Experiencia fantástica: I brought my cat Apollo here to get him checked for his excessive thirst and urination. Unfortunately, he has diabetes. Gonna start treating it immediately. My experience at Park Animal Hospital was great! Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful! And the girl at the front desk went way above and beyond by cleaning up after my cat as he can't control his facilities while being transported in his pet carrier. I didn't not ask or expect anyone to deal with that. She took that upon herself! I recieved excellent service from this place!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My dog had a very bad reaction to her normal vaccines. I brought her back in and they took really good care of her and honestly saved her life.

Experiencia positiva: Took a very young kitten I found in Idaho stranded and got great service and wellness check with shots, they were very nice but a little expensive. No problem. Then my daughter had about a six month old stray from a batch of kittens in our neighborhood but couldn't keep him in her apartment so we took him. After making an appointment they called and said they couldn't see him or even give him a worm shot even though he wasn't feeling well unless we put him in a shelter for a week or so to see if someone claimed him. They just said basically sorry you have to put him in a shelter then if he is still there after so many days we can go back and get him. I told the young lady that was one of the most asinine things I have ever heard. This cat has come to adore us and we adore him. No way am I putting him in a shelter even for a week. I will drive them both to my little country vet in Oklahoma before I would go back and do all of that. They lost a customer and I'm actually disappointed about it. Too bad.

Experiencia negativa: I brought my dog in for an ear infection and basic checkup. They cleaned her ear, ran a lab, and sent us home with ear medication that I paid a significant amount for. I trusted their diagnosis and followed the treatment exactly as instructed. After finishing the medication (about 10 days later), her ear was worse, not better. When I called to report this, I was told I needed to bring her back in because the veterinarian who initially checked her is retired and no longer works there, and they now wanted the “real doctor” to examine her. On top of that, they said they would need to run another lab to prescribe the correct medication—essentially admitting that the first medication may have been wrong. Despite this, they still wanted to charge full price again for another visit and additional testing, with no accountability for the initial misdiagnosis or ineffective treatment that may have made her condition worse. To make matters worse, communication was poor. Getting someone on the phone was difficult, and overall the experience felt disorganized and careless. I canceled the follow-up appointment because I lost trust in their care. This was expensive, stressful, and avoidable. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Osborn fit my puppy into her schedule when no one else would on a late Friday afternoon. My puppy was in a lot of pain, & Dr. Osborn completed a thorough check to see what was wrong with my puppy. I appreciate her & her staff for being so willing to help & so kind. I plan to make her my primary vet!

Experiencia fantástica: The people here are good and honest and genuinely care for animals. Pricing is reasonable, and all staff are wonderful. I took my cats here for 5 years, and I don’t regret it. I’m sad we moved away and will need to be finding a new vet! Thank you Dr. Ogden and Dr. Osborn for your help keeping my cats healthy and happy!! :)

Experiencia fantástica: We brought our two 6-month-old kittens here with my roommate, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very organized. The staff and doctor were excellent—kind, gentle, and very patient with our kittens. They took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, which we really appreciated as new pet owners. We were initially worried that our kittens might feel anxious at the vet, but the way the team handled them made them feel comfortable and calm. To our surprise, they actually enjoyed the visit! We left feeling confident that our kittens are in good hands here.

Experiencia negativa: Refused to sell me ketohex wipes without a vet appointment, but couldn't see me until almost two weeks out. I had already made the appointment, but ran out of the wipes I had on hand. I bought them there for another pet who also had skin itchy spots (now deceased) and the vet said they could be bought over the counter and better to use than the other homeopathic ointments I was using, but this time they refused to sell them without first seeing my pet. I found them on chewy.com and Amazon and was able to get them and found another vet who can see my dog sooner for their skin condition. Why this treatment for something I can get online without a prescription?

Experiencia fantástica: First visit at Park Animal hospital after another vet had deemed my 1.5 year old puppy “aggressive”. The doctors at Park won her over instantly with their kindness and treats! It was the smoothest vet visit we’ve ever had, we’ll definitely be going back. No aggression in sight!

Experiencia fantástica: Our cat was a stray living outside our house. We’ve been working with him for a while but he can still be a little mean, so when he needed to go to the vet we were worried. Dr. Ogden and Agnes did SUCH a great job with him! They helped our cat feel calm and safe and figured out what was wrong with his cheek. It was a fabulous experience! The exam room was ready right when we got there and they answered all of the questions we had. They didn’t try to sell us expensive or invasive procedures and just took care of the problem we came in for. We are so grateful, they did an excellent job!

