I was also incredibly pleased that they helped me explore different options so that the visit was affordable for me. It has been many years since I had a vet office where I didn't feel judged for this. So thankful!

Fantastic experience: All of the staff at Taylor Crossing are great to deal with. Dr. Loch and Dr. Torres take great care of our 2 dogs. It's very easy to get an appointment and you always feel like your fur babies are in the best hands.

Negative experience: A few days ago, my little sister brought in her cat, who was her emotional support animal. What followed was one of the most disappointing and negligent experiences I’ve ever witnessed from a veterinary facility. This is not the first instance of poor service from this clinic, no matter how many people you get to write positive reviews to drown out legitimate complaints. The veterinarian who serviced her animal missed the actual medical issue and didn’t even have the decency to reach out personally to offer condolences after the cat passed away. The only reason anyone from this facility contacted us at all was because a Facebook post about the situation was gaining traction and being widely shared. Keep in mind, this facility attempted to spin a false narrative that care was refused, which is completely incorrect. At the end of the day, a young girl lost her cat due to negligence from this facility. Do better. Take responsibility.

Fantastic experience: I had questions & concerns regarding behavior issues with our large dog & possibly neutering him & Morgan was so patient & answered all my questions & eased my concerns.

Fantastic experience: Taylor Crossing is AMAZING! We have trusted them for years with our 5 cats our 3 Great Danes & even our chickens a couple times. Dr. Loch is so very thorough and connected to our family. And I have to give a shout out to ALL of the ladies up front. Sometimes Raven is the only one that can get our 200lb Murphy to get out of the truck. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my four legged family members. They really care.

Fantastic experience: Me and every single one of my "Babies" over the years have used Taylor Crossing. I will not dare go anywhere else, for any reason at all!! You know you have struck PURE GOLD when you tell your 3 dogs "We need to go see your Doctor" and all 3 start acting like 3 year olds because they Love their "Doctor" and all of the Precious Staff!! Everyone there are Absolutely The Sweetest, that I've ever met before!! Not only do they take care of all the Babies that I've ever had, but they take care of me too!!! A couple of years ago I had to have one of my Babies put down that I had since she was 6 weeks old. She was a Red Husky with Timber Wolf. We had to have Kasey put down because of old age. Because of all the care, love and support we/she received over the years, my Kasey Anne was able to live for 15 years and 3 months. Any animal that is in the "large breed", usually do not live that long, usually around 10 to 12 years. My Kasey Anne absolutely loved going to see her "Doctor" over there too. When it was her time to go, I layed in the floor with her, holding her paw and petting her head. I was absolutely devastated, to say the least. I needed to go out to our vehicle while my husband stayed and did what he needed to do but Ms. Raven would not let me go out to the car by myself, she walked me out, gave me a huge hug and told me if there's anything they can do, to please let them know. I never will forget that!!! We will not take our Babies anywhere else, we also Board them there when we need to go out of town too. My husband and I really have hit the Jackpot when it comes to them, they Love our Babies as if they were their Babies too!! If I had a chance to give Montgomery a good solid piece of advice of any sort, I'd stand firm and tell them to quit throwing your money away by using a different Vet Office, when you can go to Taylor Crossing and never have to worry or have any feelings of if you're at the best Vet Office in Town!!! The Love, Understanding and Support that you receive from Everyone is Absolutely The Very Best Feeling In The World.....outside of your own 2 legged children. Take it from Me, my husband, Bayou Ann, Dixie Hope and Della Rose, you will most definitely feel the Love at Taylor Crossing!!! LOVE❣️ Is A 4 Legged Word

Fantastic experience: My Niko has always had a wonderful experience at Taylor Crossing and we have boarded him with them on several occasions with no problems. He receives the best care and is always suuuuuper excited to go to daycare. He truly has a second home and family at TCAH. Adding more since this review. Most recently my fur baby was diagnosed with Lymphoma. The extra care and attention he has gotten from the staff has been beyond my wildest imagination. He has had dedicated staff sit with him during his chemo sessions, vet techs spending their personal time (unpaid and not charged to us) staying with him when he has had an overnight stay for treatment. Hand feeding him when he had no strength to eat. I am beyond words on how grateful I am that he has his second family with him during this painful journey through Lymphoma treatments. 5 out of 5 stars forTCAH!!!!

