Negative experience: UPDATE: received a birthday email for deceased pet. Common sense would have notated the file after you rejected us to assist with euthanasia.Thanks for opening up that wound. Franklin was euthanized 4 months ago. We called your office to assist us with it but the rude girl Amanda that answered the phone said we had not been to that office in awhile so they were not willing to accommodate us. I explained that we always called them first but they could never take us, that is why we always ended up at Wilson EMERGENCY VET. Please remove us from your patient list as we will never go back there again. You have no empathy and your customer service is subpar. ************ Used to be a great place. Last 2 years they never seem to have availability. Called them for euthanasia for dying furbaby today “Sorry no appointments”, have the day you deserve Amanda.

Fantastic experience: Luna had to go in for a TECA procedure and I was nervous. They were patient with questions and great with Luna.

Fantastic experience: I've been using Dr Wilson clinics ever since I got my first dog about 25 years ago. I've ALWAYS been more than pleased with all of their services and staff. I've had everything done there including well yearly visits to amputations and euthanasia. The staff was always extremely cordial, efficient knowledgeable and willing to help never acting irritated or put off by the questions you ask or help you need. All the veterinarians I have had were excellent. Dr Wilson himself recently did a hind leg amputation on my 14 year old Maltipom and he was back to running around on his own a week later without any complications or drawn out processes. Dr Wilson is one of those people that gives you a calming feeling no matter how bad the situation. I would and have recommended ACSH to everyone. I would give them a 10 if the scale went that high. I always felt safe taking my dogs to this clinic!!!

Positive experience: Very caring good doctors (vets). The only drawback, is it takes forever to get an appointment. But other then that zoey, and I really like this vet office.

Fantastic experience: Yes you wait a bit, but the Doctors are top notch. They’re the benchmark of what veterinarians should be. They’re gentle and very thorough. Dr Wilson is outstanding. He’s incredibly patient, asks good questions, and has good advice. I don’t care that I have to wait in the lobby. I know when it’s my turn that my pet and I will have all the time we need with the Doctor. The bad reviews on the office staff are ridiculous. There are about 6-7 behind the counter, all busy. They all seemed nice. Perhaps someone had a bad moment. I didn’t see any type of turn-off behavior.

Fantastic experience: Love this clinic. We see Dr Griffin. She is so gentle with animals, doesn’t rush, and very patient. I have seen other Drs there as well and liked them too.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience this morning with our dog Stout. She was in for a routine check-up and shots. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell Dr. Brook enjoys what she does and loves animals. You can take your pet here confidently knowing they will be in good hands!

Fantastic experience: We unfortunately had to use this animal clinic at one of the worst times, the loss of our dog. They were so kind and accommodating to us and I am forever grateful for them. Our dog had passed and no one would take him. I was at my wits end trying to find someone to help us on a Sunday. Every place was closed or not helpful at all. Fantastic experience: Dr. Joswick spent a lot of time with myself and Moose, it was so surprising to me because normally you are lucky to get 5-10 minutes of the doctor/vets time. I did not feel rushed in any way and she answered all of my questions and concerns about my adopted pup. It was refreshing to have such care and attention. I will absolutely be bringing my other adopted fur baby Chloe to the Animal Clinic as well. Thank you so much, I will also be referring your clinic to all of my friends.

Negative experience: Dr. Wilson, I had an extremely disappointing experience with the front desk at your practice. The staff member who answered the phone today 12/16/25 at 5:55 PM was rude and unprofessional. She showed a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. I strongly recommend that proper customer service training be provided to ensure a more respectful and helpful experience for callers. I called to help my grandmother with her upcoming pet appointment for this Friday since our family would prefer to drive her to the appointment instead of having her driving in the current weather conditions. We were only trying to see if they had an appointment in the next couple of days when we are off work. I politely asked if they could call her if any cancellations came up. The woman who answered said “ NO, WE DON’T DO THAT that is only done for emergencies, not regular appointments. Her tone was extremely condescending and completely unprofessional which was very disappointing especially since it’s a for a 30 min follow up appointment for her pet Ginger.