Experiencia fantástica: To be honest!! I have had a hard time with vet places! I'm not a trusting person! Because of my old dog I had bad experiences! But this place has been really amazing!! They made sure all my questions were answered and took great care of my dog!! And because she has issues going on that we are trying to figure out, they have been super helpful and nice through it all! You can tell they truly care about the animals and their clients!! Experiencia fantástica: I had the privilege of adopting a stray cat last year and have taken her to park animal hospital so many times since then I've gotten the frequent visitor discount. Dr. Frary is super nice to work with, and has been so great with everything that has happened to suki. The techs are also super nice and they are very responsive over email and phone! My cat is alive thanks to their service and I couldn't be happier!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my first time at this vet clinic but they were much more considerate to my pet and their temperament than I've had previously. I was very impressed with the cat cabinet they have in the room where the cat can hide and de-escalate during the visit. They also discovered that the shelter I had adopted my pet from had misgendered my cat :D It was a cute surprise. I already love this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been taking our pets to Park Animal Hospital (previously Alpine Animal Hospital) since 1973. We have moved out of state several times, but when work or school has brought us back to Utah, we have always returned to Park Animal Hospital for veterinary care. Dr. Park (and previously Dr. Creer) is always straightforward, honest and very clear when explaining what is needed and when giving us our options for treatment. We have never once worried about or regretted following his medical advice. We also board our dogs with Park Animal Hospital when we leave town, and we know they get the best of care. They are happy and excited to be there and they have their favorites on the staff, which makes it easy for us to relax when we're gone. We have referred friends and family to Park Animal Hospital, and will continue to do so--it's the best!

Experiencia fantástica: My cat was spayed here yesterday. We had a small lapse in time between her checkup visit/pre surgery bloodwork, and after about 5 or 6 months of not scheduling a spay, they still allowed us to schedule her surgery without doing bloodwork again. They took such good care of her and were honestly so fast and so kind. My cat has had no issues recovering for the past 36 hours, and her pain management has been amazing with the medicine they sent home.

Experiencia negativa: We went to the vet with our puppy they gave him the wrong shots (wasn’t on the schedule) I went back in and the front office was like “oh whoops I told her not to give him that shot!” So I’m standing there while they are scrambling realizing they messed up. They also cleared us for our puppy to take classes after a certain amount of parvo shots then retracted their statement and said we had to wait. (This is after the vet and tech said we were good on a previous appointment) We told them our puppy had thrown up after shots they said yeah don’t worry about it unless he does it again (he had already done it twice?) then on the way home he threw up everywhere. It doesn’t seem like the vet to staff communicates well at all - when I did visit with the vet she talked no joke 1,000 miles an hour I felt like I couldn’t even ask one question. We asked if we could ask the vet a question at our second appointment and they said no. DO NOT GO HERE if you have a new puppy.

Experiencia fantástica: This vet found a problem with my dog that no other vet could. Helped heal her and came up with a different idea that solved the problem. I'm forever grateful for them. They also attempted to save a pup from our litter that they knew had little chance to survive. They bought him more time. Definitely a trustworthy vet and the staff is so great.

Even the doctor said that our lab was super friendly and that he just loved her. I went there about 3 or 4 years ago and had my family pet cat put down. Experiencia fantástica: If your pet need an annual wellness exam and vaccination this is the place! The vet here are soo sweet and kind. Treated my pet with gentle care and provided me with great info I didn't know of. Gave my pet treats as well. The process went so smoothly and didn't feel rushed.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my corgi puppy in to Dr Lee for his shots and they were so great with him. I can tell the staff loves animals and have your pets best interest in mind. They gave me a little puppy care package which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They answered all my questions and gave me options for his future without trying to sway my decisions one way or another. Everything about them is kind and professional. I will definitely be bringing my corgi back here for future vet visits despite the 30 min drive.

I’m a new pet owner so they gave me lots of helpful material after the exam! Very forward with pricing which is a big plus. Definitely making this our regular Vet.

Experiencia fantástica: Their compassion is unmatched! We had a stray/feral cat who was passing away. She was roughly 17 years old with multiple health issues. We have provided food/shelter for the last12 years, and became very attached to her. She was feisty and sweet at the same time, a very special cat. Her health rapidly declined this week, and although we expected she would pass on any time for the last few months, watching her suffer these last few days was unbearable. We called around to see about euthanasia. Nobody could help. We walked in to ask park animal hospital today, out of sheer desperation, and they fit her in the same afternoon. As she was a TNR stray that would not go into a carrier under normal circumstances, she has not had traditional checkups, and the last week, she has been unable to groom herself at all. We've helped where we can but she looked terrible. They were so incredibly understanding about her situation, and despite her appearance, they seemed to understand how loved and cherished she is. They helped her pass peacefully after confirming her health was unrecoverable. The level of kindness was so far beyond anything we ever expected. They have a cute little treat cart with a sign listing other treats (such as whipped cream or chicken nuggets) they can provide during your precious pet's final moments, if requested. They also included bags and scissors if you want to clip some fur to remember your pet by. They had blankets all prepared on the exam table and they offered to let us take as much time as we needed, despite fitting us in very last minute. Even the small details like putting a heart on her catheter bandage, was so sweet. The amount of thought and love they put into that room is absolutely incredible. It really speaks volumes about how much they truly care. Although this was one of the hardest moments of our lives, I know it would have been so much harder, if it weren't for their kindness and support! We used to take our pets here, but started seeing other vets for normal visits during the panemic, only due to availability. after today we are 100% switching back to this vet for all our pets' needs. Thank you Park Animal Hospital, from the bottom of our hearts!

