Experiencia fantástica: Took my dog Stevie in Tuesday at 4PM after a through exam and medication she woke up Wednesday morning as good as new. She is a 10-year-old GSP with a strained shoulder muscle in her right front and had limited mobility prior to Vet visit and medication.

Experiencia negativa: Rating is based solely on lack of empathy for pets rescued from the street. I have numerous pets I have been bringing to this location for years and for a business as prominent and well respected as this one I find it very sad to hear that Radnor Vet does not offer an occasional free exam for rescued pet On 2/26 I saved a male poodle mix elderly dog from the middle of the street who is blind and deaf now luckily I was the one to find this dog because I’m a retired dog groomer, I brought the dog home with me bathed him with medicated shampoo and gave a fresh hair cut poor thing looks 100% better, but sadly when I called Radnor Vet for a free or discounted exam for a rescued and neglected dog I was sad to hear Radnor Vet does not offer anything like that The office staff and Drs are fantastic, I will always recommend this location for your pet care needs but honestly doing a few charity cases a year for free would be a great help towards pets in need especially since it is a tax write off

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Donato is outstanding. I did not have the same degree of interaction with anyone else, of course. Everyone else was great and warm and friendly. Most veterinarians are unwilling to treat wallabies, even if they treat exotic animals. Dr. Donato has seen them and was superb with treating a tiny wallaby, of a species not previously seen, for a severe illness, requiring medical and surgical as well as dental expertise. I am an M.D. and wish there were more people treating humans who are so capable in any one of those realms.

Experiencia fantástica: Was recommended here when we first moved to the area. Dr. Donato is the best! Our dog needed a major surgery on his leg and Dr. Donato is so professional and knowledgeable. We had other vets in the area not be able to tell us what was happening with our dog and Dr Donato was able to pinpoint it right away. Very transparent about pricing and now Fletcher has recovered so well and he is running around, happy as can be! Our cats also go here and they call and update directly. Couldn't recommend enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Donato was, without a doubt, the best vet I've ever worked with. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain options thoroughly and plainly, and seemed to genuinely care about the health of my cat. Not only that, he was determined to find a solution that would benefit my cat long-term, rather than slapping a 'band-aid' on the symptoms of his chronic illness. I can't recommend this practice, and Dr. Donato, enough.

He explained BB's situation clearly, and also follows up with me with any concerns. Also, the technicians who also brought my rabbit in were very kind and pleasant. If I have any complicated issues i'll be sure to continue to come to the practice. Thank you again for trying to ease BB's pain.

They were quick to take her in, listened to everything I said and provided knowledgeable, comprehensive, understandable answers for next steps. I also like that they have a separate section for dogs and a separate section for cats and exotic animals. They also provided me a quote for the services they needed to do so I knew what I would be paying and for what services.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been taking our animals here for the past 5 years or so. Guinea pig and two dogs, Daisy and Stella. Recently we had to let Daisy go and they were so compassionate and caring and I can't say enough nice things about this vet. We had several mediocre experiences at other vets. Their prices are reasonable and they don't upsell you on things your pet really doesn't need. I recommended several friends and they transferred their care to Radnor and are completely satisfied. We will be taking our new puppy Winnie there next week for her first appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: Last week, my rabbit Duke became sick really quickly. I was not able to be seen by my regular vet due to a lack of appointments, but I know several rabbit owners who speak incredibly highly of Radnor Vet Hospital, so my boyfriend called and explained our situation. They were able to schedule an appointment with our bunny within just a few hours. Duke was diagnosed with megacolon and given a number of medications to take. Dr. Cameron was incredibly kind and spent time explaining everything to me and my boyfriend carefully. I just lost my other rabbit in May of 2025, so I was an absolute mess, but she was incredibly compassionate and patient of my situation. I left feeling assured that Duke was in good hands, and she even called the next day to see how Duke was doing. Dr. Cameron has a clear passion and investment in my rabbit's health. Just wish Radnor was a bit closer to Delaware! Here are some photos of Mr. Duke, who is now feeling AMAZING. He is just sad he cannot have fruit anymore, lol

Experiencia negativa: Very unhappy with my time with them. I had an emergency with my lizard having mites. I went in and he told me there was an abscess on his chest area and we needed to do X-rays. Which I couldn’t afford so the person with me did. He then came back 45 mins later then he told me and said his stomach lining was too thick due to bioactive soil. Which just isn’t true and you cannot see on a x-ray. He then administered medication to my lizard in the back without asking my permission. I went to get a second opinion and know this other vet well. She told me that A- there was no abscess where he said. And that the X-rays could not pick up the stomach lining regardless and the photos were bad quality. I am very upset and spent a lot of money for apparently bad advice and no reason. I do not suggest them after this experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility and front office staff are very friendly. I brought in 3 adopted rescue bunnies for their first annual physical and vaccine booster. Things went great. The Tech knew how to handle things and the vet was excellent. Two of my three are still very skittish from their earlier experiences resulting in rescue and they took to both the Tech and the Vet. Even at home, when visitors come, they disappear so this was a big deal.

