Fantastic experience: I adopted my Danny here when they had the adoption center and they always gave him great care for all his wellness appointments and vaccines!!! I lost him about a year ago I miss him terribly. He was an awesome little dog!!! I really appreciate PAWS organization that I was able to adopt him!!! They really do amazing things for the animals here thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: My 6-month-old pup got spayed here over the weekend, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! The staff is incredibly welcoming and reassuring, and the prices are so reasonable. Dr. Kristin even reached out personally to answer my questions and check in on Brandy after surgery. Her incision is already healing beautifully, and is barely noticeable. If your dog needs to be spayed or neutered, this is the place to go!!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to the people here and Dr. Duffy! I brought in Yow Yow, a stray cat that we took in, and he was treated with lots of care. He developed an abscess from a cat fight outdoors and it’s been naturally draining pus from a small hole for a few days but we wanted to get it cleaned and get antibiotics. I was calling different clinics but the cost was estimated more than double what I paid here. When we went here, the wait was super quick and they cleaned it and took away the dead skin. It looks so much better already! Dr Duffy was also super compassionate and understanding with the cost and was really generous in her treatment! Thank you again. Lovel

Fantastic experience: Had a car fixed and they took very good care of her

Negative experience: They don't know how to communicate with animals. Instead of letting the dog sniff hand and say hello, she immediately started grabbing it and dragging it to the scales. The animal immediately became frightened. Then they took the animal from the owner and forcibly dragged it to a separate room. To give the vaccination, they muzzled the dog and covered it with a dirty rag. The animal was so frightened that it pooped. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff is unqualified. They specifically do not allow filming or presence, so as not to expose their incompetence. The dog acts like a three-year-old, and they treat her like she's a serial killer.

Fantastic experience: I used this place for my cat spayed. Good place for trusted veterinarian and other staff. Good communication and friendly atmosphere. Really affordable price and good service. I would like to say thanks for all of you. After two weeks of being here I send pics of my kitty to the doctor and she’s answered all my questions .

Negative experience: It use to be an awesome place until they decided who was worthy of care and who wasn't I got a nasty phone call from someone who works there about my puppy cookie who I scheduled an appointment for first the person told me I didn't pay the deposit so I couldn't keep the appointment when I told them that I wasn't aware the appointment was so soon I thought it was Friday and that I am on a fixed income she proceeded to tell me while then we can't keep the appointment for cookie make the appointment when you afford to care for her or surrender her the shelter are over crowded animals are being put down this nasty person told they can't help me because they are other people that need help like I felt the attack was personal I have bringing my animals there like forever now she brought up cat in 2024 that was my daughters who got fixed she proceeded to tell me she told me that they couldn't keep covering the cost it was being fixed I am so traumatized by the experience I am afraid to call to get my dog fixed I may get a nasty phone call wow this is crazy

Fantastic experience: I adopted my fur baby Pumpkin 8 years ago from PAWS and it was the best decision I ever made. PAWS is absolutely wonderful. The facility is so clean, and welcoming. The staff is fabulous, and most of all, I got to adopt my beautiful boy who has made our lives so wonderful. I recommend PAWS to everyone.

Positive experience: Paws did a nice job at giving my family the time and space we needed when we had to put our family dog down. However, when I went to pick up my dog after he was cremated the two people at the desk literally LAUGHED at me when I said I was picking up my dog. LAUGHED when I said "he was cremated we received a call to pick up him" and said why didn't you say that. No condolences or even an apology for the confusion. Completely disgusting and was not the receptionist that originally took care. These two should be disgusted with their actions and dont need to be in this line of work.

Negative experience: They gave my daughters cat to the wrong owner. They are not going to get her cat! The person that has the cat is not bringing it back now! How can this even happen? They just wanted to close up and go home. They dont care that her cat is with someone unfamiliar and in strange surroundings! It was their mistake and they should be fixing it now!!