Experiencia positiva: Overall, a wonderfully vet that takes good care of our animals. If you call they can usually fit you in within the week for semi-urgent appointments. The only con is that they can be a bit pricey for lab work. They have treats for you pets and take care of the pets and families when it's that awful time. Location is great too!

They never push for the expensive option and will often suggest less invasive approaches before going more expensive. They understand not everyone has a ton of money and will help figure out options for you. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Park, I have taken all my cats, iguana and dog to Park Animal Hospital. My grandparents took their dog and cat to them for many years and had nothing but good to say about Dr. Park and all the veterinary assistants. I used a different vets office, NEVER AGAIN. We ended up getting cat fleas and they are more horrific then bedbugs or cockroaches as they live in a humans body while larvae, as soon as it’s a full flea they exit your body and go to your animal. Very disgusting and painful. Will never stray from Park!

Lauren Frary is amazing and so proficient in all she does. She has taken care of our Labradoodle, Hudson. It is evident that she truly cares for the pets in her care. We also want to recognize Michelle and Tate for the great care they have always given Hudson.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very compassionate. I first called seeking an emergency visit. They couldn't get me in that day but gave me information for several other vets along the valley and told me to call back if I couldn't find someone. I appreciated their help and information. The next time I called was to make an appointment to put my dog to sleep. The receptionist was incredibly kind and compassionate. She showed so much sympathy as I was crying on the phone. When I brought my dog in I was so impressed by the technician, the vet, and the receptionist. The process was respectfully and lovingly done. I plan to return to this practice when we get another dog.

Experiencia negativa: I started bringing my cat here in March of this year due to some reduced appetite and vomiting and they decided it was a tooth problem so we did a cleaning and started treating this but the treatment wasn't seeming to work. They kept saying she may need to have all teeth extracted but we agreed to keep trying treatment first. Fast forward to May and the symptoms are getting bad again and suddenly she vomits blood. I call to try to get her in and the receptionist tells me they have one slot available but was not able to offer this appt to us, but to call back if she vomited blood again. Next day it happened again and they were at capacity so I took her to some other vets to figure out what's going on. Other vet discovers she has a very large stomach tumor and tells us it's most likely cancerous (later confirmed by an oncologist). I took these findings back to this office and the Dr was still focused on extracting her teeth and seemd unphased by the tumor but did offer a biopsy quote when prodded about it. I understand that these things are hard to catch but I wish that they had even tried to look in her stomach via xray or ultrasound (considering the consistent anorexia and vomiting) so we could have caught this sooner and had more time to get her treated so that she might still be here with us. I cannot trust these drs enough to bring any of my pets back here.

This past emergency experience had me spend $3k at the MedVet and no fixes, then sent my pup here and another smaller bill and they figured it out. We have been taking our pups here for years, and this last experience just confirmed my choice.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Dr. Frarry! She has helped me with multiple medical issues that my dogs have had. I am always impressed that she takes the time to listen to my concerns, give her advice AND give me more information to take home. Last summer, my dog Luca was very sick. I had taken him to an emergency vet and spent literally thousands of dollars on treatment and diagnostics. I took him into Dr. Frarry and she diagnosed him correctly within a single visit. We started treatment and Luca was back to his old self in no time. If I could give Park Animal Hospital more than 5 stars I most definitely would!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Frary and her entire team was wonderful! I decided to switch after my previous vet charged me $270 for an annual exam and rabies vaccine. I was a little nervous about how much this office would cost, but it was only $70 for the exam! The front office staff were very upfront about how much it would cost to be seen, which I appreciated as no one likes a nasty surprise when they get the bill! Dr. Frary helped diagnose my cat with feline herpes, and gave me some great treatment options and literature to read. I left the office feeling confident that my cat received the best care possible, and much more informed about her condition than I was before. I couldn't have asked for a better visit! The office was also able to fit me in very quickly, even though I was a new client. My last vet was often booked out several months in advance, but Park Animal Hospital got me an appointment less than a week out. I can't recommend them highly enough! I would never go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Our dog got spayed there yesterday. The price was very reasonable and the best I found for any Animal Hospital. From what I could tell she was also well taken care of, we were sent home with clear care taking instructions and medicine and the vet even called today to check on her. The building was also nice and looked clean which is a big plus. Altogether a great experience so far. I live up in Pleasant Grove but will probably keep going here at least until we get tired of the rush hour traffic - though it's nice it's at the edge of Provo so you can avoid a good bit of it!

