Experiencia fantástica: These people work Hard to make sure there's a manageable system in place for our feline neighbors - homes or stray. It's unreal what they do, the number of clients they have, and how nice and professional the staff are even with their impressive throughput. For us, as a client, they accepted our 4 girls in the morning, got them spayed and vaccinated, and had them ready before 4pm. All for an incredible price! We'll be doing our part to support them, these HEROES

Getting the feral cats of 200 down to a small community of them. Without their tireless help. Also npt making monry doing this. If anyone can donate it's there. Without them our local wildlife will be in such danger. Birds that come here fro. Other states in winter. It's a never ending list. Thank all of you. For your help. You all are hero to our ever changing enviroment.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to drastically over-charge for pain medication, denied us ordering through Chewy. Can't keep records straight. My dog died in pain because they didn't do the blood work I requested, didn't resolve any of the symptoms, never suggested x-rays, and denied him pain medication. We went to another vet who got him x-rays right away and diagnosed him with cancer. Brevard Spay/Neuter needs to go out of business, they are harmful money grubbers, and inexplicably incompetent. Edit in response: He was there just months ago! Wow. This problem started from the time we visited and has only compounded since. What a joke.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is a high volume clinic so expect a possibility of a wait when you go in, which they do warn you about when making the appointment! The price is very affordable compared to other places even offering their yearly shots and a complimentary nail trim at no extra cost, they have some programs as well to help spay and neuter feral cats. The staff albeit it very busy is very friendly as well, even taking the time out of their day to call and ask how my cat was doing after surgery and to let them know if he faces any complications! Ive had both a female cat and a male cat spayed over there which went great, if youre looking to save money and dont mind a wait i would reccommend :)my i had cats spayed/neutered picture below

Experiencia negativa: Please, if you love your pets, be careful. Today has been a nightmare. My son, who is autistic, lost his Grandma yesterday. Today, we took his kitten to Brevard Spay/Neuter Clinic to be fixed. She was healthy and happy when we dropped her off. A few hours later, she was in cardiac arrest. The way we were treated in her final moments was heartless. There was zero compassion for a grieving boy or a dying animal; they just wanted their $200. We had to put her to sleep while she suffered on their table. My son has lost two of the most important things in his life in less than 48 hours. Our hearts are broken.

Experiencia negativa: We have been to this clinic twice and I have very mixed feelings. Our first visit was fixing stray cats - pretty straightforward and I thought they did a pretty amazing job at handling the amount of people they were dealing with as well as the spays/neuters. Staff was friendly, communication was great for pre & post op as well as how things went during surgery. Guy at the desk is fantastic. Our second appointment was fixing more stray cats, and since I thought they did such a great job the first time, I also scheduled an appointment for bloodwork for my dog. When I scheduled the appointment, I made it very clear that he already had a neuter appointment elsewhere - I just wanted the bloodwork done since our upcoming appointment didn't offer it. That didn't seem to be a problem at all when the appointment was scheduled. Today, we show up at 8am from an hour away and the first question from the lady at the desk is, "Is he intact?" Well... considering we are here for pre-neuter bloodwork, yes... it would make sense that he is. "We don't do work on intact animals. He has to be neutered here today if you want the bloodwork done." That is not what I was told when I scheduled the appointment, but ok, let's get it done then. They ask for vaccination records and I send over what I had in my phone. They ask for further documentation, so I pull other pages up in my phone. My pup has had all 3 DAPP shots (on 2 separate papers from 2 separate rescues) as well as rabies (on its own paper from a vet)... but I was told that my records aren't good enough because I could have "pulled the stickers off vials at Tractor Supply". I am genuinely confused at this point, trying to understand why someone would think I created a fake dog medical record (or why anyone would do that, for that matter) or why the concern shifted from the distemper shots to the validity of the rabies shot, that was administered by a vet... she comes back out and insists my dog must be completely revaccinated through them to be able to get neutered there. I finally called it quits and walked out. I won't put my dog through more pokes and prods than he needs, and it was unnecessary for him to be completely revaccinated 3 months after his original shots. Maybe it was a miscommunication, but by the time we walked out it definitely didn't feel like it - I felt like there were some pretty crazy accusations to justify an upsell. The guy at the front desk deserves 5 stars for sure, both days he provided us with great service and communication with pickup for the cats... but today's morning experience with the 2 ladies at the front desk left me feeling uneasy and unwilling to do business with this clinic in the future. There could have been ways to verify records (like asking to call the rescues that contributed to the records) before making weird comments like that. Sometimes, people need to take a step back and listen to themselves to hear how ridiculous they actually sound.