Negative experience: I wish I could leave a negative star review. I brought my large (100lb) mixed breed dog in for her shots and a heartworm test. Spent over an hour in the patient room where the techs and provider (never supplied their names) refused to do anything until my dog was muzzled. The provider attempted to look in my dogs mouth without even allowing my dog to get comfortable or acquainted with her first. I have never had to muzzle her, she is extremely friendly and never has issues with people. The muzzles they supplied were dirty with other dog’s fur and saliva. The tech set these two muzzles on the table and left the room for me to put on my dog that was already starting to get nervous based off the behavior she was experiencing from these strangers. I ended up walking out with my dog and leaving without getting her shots or testing, and nobody at the desk said anything to me as I left. Unprofessional, inhumane, and overall a horrible experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been on and off seeing Dr Wilson for my pets for over 35 years. He is the most loving and caring and patient veterinarian that I have ever met. I have gone to several different ones when he stopped practicing for a while and have been unhappy since. When I realized he was practicing in Sterling Heights, I took my daughter’s dog there and he saved Duke when no other vet could. He is not the type of Vet that chooses money over animals. I pray that when he retires that the veterinarians that he has mentored step up and honor him by being the same loving, caring, impatient veterinarian there is.

Fantastic experience: We love the the care our pups receive from the veterinary staff and the frontdedk staff is always very kind and helpful in person as well as on the phone. Prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I've been a client off and on for over 20 years. Most of the staff is very friendly and kind. The clinicians are all great and you can't go wrong using any one of them. Dr Wilson is one of the best vets I've ever worked with.

Fantastic experience: I love taking my dog to Sterling Heights Animal Clinic. He gets his nails trimmed and ears cleaned. The staff are so friendly and supportive and professional. Dewey always has to say hi to everyone at the front desk. He loves getting petted by the staff. The doctors are great too!

Fantastic experience: I went there to have my puppy spayed . The staff was friendly, professional and it was affordable . When I went to pick her up the technician went over everything with me. The office followed up the next day to see how my puppy was doing.

Positive experience: Great experiences so far ' Dr. Wilson and Dr. Griffin are great. The only thing I wish they did better was the reception. There's always like 5 receptionist and every time I call asking a question I always get the voicemail and have to wait hours sometimes to the next day to receive an answer back.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency with my 2 year old shih tzu and she wasn't responding to me at all and I rushed her to this vet and they took her from me right away no questions until after they took her ya it was expensive but it was an emergency and they were there to help which im so thankful for. My dog is doing soo much better now and so relieved that I had people there to help me right away and the best I can say is if you have a situation where you need extra help with an emergency this vet is a vet that will be there for sure. I wouldn't chance anything with any one of my kids fur baby or not there all my kids. Money can't be a priority if its your family's health in consideration. Thanks again much love

Negative experience: Wow! I am new to the area with my pup who unfortunately requires surgery. Like a responsible pet owner I contacted this office the front desk was rude in answering the call. I was then told I need to speak to a surgical coordinator. Okay. I was transferred to her voicemail which did state she would return my call in 1-3 business days. Okay. Left my voicemail and got a call back an entire week and half later? I missed the call because like most I am not on my phone 24/7 I called back within five minutes of missing the call and got the voicemail again. So strange for a surgical coordinator you need weeks to return a call. Even the voicemail was additional days before I got a call back. If your pet is needing a surgical procedure you would think there would be more a sense of urgency around this. When I finally got the call back the coordinator was short with me about everything. After reading the reviews of others I don’t think I will be taking my dog here for his procedure.

Fantastic experience: This veterinary clinic has been serving the needs of my 5 1/2 year old English Bulldog, Mochi since she was a small puppy. The quality of care and service is top notch.

Fantastic experience: Update: Today my Cavalier had 2 puppies. The first one arrived at 7:00 am. By 11 am the other puppy had not arrived yet. I was concerned about the health of both the mother and the puppy inside. At 11:30 we arrived at Animal Hospital Of Sterling Heights and were admitted. The staff and the vet techs were awesome. Dr. Krieger and Dr. Griffin helped deliver the second puppy. They’re both excellent vets that I highly recommend. As a dog show person and a breeder it is hard to find a good vet clinic and a good vet. I met Dr. Krieger many years ago at Dr. Wilson veterinary clinic and I was extremely impressed with him. Dr Krieger is a highly skilled vet with a great personality. He is a very compassionate doctor and loves what he does. He has performed miracles on my dogs over the years extending their lives. One of my dogs at 12 years old developed megaesophagus. She spent 4 days in intensive care. I followed Dr. Kriegers instructions for the next 30 days and her megaesophagus went away which is rare. She lived another 2 1/2 years. Another dog was diagnosed with lung issues in 2018. Dr Krieger put her on Singuliar. In 2021 that same dog started to have seizures so Dr. Kriege put her on Prednisone.That dog just passed away on 3/25/24 at the age of 15 years old. Dr. Krieger goes the extra mile to perform magic. There is no better vet anywhere. I highly recommend Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights and Dr. Krieger. My dogs love him.