Experiencia negativa: This was my first visit. I recently moved to Utah from out of state. The vet assistant did ask if I had any health concerns for my pet, which I did not. We were there for an annual checkup and vaccines. However no other questions were asked about anything else; her health history, lifestyle, activity level, any other concerns, or any questions at all actually. The exam itself was extremely superficial: looked at her ears, teeth & felt her ribs ONLY. Didn’t take her temp, feel her organs, check for mobility, look in her eyes, check her coat... In fact, I was the one who brought up asking about heartworm and flee & tick preventative medications. If I had not the vet would have left the exam room without a second glance. I did not feel as if you cared about the wellbeing of my pet and were not interested in creating an ongoing vet/pet/owner relationship. I chose to go to a vet's office to establish a relationship for the care of my pet. If I wanted detached revolving door service I could have gone to a PetCo VetCo clinic and saved a bunch of money. It's really unfortunate. I left feeling very let down by my experience.

Experiencia negativa: For new clients they charge a $70 pre-fee to schedule an appointment and if you don’t reschedule 24hrs before and you missed the appointment for a new appointment you need to pay $70 again. I missed my appointment do to a work emergency meeting I was not planing. Horrible customer service. I decide to look for another pet hospital. They do not care about new clients, they prefer to show poor customer service. What a disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Experiencia negativa: I truly feel that it’s so unfortunate that I have had such a horrible experience in the last four or so years with this vet that I even have to write this. I used to really like Park Animal Hospital. My dog has epilepsy and requires regular blood testing for her medication. One time they did the wrong blood test on my dog and had the audacity to tell me they wouldn’t charge me for the wrong test, but were charging me more for the new ones that they had to take. Every time I call their office (if they even answer the phone), nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve had multiple times where I called to get medication refills for my dog and nobody puts in the request.. they have run my dog completely out of medication that she needs in order to not have seizures and then wonder why I’m so angry about getting the meds filled urgently. They refused to look into or give advice on any form of help/therapy for my dog outside of giving her prescription medication. It felt as though they just wanted me to pay for prescription drugs, and Drs visits. They seem to truly not care about the well-being of my animal. I would have left sooner but because of Covid restrictions most vets we’re not accepting new patients. I, at this point, have found a new vet and will never go back!

Experiencia fantástica: Park animal hospital is amazing , they took care of our English mastiff until we had to put him to sleep last week , the staff is amazing and the doctors are amazing , they really care about your pet and they are not there to take your money . I will be using them again when we get another gently giant . Thank you for all you did for our Bane ! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Though they do not normally accept walk ins I brought my dog, Raven, into their place with a pretty an allergic reaction to a bug, or food item not sure which one. They took us in, checked out my Raven, and ultimately injected her with a long lasting steroid, and short action anti-histamine. She is already doing better no more than 5 hours later. They were so sweet with my dog, they made her feel comfortable, and I can confidently say it was the greatest vet experience Raven has ever had. I would highly recommend this clinic. Good animal loving people who truly care about the animals, and their owners.

Experiencia negativa: We have gone here for years and We went there today for a routine checkup of my dog. There was one car in the parking lot and one person sitting in the waiting room the vet was sitting behind the counter with the receptionist. I arrived 13 mins late due to traffic coming from santaquin the appointment was at 10:45 and they took their time checking me in and when it was time to take me back the vet looked at me and said it’s 11:01 I can not take you. I explained To him that i got There in time but it took a few minutes to check me in which he was present for because he was behind the counter on the computer. He didn’t care and they sent me home telling me to schedule a new appointment. Horrible experience and seeing that the vet was just chillin behind the desk with one other car in the parking lot i am Never going back. We own a dog boarding business and We used to refer a lot of our customers there but I guess not anymore.

Experiencia fantástica: I very much appreciate this clinic. I thought my dog had eaten something that had stuck in her throat. I was panicking and started calling clinics either getting an answering machine saying they weren't accepting patients or being told too take her too a emergency clinic in salt lake. I drove directly too this clinic which is near my house in hopes they would help us. They scheduled her immediately. Prior too this incident we had a puppy die we drove her too this clinic during covid and they rushed her body in. These guys genuinely care about your animal and will schedule your animal when you need help. Thanks too you all!

