Fantastic experience: Today was my second visit to animal House clinic hospital. They perform surgery on my little Yorkshire terrier for cherry eye he now looks great ! I cannot say enough good things about staff and the doctor !!! They was so friendly and answered all my questions and took the time to explain the surgery I am so pleased with their service !!! You can surely tell that the staff and doctors care about your pets ❣️ I would never take my pup anywhere else. And I would highly recommend anybody to take their fur babies here.

Negative experience: Brought my pet in Monday morning w/a urinary blockage, was told he was doing good on Tuesday & Wednesday morning & was told i could pick him up Wednesday afternoon. When I picked him up, he was worse than when I dropped him off. Was told to monitor him, that he would be a little Wobbly and to bring him back the following day for them to do a follow up check. We had a 4:30pm appointment scheduled, he never made it. He died as i arrived at the clinic, early...because he was struggling to breathe. They gave me no real answers only possibilities as to what might have happened. They robbed me of $1400.00 & slow killed my pet. I would seriously think twice before talking your pet here. I left with mine in a body bag after they told me it would be another $150- 300 if they had to dispose of his body. Unreal.

Fantastic experience: Myself, my parents, and a brother all use this clinic. We can not recommend it enough, everyone is so friendly and professional. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tiffany Howard is a pleasure to work with and she obviously enjoys her profession. She takes care of Woodrow on his annual appointments and always gives good advice and direction. I highly recommend visiting her if you have any needs for your furry family members!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time here, I have an injured Chicken, yes I said Chicken The staff were wonderful and caring, they were able to help diagnose the problem and they were sooo friendly and compassionate! I will be bringing all of my pets here from now on!!

Fantastic experience: These guys are incredibly professional. Everything they recommend is throughly explained. The nurses are so kind and even my anxious dogs clearly showed comfort in their hands. The doctors show expertise and made everything easy to understand. I love my animals like my family. I definitely felt comfortable having their welfare under the care of these hard working people. Not once did I feel as if they were trying to make extra money off unnecessary treatment. I will definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

Positive experience: The place was clean. The assistant was very nice. With a new puppy, I just wanted some reassurance with things and felt the communication with the doctor was bare minimum.

Fantastic experience: They are phenomenal, my pup crossed the puppy printed rainbow today. All of the staff were just about as upset as I was, they all knew him. A very caring and compassionate group of people work here. They're really knowledgeable about special breeds and they take very good care of my dog's, well now dog. I always recommend them when someone asks about veterinary clinics/hospitals.

Fantastic experience: Scheduling was easy. Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. Allowed me to sit in the parking lot with my dog and called when a room was available so we didn’t have to wait inside with other pets, kids, noise, etc., which can be stressful for some pets. The vet tech and vet were polite, knowledgeable and asked many questions to understand my concerns. They took samples, performed biopsies and communicated the results clearly along with treatment options. The place was clean and I learned a lot from this visit and left feeling relieved. The cost was less than I expected for this kind of visit. All in all a great experience and I will be going back for future veterinary needs.

Fantastic experience: I had to take my dog to the ER on a Saturday, she ended up needing a surgery asap. Animal house was able to get us in first thing on Monday! They are the sweetest, most gentle caring people!! Every single one of them! They were so gentle and kind with my baby, called me multiple times with updates on her surgery. I had issues with my baby taking her meds and called them multiple times and each time they were so helpful and never seemed frustrated with me calling as many times as I did. They are also an hour away from me and I will make the drive because they are just that good. I felt so at ease leaving my baby with them! Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love that they were able to see my pet quickly and I did not have a long wait. Prices were reasonable and doctor was very professional. When I had to euthanize my exotic pet, they were able to get us in quickly. They were kind, respectful, patient, and understanding. They were also very accommodating and didn't overly charge for the euthanasia. Thank you guys for making a hard moment in our lives just a bit easier.