Experiencia negativa: i’ve been talking my two rabbits to radnor vet since 2018, and throughout the years i have had great experiences. but in recent times i have brought my animals in the ladies at the front desk have been extremely rude to me, not giving me the proper information i need for my animals medicine and when i asked questions they are condescending. they recently gave me medicine for my rabbits that she’s never had to take before and she seems to be having complications to the medication, when i called the lady again was very rude on the phone. it’s very unfortunate now i feel uncomfortable to call or take my animals in there fearing they have a issue with me. i have sent thousands of dollars there in the last 8 years, you would think they would be nice and considerate to the people/animals who continue to come to your establishment.

Experiencia positiva: Most of the veterinarians at this practice are excellent, though there are a few that don’t have great bedside manner. The people who run the boarding kennel are excellent and very competent. I wanted to write this review to warn other clients of this hospital, because every time I have to board my animal at the actual hospital, not at the boarding kennel, it is a highly disappointing experience. Previously, when I went to pick up my animal the bag that I had dropped all of her stuff off in was mysteriously missing and they claimed they had thrown it away, so I was not able to get that bag back. I had to ask specifically for them to retrieve her medications, and the syringes that I used to give her the medication, in order for them to return them to me. This most recent time I boarded my animal at the hospital, they didn’t give her one of the breakfasts that I had packed and dated for her, so she missed breakfast one day under their care. They also tried to tell me that they were giving me back both of her medications, when in fact they had just put the same medication in two bottles. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes when picking her up for them to refill the prescription that I had dropped her off with. The people at this Animal Hospital who run the hospital boarding are so clueless and it is so infuriating, because it is so expensive. If you have a medically, complicated animal, and you have to board them I would caution you to board them somewhere else not at this hospital.

EDITED: my pet is now their patient and theyre great with her. They also have a lot of hours making it a lot less stressful if something happens. Because it always happens when your vet is closed.

Experiencia fantástica: I have heard about this place often but never had a reason to go myself. A few weeks ago our chicken prolapsed after becoming egg bound with her first egg and neither our chicken vet nor our dog vet were able to see us in a timely way (and frankly were a bit dismissive). I understand that for most people - since she was a bantam - she wasn't even dinner but she was our young son's pet so we wanted to do everything we could to save her. We ultimately chose to euthanize which was very sad and though not the first time our son experienced death, his first experience with euthanasia. They could not have been sweeter. They got us seen by not one but two vets in a timely way. They were kind and intelligent in explaining why this was the only reasonable choice - first to us and then our son. They didn't pressure us, they let us wait until we picked him up from school and then went through the whole explanation again and when having heard everything he *chose* to euthanize, they brought my son coloring materials to help him process his choice and the good bye process. Also, since it's Radnor I was worried that it would break the bank. Though not a cheap as harvesting one's own livestock, given the time they gave us and all they did for our bird, they ultimately charged me the same amount that our (now former) chicken vet charged me for a "well" visit where they did nothing but look at them and tell me they were healthy. Also, it was clean, well lit, friendly and even aesthetically pleasing.

I am blown away by how good Radnor Vet is - wish I'd known about you years ago. Further, Dr. Donato is clearly a highly skilled and compassionate vet. I was worried about my rattie so the appointment was kind of a blur. But afterward, I remembered that the doc spontaneously kissed her on the head. Seriously! Who does that? Well ... I do; as do rare people who know rats and feel kindly toward them. He gets an A+ from me.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t find out what was wrong with my new puppy and a client told me to check out Radner veterinarian Hospital. The minute I got there I was so impressed with the knowledge of the veterinarian. Without any imaging or anything she knew exactly what was wrong with him? He didn’t have kennel cough. He had something wrong with his trachea. She put them on a simple antihistamine and he’s so much better now couldn’t recommend this place more I spent hundreds everywhere else in this visit was less than $100. I’m so grateful for this hospital and I will always use it.