Experiencia fantástica: Such a sad day… My mother called me in tears saying that her beloved Sadie (dog) was doing terrible and couldn’t even stand, it was time to put her to rest. She did not know what to do or were she should take her so I made some calls and was so blessed to have found Park Animal Hospital. I spoke to a kind receptionist that found time to fit her in and get Sadie seen. I asked for a quote while on the phone, the receptionist told me the price for Sadie to be put to rest and also to be cremated, we also chose to be able to bring Sadie home and was told we would be able to pick out an urn and Sadie‘s name would be engraved on it and we would be able to pick her up in 10 to 14 days. I reached out to my mom and gave her the information and address of their location. My mother arrived there and they provided a room in the back for her to be able to spend time with Sadie before she was put to rest. In such a difficult time Park Animal Hospital was able to provide a kind loving welcoming environment for my mother and Sadie. Although my mother was truly devastated and saddened knowing what the outcome was going to be she could not have asked for Better care and comfort then she received by the veterinarian and all of the staff. The total cost ended up being less than what I was quoted. Very honest business! I thank Park Animal Hospital for all they did by making a very painful experience more bearable. I would recommend Park Animal Hospital to all , they truly care. Tami

Experiencia fantástica: We love Park Animal Hospital! Everyone is so caring and friendly and we feel like our pets get excellent care. We've had our small dog groomed many times and he always looked super cute. Our large (100 lb.) dog has boarded there several times (which went really well) and was neutered with great results. All of our pets have had great medical care which have included a variety of procedures. They have been able to work our animals in when there was something pressing. Two of our pets have been put to sleep. In both cases the vets and the staff have been SO kind, caring and compassionate. They made an extremely difficult experience as positive as they possibly could. We are so grateful to have a place like Park Animal Hospital to take our pets to. We have complete confidence in them and know they care about both our pets and us. We highly recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: I've called this particular business twice, left detailed messages, both times with a return phone number. None of their staff have ever returned or acknowledged a phone call. It appears that they are so inundated with patients that they do not need nor want anymore. Too bad, my daughter and her husband recommended them as their fur babies were patients about 4 years ago. My fur baby needs a decent Vet and there are plenty to choose from.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are caring and as accommodating as they can be, even at a time like now when they are short staffed and have to be cautious about Covid. My dog had multiple services here, and each visit has gone as well as it could go. Appointments are a little far off but the quality of care is good. The doctors we saw were compassionate and explained every thing thoroughly.

Experiencia negativa: I hate this place. I don't know how it has such a high rating. I've been going here on and off for 2 years, giving it chance after chance because it's the closet vet to me. The waiting times are ridiculous. When I arrived for my appointment, I called in and waited 20 minutes for someone to come out. Several other people who arrived after me were seen to, so I called again. When someone finally came out, they said the vet wouldn't be able to see my dog for at least another half hour. What's the point of making an appointment if you don't even get seen until 50 minutes after that anyway? This is very typical of the service I've received for the past 2 years and it's been even worse before. If they're simply short staffed, they've been so for years and clearly don't know how to fix it. They are also consistently more expensive than other vets I've tried.

Experiencia fantástica: We don’t regularly go here, but we found out they’ll come out to the car to euthanize when our vet wouldn’t. Such a good experience! The techs were so caring and accommodating with whatever we wanted to do. When Dr. Ogden came out, he was also very caring and thorough in explaining the process. The best part was hearing them say my dogs name, especially at the moment she passed. She’s not even a patient there, but for them to treat her as one under their care, really was a big deal for me. She was able to stay comfortable on her bed, and not be stressed by going inside. So incredibly grateful!

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to Park animal hospital for years... some appointments have been good, others not so much. For what ever reason, they are short staffed right now and their service has declined severely. The office staff don't seem to care much. They are overly paranoid about COVID even almost two years after it started, they will not let you come in with your pet to the visit. It kind of defeats the point of being able to ask questions or express concerns to the vet. It did not used to be that way. It is so sad to see it decline.

Experiencia positiva: The care given to our Standard Poodle who tore a toenail was great. Dr. Ogden called us mid-day to explain the treatment and how our boy was doing. He was very thorough and patient with all our questions. That being said, this office is very overwhelmed and understaffed which is concerning. When we first called we were told that appointments were booked out over 2 months. We were grateful that they agreed to take our dog on an urgent care, drop-off basis. We sat in the parking lot for over an hour after the time we were told to pick up our pet after his treatment. Our dog is recovering well and seems comfortable so we are happy and relieved but.....What the Heck??? ....is going on with the Vet Dr. and Tech shortage

Experiencia fantástica: Update: a year later in bringing my dog back for his annual exam, I had absolutely no wait and everything was great! 5 stars I've had good experiences with their after hours emergency staff, and I like the veterinarian and technicians. The downside is that I always end up waiting for the appointment for a minimum of 15 minutes but on average more like 30 minutes. If you can't see me until 9:30 how about telling me that's when my appointment is instead of me arriving at 9 and wasting my time? They need to double their front desk staff too.