Experiencia fantástica: Twice I have visited the clinic and both times was extremely satisfied with their service. Beyond affordable which in this economy is a godsend. The staff and Drs alike are super helpful. Last year we had to put our senior dog down. The staff was just the best in terms of how everything was handled as well as handling her remains. They even sent us a cats in the mail offering condolences. Things like that really make all the difference. You should also know because they are so popular, be prepared to wait. But its well worth it.

Experiencia positiva: I trap and neuter feral cats in my neighborhood. The 85.00 charge for a feral cat is difficult to continue doing this as I don’t belong to any specific group that does the TNR. They have always done a wonderful job caring for these neighborhood cats. My only complaint is that they cut half the cats ear off!!! Taking the tip off to mark these feral cats as neutered and vaccinated is fine but why they disfigure these cats by cutting half the ear off is unacceptable. I’ve stopped neutering any cats in my neighborhood now due to both cost and disfigurement. I paid for 6 and previously and at that time they only cut the tip off so why are they cutting so much off now??

Experiencia fantástica: I didn’t see any recent detailed reviews so I thought I’d share my experience. Like many, the local vets were quoting me $600-$1,400 to spay my puppy which is outrageous in these tariff times. I did some research and found this spay and neuter clinic online. I’m not going to lie, some of the reviews had me a bit nervous but the pricing was great so I decided to give them a call. It is true, they do not answer when you call but my call was returned the same day and I scheduled my puppy’s appointment. Her appointment was scheduled for a Monday so the Friday before, I received a detailed text about what time drop off and pick up was as well as a link to get the pre appointment paperwork online so it can be printed and filled out before hand (highly recommended). Based on the reviews I knew it was a high volume clinic so on the day of the appointment I arrived at 7:15am. There were only 2 people outside in line. By 7:30am there was a line wrapped around the building so I would say get there between 7-7:15am. I did not pre print my paperwork work but thankfully I caught a staff member opening the door for another staff member and he gave me the paperwork to fill out. The doors to the clinic open at 7:45am to start the drop off process. The lobby of this place becomes a zoo very fast so I recommend keeping your pet in the car until you are called especially if they get scared around other animals. The order in which they collect your paperwork is the order in which you will be called, one of the techs went over the paperwork with me to make sure everything was correct and if I wanted any add ons. She asked me to bring my puppy in so we could get her weight (prices for spay on dogs go by weight) and we walked her to a back room where I was able to secure her in a kennel for her procedure. I was given a paper with aftercare instructions to read over when I got home and was out the door at 8:13am. Around 11:30am, a tech called and notified me that my puppy’s procedure went well but she was drooling excessively and they recommended some anti-nausea medication that would run me an extra $50-$60, so I declined. I was told that I could pick her up between 2pm and 5pm. I arrived at 3:38pm, there was only one other person in the lobby who was being checked out by staff. The price I was quoted in the morning was the same price I paid in the afternoon. After I checked out, I was handed my puppy around 3:55pm and she was her usual happy self. I was provided with some medication to administer at home for her. Overall it has been a few hours and Lotus is doing fine so far. I will continue to monitor her but I did have a positive first time experience so far at this clinic and I really love what they do for the community. You will have to have some patience as they work with a lot of pet parents and their fur babies but the staff was pleasant. Hope this helps someone.