Experiencia fantástica: We have had two great experience with Radnor Veterinarian first one when looking for a great Veterinarian we found them and my daughters Lion Head Rabbit was seen and the doctor/ assistant made us and the rabbit feel very welcoming. Then our second interaction was when we needed to board leave him over night for a few days they do everything with such care/compassion and they sent pictures so we could see how well he is doing and that's free. Experiencia fantástica: We had our little bunny spayed this week. I was so nervous and Rador could not be anymore helpful. The staff from the front desk to the Dr. are amazing! I can not say enough about Dr. Kaleigh Tomasson, she is truly amazing and such a wonderful bunny doctor. She did Oreo's Spay and did an incredible job and called me right away afterwards. We had a little small scare once we got home because I have a very nervous, sassy bunny and Dr. Tomasson returned my call immediately with ideas, suggestions and ways to help. They worked and she is so much better. Dr. Tomasson also called on her own to check on her, I feel like she truly cares about what she does and how important our bunny was to us. Now day 4 and my bunny is doing amazing and getting back to herself and I can not thank the staff and Dr. Tomasson enough. I highly recommend this vet hospital and if you have a bunny I highly recommend Dr. Tomasson for the visit. Excellent care, Excellent staff! Thank you for taking care of my bunny this week. Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: I've found a vet that I really like here, but the front desk staff is genuinely insufferable. They make a stressful event even worse. The vet techs are great, thankfully. I've had two appointments and have been disappointed each time. From the reviews, this place sounds great if you have exotic animals - if you have a dog, not so much.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars is not enough. The wonderful vets at Radnor have diagnosed and treated my rabbit, extending his life, on multiple occasions. We drive 5+ hours for our rabbit to be a patient of this practice. Radnor has treated our rabbit for conditions that two other vet practices diagnosed, but declined to treat, because the treatment was too specialized for the other vet practices. Despite this rare expertise and greater capability, Radnor charges less than the vets closer to our home. The veterinary and front office staff at Radnor are top notch: professional, helpful, and compassionate. I know from firsthand experience that the veterinary staff at Radnor are known by name at veterinary schools in the Northeast. I truly believe this is the best veterinary practice in the country.

Experiencia negativa: The front desk experience is not professional. They act as if they could not care any less about you or your pet. Probably About 75% of the time I’ve had an appointment I’ve waited a half an hour to 45 minutes in the waiting room for the vet to walk in.Lately more than half of the time, it’s always a new vet. The policy of taking your pet away from you putting them in the back and treating them is stressful to the animals. I mean, come on, my dog is getting two shots. Do you really have to take her in the back and keep her there for 20 minutes or more to treat her for her annual visit? I have to question their process. Is To what extent is the veterinarian even treating my dog when she goes back there?

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely happy with how Dr Diamond treated and helped my rabbit Violet make a full recovery from her abscess tooth. And she also tried very hard to save my late rabbit Cody, but unfortunately he passed away from kidney failure. But Dr Diamond couldn't have been more compassionate and caring during that horrible time. There's simply not enough words to express how happy I am with everyone at Radnor. We live about a half hour away, but it's worth every minute of the trip!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a sick guinea pig and our vet suggested to bring her here to get checked out. This was the first time we went to Radnor Veterinary Hospital and unfortunately it was a sad experience because our piggy had to be put down. Although this was not the news we wanted, we didn’t not want her to be in pain anymore. The staff was so nice and explained everything about the process to us. The vet even waited until we could FaceTime our daughter so she could say goodbye. They provided the information we needed to have our piggy cremated and a week later we were able to pick up our memorial items. We also brought our other piggy for a check up, just to be safe. Luckily, our second trip there was much better than the first visit and we even decided that Radnor Veterinary Hospital will now be our go to vet for all our piggy’s needs. In conclusion, I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

Experiencia fantástica: I took Mickie, my Yellow-naped Amazon, to Radnor Vet to see Dr Donato. She's on Celecoxib for her bornavirus, and the compounding pharmacy recently changed from water-based to oil-based Celecoxib. Her feathers started falling out around her beak and she scratches it. Obviously she's sensitive to it. No other compounding pharmacies he uses offer it water-based, so he suggested I switch her to Meloxicam. I have to call him back in two weeks and let him know what I notice. I trust Dr Donato. He's one of very few avian vets.