Experiencia positiva: We had pretty much the opposite experience of some of the reviewers. Our cat needed to see a vet ASAP. Call after call to various vet offices led nowhere. Everyone agreed she needed to see a vet ASAP, but they were all booked out at least a week and since it was during business hours no urgent care was open, all urgent care appointments with the clinics were booked. I called PAHI feeling very discouraged after all my previous inquiries at MANY other vet offices. To my utter shock, after relaying what we were experiencing with our cat and hearing them tell me they were not only booked out but also not accepting new patients, they added, "...but let me talk to the vet and see if there's anything we can do." Not only did they find a way to squeeze us in, they treated us like family. ❤ I highly recommend this clinic. They actually care about the well-being of the animal.

Experiencia fantástica: BEST VET YOU COULD GO TO!!!! The people at Park Animal Hospital have gone to the ends of the earth and back for me. I was illegally evicted for having a registered ESA (that's a whole other story) and I had nowhere to for my cat or I to go. So I called Park Animal Hospital, they told me they were fully booked and didn't have room to board another animal. I then explained the situation and that they made room that hour for my cat to come stay there until I found a place to live. They did this knowing I had no idea when I could come pick her (my cat) back up. My cat had to stay there for two weeks; they called me all the time and gave me updates on how she was doing (the office was still closed for people to come inside due to covid) Because of my anxiety, I struggle when I do not have an animal around. I was so stressed from the eviction that the nurses there set up a room with blankets, water, and toys for me to go inside and see my cat (who I had not seen for 2 weeks). The best customer service I've every received in my entire life The people at Park Animal Hospital are angels! I believe they would do anything for their customers! They have the best hearts, and I know they would do what they did for me with any of their clients. They all deserve a raise! Once again, thank you to all the nurses and doctors for moving mountains for me! <3

Experiencia fantástica: I have taken my dog to them since the day I got her! All vaccines, her spay surgery and when she fractured her toe. They have been really great with treatments and have very reasonable pricing. They aren't always great about answering their phones but they follow up with you about your future appointments which I love! They called, emailed, and texted to confirm my dog's appointment and fit us in for an emergency appointment a few months ago. I have had great experiences with them.

We got a new dog during the pandemic and due to long waits everywhere we chose to go to a different vet who was closer to our home for a minor procedure. How does the phrase go "You don't know what you've got till it's gone?" The level of communication, care of pets and their owners at Park Animal Hospital is unmatched. I will not take my pets anywhere else! They are willing to spend time with each appointment to ensure comfort and an understanding for all patients. Experiencia fantástica: We had to put our 22 year old cat down and have never experienced this process before. Someone recommended this place, so I called them with the situation, they were able to see us same day. They were extremely sensitive, showed compassion, and guided us every step of the way. Our experience was so much more comfortable than I expected, and it was done with so much love and care from the Dr and nurse. For a situation that every fur-parent dreads, this place made our last moments with our cat memorable and comfortable, down to how tenderly and lovingly they carried our precious cat out of the room after she passed. We received her ashes and memorabilia in wonderful and caring packages with a note. We highly recommend this place!

Our dog ended up passing away and they were very sensitive about it and comforting. They have these kind of situations all the time I’m sure but they make you feel like an individual not a number. Experiencia fantástica: I took my cat in to get a check up on and the staff was very friendly and quicker than expected. I was concerned about the curbside service where I stay in the car and the staff member picks up my pet. However the vet tech that helped me was very pleasant and friendly. The vet called me to go over my concerns and the care options. He was very informative and I did not feel rushed at all. When the vet tech brought my pet back out to me, they made sure I understood everything they vet went over and that all my questions were answered. Overall an amazing experience and I will definitely be using this vet again!

Experiencia fantástica: Over the course of a 2 years I have been to 5 different vets in UT county. Now that I've found Park Animal Hospital I will not use any other vet clinic! I have 2 dogs, and 4 cats so I have to see the vet more frequently than I'd like to. Visiting the vet is a stressful thing for me but Park Animal makes a unnerving task so much less scary. The staff is friendly, so kind, and genuinely care about your pets. I've worked with both Dr. Langston and Dr. Ogden- both amazing people and Veterinarians! Extremely kind, listen to my concerns, and answer all and any of the many questions I might have. I trust them with my pets lives and that's a big deal. If you're not happy with your Vet I would strongly recommend you give Park Animal and their amazing staff a try!