Negative experience: Professional and whatnot. But I ended up paying over $200 for my cat to get a couple shots and flea medicine. I probably wont be returning here or to any other vet if we're gonna be charging like a human doctor's office moving forward.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing I can’t say much that I would improve! Very clear explanation of process of things with a great customer experience and my pup loves them!!! Everywhere else I took Horatio he would shake n be skittish but not here he enjoys, actually coming to this clinic! Everyone here is so friendly and very patient and makes sure u know what’s going on every step of the way! My Service animal in training and there understanding and relieving his stress & my stress separating us while they took him to the back to run test was amazing. They were absolutely phenomenal how they were just so in tune with what Horatio needed and the reassuring him that he was coming back to me.. I won’t take my boy anywhere else now. After his old vet office didn’t even do any testing on him with what’s going on I was referred to this clinic from my sister and thank God I did cause these guys are saving his life!! After examining him we found out he had several obstructions in his intestines and stomach. He was in so much pain diarrhea for two weeks a little bit of blood & vomiting. He was absolutely miserable and I’m so glad that he feels comfortable with them. Going to a vet that he knows is gonna love him and do everything they can to help him as well as me! Thank u to everyone here for all u are doing for my big boy! He is there for the weekend and on Monday they will determine if we have to do exploratory surgery!

Negative experience: IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMALS DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE, THEY MAKE BAD CHOICES & HAVE FOR YEARS!!! THEY HAVE CAUSED & PROLONGED SUFFERING OF ANIMALS & THEIR OWNERS MORE THAN ONCE!!! * To be fair.. SOME people have had a good experience.. it's just unpredictable.

Fantastic experience: I Love Animal House. My pit Bleu ate something that caused an obstruction. I had to take him to the emergency clinic because he was consistently vomiting and unable to barely move. They sent me here that morning. When I got there they did not have a surgeon that day but called him in as soon as I told them what was going on. Bleu’s vital and test were bad. And he was slipping. I could have lost my baby that day. But they rushed him into surgery and saved our baby’s life. I am so Grateful for their team. They truly show compassion, understanding and Love for your pet. And have definitely gained a new patient. His recovery was great and he is back to his fun, loving, energetic self. Thank you so much Animal House we are truly Blessed to have a Clinic that Loves their patients and Loves their job!!

Fantastic experience: If you are in need of a veterinary clinic, I believe there is no better in the Clarksville area. Great extended hours during the week and open on Saturday. During my last appointment, I had to euthanize my baby of 12 years due to a cancerous tumor. Dr. Baugher and her staff, as well as everyone else was attentive, caring, and sympathetic. Everything was explained to me both before and during the procedure which made things easier. The Animal House is one of a kind as far as my family and I are concerned

Fantastic experience: Our first visit everything was great, the staff was warm and welcoming and the vet Dr Howard answer all my concerns. My cat was very calm the vet tech and Dr Howard were gentle and took their time with him. The visit was very affordable even with getting medication. Im very pleased and would recommend Animal House to any one was looking for a warm friendly veterinarian.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been boarding 3 dogs with them for the last 5 years (1 German Shep, 2 Pitties). It truly gives me a pice of mind that if anything happens to my dogs, the vet clinic will take care of them. I booked with them for one week this time and my doggies got a bath before I picked them up.