Fantastic experience: I recently scheduled a neuter appointment for my 6.5-month-old puppy at PAWS, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and professional. After placing a deposit ($50) to reserve the appointment, I promptly received a follow-up email with a pre-surgery eligibility form to ensure my puppy was a good candidate for the procedure. Once the form was completed, the appointment was confirmed without any hassle. On the day of the surgery, check-in was quick and well-organized. I dropped my pup off around 8:25 AM, and the staff was warm, reassuring, and clearly experienced. He was ready for pick-up by 2:30 PM, and the discharge process was just as seamless. They provided an e-collar along with post-op medication and clear instructions for aftercare. I also appreciated that vaccines were offered as part of the visit, which added an extra layer of convenience. Within just a few days, his incisions healed beautifully and he was back to his playful, energetic self. If you’re looking for an affordable veterinary service that doesn’t compromise on quality or compassion, I highly recommend PAWS. They made what could have been a stressful day into a smooth, stress-free experience for both me and my puppy.

Negative experience: The clinical manager is the most incentivized (lassandra) individual I have ever spoken too. She is rude and does not allow you to speak. I would not recommend PAWS services. To think I had put them in my will. That has changed immediately. I found a more compassionate clinic in my area.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding care and compassion. We took our 21 year old cat here and the vets took care of our needs. We got to spend time with her afterwards. Pricing was great too. They really do care about animals.

Fantastic experience: Drove here about 2 hours from New York as my father lives around here and the prices over there are crazy. Got my 10 month old cat spayed. They took $25 as a deposit for booking then the $55 when I dropped her off. Pick up process was quick, they provided an ecollar and aftercare instructions and let me know to contact them if anything looks wrong. I changed her into a recovery suit after getting home. She’s recovering well 24 hours after pickup! Thank you so much Paws! Saved me and my girl!

Fantastic experience: Took my 2 year old cat here yesterday to get neutered. It was an easy process I put $25 down & paid the remaining $55 once I checked in. Picked him up at 3:48pm very easy going process staff were nice and very informative. It’s a day later and he’s healing just fine. If you’re looking for affordable options this place is to go

Fantastic experience: Paws is a very friendly and very affordable pet care option. I have fallen in love with this place and will always bring my animals here. They are very gentle and super knowledgeable on every subject regarding animals. When you first walk in they always ask what your “babies” name is and it really takes a load off the shoulders when you hear that because you know they care and want to genuinely make a difference! Thankyou guys for all you do and Thankyou for taking care of our babies!!!!

Negative experience: Showed up with a street cat with injured eyes, the receptionist didn't even blink, she just referred us to an animal shelter. No assistance was offered. I guess they don't really care about helping unless we are on the schedule.

Fantastic experience: I’ll admit I was hesitant to take my 11 month doodle Alfie to any clinic to be neutered vs my vet office. However, Paws was $450 cheaper than what my vet had quoted me. I’m very satisfied with my decision to get the procedure done at Paws, as well as the care and treatment they gave Alfie. The front staff was great and any time I left a message, my call was returned in a reasonable amount of time. I’m grateful for organizations like Paws and the work they do for the community. That’s for taking such good care of my pup.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is AMAZING. I truly can’t believe I paid only $85 to get my kitten spayed, her shots, and dewormer. I can tell she’s still feeling it as she isn’t as active as she usually is however the incision sites look amazing and so much better than any cat I’ve gotten from the spca. The building is very visible from the road and is completely pained on the outside with cats and dogs as shown in the photos on their website. The women I interacted with were so kind and welcoming. It made me feel so much better about having to leave my girl there. I highly recommend this clinic. They absolutely deserve the business.

Fantastic experience: My dog was suffering from stomach problems (I had no idea) and he was shaking and trembling his entire body, worried, I went to paws to see what they could help me with and they took me in right away and injected something that could help him the next day he was all better it was a Christmas miracle and I appreciate the staff and the doctors that helped me out when he needed it.