Negative experience: Normally this would be probably a 4 star review. However, a rescue I have worked with in the past is being cut off from services. I totally understand this as it’s a business and not a charity. However, another rescue I’ve worked with in the past seems to have no such restrictions. And I know for a fact this rescue is further in debt than the other. I fostered a dog for the second rescue and they refused to give me the dogs medical records until the bill was paid. I ended up paying the bill (and was not reimbursed) so the foster dog wasn’t caught up in the shadiness (rescue, not vet). I’d be really interested to know what the difference was considering the first rescue was much less shady than the second (in my opinion having worked with both). Again, it’s a business and I understand that. But given my personal experiences with both rescues (the second is less a rescue and more of a dog hoarder), I would hope they’d extend the first, more reputable rescue a little grace. Guess it’s all who you know.

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend this place. They were extremely friendly and took extra special care of my cat who was injured. They were very clear as to what the procedure would be, the cost for the care, and called with any issues/concerns regarding the procedure before proceeding. I will return here again in the future and will recommend this place to my friends/family.

Negative experience: I do not like writing a bad review, but honestly they need it. I can see my cardiologist faster than I can make an appointment to see a vet here!! They book at a minimum 2+ months out in advance and that's at minimum! Animal clinic of sterling heights was my pupps go-to vet clinic from 2009 to 2022. Staff has always been great. However, the owners (veterinians) of the practice began accepting too many patients and in turn did not hire more veterinians for the increased patient load. They used to book 2-4 weeks in advance back in the 2010s and early 2020s, now you'll be lucky to get a 2 month in advance appointment, if not 3 months in advance. For this reason, I do not recommend going to this clinic until they hire more doctors to meet the demand.

Fantastic experience: The Animal Clinic of Sterling Heigjts has been good for my dog. They diagnosed her as having lupus. Her vet has done a wonderful job of prescribing the correct supplements and medicines to keep it under control. She is active and living a wonderful life. She used to stress about the vet but loves Dr. Krieger!

Fantastic experience: Can I give 6 stars? We have been patients of Dr. Wilson since the very beginning, seeing us through our first kitty 28 years ago, and for good reason. Dr. Wilson and his entire staff have seen us through the hardest of cases, never giving up, listening to every worry/concern/idea we have, and giving our animals the absolute best care possible! So good they inspired me as a child to go to Vet School, just like Dr. Wilson. This is a passionate and caring team that truly feels every high and low with you, doing the absolute most to make sure your loved ones feel 100%. We are so deeply grateful for you all!

Fantastic experience: Even though I haven't personally taking my animals here yet, I brought some strays that I needed scanned for chips, they gracefully gave me a room when I got there and scanned then for me. Unfortunately they didn't have chips in the dogs to figure out who they belong to, but on my way to leave they gave me 4 leaches for the 2 dogs I had brought in and any extra dogs that I found ! It was very thoughtful and very much appreciated! All were very nice as well ! Thank yall!

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my dogs here for 13 years. I moved further away from the clinic 11 years ago and still travel 35 minutes one way to continue my pups care there. Their prices are so much more affordable then other vets I've tried. The hours are fantastic. Everyone there is so nice and we love Dr.Griffin.