Fantastic experience: Nov 2025 and a recheck with Dr Munoz and his tech Sam was just outstanding. Lots of information and a thorough exam and a range of recommendations without any pressure. I feel our pups are in great hands at Animal House Update July 2025 with one of our other dogs who was not able to stand we we first got up (on a Saturday). Despite all appointments being full the staff was so gracious to work us in with Dr Munoz and he and his tech were kind, helpful and thorough. A great relief to get some answers and a way forward to help our best friend! Thanks again and my rating stands! We had an outstanding experience with Animal House. We were mistakenly informed that our regular vet office would be open Sat am, and we urgently needed to have our elderly dog evaluated as he had lost the ability to get up just the evening before. The after hours number then connected us to Animal House, where the receptionist was thoughtful and kind and got us an urgent appointment for just 90 minutes from our call. We arrived and were treated quickly and efficiently, despite never having been there. It was the small kindness of a blanket on the floor and the offer to have a transfer dolly from our truck into the exam area that we so appreciated. The vet, Dr Clauder, was quick to help us understand this was a pain crisis, and put things right quickly. We are returning to complete the assessment in a few days, but the crisis was handled, and our old friend is getting around again. Many thanks to their entire team.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Howard, I love you! I came in so distraught, I'm not sure how I even got dressed that morning. My sweet pup was going through it. Our tech and Doctor were absolutely phenomenal, I was informed the whole way. I'm so happy my baby goes to this vet, I know she will ALWAYS be cared for. Fantastic experience: I called them around 410pm in a panic due to my dog not acting right- they got me an appointment for 5pm that day- I left my house shortly after getting off the phone in hopes I could get in sooner because he just didn’t seem right. The moment I got there and they seen his condition they got us right into a room and had him seen right away. This isn’t the only good experience we have had, they have been amazing every time we have gone and had to call! So helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant and friendly to work with! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Hours after a cross country move our dog, Isaiah injured himself. We had no appointment, and I wasn’t sure if we would get in, but I made the call. I had no vaccine records as I was moving cross country and they were in the truck which was not here yet but right behind us, they called my vet that his records sent over and proceeded to examine and treat my dog service was warm and friendly and kept immaculate Couldn’t be happier with the service and I will be a lifelong client from here on out, and I might add that they are less than a mile away from me which is amazing.

Negative experience: I went in to AHVC on 11/10/2025 to see about getting my Siberian Husky some flea and tick medication (Simperica). They informed me that they would need to do an exam since it had been over a year since his last check up, no problem at all. He wasn't with me at the time since I stopped there after I got off work, so I scheduled an appointment for the following day (11/11/25) at 11:30am. I asked the receptionist if I could pay for the appointment and medication up front which also wasn't an issue. I credited my account $233.00 which i was told the cost of the exam plus the medication. Fast forward to today (11/11/2025), my wife takes our Husky up there for the appointment, everything goes fine. She's goes to check out and they inform her that it's gonna cost more. She doesn't understand why since I paid for everything ahead of time. They say that I didn't pay for the medication and that I just credited the account. I'm not actually sure what I paid for then. If I knew the exam+medication was gonna be almost $400 I would go somewhere else with fair and clear pricing. I'm just extremely disappointed by the strange increase in pricing after I was already told a cost and credited my account according to it.

Fantastic experience: They’ve been taking care of my puppy since I got her at eight weeks old They are very patient. They are very informative and they are very kind with my baby. She was just spayed this week and they were very attentive to her needs and my worries as a fur baby mom I highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: We arrived early for our pets (2) appointment, yet we had to wait nearly 45 minutes before being called back. But a nice lady came out, and explained that they were running late and she apologized. Sometimes that's all it takes, for the patron to know what's going on and to feel seen. When my pets were called back by the Vet tech, she too apologized, which really meant a lot. It was our first visit to Animal House Veterinarian Clinic, being that we are new to Clarksville. The whole staff, from walking in the front door, until we left, could not have been nicer, more professional, friendly and kind. My husband and I also agreed that, although the cost of any veterinarian service can be costly, it was more affordable than other places we have been to. We would highly recommend Animal House Veterinarian Clinic. ❤️‍⬛

Fantastic experience: Took my senior Chihuahua in due to mass growth on leg, found out it was cancer, they immediately started him on antibiotics & steroids. A week later he had surgery, everything went great. Everyone who works there was so sweet & helpful. We will definitely be staying with this vet office

Fantastic experience: Great facility with top notch diagnostic equipment and staff. Dr. Munoz and Samantha (Sam) are so kind and compassionate. My tripod heart cat, Loosie, has cancer again and they explained options for us to have a little more time together and ensure she doesn’t suffer when the cancer starts to affect her quality of life. They even tolerate my emotional mess when I try to talk about it with them. They are the best!!

