Fantastic experience: I've had 2 dogs and a cat spayed or neutered here and they have cared for my pets just as good of not better than my primary veterinary clinic! Highly recommended by myself and anyone I know who have used Pet Savers vet services! They offer low cost dental care now so 5 extra stars for that!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Pet Savers. They truly do great work for the community. I’ve brought both my personal dogs and many of our rescue dogs here, and every experience has been positive. The staff is super friendly, compassionate, and clearly care about every animal that comes through their doors. The whole process from check-in to pick-up is very streamlined and efficient, which makes a huge difference when coordinating care for multiple dogs. Reliable, affordable, and genuinely kind people doing important work. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Very thoughal and professional! Thought me too that antibiotics should be given a 2 week administration to be affected rather than a 1 week or a 10 day. Because you want to make sure you kill what the infection is. Or a cold/cough can turn into numonnia. Then you'd need to treat numonnia for 3 weeks. Plus a exray to prove it. Stupid unagresive veterinarians make $$ this way. And some are just not very experienced enough. This place is the best out of kootenai county to get y o ur babies soayed/nuetered. Not 3 months out like kootenai animal shelter. Now companions.

Fantastic experience: They took great care of my kitten, he is recovering well. Many local vets quoted us $600-700 with unnecessary charges, but we got him neutered, vaccinated and microchipped for $170.

Fantastic experience: Very affordable! Our vet office wanted to charge $800 for the spay and neuter of our kittens. How crazy is that no wonder there is a overpopulation. Pet saver was great with our kittens. I was very happy I was referred to them

Negative experience: So unsatisfied and pissed off. Took my cat in for a neuter, he pottied in his carrier on the way there and they told me they cleaned him up, I get him home and he is still covered in poop with shaved off fur stuck to the poop! And they told me they cleaned his ears and they most definitely did not. For $90 not worth your time or money, find someone better.

Fantastic experience: They were wonderful from start to finish. Reception was extremely friendly,thoughtful and knowledgeable. The vet techs/veterinarians were wonderful with my shy dog. They also saved me $400 from what my regular vet wanted to charge, so there’s that as well.

Fantastic experience: They took excellent care of my pup. The surgery went very well and her recovery was quick. My vet quoted me $850 to have her spayed. Pet Savers was under $200.

Negative experience: No option when calling allows you to talk to a real person. Just need some basic information that isn't available on the website. Information regarding our dog they've previously vaccinated. Intentionally setting up your phone system so people can't get through to a live person is aggravating to say the least. Do Better. EDIT AFTER OWNER REPLY Owner states that its not that they're intentionally avoiding answering the phone it's that their phone system doesn't allow for calls to wait for someone to answer and that's the reason for not answering. But then when they finally get around to calling you back they call from a blocked or restricted number which furthers my point of avoiding phone calls, if you didn't have a system set up to avoid answering the phone, then why when you call people back is it from a restricted/private number? DO BETTER.

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly and they explain everything before taking your animal back. They take really good care of your furry friend and even make sure you understand the post operation instructions when you pick your animal back up.

Fantastic experience: The best quality and best affordablitiy. This clinic. Is a nonprofit, spay or neuter. They also do vaccinations in ear mites. For animal birth control , there's no better place in Spokane.

Fantastic experience: They have great prices, and a clean facility. I have taken my old dog here in the past, and sometimes the wait is long, but it's worth it for your pet's health and helping the community. They also kindly allow another organization to occasionally use their facilities for free spay/neuter for those who can't afford it, which is a truly amazing cause.

Negative experience: Us3d to be amazing BUT MY DAUGHTER TOOK HER BOY DOG IN TO GET FIXED (MY DAUGHTERS 2 DOGS ARE HER BABIES) she got her boy dog fixed and she kept calling them 3 days later saying something isn't right... well let me tell ya it wasn't alright.. she ended up taking him to a emergency clinic 6 days after being fixed as soon as they got to the emergency clinic, his stiches from being fixed bursted and had a horrible infection... they (petsavers) wouldn't listen and kept saying oh he's fine.. the emergency vet said if she hadn't had brought him in He would of died and of course now shes 3000.00 in debt from the surgery they had to do to get infection cleaned up and then 2 antibiotics and 2 pain meds... Sometimes ya just gotta listen to your clients... now im getting involved and i have a lawyer ready to go... Thank pet savers but next time listen to people that aren't just what you feel like are complaining or overreacting Do better love momma k

They were preparing medication already for him. I kind of had a little advanced knowledge before I left and I really appreciate that. They're very informative, very caring, and very loving. When I walked into that room full of dogs with my dog, I thought hell was going to break loose! But nothing happened. Everybody was cool. It was like, 'Hey man, what's up?' Excellent service!"