Negative experience: Update #2: I called at exactly their opening time on Sunday and by the time I got through their “1 or 2” openings were taken. I can’t comprehend how a clinic is only leaving 1 or 2 openings for same day appointments. This makes no sense at all and is completely ridiculous. Update: called right at 730 am again and by the time I got through their appointments were gone!!! If you like seeing the Vet when your pet is sick then you should find a different office. They never have openings. You have to call at 730 am (which I tried multiple times and their phones weren’t on yet so it kept forwarding me to their hospital clinic in Romeo). When I finally tried and got through 10 min later their appointments were gone. This has happened to me before as well. What kind of clinic has barley no openings for sick pets? I only go here because it’s right by my house. ALSO, do research on over vaccination in dogs. Even though research shows that puppy vaccines last 7 years to end of life, one of the female vets argued with me. Science is wrong? Interesting

Fantastic experience: We have been working with the Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights since March 2021. This past June, our dog needed to have her teeth cleaned and some teeth pulled. The clinic was very clear on what to expect and gave us a range of how much it could cost. They sent us home with two prescriptions after removing 10 teeth and cleaning the rest. Now Lacey is in a better mood! I appreciate the care everyone at the clinic, from the front desk to the vet. They even called us the next day to see how Lacey was doing. I highly recommend this clinic to all animal lovers.

I recently became a Foster Fur Mom to Agave, who was tragically thrown from a motor vehicle in Detroit and hit by another car. Thanks to the incredible rescue team at Rebel Dog Detroit, Agave was saved and brought to this amazing clinic. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated Agave as if she was their own. They provided exceptional care, constantly followed up to ensure her recovery was on track, and even helped me figure out the right amount of food she needed. The team was always polite, professional, and genuinely caring — they truly went above and beyond. A special shoutout to the staff for making Agave feel comfortable, and for the adorable pink cast they provided after my daughter requested one because “she’s a girl.” That little touch meant so much to us. I highly recommend The Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and heartfelt veterinary care. They are truly the best!

Fantastic experience: The staff is superb. Always very helpful, kind and go the extra mile to assist you. A young lady by the name of Lisa always goes over and beyond expectations. Takes the time to assist you and your furry four legged family member. The medical staff is awesome. They take the time to explain what is ailing your pet and what needs to be done to correct it. The entire staff is dedicated to the welfare and well being of your pet. I would highly recommend Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We had surgery by Dr. Wilson on our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier for his anterior cruciate ligament (acl) damage two weeks ago. Today was our post op visit where we received great news...all turned out well and as expected his surgery was/is a successful one. Dr. Wilson's staff and clinic meet the highest standards and is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wilson is incredible, he has performed surgeries for two of my dogs now. Each time they recovered very quickly and were back to their normal selves in no time!

Negative experience: Don't have an emergency line if you don't take emergencies! I called today to see if they could get my cat in for a possible urinary issue and they said, "we have no openings until July. Go see an urgent care clinic." Why do you have an emergency line if you're not taking emergencies?

Fantastic experience: Amazing, just amazing. I wasn't impressed with my vet, especially after they quoted me $600-$700 and a two month wait to get my cat spayed. They were so much cheaper and more professional. I called around and props to Cassidy for being incredibly helpful and patient with me. They even coincidentally gave me a follow up phone call while I was typing this review to see how my cat was doing. The whole staff is just lovely. I could move an hour away and I'll still take my pets here.

Negative experience: I am so disgusted by the level of care I have received here within the past year that I unfortunately will not be returning with my pet. I have been taking both of my dogs to this office since 2008. The care has gone down hill significantly over the years as it has turned into a larger practice. I have to wait 6+ months to get my dog in for a dental cleaning, wait on hold for 20-30 minutes until I can speak to someone, and for regular appointments I have to wait months prior to getting my dog seen. The past two visits I've had my concerns for my dog were not addressed and were instead swept under the rug - she has Cushing's disease. The behavior I received from the vet seeing her after I questioned lab results was unacceptable; argumentative and demeaning. I have felt for the past year that every time I step in this clinic everything is about money and my dog is not getting the care she needs (despite waiting 45+ minutes in the waiting room to be seen).

Negative experience: I loved this clinic they have taken care of many of my cats and helped take care of my one cat when she passed. Normally I would give a 5 star review to this place. But I just tried to make an appt for my cat to follow up from an emergency vet and because he hadn't been seen since Feb 2023 and it is may 2025 and technically it's been more than 2 years. Are you serious I can't get my cat in till June to re-establish..... but as a person who works in the human medical field (yes I know they are different) we based it off solely the year not month and year for when you are considered no longer established. But thanks for not seeing my cat 2 stars now i decided to take 3 away for the 3 month difference ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. My girl had patella surgery which was scheduled with ease and in a great time frame. After the surgery, she snuck out of her cone and chewed out some of the staples like thr big goof that she is. They were able to get her in the next day and take care of everything. All for a reasonable price and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! New edit: love them even more. My dog is crazy and this surgery has been a journey, but these folks continue to help us out with great care.