From the kindness of the front desk staff, to the care shown by the resort team, and especially the knowledge and attentiveness of the medical staff — every experience has been exceptional! Dr. Torres has been Baker’s vet for years & I have complete trust in him. Anytime Bakes isn’t feeling well, he is always there to ease my concerns and get her back to good health. I had a very scary moment when Baker stopped eating & became severely dehydrated, and Dr. Torres along with the medical team quickly identified the issue and helped her recover. I will forever be thankful for their quick action and compassionate care ☺️ This entire team truly treats my sweet Bakes as their own. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable, informative, and reassuring. They take incredible care of my dog, Duke, and treat him like he’s their own. Every question I’ve ever had is answered with patience and honesty, and I never feel rushed or brushed off. You can tell they truly love what they do, and that kind of compassion is priceless when it comes to your pet. The level of professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail here is unmatched. I trust them completely with Duke’s care, and that peace of mind means everything to me. If you’re looking for a clinic that is knowledgeable, loving, and genuinely invested in your pet’s well-being, this is the place. I’m so grateful to have found them.

Negative experience: I’m making this post on the behalf of my sister. If your pets has Taylor Crossing as their established vet, I would reconsider. I have had 2 incidents with them and they’re not good ones. Back in July, 2 of my dogs were boarded for about 6 days. When I picked them up, I had noticed there was blood on the floor in the lobby, but didn’t think anything of it. We went back home and when I was unloading the dogs in the car, I saw that there was blood all over one of the floor mats. After further inspection, it was one of my dogs. They had clipped the quick and was bleeding while still in the facility. He had a rash that was really bad, had hives, lost the hair behind his ears, and had a double ear infection. I was not told any of this when I picked him up, but you can physically see it. He’s never been back. On Monday, my sisters cat was showing some pretty disturbing signs. She wasn’t eating, drinking, using the bathroom, balance issues, or had any energy. She was just stiff. She was set to have an appt with them on Friday, just to get shots but I called to see if they could see her then. We went there and they checked out her out. They said it was an upper respiratory infection. They gave her some injections, did some bloodwork, and gave her some medicine. Throughout yesterday, she wasn’t getting better, but she wasn’t declining. Around 10pm last night, she took a turn for the worst and was rushed to VCA’s ER. We then found out that it wasn’t an upper respiratory infection, it was something neurological and her eyes were twitching. They kept her overnight to see if they could turn it around. 5 AM this morning, we got a call that she did not make it due to organ failure. The bloodwork showed that. Her liver and kidneys shut down. It was probably something she ingested, but it is unknown on what. I gave them a pass for my boy and took him to somewhere else, but I wasn’t expecting them to drop the ball on something like this. My sister’s cat was failed terribly. They told us over the phone that they ASSUMED it was an upper respiratory infection because she had one in the past while she was at the humane shelter before she was adopted by my sister. So basically, forget trying to find other causes and just give her all these treatments that costed almost $400 that did nothing. We brought her to the VCA ER and it took them no time to figure out what was going on. It was never an upper respiratory infection. Do better.

Negative experience: I’ve had a few disturbing encounters here lately…not sure if it portends something bad going on, but I’m looking for a new vet.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful and blessed that Taylor Crossing was able to see my "Ladybug",my minature daschund when they did. She was on the brink of becoming sepsis and had to have emergency surgery the next day. The entire staff was very kind and Dr. Mitchell showed the best bedside manners with so much concern for my fur baby. I will call upon their services again. I have the upmost respect for him and his entire staff. Simply the best.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best vet my kitties have been to! Dr. Warren and her assistant vet Cad are both so amazingly knowledgeable & sweet!! They will treat your fur babies as their own! (and they have churus for extra kitty points) The receptionist staff are also very professional and super sweet. Very reasonable pricing and very well maintained inside. This place has become my favorite vet to take my babies, highly recommend!❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Loch has been wonderful in managing Sasha with her new diagnosis of hyperthyroidism. We finally have some great lab results and transitioned to a transdermal med which is SO much more acceptable for Sasha and her ability to tolerate medicine.