Fantastic experience: Our pet needed to be seen urgently, and the clinic made room on their appointment schedule for the same day. The staff was professional and very courteous. They quickly came to a diagnosis and treatment that helped resolve the problem. Bottom line: they all acted like their sole focus was to take care of us. It was a very pleasant experience and greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: we just moved to clarksville about two months ago and our vet in nashville permanently closed so we were looking for a new home base, animal house is absolutely our new place! we were greeted with care and respect and our dog bud had a great first expirence. they updated his vaccines, cut his nails, and gave him a refill of medicine! the rooms, and lobby is very clean and well kept, they sell dog food and accessories aswell, and accept CareCredit, which has been a lifesaver for our family! all these people saying it's pricey clearly haven't been to any other vet because their prices are exactly the same as anywhere if not a little cheaper! i do wish that they would immediately put us in a room to wait like other vets, being that our dog is an intact male rescue and does not get along great with other male dogs, luckily there were none there yesterday but that is literally my ONLY complaint, and it's personal to our situation! i highly recommend animal house to anyone looking for a permanent vet for your fur baby!

Fantastic experience: We’re new to the area and had not established a new vet yet. Unfortunately our 13 year old dog was not doing well and we needed to get her seen. I called right when they opened at 8am and was able to have our dog seen at 9am. The staff was phenomenal. The girl at the front desk was super sweet and brought a blanket for our dog in the waiting room. Our vet tech Sam was amazing too and so was our vet Dr Munoz.

Fantastic experience: Have nothing but good things to say about this Animal House Vet clinic! Nice, patient office staff. Took my senior dog for info re his maladies. Vet Tech was helpful, informative and patient as older dog has high anxiety. Prescribed meds. Easy to get refills. 2nd dog had teeth cleaning. Although not an inexpensive procedure due to anesthesia, it was far less than another Vet clinic quoted. The procedure went very well with a follow up call the next from the doctor. My daughter, who interned 2 summers at a vet clinic said it’s highly unusual to give an IV during such a procedure as it’s an “above and beyond” service which actually helps to keep our pup hydrated while she’s recovering at home. She was too weak to eat or drink. Definitely will take our pups here again. They exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind with my dog. Dr. McClusky was able to help find some cheaper meds for my boy and it made SUCH a difference in his condition. My dog does not do well around other dogs so they allowed me to sit in my car with him til he was ready to be seen. Very understanding and dependable staff!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was one of the hardest days of my life. My golden retriever, Canela, went into labor, and what should have been a joyful moment turned into heartbreak when her puppies were born stillborn because they had stopped developing weeks ago. I was completely shattered. With my spouse just deployed and money so tight, I didn’t know how I was going to get her the help she needed, but I knew I couldn’t lose her too. This clinic welcomed us in right away. They didn’t just treat Canela—they cared for me too. They saw me sobbing and broken, and instead of making me feel like just another client, they listened to me, they comforted me, and they reassured me over and over that my baby was going to be okay. They worked with me on costs when I had no idea how I was going to afford it, and they never made me feel judged for being in such a hard spot. Canela is my whole world. In my darkest moment, this team gave me hope, compassion, and the peace of knowing she was safe. I will never forget how they treated us—with genuine love and humanity. They were truly a blessing, and I am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Back in the beginning of March our dog started having issues. We took him in and saw Dr. Munoz. We had a complicated situation with our dog and he said we should seek help with their sister emergency clinic which we ended up doing. Fast forward 6 months later and our dog has bounced back to almost 100%, he still has his issues and is on several medications but he is doing very well. Thank You!! Dr. Munoz at Animal House and Dr. Stegman at Emergency Vet for saving our dog and being genuinely invested in his health.