Fantastic experience: Been taking my foster pittie mix here for over a year now. Pet Savers have treated both me and my dog with kindness and respect. They have also taken great care of my dog when she has had UTIs and needed a urinalysis and/or blood draw.

Fantastic experience: We took a kitty in and had him fixed here. The staff was kind, busy, but answered my questions. I didn't have to wait in my vehicle. I was able to take him in the lobby which I liked. There was a grant available so I was able to get him fixed and shots at an affordable price. Thank you for taking care of Loki!

Negative experience: I came in 8/5/25 for a scheduled apt with all four of my dogs and my cat. Upon arrival and waiting In line there was old older shorter hair with gray hair and glasses that was being super rude to the gal in front of me. (Rolling her eyes and clearly acting as if she didn’t care and didn’t want to be there). Once the customer in front of me left she even turned and tried talking shit to the other employees continue to make rude looks and rolling her eyes. Once my turn and I was asked who I was checking in I was told by the same older gal that only the dogs were in the schedule. I’m not sure what happened, but I had put information in four all five animals and she didn’t offer any help or even ask if we could potentially squeeze my one animal in that somehow didn’t make it on the schedule( I live over 50 miles away). She rolled her eyes at me several times, shaking her head, and overall just being extremely rude anytime I asked a question regardless of what it was. So I’m leaving a 2 star review. Not because the animal care or services were bad, but because the older lady at the front desk that just ruins the whole experience. I didn’t feel safe or taken care of because of her attitude, and it certainly doesn’t make me safely let my dogs get treated here. I’ve always used pet savers and I certainly would love to come back, but unfortunately if that gal was a who I had to deal with again I’d go elsewhere. Her job is to help us and answer question, not treat us like we are stupid.

Positive experience: Very caring of our animals ❤️ they went over after after care with us and even gave us suggestions of thing we may encounter and how to deal with them so we could be prepared.

Positive experience: Love the work this organization is doing in the community. Ive brought my dogs and cats here and have always been happy with the service. the length of timw of check in is LONG. Plan to wait 30 minutes to an hour at morning drop off...About an hour wait to check in my dog (slightly shorter wait time when bringing a cat).

Fantastic experience: Make sure you remember that there is the remaining fee left to pay when you pick up your dog. I was embarrassed for not having the money and it caused a little scene but they were able to bill me. But I forgot about the remaining balance

Fantastic experience: Clear communication and professional and friendly service that doesn’t break the bank but does so much good for the Spokane area! My male cat has recovered quickly from his neutering. He seems to get the zoomies more seems happier in general which I wasn’t expecting but am happy about it. Maybe that part is a fluke, but the surgery was done quickly and affordably without sacrificing care. I will definitely recommend them to others and be back in the future.

Positive experience: Affordable dental and spay services. My pet had a follow up issue and it took them all day to tell me to go to my regular vet. They should have dispensed prophylactic antibiotics for my pup.

Fantastic experience: They are really good with the fur-babies. The staff are very courteous. I took my cat to them today to be spayed and I was impressed with how they handled her because she was really scared and didn't want to be there. They calmed her and whisked her away for surgery. She is now home and resting.

Fantastic experience: I brought my dog to Pet Savers for a hernia correction and spay, and I’m so grateful for the care we received. I arrived at the clinic at 6:50 AM and was in line waiting until around 10 AM, so I’d definitely recommend planning for a long wait and getting there early if you want to be closer to the front of the line, especially for dog neuters. Also, don’t bring your dog inside right away, make sure to check in first and follow their process. That said, it was absolutely worth it. The cost for the procedures, especially the hernia correction, was the most affordable I found anywhere in Spokane Valley. But beyond the price, it was the people who really stood out. Every single person I interacted with, from the front desk to the medical staff, made me feel seen, heard, and reassured. I truly felt like my pet was in very good hands, and that gave me so much peace of mind. In less than two weeks my small dog (Leaf Spicer) is already fully healed up and happy as ever! If you’re looking for compassionate, affordable care and you’re okay with waiting a bit, I highly recommend Pet Savers.