Fantastic experience: been going to this vet for years and there is no one else I would trust with my animals. Dr Wilson is just incredible when he repaired a botched surgery done somewhere else on our cat. We usually see doctor Kreiger (sp?) and he is just so compassionate and informative. He tells us like it is and helps guide us to a decision without being pushy about it. The techs have all been great and really am just grateful we found such a great vet nearby

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service for my Granddog!! You should all be ashamed!! He was extremely lethargic but some lady comes in with a very active puppy, and she gets seen because her Breeder is a neighbor of the Dr. yeah, that sounds right. Stay away from this place!! I wish I could give -10 stars. Btw, he was there for 11 hours before my son in law took him home without being seen by a Vet.

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old German shepherd Dixie (my best friend) passed away on 2/25/2025. Our friend called up to the clinic for us and they said bring her in. They were the best people to handle our situation for us and the bed side manor was amazing. They really care for the animals as well as for the family members well being. Fantastic experience: OMG !!!! We scheduled a time to have our dog put down for the next day. Our dog suddenly developed a condition of serious distress and we called asking if we could come in immediately. They let us come in and put him out of his misery. They treated us with AMAZING compassion and sincere support. Their kindness helped us get through a very personal and upsetting situation. Cannot thank them enough. Fantastic experience: From the time I contacted the surgery coordinator to going in to get the ultrasound done all the way to my C-section. This vet was amazing. The doctor that did my C-section was amazing. He had the best bedside manner. Also, my dogs incision is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this vet.

Fantastic experience: I've just begun my journey with this clinic but so far I've been very pleased. They were able to get us in for an appointment quickly, and the cost of the visit was not bad at all. My dog needed surgery and their care and compassion with my beautiful baby has been wonderful. I look forward to continuing to visit in the future.

Fantastic experience: The staff @ animals of Sterling Heights are amazing, anytime I call they take time to listen & solve my pets problems. Also Dr Griffen is amazing I have been going to her since my dogs were 2 now one left is 12. She is always helpful & always ready to help With all my questions. Love her!! Fantastic experience: Dr Griffin is amazingly kind and gentle with our babies who don't particularly care to go to the vet. She is also very patient with me, an overly nervous fur momma. She take the time to explain things in a way you can understand and never makes you feel pressured to do things you are not comfortable with. Also, the staff at this facility is very friendly and work well together to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my pets here for years, the most kind hearted staff and amazing doctors! Everyone is so respectful and Compassionate, I will never take any of my pets anywhere else!

Negative experience: Not sure what happened but called last Thursday for an appointment. Did not get a call back for 4 hours. I missed the call but they didn't leave a voice mail. Tried calling back but again could not talk to a person. Tried again at 8 am the next Saturday, but I still couldn't talk to anyone, and this time nobody called back. Again, I can't say why, but it does put doubts in my head about what the service there would be like if I did get an appointment.

Fantastic experience: An excellent appointment with Dr. Krieger and all the staff. Acceptable wait time in the waiting room and exam room. My two dogs were thrilled to be there when we arrived and just as happy when we left after being weighed, thoroughly examined, temperatures taken, fecal taken, and given vaccines.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best vet in this area. Every staff member is so nice and friendly. They explain everything in such detail and always work with my schedule to get my puppy in. My dog loves coming here and we never have an issue with her being anxious because every staff member is so patient and calm with all the animals! If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to take care of your pets, I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I adopted a 3 month old chihuahua 5, almost 6 years ago and her vaccines are always up to date. I have always had different doctors every time I go there for my baby, they all were okay… A few months ago, I met Dr. Joswick, and she has been my babies’ (I now have two chihuahuas) doctor ever since! She’s very helpful and communicative! Especially since I’m deaf I need to use my phone note to communicate. Dr. Joswick has a lot of patience communicating with me through the phone note. I finally found a doctor who I feel comfortable with for my babies. She's the GOAT!

Fantastic experience: Very clean, and they were the most reasonable place I called when my cat unfortunately broke his leg and he needed surgery. I've been happy with their service.