My dog has an eye injury and they got her in the same day within 20 mins of my initial call, the wait was short and the care for her was everything I hoped for in treating my dog. They got her in same day, figured out she had pyometra and got her in for emergency surgery.. all within a couple hours after calling to see if they even had any room to see her. I am forever grateful for Dr. Howard and the team that help save my baby girl. There is not enough words for how greatful I am. Thank you Animal House team for everything you do! Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and my fur baby got sick with an upper respiratory infection. I found them online and prayed they were reputable and could help him. They were amazing! Very attentive, supportive when I was a little emotional and have been taking good care of him. Strong recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stedman did an outstanding job of taking care of my dog. I love her approach to treat conservatively first…and follow up with tests/imaging only if necessary. My dog is better today with the meds and supplements I got yesterday. Mara did a great job also. I could tell both love their job and the animal they treat. I highly recommend the Animal House clinic. It’s also great that they have a 2nd shift.

Fantastic experience: Our family just got a new puppy after about 10yrs of not having a pup. And tonight our sweet little pup found rat poison!! Omg I called animal house asap they ladies were so sweet they close at 12am and ofc it was 11 something when this happened but they was like get her here soon as you can. We “made it 11:54 they took her right back. Luckily our puppy didn’t have but a few little pieces in her tummy she got meds and is doing wonderful thanks so much idk what i would have done!!

Negative experience: Over the past few years, I’ve brought two different cats to animal house for dental issues. Both times, the staff advised me they would perform a cleaning, call during the process with updates if teeth needed to be extracted, and then call once the job was completed. With the first cat, I never got the call and found out when I picked up my cat that teeth did indeed need to be pulled. When we took the second cat, we explained what happened the first time and asked for that experience not to be repeated. This time they did call and say everything looked great. Cat was sent home with steroids. TWO WEEKS LATER, she’s still in pain and now her gums are really bad so I went back only to be told that, yes, they did see issues the first time and now we need to schedule for teeth to be extracted. In my own personal opinion, and from my own personal experience, this office is only interested in a cash grab. I imagine they must get paid extra for sedation which is why they recommend it so much. It’s not a coincidence to have the same experience repeated with two different cats. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone when there are much better vets in town who are genuinely interested in caring for your pets and helping them heal their issues more quickly.

Fantastic experience: Thank you thank you thank you for squeezing our girl, Duck Tape in today! Phenomenal first impression. Super sweet staff, clean building, really reasonable pricing, the vet did a thorough job with our girl and we really appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: They took great care of my fur baby when I thought she might’ve been blocked with a bladder crystal (which can be very dangerous for cats). She was relatively fine and they made sure to check everything very thoroughly and even get records from her regular vet to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Fantastic experience: Dr. Courtney has been amazing with my cat, Pyro! The vet techs are professional and incredibly compassionate, truly the kindest team I’ve encountered. The front desk staff is also friendly and always helpful. I wish we weren’t moving because there are not many people I trust with my cat. Pyro and I will surely miss the whole team at Animal House!

Fantastic experience: The staff was kind and sympathetic during our difficult appointment where we had to help our beloved 18 year old dachshund cross the rainbow bridge. They made it as easy and painless as could be possible in this kind of situation.