Can not praise this place enough. They are extremely high volume and still manage to do everything they can. I am so grateful for their help!

Experiencia positiva: While I appreciate what they offer at a reasonable price, our rescue wolf-hybrid had urine and fecal stains on her fur when we went to pick her up. I know they have a lot of patients but that was saddening. The surgical team is great and the doctor performing them did internal sutures (harder for pups to pull them out) which was nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Very well organized and thoughtful clinic with helpful and pleasant staff. Very easy to make an appointment with reasonable prices. We brought in a mom and baby cat to be spayed and neutered. Got there a tad early with forms in hand and was out in 15 minutes. We returned around 4:30 for pickup and got our babies back by 5 pm. We had a onesie for the mom and a neck collar for the baby to ensure they didn't try to overly licking their stitches. It's been 5 days since surgery. The clinic called to check on the patients. I'm happy to report both mom and baby are covering just fine. Would highly recommend the folks over at this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: We have 2 Mini Frenchie puppies and the regular vets want to charge over $750 per dog to spay them because they are considered high risk. Brevard Spay and Neuter was $110 per dog because of their weight, and one had started her cycle and we didn't know it so that's extra... We still walked away, including medication, for less than $300 for BOTH dogs. Can't beat that. Make sure you print your paperwork and have it filled out beforehand with shot records (if you have them) and you get your place in line way quicker. They get fixed in the order they receive them. So get there early.

Experiencia negativa: Amaxing place for saving money but they over schedule and book. I have special needs kids. I was told be there at 5 showed up at 5. Got told come back at 6 and been there since it's 10 minutes 7. My son has a severe disability waiting is the hardest for him. His device died and now he is acting a feral animal in the waiting room. Do not recommend what so ever.

Experiencia positiva: after calling 3 times to see if they were open and no answer, I decided to drive over there and saw that they were open. I told the woman with the glasses and black hair in a bun I needed to borrow a car trap. After sitting 20 minutes waiting around I left. I understand it’s busy and I read the sign where it can take 1 hour, but that is ridiculous. Maybe hire someone else to help at the counter. I’ll spend less time ordering one from Amazon. Thanks!

You walk in and the two behind the counter are very knowledgeable, polite, loving, compassionate and very well organized. The Vets are the same and really care for not just ur pet but for you and ur concerns. Not only that but the price is unbeatable AND they sometimes give you a break even on that. 10 star minimum in my opinion. Thanks to all the staff and Doctor's. Experiencia negativa: No respect for your time. Told me to show up at 7 they don't open until 8. Texted me dog wa ready for pick up. I show up 30 minutes later he is not ready. I have to wait again. Then my bill goes from 150 to 240. I complained they brought it down to 173. I do not recomend. Staff being very friendly is only reason for 2 stars and not 1. These lame excuses got me to change to 1 star. Who ever I spoke to on the phone said be there at 7:00. I didn't ask you to do anything other than neuter the dog. He's not my dog I was doing a favor for somebody. You could have called and asked but you didn't. You can check recheck quadruple check everything before I get there. Don't tell someone their dog's ready for pickup when it's not.

Experiencia negativa: My mother-in-law, Sherry, brought her dog Sosha in to be spayed. This dog has been fine and dandy her whole life. Shes out of surgery, the vets dont walk her out front, they make Sherry go carry her out of the back. Now we know its because they dropped Sosha and they deny all wrong doing. Sosha left home completely FINE, and AS SOON as she got home, she screamed in pain and refused to walk. The clinic denied they dropped Sosha and was rude and aggressive to Sherry. Sosha has and X-ray where doctors said her elbows are shattered. Vet said it looked like a bomb went off in them. Ill repeat she was FINE before she went to brevard spay and neuter, and the second Sosha got home they noticed she was in pain. Brevard Spay and Neuter can deny all they want but how do you explain a dog coming home with shattered elbows? Whoever dropped Sosha, denied all responsibility, and decided to be hostile with Sherry, should be absolutely ashamed. Be warned, if they hurt your animal on accident here, they will deny it and treat you like your crazy.