Experiencia fantástica: Bandit, my African Grey parrot, likes and trusts the technicians who trim his nails. That is saying a lot, considering he is afraid of people's hands, does not like his feet touched, and does not like being confined in a towel. And yet, he enjoys going to the Vet and sings and whistles on the ride home. The odd way his nails grow creates mobility problems for him, and he was quite pleased after his recent nail trim to have everything back to normal. I like that the Radnor Hospital Veterinarians and technicians take their time so that he doesn't feel stressed. I appreciate the good care and attention he receives.

Experiencia fantástica: Although my visit was back in 2022, I wanted to share my positive experience to help fellow guinea pig parents. I brought my newly adopted male guinea pig, Onion, to Radnor Veterinary Hospital for his neutering surgery, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Before the surgery, I took Onion in for a general health check-up, which was thorough and reassuring. Once everything was in order, we scheduled the surgery. I appreciated the opportunity to speak with the doctor beforehand, and she took the time to call me personally to discuss the procedure and answer any questions. After the surgery, she called again to update me on how Onion was doing, letting me know he had successfully woken up from anesthesia. When I came to pick him up later that afternoon, the nurse was kind and informative, providing me with all the necessary post-surgery care instructions to ensure Onion’s recovery went well. Although that was my only visit to the clinic (since I later relocated to another state), I was really impressed with the professionalism, care, and communication at this hospital. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of exotic pet care in this area!

Experiencia fantástica: Have always had a great expereince here: excellent practice, nice facility. They took the time on a Saturday some years ago to perform a difficult job of stitching up my dog's tail after it had gotten jammed in a door. They had to try many times before the tail bandage stayed on. The tail healed fine. Our dog is now 12, and they continue to take excellent care of him.

We drive 35 minutes one way to come here and it is worth it every time. I feel comfortable leaving my pets in their care and trust the veterinarians to diagnose and treat my pets properly.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I were recommended this place when my 6 month old cockatiel, Ostinato, was in critical condition and the nearest animal hospital didn't have their avian vet there at the time. I took the drive, and despite the fact that my bird passed on the drive over, they still took him back and examined his feathers and everything to see if they could visually tell a cause of death. When we explained where we got him from and that we likely wouldn't be able to get him back once he was returned, they gave us some feathers and wrapped him in a blanket and packed him in a spare box for us - all free of charge. We were so happy with their service that when we got our other cockatiel - 2.5 month old Opus, we immediately made him a profile and scheduled a visit. He had a bit of an upper respiratory infection, so they gave us medicine and said to call them if he didn't get better. Unfortunately, his infection developed quickly (over the course of a day around 8 days after the visit) and they were closed so we had to bring him elsewhere. He ended up passing overnight but that's not the fault of this veterinary hospital. The care Opus received here was amazing. We have an appointment scheduled for our 3rd cockatiel that we got when we still had Opus, and we're confident this one will receive the same level of care that the other two did!

Experiencia fantástica: I boarded my two mini Rex bunnies here because their vet is Radnor Vet. I’ve never boarded them before (they are under a year old). They took excellent care of my babies and sent me pictures with status updates while I was gone. I will definitely use them again!

Experiencia fantástica: Very recently Dr. Kozma has taken care of our dog and both of our cats. He is thorough, easy to talk to, listens, and has a natural rapport with our pets, who are all terrified of strangers. I normally don't choose providers and am always happy with any of the vets at Radnor, but I may start to request Dr. Kozma, a great addition to this superb practice. And a shout out to the front office staff, who are kind, efficient, and always willing to work with us by providing itemized receipts and any info needed for our pet insurance company. I pass many local vet practices to travel out to Radnor because they are worth the trip every time.

Experiencia fantástica: Radnor is clearly the BEST vet clinic (and great for boarding too). Our rabbit was dying: hadn’t eaten for 2 weeks and stank of infection. 3 other vets didn’t help. The last “exotic specialist” charged $900 for a blood test and quoted $1400 more for a CT scan before even starting the $3-5,000 surgery, which we couldn’t afford. Desperate, we emailed Radnor Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Cortell replied the same day with a clear path at a fraction of the cost. The next day, Dr. Diamond stayed late to see our rabbit and plan immediate next steps. We saw her expertise and compassion. She called us daily with updates and options to speed recovery and manage cost. Dr. Diamond and her team saved our rabbit. I’ve searched for other vets (since we now live 2 hours away), but Radnor is simply the best: skilled, caring vets and staff who manage cost while delivering excellent care. I am forever grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to schedule an appointment via email which was SO helpful since I have social anxiety. All the staff was super friendly, kind, and understanding. A ferret care group I'm in recommended this vet to me and it felt so nice to know Bonnie was in good hands with a doctor that knows ferrets. They also didn't have to put her under anesthesia to give her the implant which was very relieving!! The building was super clean and professional too- just everything about this place was perfect!