Negative experience: Trusting all of these positive reviews was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I brought our Daisy in for an urgent care exam because she was having issues urinating. I cannot possibly fit my whole story in this review so I'll try to be brief. Daisy ended up needing surgery because Dr. Stedman believed she had a stump pyometra. During the surgery, Dr. Edwards called me to tell me it was not a pyometra but some type of fluid-filled cyst and they weren't sure so they recommended a biopsy. The post-op plan was supposed to be monitoring her urine output until after lunch time the next day. Instead, I was called to come get her first thing the next morning because they labeled her as aggressive. Daisy was never aggressive in her life and was probably just scared and in pain. Once we got her home, she continued to have issues. We called back and the vet said it was normal after surgery and they just prescribed some diazepam. We never once heard from the clinic, no follow-ups or anything. The next day, we called back because Daisy was still having problems. They finally relented and said we "could bring her back but she would need to be sedated." My wife took her in and was met by a clinic full of people afraid of our dog. They left my wife and Daisy in an exam room for 3 hours while they did bloodwork. Finally, they went to check her bladder. We were told they could not find her bladder but her abdomen was full of fluid. At that point, we knew it had ruptured and we had to let her go. Then we had to watch as they botched the final injection and Daisy was left barely alive with our daughter in the room. We requested a private cremation because we wanted to bring her home. We were told it would take 7-10 days. On the 11th day, my wife went looking for Daisy and was told they did not know where she was. She demanded to speak with the manager, who was "out to lunch" and never returned her calls. Then she spoke with a lead tech who ended up telling us Daisy's bladder was black and purple. This information was NEVER relayed to us, especially by Dr. Edwards who called DURING the surgery. Had we known this, we very likely would not have let her suffer any longer. This clinic caused a member of our family unnecessary pain and suffering because they were too afraid to deal with a hurt dog. This clinic may be fine for routine shots and exams but if you love your animal, take them somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Took my dog in for an emergency that needed stitches and they got her taken care of quickly, and I was able to pick her up same day. Super happy with everything!

They were so kind to my bunny and tried their best and when I made my decision to put him down they didn’t judge and told me it was the best choice in the moment. Fantastic experience: This is an amazing clinic with exceptional staff. We recently got everything done to PCS with our pet to Guam and it was a lot of stuff to process but the vets and staff helped us and made sure we had everything we needed. We will miss taking Lola here and hope we find a place a great when we get where we are going.

Fantastic experience: They were very nice. I was called exactly at the time of my appointment and they kept me informed throughout the appointment. To be honest the costs are affordable and they don’t charge you for anything that you don’t ask for. Some places will do things without telling you and you get a huge bill at the end of your visit. This place ask before every procedure or test is taken place.

Fantastic experience: The vet (MMc)and assistant (V) were both personable and thorough. I believe them to be true animal lovers. They answered all questions and did not rush “my boys” or myself. I am very pleased with the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Staff is excellent. Handles my pet with care each time we visit and the prices are reasonable compared to other local veterinary clinics. The vets are very knowledgeable and walk you through every process of what they are doing and giving to your pet and help with choosing medication, if needed, to get your pet what they need at a price you can afford. Best vet clinic I have taken my pet to and I will be a continual customer. Thank you to the entire staff and I hope they are paying you guys well because you all deserve it.

Fantastic experience: They helped me with my pup during a very stressful situation. Everyone was so nice and kind (even with my very talkative pup)!

Negative experience: Kinda disappointed. Didn't trim his nails good enough. Graffiti Cuts did way better. Miss them. I was charged WAY too much $32 for a $10 job or less. Going to PETSMART or someone else. Don't go there for a nail trim. Way cheaper elsewhere. $30 seems wrong. Especially when you didn't buff his nails down some. ☹️

Fantastic experience: Very well staffed and efficient. Everyone seems nice like they treat the dogs the same in your face and out of sight. That’s something I always worry about, my dogs being mistreated when they go to the back. I felt comfortable here my dogs were scared coming in but they were in a better mood after getting their treatment and services. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised at how calm my scaredy cat dog was when they brought him out to me. The techs didn’t try to upsell me on anything we didn’t need which helps to see their recommendations as genuine and not money motivated. I’m glad I made the choice to come here.

Fantastic experience: My dog was having health issues and I knew it was nearing his time. Milo was almost 16. I didn't want him to suffer. They took real good care of him and the staff was real nice and took real good care of him. I miss that old man. Animal house is always busy and they will take great care of your pet.

Fantastic experience: Animal House Veterinary Clinic has been a wonderful find for us! Although my little Kai was a bit nippy during our visit, the vet techs were incredibly patient and worked with him so gently and professionally. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares deeply for their patients. We’ll definitely be coming back!