Experiencia fantástica: Happy with our experience. I was worried my dog would have been traumatized, but she wasn't. We did the light therapy for healing and what a difference it made. Spayed and cone for 5 days. The staff was super nice and made the process easy and comfortable. Very affordable compared to our vets cost.

Experiencia negativa: The prices are unbeatable, & I have yet to experience a *major* issue with my animals here. But the organization & wait times with this place are out of control. Liz used to have this place operating well but it's been worse & worse since she left. Steve is the only one here who seems reliable. When the surgeries are done I used to get a call to come pick up the dog. Whether 1130am, 2pm, 4pm, whatever. They would integrate pickups thruout the day. Today I received no call. They just always say to be here by 5 when they close. So I got here at 5 and the waiting room was slammed full. Appears that no one got a call today & they planned to have all pickups at once...... I've worked a low cost clinic before & we could do surgery pickups staggered at the end of day & have everyone checked out in 45 mins. But this clinic cant handle that kind of efficiency. I'm sitting here writing this review at 630pm still waiting to check out my dogs in a room full of people!! I was "on the checkout list" 1.5hrs ago. They have a sign stating that first come isn't the procedure here & please be patient as checkin/out can take up to an hour. Well today I waited 2 hours to get my 2 dogs & I'm not gonna be coming back to do this ever again. The current staff are completely unorganized. They sat there checking out 20 feral cats 1 by 1 to the regular rescue people that do daily dropoffs, while ignoring every other patron for an hour. A single ounce of organization would tell you that the regular dropoffs should have their own pickup time at the end. AND that anybody "on the checkout list" should not be sitting in your lobby 2 hours waiting as every other animal goes home and I sit there in front of your face being ignored. The woman who does checkins & checkouts refuses to make eye contact like she's scared of conflict. She sent another girl out to get me from my car when they were finally ready to check out my dogs. She doesn't have what it takes to run this high pressure position at the front of a fast paced clinic. They're not gonna be able to handle the masses they try & book until they find another Liz. On the topic of quality of care?.... I have gotten what I expected from a low cost clinic. Some questionable neuter procedures, a heartworm positive dog once that nobody bothered to call & let me know was positive before pickup.... but luckily I've avoided any major issues. While sitting in the lobby for 2hrs waiting to checkout today I heard the receptionist tell somebody that her dog ACCIDENTALLY GOT MICROCHIPPED BECAUSE THE TECHNICIAN GRABBED THE WRONG PAPERWORK! Other ladies in the room started chatting very concerned about "what else did they mess up back there?!" And it's just really sad to know that these things happen way more often than the reviews may tell you. I've gotten dogs home before who didn't receive the vaccines I paid for. Simple "mistakes" but it's not okay to be happening so often in a medically professional environment... Honestly the neuters I paid for today were pretty concerning! The lady who brought my dogs out to me told me 1 was pretty swollen & the other was "even more swollen... you definitely need to ice him" ICE HIM?! I 've never in 12 years of animal work heard anyone advise to ice the incision on a dog. That advice was really concerning as to their staff training & honestly the last straw for me. Nobody there seems to understand how a simple neuter works & it's truly baffling to me how many things they can manage to screw up on a simple simple procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place. I was told my cat needed a tooth pulled at another vet and it would cost $2000. I took her here and not only did she not need a tooth pulled but if she did it would be less than 1/4 of that price. I will definitely be taking my two cats here again.