Fantastic experience: Got my cat neutered here. Honestly, it went so smoothly. We dropped off at 730, and they gave him a complimentary ear cleaning and nail trimming. The staff was so sweet, and this just seemed like a good place. I had used SCRAPs in the past about 6 years ago. I remember them being much more stoic. It was just a friendly experience this time. Would recommend them if you're searching.

Negative experience: I had a perfectly happy and healthy 7 month old puppy prior to taking him to this place on Thursday. He was playing and eating/drinking and normal bathroom regimen. Once he was picked up after surgery he started vomiting up white foam. Refused to eat anything including chicken and eggs. Super lethargic and hiding under cars and the bed. Contacted them via text today and they can’t see him till Monday (mind you he’s going on 3 days with no food) so I took him to emergency vet. He was diagnosed with parvo! And now they are unsure if he will make it through the night. Now I might possibly lose a puppy and have to pay thousands of dollars to the emergency vet because he contracted parvo from this place.

Negative experience: Don't utilize them they had my cat fasting from 12am until we got home at 645pm he sat there from 840am until 330pm got operated on after 330pm .then charged me for liquid iv.

If the community and all want you to spay or neuter your animals. Then make it affordable!They charge a whole lot less. This place has great prices and very nice employees. Thank you for being here for the rest of us who love our fur babies but can't afford to pay $1000. To spay our fur buddies ❤️. The vaccinations are not expensive either.

Negative experience: Super offensively strong candle burning. People are allergic to perfumes and strong smells. Exposing animals that can't tal .too me is even worse. Dogs have many more scent receptors than humans. A dog's nose has up to 300 million scent glands, while a human's nose has only 5 million. The part of a dog's brain that analyzes scent is about 40 times larger than a human's. Why are you torturing those animals?!? And parking is a joke either pay your neighbors rent for extra spots or have employees park in the street!

Fantastic experience: Had my kitten spayed the day after Christmas. Noticed the other day that her suture wasn’t closing (had previously been okay). Texted the number provided and they were able to get her in for a recheck the next day. I was fully expecting to pay as it has been nearly a month, but they did not charge for the recheck, gave me wipes to treat it and even gave her a vaccine booster so I didn’t have to make an additional appointment. Very thankful for this place!

Fantastic experience: Ive read many reviews including the bad ones which had scared me a lot going into my two cats’ neuter. I was really scared, maybe my kitties will pass away, maybe a complication, but this place has been nothing but a blessing to our family. I will agree 100% that the lines are very long, I got there at 7:20 so 20 minutes past when they open and waited maybe 15-20 minutes to get seen but hey, it’s like any other doctors office. I didn’t like having to wait so long for a phone call back about my cats BUT you have to keep grace and stay patient, they see many dogs and cats in one day so getting a phone call around 2-3pm is reasonable. My cats had ZERO complications and had to be in cones for a week (not issued by Pet-Savers, just a personal investment due to my cats licking the surgery site when out of cone) and they’ve been completely okay after surgery. You just need to follow the after-care instructions, it’s not that difficult which is where I think a lot of people are seeing complications. Pet-Savers have a lot of professionals on site, so the only reason I see anyone’s pets having issues is due to lack of after-care. My boys stopped fighting with eachother as aggressively, are a lot more cuddly and friendly and best of all, my home doesn’t reek of cat pee anymore! All that I can say is, I wish I found Pet-Savers sooner! You guys are awesome! Also to those who complain about pricing, it is very transparent and they DO work with your budget, in fact we even got $20 back because I overpaid with the deposits! I adore this place and will reccomend you guys over and over again.

Negative experience: I find it VERY unfair that they want to charge a extra $40.00 for a animal over 6 months old for NOT being fixed ??? So signing a cat adopting a cat and trying to be a responsible pet owner is going to ding you an extra $40 per cat and ONLY give you one $40.00 credit back to you !!! WoW !! I find that totally unreasonable !!! No wonder people don't fix strays here in Spokane County. It is truly sad !!! Plus an extra $20.00 to chip .....for just trying to make life better for stray cats !!! Dogs might cost more ???