Fantastic experience: this place is absolutely amazing for those pf us wh0 dont have the high prices to pay for our beloved pets typical shots, some other services( u can find on website) and most beautifully they sell individual pills and treatments for fleas n ticks ( that nefore i knew i couldnt afford the stores 50.00 and up 3x use fle n tick monthly treatment ....so i tried cheaper items and waisted $ as none worked. they gave me steroids for my sensitive cat.sold me the monthly half pills that work 24 hrs to kill any on them at moment( another that if u buy a 3 pk at store over 30.00..they sell 5.00 per pill and 9.00 per monthly treatment for a cat! what an amazing deal they give us- same with their services and shot prices! they are amazing! i thank god for them and theor amazing volunteers and know they help many people in the greater northeast and all over- be able to keep their pets up do date on shots ,ect....who normally ( like myself) could not afford it? they also take donations of anything from towels n rags ( i even got a comf0ryet on theor free table my cat n s,on love!) and often has many new or like new items orhers have donated if they n0longer can use the item. i feel its such a wonderful part of our community that its a great place for funraising or domating genrly used pr new pet items you may have! know for an appt it can be a bit co.nfusing.you can make appt over internet or go in amdake.either way they need a doen payment of 10 or 15 dollars to make sure u show on your appt day.. and the day of your appt they are fast and gentle and loving!

Fantastic experience: I called yesterday (AFTER HOURS) and left a message regarding my cat needing dental work. I Literally got a call THIS MORNING from a very friendly, concerned staff (CORI) She was sympathetic to my concerns, made me aware they did not offer dental services but offered to send me a list of Vet recommendations AND some LOW COST Vet's at that. I got the list emailed to me before I even got off the phone with Cori. That is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS VERY BEST!!!!! Keep of the great work :)

Fantastic experience: Fairly clean, and fair priced clinic for pet vaccinations, clinic, and spay/neutering center. Hard to get appointments, so you have to continuously check each week for slots online. Staff is very friendly and quick to service.

Fantastic experience: Very caring place to take your animals. I had to take my cat here and make one of the hardest decisions of my life. Paws ensured they did everything to comfort my cat and myself during this time. I am beyond thankful for the level of care and empathy that paws has showed our family.

Positive experience: I will admit that I was hesitant to take my 6 month old Chihuahua puppy to any clinic, however it was recommended that they will take care of her spay (supposed to be included) since I adopted her through “Tiny Paws Rescue”. Although it was NOT Included with the adoption, (you do have to pay so just be prepared) they did take great care of her and she is doing amazing on her second day! She is up moving around as she normally would and eating and drinking fine, minus trying to maneuver trying to eat around her e-collar. Surgery was yesterday August 5, 2024

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with the front desk, worst customer service ever! They need more training on how to deal with customers, how to help with their needs, how to be patient and how to listen to the customers that way they can understand what is going on and help them. I understand that everyone can have bad mornings but it was my first time here and I didn’t appreciate how I was treated. The front desk girl was very rude even my son told me “mom why she have an attitude?” I said to him that she probably had a bad morning! Business have a lot to do with customer service and if she don’t have it she can’t be there! Also they tell you one thing over the phone and when you go in person is another thing I think all of them need to be in the same page! Now I have to look for another place to take my dog and get the stuff she need done.

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making both me and my cat feel at ease from the moment we walked in. The veterinarians were thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood all the care my cat needed. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and it was clear that everyone genuinely cared about the animals. I highly recommend PAWS for anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care!

Positive experience: They run a low-cost clinic for basic Vet care. It can be hard to get through on the phone sometimes. But it's a well needed service. Wish they would reopen the adoption center.

Negative experience: The generalizing my pet and the amount of time my pet spent in the other room while quickly only coming in and not discussing anything with me but rather telling me what they're going to do under a lot of assumptions is really unprofessional. How about ask me first? Or have a discussion? The veterinarian specifically never asked questions I had to start a discussion like an actual doctors office. A lot of basic questions are missed at this vet. I wouldn't go here at all again. And the Asian girl at the desk was really non compassionate. A lot more attitude than what a front facing person should be. Definitely not the right job for her. The other caucasian girl was fine that I talked to. Honestly just felt like this experience was just disappointing like mostly everyone acting like it was above their pay grade to actually do these appointments at this place

Fantastic experience: The women at this location are hands-down, the best. I was very nervous able leaving my animal, they were informative and caring. I will definitely use their services again.