Experiencia negativa: If you love your animal, do not take them to Brevard. Spay and Neuter.I took my pup on January 15 to have her spay after she came home. She could no longer walk on her front right leg. After 2 days she could not walk on her back right leg. They broke my dog and refused to take responsibility for anything. My dog. Was a happy, healthy rambunctious. 8 yr old Little girl who now just lays around and cries. I am so heart broken and don't know how to help her.i can not afford 2-5,000 for an mri. I want justice for Sosha. I would give no star if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: As a dog trainer, I refer all my clients to this place for their spay and neuter and teeth cleaning. They’ll even look at your dog if you ask him to for other things while they’re under anesthesia. Like a lump or a spot that you’re concerned about. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I should have written this review 6 months ago, but I forgot until today. This place saved my 12 year old basset hound. I took her to the vet bc she was acting differently, and we discovered that she had pyometra and said that if she didn't have surgery immediately, she would die. They said that if I elected to do it in office it would run several thousand, but it didn't matter bc they weren't able to, and said i had 2 other alternatives, a 24 hour emergency vet (where it would be even more expensive) or i could call the Brevard Spay/Neuter and see if they could get her in the next morning. I called and left a message, pleading for them to fit her in and they called me back later that evening and said I could bring her in in the morning. I can't remember the exact cost but it was less than $200. Thank you, you bought us a few more years with our dog.

Experiencia fantástica: Although they do a lot of cats and dogs in one day, they make sure everything goes smoothly for their spays/neuters, shots, and anesthesia. At the time, I was not able to afford the full $70 cost of the neuter for my cat so they graciously accepted half of the payment from me and did everything that was needed for my cat! Experiencia fantástica: This clinic regularly handles a large volume of spays and neuters so I was not worried about getting my dog spayed here. You will not find better prices for services offered. My vet quoted me about $600 more than what I paid here. Their process of checking everyone in and contacting for pick up was very efficient. They ensured I knew what the total was at drop off. The total was the same at pick up. No problems with post surgical infection. Dog was properly medicated for pain. Thank you for making this easy for pet owners. Thank you for the care you offer to all the animals you treat.

Experiencia negativa: Brought my dog in December 11th to be neutered. Pick him up, get him home within a week. I started seeing spots all over him. The mange ringworm on his belly and now I'm being told that it's fleas. My dog don't have fleas because he has flea treatment never gotten bit by a flea and he sleeps in bed with me so they're covering it up so that way they don't have to fix the problem they cause. So be aware if you're going to bring your dog or a cat to get neutered, bring disinfectant spray or disinfecting something that's not harmful for your animal and spray down the cage before they put them in it because I'm going to tell you what my dog had. Nothing now he's chewing his skin off. He's chewing this and not and the vet here wants to tell me that it's from fleas. No it's not. He has lumps under his skin. He has a whole ringworm under his belly and he never had no problems with his skin whatsoever until I brought him here and I had them for a year. Horrible place. If you can find somewhere else or a good pet insurance like I did and I will be going to a real vet and I guarantee you I will be coming back to get all my money back from these people when the vet tells me exactly what my dog has

Experiencia negativa: My friend deserves justice for her pug who had no health issues until she brought him in for a routine cleaning. You should be calling her back and paying for what you did. There's no amount of money that can bring back the love of a pug. So shameful and heartbreaking

It’s been four days and all my fur babies are healing beautifully .. I greatly appreciate the staff here and 10 outta 10 highly recommend

Experiencia negativa: My dog got spayed and got an infection over the weekend and sutures busted open. They have an “emergency” line, but they take their sweet time getting back to you, despite the “emergency” part. Had to pay $350 to take her to an emergency vet and called Brevard S&N this morning and it was essentially “not their problem”. Take your pets somewhere else

Experiencia fantástica: I had my rescue dog neutered as part of the adoption agreement and this was the only clinic I found with up-front pricing for all their services posted on the internet. All went well and our Benji is recuperating at home. The staff is helpful and friendly, but the place is popular so expect to wait one hour to check in and one hour to check out.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great-the staff is friendly and helpful and they really seem to care about all the animals coming in. Steve at the front desk was especially wonderful. You can tell he loves his patients. As a note-they don't pick up the phone, but they will call you back the same day. Also, it does get busy and I recommend getting there a few minutes early with your paperwork pre-filled (available on their website) if you have somewhere to be. It can be a bit chaotic in the waiting room at 8am, but they're doing what they can to get everyone seen.