Fantastic experience: We just moved from another state to Montgomery, Alabama. One of my doggies needed to be seen so this hospital was the only one that took him the same day. They were great. They were amazing and very loving and caring. However, I will continue to look for another vet because their prices are pretty high in my opinion. The price for the visit is almost $30 more than I used to pay in South Florida, and in a very, very good area where we used to live . Great hospital but will Continue to look for a more affordable hospital . At least , this first time we were not charged for the visit . But obviously, next time I will so will look for another animal hospital. But they were great

Fantastic experience: TCAH has been caring for my dogs for several years now. Their vets, vet techs, resort staff, and everyone there are so kind and professional. We love their daycare and most importantly our pup does. Everyone is always so kind and helpful whether it is a question about an appointment, follow up care, or giving me a report on how my furbaby is doing. We really appreciate TCAH

Positive experience: I hate to do this after so many years of great service. But the one time I didn’t expect I was let down. There was some miscommunication with my pets final arrangements. I was already distraught and confused on the best course of action to remember my buddy. Long story short I have nothing but memories and pictures and not the memento I requested. They didn’t charge me but I am devastated I have nothing to hold on too from the best dog ever.

Fantastic experience: Our chihuahua has serious vision issues. We noticed a significant change for the worse. Dr Torres was very skilled and thorough. He evaluated our dog, consulted with a veterinary ophthalmologist and adjusted his medication. When we visited the ophthalmologist the next day, she was highly complementary of Dr Torres. Photos he shared with her were highest quality. Speedy and quality diagnosis prevented vision loss!

Fantastic experience: They were able to get me and my dog in the next morning for routine shots…clean friendly establishment, they waived the visit fee, they seemed to be very knowledgeable and prices (are high regardless) were fair and had options. Will be back for sure, thank you!

Fantastic experience: SO grateful for Dr. Torres and Raven and ALL the girls at Taylor Crossing! We’ve had QUITE the month with our cat, Wiley, and his urinary tract. This is the THIRD vet we’ve been to, and we’ll never go anywhere else again! All veterinarians, unfortunately, are not the same— some have more empathy and actually CARE about the animals, like Dr. Torres. He was SO great with our super traumatized baby— and the girl who helped him actually was able to hold Wiley without him freaking out. Raven is an ANGEL and talked us through a VERY rough day yesterday— where customer service is a dying art form, she’s one of the few who are keeping it alive! I’d give this practice 10-stars if I could. They have gained lifelong customers out of us!

Fantastic experience: Our dog had a terrible break to her leg. We took her immediately to TCAH where Dr. Warren and Dr. Mitchell looked her over. Dr. Warren had another patient to see about so Dr. Mitchell did surgery. He kept us updated on how our pup was doing the entire time she was there. Ashlynn, one of the vet techs, took amazing care of our dog while she was in recovery. While the cost was not cheap, it was reasonable for what they did and I’m sure it was much less expensive than other places we could have taken her to. The surgery and care was top notch! I highly recommend TCAH for any needs you may have for your pet. We have used the boarding services in the past and have been happy with that too!

Fantastic experience: We love the doctors and vet techs at Taylor Crossing. The front office/desk are always so kind as well. It’s expensive, but I always know my dogs are going to be well cared for here. Dr. Loch is our current vet, and she is so kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. I also appreciate how thorough she is but also how thoughtful and doesn’t recommend treatments or tests that don’t seem necessary. I’ve been using Taylor Animal Crossing for close to 20 years. They never let me down.

Fantastic experience: Office staff, and vet techs are super great. Super clean facility. Good price and high quality. They explained everything super well to help me understand my kitten Ivy. I look forward to our future appointments to get Ivy all of her recommended care. I’d travel the hour drive every time!