Negative experience: I’ve used paws as my primary care for my rescue cat. My cat was abused and it took her 6 months to come off our refrigerator to trust us. It took her two more years to start to meow. She learned to trust again and to love again. We loved her as much as she loved us. We trusted I paws to help us when her behavior became unpredictable. It took them three weeks to get back to us. Our cat had never been sick and always had her shots. She started breathing laborly and finally we received a call back. Again. Three weeks later. The vet wouldn’t take her and said to take her to an urgent care for pets. We put her in her carrier and she died shortly after of a massive heart attack or stroke. Please don’t waste your time with paws. They are not there when you need them. They are shot givers and nail cutters. Other than that. They did nothing to help to save my rescue cat from dying. I am currently looking into see whom I can write to so anyone else doesn’t have to lose their pet. Our cat was like a daughter to us as I’m sure your pet is to you. If they are that overwhelmed or under educated then maybe they should cease to exist. Please. Get yourself a good vet. Don’t rely on under educated help. Your pet is too important. I’ve spent many a day crying over the loss of my baby cat. Pay the extra money. Get a real place to care for your pet. Not a place that calls back three weeks later. To me it just seems like they are either overwhelmed. Which is unacceptable. Or say a whatever. Get a good veterinarian. Do not trust paws.

Negative experience: Made an appointment two times and they couldn’t give her a vaccine because she was aggressive. They couldn’t even take her out of the cage. Wasted money and time here. This is a pet clinic they should know how to handle animals.

Negative experience: The front desk was nice but the vet spent little to no time with my cat or talking to me. She maybe looked at my cat for 4 minutes (after waiting like 20-30 minutes past my appointment time), went into the staff room and never came back out to ask questions or see if I had any questions.

Fantastic experience: Had my 2 female cats fixed here . Halloween and yuki . They are wonderful both my girls had no problem and healed quickly. I was a little worried about my one girl cause she didn't go to the bathroom right away or eat or drank much. The lady from paws called me back right away. All it was my little girl was a little sore. The next day she was eating drinking and going to the cat box . They are wonderful. Can't say more about them . Thank you

Fantastic experience: I help pay for my $350 pet deposit to keep my pet bug and also they supply me with wet and dry food for my dog and cat and litter all For no cost for people that are going through financial hardships. I am also able to get some vet assistance help through Northeast paws. And God is great because without this I would not be able to keep my dog, and I was looking to rehome him, but now we're in our forever home as a family and he is very calm and relaxed and so is our cat. Definitely reach out to them and look into all resources they have to offer trust me it's worth it.

Fantastic experience: Took my kitten in for vaccines and what I thought was spading and found out she was really a he. So my male kitten was neutered and doing fine! All the staff at PAWS were great and the fees were extremely affordable! Would highly recommend PAWS!

They took GREAT care of him! Called me after he was done n then at no charge even clipped his nails! I also had his yearly vaccines done and I was able to pick him up early. Fantastic experience: Took great care of my boy when he got neutered a few weeks ago. They have great pricing, neutering, micro chip and meds came to around $250. They also do vaccinations and will bring him back for his yearly Annual.

Fantastic experience: PAWS is amazing! They have the lowest cost medications at any local vet or online pharmacy. My dog requires meds for his allergies and they are so expensive, but PAWS helps us be able to afford them. Great for low cost vaccines and blood work. The vets are incredibly kind and the other staff is so helpful. Biggest tip I could give anyone is to email them instead of call if not urgent- they are very responsive via email.

Fantastic experience: I had wonderful experience with PAWS I had come to the appointment 20 minutes late due to flat tire and they we’re totally nice about it and told no problem you will just have to wait an extra 10 minutes and then they came and took my car and the vaccines and deworming took less then 10 minutes such lovely staff. I really do recommend getting your animals vaccinated and spayed here.

Negative experience: Came in to get my cat vaccinated The tech told me the pet parents are not allowed in the vaccination room I was not comfortable leaving my fur baby alone and requested an exception. Just so i can be in the room while he gets vaccined but they did not agree. They agreed to cancel the appointment but did not allow me to be in the vaccine room. I ddnt understand why this was such an issue. It all seemed very fishy. Never going back there

Fantastic experience: This is a great organization and they always do their best to help out any pet owner. We brought in 5 kittens and a momma cat and they got them all fixed in a day. Absolutely amazing and they recovered perfectly. Most of the kittens already have been adopted! There's Moo moo the last little kitty :)

Positive experience: It's very difficult to get a live person on the phone to schedule an appointment. It often requires leaving a message and waiting for a call back. This is not ideal if your pet is not well. But the care my pup received, once we were able to be seen, was good.