Experiencia positiva: I’m leaving two stars instead of one simply because we weren’t charged for services, which saved me a LOT of money. I had my girlfriend take our three cats to be fixed. I saw other reviews with the same complaint I’m about to leave, but I forgot to tell her about it to make SURE it doesn’t happen to us. Barring any future complications that may arise from an improper surgery, that we have yet to see, this is the only problem: They put our female house cat in the area where they treat strays, so they treated her like one. They clipped her ear without telling us, and did it shorter than I’ve EVER seen. They ALSO clipped our boys nails without telling us, and did it WAY too short. You get what you pay for, I guess. All in all, beats paying $500-$700 per cat at a vet clinic I suppose. UPDATE: 4 stars now. I went back for a follow up and everything went well with the surgery. I was again NOT charged for services! Seeing them myself was nice, and for the price, it’s unbeatable. Just tell them NOT to clip your cats ear or nails unless you want that!

Experiencia fantástica: If you love you pet, this is where you come. Everyone here from start to finish is so friendly and amazing with animals. We recently lost our sweet girl, Sheeva. Everyone was so empathetic and caring and helped us through every step of the way. I also have three corgis that’s I bring here for all our pets health needs. If you’re thinking about brining your pet here for service, I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place and probably will never go anywhere else AGAIN! The wait is worth the care for your animals. I went to 2 different vets within 5 days and my fur baby was over it and so was I. I called at 4:45 pm so 15 minutes to close and didn't think I'd hear back from anyone until the next day, which I totally understood. They'll called me back that same night at 8:30 pm looking to get my baby in the next day! She's all fixed and home now and I'm beyond grateful. Thank you so much for the care and appreciation. ❤️

Experiencia negativa: We took our cat there to be put down. The vet said he would not do it because he didn't feel our cat was that bad. She hasn't eaten in weeks and is now paralyzed on her right side. She's refusing to come out of the closet. This was a very hard decision to make, and to be turned down is devastating. Shame on you for your lack of compassion!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 2 cats to get fixed here. The waiting room was packed full but they took care of everyone very quickly. The staff was all very nice. I know that job is tiring and they all kept a smile on from open to close when I had to pick my cats up. Also they did great with surgery no issues at all.

Experiencia positiva: Was told that I had an appointment then I find out that my file I just filled out was put on the bottom of the stack of people that came in after me. After telling the front desk that I had an appointment somewhere for my self. Thank God I was able to reschedule my appointment. Also, the person who set this whole thing up was supposed to pay the bill but they did not make an attempt to ask questions and took my credit card. Now we are trying to get it corrected. The place has a great system except for the front desk they just hand you paperwork like you go there all the time. I couldn't even answer half the questions. I'm glad we have a place like this close by.

Experiencia fantástica: You honestly will not find a more competent and caring team. I was astounded at their pricing while maintaining the upmost quality in their care. The staff is so kind, welcoming, and huge animal lovers. They will treat your pet like their own. The veterinarian even walked out to the car with us to give us one more go-over on post op instructions and help use load carriers into the car. The 1.5hr drive to them was 100% worth it!! Thank you to all the wonderful team members here!!

When I called this clinic and explained everything they assured me they would make sure she was taken care of. It's very cost effective and the staff was incredibly thorough and kind. They fawned over every animal that came in. Now, my girl is 3 days post op and healing perfectly. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Took 2, returned home with one. I brought my 2 kittens here for routine spay and neuter. One did not make it and passed away during her recovery. They assume genetics or heart failure. I've been here in the past and had a great experience. There were a few differences with her spay than any of the others I had done. I have noticed a higher intake of animals aswell. Her incision was HUGE. I feel that more are being taken in then the facility maybe able to handle with the staff they have. I worry my girl was not monitored as they were SO BUSY or kept under anesthesia for too long as she was little. I do wish the doctor spoke to us not just a "tech". At the end of the day things like this happen, I accepted it. But things like this should be reported aswell. Please don't not opt out of the bloodwork, though I was made aware that in my case it probably wouldn't of had made a difference. Update*** I noticed my girls paper work was mislabeled, scratched out and corrected. I wonder if the wrong medication doses were provided. I still cannot accept how things were handled here... I hope others are taken care of better.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so nervous to get my dog spayed but this place did great. I told them how she is a really anxious dog and can be reactive to other dogs and they allowed her to have space from the other dogs and to walk in a different door that wasn’t as crowded. This made me feel so much more at ease and I think my dog as well. She had her operation yesterday and so far she is recovering so much better than I thought she would be.