Experiencia negativa: I have been taking my for babies to this vets hospital since 2012 when we moved here. And had always been extremely happy! The last year and a half( so, before Covid!) I started to see a shift with every time we had an animal emergency, they’re great for just routine stuff for your pets if you need to schedule an appointment for just shots or normal things they’re fine but any emergency you will never get in. They always just tell you to wait until the emergency vet clinic in Orem is open… I’m very disappointed in their service and lack of compassion.Will be taking all of my animals elsewhere in the future

Place is always clean. They've become the only place I trust with my dog for grooming as they always leave him looking handsome af.

Experiencia fantástica: They’re great. We’ve gone to them for multiple pets over the years. They recently helped us with our puppy who has started having seizures. The doctor was incredibly helpful, friendly, and explained everything in great detail to us using very simple terminology. He helped us figure out where the medication would be cheapest. Basically it’s a wonderful vet, all the techs are wonderful, and our animals always feel very comfortable here. Highly recommend them.

Experiencia positiva: This is a great place to get basic work done (like vaccinations) but I have had others experience nightmares for surgeries. I personally haven't needed to do that but I don't like how they have handled some situations. Firstly, they have had to sedate my cat to give vaccinations. She can get scared and lash out, but not to the point of sedation. I thought that was overboard, since you'd think trained professionals would know a trick or two. Not surprisingly, when I was present and assisting there were no issues getting her vaccinated without sedation. And now with Covid, they do not allow people at all into the facility. Though I understand the safety associated with it, having people wear masks is effective enough. And they should already be practicing good sanitizing protocols between clients anyway since they are a vet clinic. We figured that for a high anxiety pet they would be concerned for the welfare and allow us to accompany them but it seems they would rather do whatever is easier for the facility, regardless of pet comfort. We have been going here for the sole fact that it is 4 minutes away and a short trip for the pets who hate cars. They aren't bad, but for my animals I would rather seek higher quality care.

The appointments are typically quick while still being thorough and they're fairly priced. We also use to take our bunnies that we had here and they were always so kind and took great care of them. There isn't a better vet in the area!

Although I understand they changed ownership recently ( I may be wrong) their service is wonderful. They're polite, love my dog, and they give me practical advice about how to raise a good citizen.

Experiencia positiva: Why schedule people a week out for a 10 am and then have them wait on hold until 10:25 am before they're able to check in? And then leave them waiting long enough to get on Google Maps and gripe about it? (The screenshot was taken near the middle of my wait.) I'd wait forever for my cat, but it's not great service.

Experiencia fantástica: Very Covid safe. The staff could not be more caring and kind. While struggling with very hard decisions about my little dog, the compassion and care is outstanding. Dr. Elizabeth Reed is amazing she knows her stuff! Wouldn't go anywhere else. The only drawback I can see is they are not a 24 hrs. Animal hospital and any emergencies need to travel north to Orem.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a special needs cat. I brought him from Russia after my dad passed away. My cat is the only family member I have here, so we’re really attached to each other. When we got here, my baby had ear problems, so my friend recommended me to see a vet at this hospital. We drove all the way from Salt Lake to Provo. I was very protective of my baby, but when I saw how gentle, professional, and caring the personnel is in this clinics, I felt relieved and happy. The even vent some rules to help me and my baby to feel comfortable and happy. They always answer all of my questions and concerns. Always professional, always friendly, always helpful, and always gentle with both of us. I will definitely recognize this clinics to all of my friends. Thank you for being awesome.

They are very thorough, caring and knowledgeable and make you feel very confidant about the care your pet is receiving. We were very happy with these Drs and their staff. Experiencia fantástica: My fiance and I were so happy to take our young dog here who we suspected needed a tooth or more pulled out. We decided to drive 2.5 hours from our home for this appointment since they have a dental x-ray machine to be very precise with care and we are SO pleased we made the trip since our pup actually had an abscess growing around a dead tooth and two fractured teeth that needed pulled! The staff was timely, professional, caring, and kept us up to date after his exam and post-surgey. We are extremely impressed and will be returning to Park Animal Hospital for our future veterinary needs! Also shout-out to Michelle for being an incredible vet tech and making us feel so welcomed and taken care of!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve heard great things about this place through close friends. I was really excited when I got my new puppy a few months ago to come here and after 3 visits, I’m done. Each experience were terrible. There was a horrible lack of communication between the techs and myself, over an hour wait time, over booking and terrible organization. Our 3rd visit we had to fill out new pet visit paperwork AGAIN because they had lost ours. When I asked if they could stick her shots in her hip/hind leg area (it hurts her to be picked up if it’s done in the shoulders), the tech said the doctor was going to stick it in her shoulders either way. Um what? When she had worms, they *supposedly* gave her the dewormer meds at the visit, told myself and my roommate that 3-4 times, and there were still no changes and after 10 days, it had gotten much worse. Turns out, they hadn’t. I’m sorry. I hate leaving negative reviews. But as a new dog owner, I was seriously hoping for better.