Positive experience: The staff is great! Professional and friendly. The prices here are very reasonable. My only complaint is, they NEVER answer the phones. Not everyone can come to the center especially during business hours, some of us have jobs. I went in one day because I thought my dog had an appt. I called many times to confirm but no answer. When I went In 3 women were behind the counter in front of their computers listening to the phone ringing and when they told me there wasn’t an appt for today I said I called and they said , “we don’t answer the phones because it’s non stop all day” No, it’s probably someone like me that Called this number 5 times for assistance and you just let it ring. If your job is reception and you are paid to work at the front desk, that requires more than the computer. It includes the phone. I wasted time and gas coming over when a 1minute conversation could have eliminated my visit. Tried to schedule an appt but was told I have to go online and schedule in a week. I guess when the services are cheaper so is the customer service. You get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: Had my cat come in to be spayed. Everyone was very friendly during pickup and drop off. The online website is easy to schedule appointments and such which is a plus.

Fantastic experience: We've been here twice now for our cat. Dr. Tiffany Duffy took great care of her and test results came back quickly. Everyone else was friendly as well. I know it's supposed to be low cost, but I was still surprised at how inexpensive it was. Highly recommend taking your pet here for updated shots/exams, or donating if you're able. Thank you again!

Positive experience: In need of more staff. Everyone I encountered was running around, and after 20 minutes of patiently waiting, I was seen to license my dog. Floors were in of sanitizing and good cleansing. I was afraid that my dog was going to get sick from the stail urine, dried feces, and throw up left unattended.

Fantastic experience: Staff professional,Surgery was quick and she was well the next day, cont'd to monitor her green tattatooo,my 7 yr old loves better known as her incision spot.Hoping she would calm down, and still wants to run the hood,mess w/alley cats and at least I know she's protected by her immunizations and she won't become knockedup@9mo old ready to have my big cat(7y)vaccinated in a month! thanks Paws N.E☺️❤️

Fantastic experience: Paws Northeast is a great place for your pets to have medical services. I’ve been taking my cats to this location for their vaccinations for several years. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this organization for your pets.

Fantastic experience: HA Parking in lot behind building. Elevator if needed for wheelchair. Entrance is near corner with 1step.inside , located on first floor with 3steps ( handrail)) into actual clinic. Great location. Friendly staff. Restroom. Great environment. Donations accepted. Our dog had an overall good experience. Will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give them more stars. I've had to go here 3x in the last year, once when my girl was attacked by another dog and then twice when she got sick. They treated her and I with the utmost kindness and care. Now, I'm sure I'm not the first one to say this, but it is expensive. Both times I had to go we're ironically on holidays when nothing was open. Does it cost a lot yes, but when it's your only option it's been an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: The people that work here are absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately my kitten had leukemia virus and had various problems related to it in the 6 months that I had her, and the doctor and vet techs that work here not only are very knowledgeable but are the kindest people I ever met. They are absolutely exceptional in making you and your animal feel at ease even among serious problems. My kitten had to be put down today and although a devastating experience they could not have done a better job at making the appointment as comforting as possible. I’ve had to take my kitten to other places for overnight emergencies and the way they treat their patients just does not compare to PAWS. Every person that works here deserves recognition for what they do! This process was made just a little easier because of everyones kindness, from the girls at the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors.

Fantastic experience: Best place to take my cats when they need to be seen. They are very inexpensive and the staff is very kind and understanding. Been going here for years and they have been fantastic since the first visit. Thank you keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: I had my kitten spayed, chipped, nail trim, distemper booster all for a great price. Thank goodness for Paws. Everything went smoothly and my Baby was in good hands. Thank you to the doctor and staff at Paws.

Negative experience: Pretty upset with how this place is run. I’ve been going back and forth with this place for over a week regarding a cat. They told me I was approved and I spoke to their worker on the phone all about the cat, going over health records and everything. I emailed the foster mom directly after the phone call asking when we could get him. To my surprise, she came back and said he was already adopted. Why would you tell multiple people on the same day that they’re approved for the same cat and they can both get it? Why would the person on the phone go over all of his records for me only for him to already be adopted?? Avoid this rescue, they are awful with communication.