Experiencia negativa: I’d give zero stars if I could. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an animal clinic. I took my dog here to be neutered, don’t expect any kind of communication with this clinic. I called 8 times to receive updates and only heard a response once, they told me everything was okay but failed to mention the complications that arose during my dogs neuter and gave me a bill double what they quoted me originally. I have no problem spending the money to help my dog but would have at least liked to know there were issues with the procedure especially before they broke the final bill down to me during check out. I spent all day getting proof of my dogs valid vaccination record, because my dog has adverse reaction to vaccines and I didn’t want them administering any to him, especially ones that he didn’t need, which they knew, and still did so without my consent anyways. Take your dogs elsewhere the lack of communication is astronomical not to mention the gaslighting from the receptionists trying to defend their poor actions. I would have taken my dog elsewhere if I knew they were gonna do what they did. They aren’t for the best interest of the animal and that showed today. I don’t doubt that they make spay/neuter affordable for the community but the way my dog and I were treated in this process was awful.

Experiencia negativa: They quoted me one price, went to pick up my dog to a totally new price. I was never called to OK the new charge so at pickup time I only had the amount of cash on me that they quoted me for the surgery - they threatened to keep my dog over $10 after they admitted to me it was their fault for not calling because “they have a new person working”. I live an hour away and they know this, as I’ve brought many animals here as rescue spay/neuter and they know me. It was 15 minutes before closing time so no way for me to drive an hour home to get more cash. As someone who works in animal rescue, if this was my facility that made this mistake I would have pulled the $10 out of my own pocket if I made the mistake. But instead they were unapologetic and uncaring because they “have to stick to policy” even when they screw up. Typical run of the mill minute clinic. You get what you pay for.

Had to get my kitten spayed and the regular vet was going to charge me more then $350 for that and her vaccinations not even the microchip and after surgey suit or cone. Now I payed $230 for everything and they were fast and sweet!! I loved the service and will recommend to everyone!!

Experiencia negativa: Set the appointment several weeks ago. I was told drop off was at 8. They took him back an hour after I arrived. They put the cat under the wrong name which complicated pick... Pick up was at 5, but I got him back closer to 6 without the cone on... Definitely not a pleasant experience...

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t thank them enough! They loaned me a trap to catch a cat that was abandoned. They neutered him the following day, vaccinated him and placed him in a foster-adopt program. Wonderful staff. He’s currently up for adoption at PetSmart through the HOPE for Brevard Program ❤️‍⬛

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Haney does not take pet health concerns seriously and suggests that you are lying. Speaks to owners in a cryptic and condescending manner without having even evaluated your pet. When he completes the same tests already performed elsewhere, comes to the same poor conclusion about the health of the pet, then says he doesn't know the answer as to why. Even goes as far to say that he doesn't have the time for it. Has no empathy or compassion and I was billed to reach the same conclusion while my animal suffers. Told me that I should surrender and otherwise happy and healthy pet to a shelter when all I want is to help my animal. Horrible experience. Further, I've been to many vet offices and owned many pets for a very long time. I have family who even work for an animal rescue. This office is the most disgusting and poorly managed vet offices I've ever been in. Stay clear. They just want to see as many animals as possible and take your money without rendering services or treating your pet.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonder facility, got us in the next day. Friendly, kind, caring staff. Called the next day to see how all the cats were doing. Didn't just discharge the cats, which all 5 were feral, until their temperatures were up to a safe level. Absolutely wonderful!!!