I have had dogs as an adult for 20 years and I have also lived around the world and still TC stands out as the best. All the care they provide to include boarding is top notch. My dogs have had chemo treatments and soooo many other serious and routine animal health services there and I have never had a bad, much less mediocre experience here. Their staff is amazing. From the vet techs, to the office staff, to all the vets that practice and have practiced there. Thank TC staff for taking such great care of my furchildren!!

Fantastic experience: The folks at Taylor are the best ever. They have taken great care of our two furry friends and now they are helping us get this new guy off to a healthy life. Mrs Nelson open her busy schedule to help nurse my puppy that was only 5 weeks old and really sick to this happy loving healthy little energetic bunny. And I appreciate her hard work and the feedback and knowledge she’s pass along after seeing my shy after her appointment. I recommend if you are looking for a vet that’s friendly and take the time and necessary steps to protect your fur babies and show them love and care . Taylor crossing is where you would want to be.

Fantastic experience: I took my kitten there today for the first time and they were so welcoming, we will definitely be back and are seriously thinking of switching my other cats there as well! Lexie was so warm and welcoming and very informative! We loved Dr. Torris too! They were very informative! I called this morning because my vet was booked up and I didn't want to wait till Friday to see about my newborn kitten, so they were awesome and worked me in today!!! Fantastic experience: I have taken my two fur babies to Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital since they were weeks old and they are now 10 years old. I would like to thank the entire staff for all of their caring and special attention they give to my babies. I would like to personally thank Raven for getting both of my babies seen at the same time on yesterday 4-17-24, for helping my Mom and holding one of my babies while helping us get to our car. I would definitely like to give an ABSOLUTE SPECIAL THANK YOU AGAIN TO Dr. Loch as she is my two fur babies main Veterinarian. You see both of my babies have pancreatitis which is truly a health issue that can turn fatal quickly if not treated right away. Dr. Loch is always so thorough, patient, kind and she is definitely a great listener when dealing with me and my babies. She has the patience of Job from the bible. Dr. Loch always leave special and detailed notes in the computer for my babies in the event she is not in the office on the day I bring them in for a visit the next Veterinarian can follow the notes and make a great judgement call because they have all of the information that is needed. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DR. LOCH AND I WOULDN'T TRADE HER FOR ANYTHING!! i would also LOVE TO GIVE A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MY TWO FAVORITE VETERINARIANS AS WELL WHICH ARE DR. MITCHELL AND DR. TORRES, THEY ARE BOTH AMAZING and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. I am so grateful for the love, and special care that they give to my babies and the patience they give to me. I thank Dr. Osborne for seeing my baby on short notice on a Saturday in March 2024 as she is so wonderful and very thorough. I am a worry wart when it comes to my babies and no matter how many times I bring them in to be checked the staff and Veterinarians are always patient and kind especially Dr. Loch. My babies and I are so blessed to have her as their Veterinarian. The ENTIRE staff IS WONDERFUL AND SO ARE ALL OF THE VETERINARIANS. I would especially like to thank Morgan, Sidney and Samantha for always getting my babies worked in. If it wasn't for Morgan (she's an absolute ANGEL) getting my baby Max worked in on 02/14/2020 even though the schedule was completely packed with no room to spare he would not be alive. I told her what was going on and she got him right in to see the Doctor and that is why I still have him at 10 years old. I will eternally be grateful to her for that. Sidney is always so kind and always willing to get my babies on the schedule whenever I call with concern of health issues or any other concern I have. I would like to send a SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL OF THE NURSES THAT TAKE CARE OF MY BABIES THEY ALL ARE AWESOME!!!!!!! I wouldn't trust my babies anywhere else and that's a fact. If you are a new puppy parent or looking for a new pet office/hospital, please do yourself a favor and come to Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital as they are DEFINITELY TOP OF THE LINE AND GIVE SPECIAL CARE TO ALL BABIES. Fantastic experience: Nadia was so well taken care of, as always. When you dog pulls to take you in the door (my bad for not training better) and loves everyone there, you know they take care of her like she was their own.

I feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby with them because I know they will take very good care of him . Our baby is always excited to go to daycare . Fantastic experience: The staff at Taylor Hospital are wonderful and caring. Dr Loch is just awesome. My fur babies have never been boarded,but Morgan and Sam put my mind at ease for my upcoming trip. Peanut goes for water therapy due to surgery on her rear legs and Ginger joins her for playtime. Everyone is just incredible ☺️

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful for the incredible care Dr. Loch has provided for our three cats—Tootsie, Abigail, and Lando. It’s clear from the moment you meet her that she genuinely cares for all animals, but as a cat owner, I especially appreciate how knowledgeable and compassionate she is with felines. Not every veterinarian truly understands cats, but Dr. Loch absolutely does. She has been especially kind and supportive as we navigate Tootsie’s cancer diagnosis. Her empathy, clear communication, and willingness to answer our questions with patience have made a very difficult time much more manageable. We never feel rushed, and she always takes the time to explain our options thoroughly and thoughtfully. It’s rare to find a vet who combines clinical excellence with such heartfelt care. Dr. Loch is truly a gift, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have her looking after our pets. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Had to take my 9y/o fixed male cat in to see the vet on an emergency basis. Was given an immediate appointment, arrived and they helped carry him into the facility and staight into an exam room. I filled out paperwork while they went to get the vet. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, reassuring, and attentive to my furbaby as well as me. The vet came in almost immediately, explained everything he did , wanted to do, and got my input at each stage. They did a procedure that day and monitored him for 5 days. The 24 hour on-site staff gave me updates on how he did during the night and the Vet called me that evening and every morning and evening during his stay with them. A follow-up visit a week later was just as pleasant as it was during his stay. The Vet called 2 days later when he got lab results and recommended a plan of action for his future care. They really made a stressful situation less stressful and were all pleasant, helpful, and caring. The care he received was excellent and I highly recommend Dr Shinar and staff to anyone looking for excellent care for their furbabies.

Fantastic experience: I have four dogs, three are large. Taylor Crossing is a wonderful veterinary practice. The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. All of my fur babies are cared for by Dr. Jessica Loch. She is the best vet with whom I have ever associated. If you need a vet practice that will really focus on your pets and is absolutely professionally competent, Taylor Crossing is for you.

Fantastic experience: The facility is clean, pleasant, and modern. It's easy to get records and book appointments online or via text. The email reminders help you stay on top of your pet's health. Dr. Torres is very attentive and provides real solutions to our concerns. I especially like that he doesn't judge us for the diet we feed our boy (raw diet). I will continue to bring my dog here!

Negative experience: We brought our family dog in paid 400 dollars for them to save him just for them to send our baby back our the door with nothing we went to VCA hospital paid another 400 dollars. Not upset though because atlease the VCA saw our dog was sick with pale gums which Taylor crossing didn’t even check. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT COME HERE YOULL BE BETTER OFF GOING TO VCA. VCA WAS VERY ERGENT.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Warren is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to see her get on the floor and cuddle up with my scared puppy. I literally own scooby doo…. He is scared of his own shadow and she took her time getting to know his background not just his medical needs. I’d recommend her to anyone that wants a knowledgeable vet that actually cares.

Fantastic experience: Can I just say how grateful I am for Dr. Torres!!! My baby boy, my heartbeat, has been struggling with some health issues. Dr. Torres and staff are absolutely incredible. They care so much for the babies in their care and my little guy was no different. Extremely loving and caring. Extremely patient with me, my husband and my little guy. They provide the absolute best care. Cannot thank them enough for always being so wonderful to us and especially my little Queso. Raven has always been such an amazing blessing to us, so sweet and loving and loves my little guy. And Dr. Torres is truly the best. Always trying to make sure to do the best for Queso, even when he shows himself with a little jalapeño and is a little spicy.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know who I love most. The daycare team, vet-techs, front desk, or the doctors. They are all some of my favorite people. They have treated my Titan like he’s one of theirs since the beginning. They’re so patient and loving to him and always have been. Titan has been with the Taylor Crossing staff almost 10yrs now and they have played a very vital part of my life. He goes for daycare, vet work, boarding & anything else because I trust them wholeheartedly. Even when new staff comes, it is like they’re all immediately family. I would recommend them 100x over.