Negative experience: This place needs zero stars and put out of business. I understand being low cost and trying to help the community, but they up charge everything and it's more worth going to a real vet for whatever your getting done. My very healthy and clean 1 year old kitten went in for a spay, came home extremely malnourished and dehydrated as she was there for 10 HOURS WITHOUT FOOD AND WATER. I called a total of 15 times to check up on my cat and no answer no call back. A week later I am now fighting and paying thousands for an internal organ infection on my kitty and she almost died twice already. DO JOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS GERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE. THEY MISTREAT ANIMALS AND ARE OBVIOUSLY VERY DIRTY!!!

Fantastic experience: Pet savers has been my #1 option for all of my pets spay and neuter needs. They are kind, efficient, and very obviously care so much about the animals they're treating. They have options for low income families, which is so awesome! Today they took care of my boy kitten, Rizz. He is doing so well, and I know that he was given the best care. We will be back next month to take care of our other kittens.

Fantastic experience: Had my female pomeranian spayed in June and everything went really good...she didn't seem to be in any pain when I brought her home...I had 3 female cats spayed in July. 2 of them were strays that were dumped in my area and made their home in my chicken coop. All are doing well...I would recommend them to everyone wanting to spay/neuter their pet.

Fantastic experience: You know people always write reviews when something good or bad happens with a place and I'm writing to boast this company's ability to take responsibility for a mistake that was made and corrected. We took our beloved louie to pet savers for a neutering and it got infected and turned into an extremely ugly situation, so bad we ended up at pet emergency. Make sure you get a cone put on properly before leaving pet savers if you have an active pup. Louie ended up needing continuing care after pet emergency which was an almost 1000$ bill, then the bandage changes at our family vet at 400$ a piece and another debriefing at 700$ a pop. Needless to say pet savers saw where they dropped the ball and corrected everything and even took on his continued care and payed my medical bills from pet emergency and continued care at our vet so I will absolutely be back and I recommend everyone in Spokane use pet savers <3 ❤️ Very professional

Negative experience: I won’t even rate this place at all, worst customer service I have experienced. I was told my cat would be done and READY to go home by 4, as that’s the way I planned it so I could make my kids sports event. Well I get a call from Natalie, who let me tell you was not nice from the get go, she spoke poorly to me and basically told me I was lying with what I had said about getting my cat at 4 and basically told me that I’m not allowed to have my cat back till 530. Please explain to me why I can’t take my cat when mind you she has been done with surgery for over 2 hours. The gentleman I spoke with this morning was nothing but nice and friendly to me, so I will give it a one star just because of him. But Natalie needs to work on her customer service big time!

Fantastic experience: Got vaccines and spay surgery for our dogs here. Overall, it was a good experience. Dogs recovered quickly and at a lower cost than a traditional vet. They also do some dental cleaning for low income families. You will need a vet for any other medical needs, they only do the vaccines and sterilizations.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a place that truly cares about your pets you have found it. The entire group is amazing, caring and understanding. One of the few places that help financially if you are in need. Dropped off our cat RayRay with no concerns. They took great care of him and his needs. I would recommend 100%

Negative experience: Wish I could give ZERO stars. My 6 month old healthy pug went in for a basic neuter. He was groggy after surgery, fine. Took him home was sleepy for awhile but he woke up, flopped to the ground, couldn’t walk, led by incontinence of bowels, couldn’t hardly move, started seizing, foaming at the mouth. Took him to the er here in Cda and the doctors conclusion after running tests and scans? My puppy either was administered too much anesthetics, not monitored properly more than likely during and post op surgery and/or opioid overdose. He displayed classic signs of these according to the vet. Pinpoint pupils, seizures, something wrong with his liver, no white blood cell count left , almost bottomed out bp, low heart rate etc. he wasn’t even there two hours and he died. All other body parts were checked and nothing was wrong with his abdomen and no aspiration. There were no life saving efforts we could do to save him. He was a happy, healthy, hyper 6 month old baby with no health issues. Please don’t go here unless you want to bury your puppy. This experience was traumatizing, his death was awful and traumatic and completely unnecessary. And by the way Pet Savers, save your nasty defensive responses, it will fall on deaf ears. You guys should be called pet killers.

Fantastic experience: My older small mixed breed dog needed dental care. Pet Savers made the cost affordable and the care was amazing. From checking in they took time to explain the services and allowed me to place him in the back waiting area myself to pick up meeting me with pictures of before, after and a diagram of the work done. If you need somewhere that you can trust and affordable, Pet savers is it! Thank you for such great care!!