Fantastic experience: Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights is the best. The staff is top notch and the Doctors are wonderful. Our most recent visit was with Dr. Griffin who is very knowledgeable, kind, takes time to listen and explain. I drive over an hour past numerous Veterinarian offices to go to their clinic for excellent service and reasonable prices. I've referred numerous friends to their facility. Thanks for being there for our pets!

Fantastic experience: I brought my English Bulldog Stanley here to be nurtured and the staff here is the absolute BEST! Everyone is super kind and loving. It was well worth the 57 miles each way! I will always bring my Bulldogs here coming forward ❤️

Fantastic experience: We went here today to have our 16 year old dog euthanized. Our Vet couldn't see her and she was suffering so much. From when I called to see if they could do it to leaving the office after it had been done we were treated with so much love and care. We never felt rushed through the horrible process, they answered all our questions with compassion and understanding. Although I hate that my dog is gone, I feel blessed that this is where we went for end of life care.

Fantastic experience: My father recently passed leaving behind a very elderly and poor health lab. The staff here went above and beyond to help us through this difficult time. Every staff member was very compassionate giving her a gentle ride to pet heaven. They truly care about the well being of pet and owner.

Negative experience: I’ve been at this vet for years and recently the customer service at the front desk has been ridiculous. The past three times i have called i have gotten short and rude responses. my dog is limping so i thought i would call to get a checkup on him but the lady at the front desk said there was no appointments available which is okay, but was not very knowledgeable about when i would be able to get my dog in. i was told “i guess call everyday” instead of taking my number and calling ME back once there was an opening. they used to be very kind and compassionate here, wishing my animal the best even if there was not any available openings. this place has truly went downhill and it’s sad to see as it’s been my favorite vet for years.

Negative experience: This is my dogs vet aka his doctors office. My dog is sick and I can't get him in, a few phone consultations and recommended me to go to an urgent care because they are booked with normal apt. Went to urgent care,problem is still on going on and off for a week. I've now been recommended by this office to get an ultrasound but they can't do it for 2 months. This is an emergency situation with an on and off puking, k9 weighing 47lbs and you his normal doctor cant get him in for 2 months but wants him to get an ultrasound. Sad that u can't handle your patience in a time of need. My dog is not a walk in.

Fantastic experience: We have always had great services at Wilsons Veterinary Clinic for last 20 years. This past week we had to make the heart breaking decision to put our sweet gentle 15 year old poodle to sleep. Dr. Griffin & her staff were so compassionate & supportive and we are so thankful for them. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: We took our dog here to be put down. Everyone was so super caring and friendly. They sent us the most beautiful card signed by all the staff. Free cards with our dogs footprints. When they told us the price I was very happy. I thank everyone there for making this as calm and peaceful that this could be. My beloved Marvin is no longer in pain now.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I'm a college student with a job and I have never had trouble getting an appointment that works with my schedule, and if anything does come up the staff always find a solution. They are great with my dog, who I know can be difficult at times, and I fully intend to use them as my vet for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: We somehow managed to adopt 2 high maintenance dogs this past year. One was heartworm positive, and the other came with torn ACL. Both times the staff have been so helpful with helping us understand the treatment process and timeline. It is nice that we can reach out 7 days a week, since we had a few scares with our Heartworm positive one. Both of my boys love coming to the clinic and we are very happy with their care.

Fantastic experience: There are not enough amazing words to describe how wonderful the staff at The Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights. Unfortunately I had to help my dear Sophie go to doggie heaven and the staff was so amazing and compassionate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: They have been great with my dog. Our dog had TPLO surgery done and recovered quick. She is finally able to run and have fun like she used to. It is always clean in there and smells like. Bleach. Most of the staff are very friendly and actually care about the animals and you can tell. They return calls quick too. Appointment times are fast. Just overall great vet. I have been to many others but this is the best and our permanent vet from now on.

Fantastic experience: The team at this vet has always been caring, straightforward, and gives you all your options and the info needed to best care for your pet. They've always been affordable and have never tried to upsell me any services or products my pets didn't need. Recently, we had to put two of our elderly dogs down, one in an emergency situation, and the staff was compassionate the entire time, honoring all of our wishes and going at our pace for saying goodbye.
