12). We even got a little bag of treats to take home! I walked away feeling confident that Max and I will be taken care of. Side note: I really like the fact that they host interns working towards veterinary licenses. That's a really important part of their vet school educations, and there are not many animal hospitals in this area that provide the opportunity.

I was relieved to see the genuine concern for my fur baby and care received. The kindness and patience with the uncooperative patient was impressive. They kept me up to date on our situation and options. We moved forward with treatment plan. They were kind and genuine. No one was click watching at closing time. We were the last ones out and their kindness, professionalism never lessened even after the clock struck closing time. They have a great app to stay connected called Pet Desk they have been helpful for the app challenged pet parent. Kindness all the way around. Fantastic experience: The best, most friendly, understanding and compassionate (not to mention cheapest) animal hospital around for the quality of care you are going to get. We previously loved taking our first dog to MB, but once we realized our second dog was more problematic (behavior issues)…I noticed a huge difference in how we were treated/cared for. So I decided to switch to Brown. The bills went from 600-800 a visit…every 2 weeks (at MB)...to 100 bucks for 1 visit and the issue was resolved to where 2 week “rechecks” weren’t needed. They go above and beyond without the cost of your liver or kidney. They have invited us to stop by without an appointment more than once, so that your pets aren’t having a..not so pleasant experience every time they go.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my pets to Brown Animal Hospital for years. They are loving, kind, patient, helpful. Whether I’m checking out, talking with a tech, or interacting with one of the doctors, they treat me and my pet like we are the only ones in the room. The customer service they offer has always been at this level and is the reason they continue to need more doctors and rooms for their furry patients. People want to be heard and to feel like their pets are getting the best possible care.

Fantastic experience: We were sent to Brown’s because our regular vet was out for the day. We were so impressed with the friendly atmosphere. Our service took a while (understandably) because a vet emergency came in before us. While we were very understanding and patient, at the end they still took 10% off the bill for our wait. At the end my pup went home with a cute little treat bag with a variety of bite sized goodies!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brown always gives you the time needed to discuss what is needed for your pet. My dog was very sick and is 15 years old I’ve grown very attached to him. He and his staff got him in quickly and they were very helpful not to mention after just 2 days have him on mend. had a pancreatitis attack. Fantastic experience: I had adopted a dog who turned out to be aggressive with other dogs. It was emotional and stressful for me. I brought him to Dr. Brown for itchy ears. I related two incidents with the dog that could have ended very badly. I was upset over the realization I was going to have to return him to the adoption group. Dr. Brown and his assistant were so understanding and supportive. I told him when I found the right dog I'd definitely be back.