Firstly, they are very easy to get a hold of. I was able to quickly and easily get scheduled through their website and was given all necessary information to prepare me for my first experience getting an animal neutered. The wait was not long upon arrival, despite one review I read. They moved through people very quickly but carefully. When picking my cat up they were helpful and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Just got my kitten neutered here and the price was affordable, the staff was professional and kind. If you live in spokane County they will microchip your pet for free when spaying/neutering them if you like. I highly recommend Pet Savers!

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience - everyone was super friendly, my dog is doing great. Also, for me, I have a thing where I have to double check my understanding on everything, because I’m always worried that I’ll leave a place and then realize I was only half listening to the instructions. Pet Savers did a great job accommodating me, made sure I felt confident in how to take care of my dog’s recuperation, and that they were available if anything comes up that I’m concerned about.

Positive experience: Rude environment and people. This is supposed to be a place for people with low income to help their pets. Well I went in with my cats in a card board box because we can’t afford pet carriers nor do we need them because our pets stay home with us. When I walked in I got dirty looks from everyone including the person behind the desk. Then when I set my cats down the first thing said to me was “they are going to need hard carriers if you want to bring them home” not a hello or good morning or anything like that. Obviously if we had hard carriers or the money to buy them we would have brought them in, in them. She then let me know that they have cardboard carriers but I’ll have to pay an additional 15$ per cat. So my cardboard carrier is not correct and is deserving of rudeness and dirty looks but the cardboard boxes pet savers use are somehow much better and somehow worth 15$? The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they did at least take the cats and do their neutering.

Fantastic experience: First things first, the pricing is completely unbeatable. We got our dog spayed and vaccinated with the rabies vaccine and total cost was $155. I took my tiny kitty to my normal vet and it cost over $300. My expectations for the over all experience (with it being a low cost clinic) were completely surpassed! The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The whole process was so easy between scheduling online, to all the reminders, as well as being able to pay ahead of time. I highly recommend pet savers! I’m so grateful for a place like this! Thank you!! **I’d also like to add, the previous reviews regarding unanswered calls are completely irrelevant now. I called twice on the day of my dog’s surgery and was answered immediately. I’d also like to add that I LOVE the responses to negative reviews!! You guys are doing an amazing thing and I appreciate what you do so much!!

Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best place to get your pet spayed/neutered. We have a farm with many cats and dogs. I've taken every single one of them to Pet Savers for their spay/neuter. I won't use anyone else. I am super excited that you can book online now. Makes things much faster and easier.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and caring pet care. When the vet quotes you a price for spay/neuter and shots, check PetSavers price. It's about half the price. Easy drop off and pick up and the staff is always friendly and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Booking online was simple, appointment confirmation was within a day or two. Early morning check in was quick and painless and they called about two hours before our kitten was ready for pickup so we had plenty of time to get there. They treated her very well and made sure we knew what to do for aftercare when we took her home. Thank you for what all you guys do!!

Negative experience: If I could do a zero star I would. I get that this is a low cost volunteer clinic. Great for the community, but they up-charged my family at least 4 times for stupid reasons that aren't even explained. Communication skills need to be worked on. As it is since the family got up-charged so much I plan to just go to a regular vet since it'll pretty much cost me the same with better quality care.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff. They are super efficient and kind to my kitten. Quick check-in and longest wait time was 10 mins.

Negative experience: Only positives were they have a nice big new facility. Check ins take forever if your are there when doors open. Only one person checking in 20 people. So my 8 month old American bully went to get fixed yesterday. She is a hyper puppy and very vocal. So when they had me take her in the back, she was barking and a slight growl all while her tail was still wagging. Not snarling or trying to bite anyone. They got scared because she was vocal. Asked if I would come back in a couple hours to hold her and mussel her while they gave her the knock out shot for surgery. So I said absolutely. But before I leave they put her in a kennel and put a caution sign on her cage. Then put a towel over it to calm her down. Which is fine. But no dogs are ever calm at a vet they don't like it. So I come back help them give her the shot without incident. Surgery goes good. They call me to come pick her up early. Sweet get her out of that place. I come to pick her up and pay my bill and they put a 50$ safety fee on there then lied to me saying it's because they have to use a special medicine because she barked. I argued with management saying my puppy is not a safety concern and I came back and held her for her shot they didn't do anything that involved putting them at risk of being bit. She was passed out. And never would have bitten them anyway. So BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A TALKATIVE DOG THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A SAFETY FEE. What a joke. She has been to her regular vet several times and they just take her and do what they need without incident. If your scared of dogs you probably shouldn't work at a vet. I will not ever bring another animal to them or recommend them again they are a joke and so is there management.