Experiencia fantástica: Fast, friendly, great communication. We got our first puppy, and she took a bad tumble, and we were super nervous. We called some local vets, and they were unable to get us in until 4 days from now. Park Animal Hospital told us to come in right away. Their lobby was closed due to Covid, but an amazing Tech came out, asked us some questions, and gently took our puppy back. The vet called us shorty after the exam and let us know our puppy was fine, but all of the things to look for, and all of our options going forward. They made sure all my questions were answered, and were clear about pricing. I recommend them!

Experiencia positiva: I have been bringing my 8 year old dog to this vet since he was a puppy. I have enjoyed my experience with them... until recently. We have had issues with no communication between staff members, which in turn have turned into miscommunication to us and frustration in our end. Also recently they’ve been making appointments for us without speaking to us first to confirm if day or time would work for us. I got a random email for a appointment confirmation but I had no idea what it was for, and when I reached out wondering what it was, they finally asked if it would work for us. As part of their Covid-19 restrictions, you have to wait outside in the parking lot for your pets appointment, which doesn’t bother me, but when they are about 30-45 minutes late pulling them from the parking lot for their appointment because they forgot you were there, it seems like their organization is lacking and it also seems they’re over scheduling. The only reason I’m being generous in the 4 stars at the moment is because of Dr Read, she’s wonderful and has been extremely informative and helpful where she can be. She is the only thing keeping me at this location right now. If they figure out the miscommunication and other issues they’re having, I wouldn’t be considering moving vet offices. Hopefully others are having a better experience currently then what we have been having.

The staff is very kind and professional. Their services are affordable and they do quality work. Very impressed and definitely recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Taking a new puppy into a clinic can be scary the first time. You don't know what to expect. Park Animal Hospital staff was absolutely wonderful. They put my mind at ease and loved my frightened pup. They gave me updates and help relieve my mind that she was a normal, bright, happy lady. Wish I could have gone in with her to meet the vet, but because of Covid-19 their procedures kept us safe.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my dog here the other day to have a tooth pulled. They gave me a quote (it was like $480-$850) to have it done, and I was just expecting that it'd come out on the higher end, since that's generally what I've seen with other companies who give you a range for a quote. Well, to my surprise they came in almost at the bottom end of the quote. They took great care of my pup, and she's doing great. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. I'd highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best more affordable and fair vet clinic I have ever been to! I live 40 minuets away but would gladly pass the close vets to get here! My dog had a ear infection for literal years I had taken her to 4 or 5 different vets before this one even put her under to look deeper in her ear! They all just said build up ear wax when I finally took her here they said she had a bad bad bacterial infection and fully treated it after 2 visits!

We called our usual place and without even asking us if it was urgent or not they told us we had to wait two weeks for an available date, there was no way we could wait. After calling five other pet care facilities, we called Park Animal Hospital; it was more going down the list that google provided for us. Park Animal Hospital had a very nice young lady answer our call, she did not have any appointments for the day. before giving up on me,She asked what was wrong with our dog. We explained to her the problem and why it was urgent to get him help, after a brief hold and much care on her part she got us in. They took great care of us, everyone was polite and attentive. It is a bit of a drive for us but, we will be attending Park Animal Hospital in the future. Thank you for caring.

Experiencia negativa: I'm from Texas and have never had such a horrible interaction with a veterinary clinic. After reading reviews about other vets in Utah apparently this is just acceptable. Most of the time they let the phone ring and ring and ring. I've been in their lobby and heard/seen this happen while the receptionist or vet tech is at the desk right by the phone. Every single time we have taken our dogs to this vet, there has been at least a 30 minute wait past our appointment time. And here's a great story: my dog had a sore spot on her ear. We take her in and the vet just looks at it and says "oh it's scabbing over so it's fine." Doesn't prescribe antibiotics. Whatever okay. Two weeks later and that spot has increased in size, though not an open wound. Still scabbed. Call back and suddenly she needs surgery. Why did my dog have to be in pain for weeks for him to figure that out? I show up at 7 to check-in for surgery. I call to alert them (this is during covid-19 when they've shut their lobby) and apparently someone will be right out. Not so. 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting after having watched two other patients get checked in from their cars--two patients who had arrived far later than I and my dog. I am now late to work. I had pre-filled out the surgery paperwork so it would be a quicker check-in as I have work early each morning. After this surgery we will not be taking our animals back to this vet.

Experiencia positiva: The vet couldn't figure out what was causing my dog pain. Ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere, and they found a loose knee cap, which is common for small dogs so I'm surprised the first vet missed it. That was disappointing. But the basic services (vaccines, etc) were good. I also really appreciated that they have a 24 hour emergency line, so if you need advice during off hours they can tell you if you need to take your dog to a hospital right away or not. That came in handy a couple times when my dog ate food she shouldn't have.