Fantastic experience: Incredible place. Got my labradoodle spayed and microchipped here for less than $200 and it was done very well. She had hardly any swelling or redness even on the day of tue surgery. Very professional vets and staff, I would highly recommend entrusting your pet in their care.

Fantastic experience: Would give this place more than five stars if I could. They literally saved my dog's life. I went to another clinic and they said if I can't pay thousands of dollars up front for surgery for my dog then we will have to put her down. Kept getting denied for payment plans. Contacted this place and told them what was going on, they were much more focused on getting the dog into surgery immediately rather than discussing payment. Thanks to them, my dog gets to live a longer and better life! This is how clinics should be. And they were much more affordable than the rest of the places I talked to.

Positive experience: I had 2 male cats fixed here, my bigger cat recovered fine but my smaller one didn’t do as well. When I picked them up all they said is he was having a freak out and to put him in a dark room. Which I did and I gave him time to adjust. After a few hours I went to check on him and he was still pretty out of it and upon closer inspection he had blood on a front paw and a back paw from where the trimmed his nail way to short. I had no one at the clinic tell me this had happened. He’s doing a little better now but had a really hard time adjusting after I picked him up.

Fantastic experience: What a great place! Going in person to get an appointment was super easy and painless. The staff was friendly and clearly love their jobs. Our regular vet quoted us more than $600 for a neuter so finding PetSavers really came in clutch for us. When we picked up our pup he was very sleepy but was back to his normal self that night. He seems to be comfortable, happy and pain free. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: So I'm going through a separation with my husband and in order to move I have to have my dogs have their rabies shots and be spade. I made an appointment with pet savers because I thought it was for families in need. I quickly realized when I got there that I will never recommend them to anybody. Not only were they gonna charge me 80 dollars per dog for 1 rabies shot Because they're not fixed but it was gonna be 125 dollars per dog to get them spade And in order to make the appointment I have to pay 50 per dog Please don't tell people that you are for families with lower incomes If you in fact charge more than any vet. I made this appointment wasted my gas For nothing. People can take stray animals and get them fixed for free. But you're gonna charge others hundreds of dollars. I will never recommend pet savers.

Fantastic experience: The staff is wonderful and the entire process was so easy. Had a bit of a wait to get him in but they were very busy providing an amazing service to our community. Post neuter he was a little sleepy but his incisions healed very well and he returned back to his goofy self with hours :) thank you so much!!!

Negative experience: I took my dog in for a three year rabies vaccine and since I hadn't taken him there before I brought his previous vaccination papers as proof of previous vaccination. They told me that they were giving him a 3 year vaccine and then they gave him a 1 year vaccine instead. When I was filing my paperwork later that day I realized what had happened. I tried to call and got no response from them after calling several days in a row. The 3 yeat vaccine is $25.00 and the 1 year vaccine is $20.00 and the visit is $20.00. So I was charged $45.00 and did not get the service I was supposed to. Would not recommend. Now it's going to cost me more money to get another vaccine next year that I shouldn't have had to.

Fantastic experience: They are affordable and efficient without compromising the care your pet receives. My kitten needed a hernia repair done at the same time as her spay. Other vets in our area quoted $350-500. Pet saves did both procedures for less than $200 and my kitten had no complications whatsoever. She is happy and is healing beautifully. I can't recommend Pet Savers enough! We just had our procedure done in May 2023.

Negative experience: The process of getting our appointment set up was okay. They emailed back in a timely manner for me emailing over the weekend. We had to call in order to ensure our kitty would be seen. They allowed us to borrow a carrier. The prices were crazy high, higher than I expected. Then with the cost of everything, my cat didn't receive any pain killer after his surgery. Not even a 24 hr supply. All the other locations do, but why not this one? I would have done another place if I knew my cat wouldn't get the pain reliever post-surgery as he would of if I stuck with the other locations. I am very disappointed that he had to suffer like that. Then they overcharged me for other things that I didn't even come in for. I recommend going somewhere else. "Pet Savers". More like 'Pet Sufferers". Disgusting.