Experiencia negativa: The people at the front desk are not very nice. To think I drove an hour for this place is crazy. The lady literally was mocking me by making faces. I don’t even feel like writing out what happened to me cuz everytime I try I get emotional and can’t stop typing. The vets are great tho the staff all have weird vibes. (This is before I drove a hour and honestly when I should have just found a new vet)—, When I tried scheduling they told me the doctor I wanted was on vacation. Would not even tell me when she’d be back from vacation. They were adamant on me just scheduling with a diff doctor. I said I would call back after checking in with my brother and when I called again a diff lady picked up and said that the doctor I wanted was in fact available. Just goes to show some of the staff do not care and will lie for some odd reason.

Experiencia fantástica: All the physicians I’ve seen here are excellent. They have excellent bedside manner, listen to my concerns and take care of my babies as if they were their own. We used to see Dr. Asklof before she left the practice, now we see Dr. Tomasson. Both have been wonderful and we couldn’t ask for better. The front desk staff and techs are usually friendly too which is something that seems to lack at other vet offices we’ve been to so that’s a nice extra perk. The prices are affordable here as well which is very much appreciated. Overall, I’ve never had a bad experience while my pets have been under their care.

I live a good hour away from them and I happily drive it each time my rabbit needs to be seen because I know they're in such wonderful hands with Dr. Ehrlich and her team of exotics experts. I've been to 4 different vets with rabbits before and no one has the extensive love and care and expertise for your own pet quite like Rador does. Experiencia fantástica: Radnor Veterinary Hospital have been helpful and provided good excellent treatment each time attend. They treat many cats and dogs, but we come to them because it has been hard to find care for our "exotic" hamster. We appreciate that RVH cares for our little $14 hamster like she is priceless...because she is to us! For example, they helped us to treat little Mittens who had seizures. The prescribed a medicine that I could pick at my pharmacy. The doctors are so gentle with her...petting her and making her feel comfortable, and lived with us for over a year after her illness.

Experiencia negativa: This place killed my dog! I dropped my 6 lb pompoo Max along with my golden retriever off to be kenneled on Saturday to be boarded for a few days while we went to the shore thinking they would be in good hands. I picked them up on Tuesday morning and was handed a lethargic dog who was barely responsive -when the girl handed him to me and came back with his bag of things I mentioned to her he seemed "off" and she said something about sometimes they get like that. While I was waiting for them to bring out my golden retriever I was petting Max and talking to him trying to get him excited but again he wasn't very excited to see me which is weird for him. She came out with my other dog and offered to walk me to my car and on the way I again voiced concerns about Max being so lethargic and she brushed it off and said he was fine and when asked how he was during his stay she assured me "he was fine". While driving home I had him on the seat next to me and he was just laying there, when usually he loves car rides. I realized something was definitely wrong, so I dropped my golden off at a home and immediately came back to the hospital. While in the car ride back we noticed his tongue was sticking out (he has longish hair on his face) and his tongue was LITERALLY DRIED OUT AND CRUSTED OVER AND HARD AROUND THE EDGES. He was obviously dehydrated. We get to the hospital and they take him and do an X-ray and told me that his heart was enlarged and he had some sort of lung issue and suggested we euthanize him. We didn't even get a chance to say goodbye because the doctor came back into the room and told us he was already gone before they could put the catheter in to prep for the euthanasia process. Max was dead within 20 minutes of arriving back at the hospital and in less than an hour of picking him up from the doggy day car. This place neglected this poor animal and he is now dead from their blatant neglect. If this dog was being tended to they would have seen something that would have put up a red flag that he needed medical attention- they are connected to a hospital for crying out loud. How long does a tongue have to be out of a dog's mouth to get hard and crusted over. This poor dog died a slow and horrible death because of their neglect. No one checked on him or they would have seen something wrong -this didn't happen immediately, this was a slow painful process. This poor dog was left to languish in a cage while he needed medical attention. When the girl took him out of the cage she would have seen that something wasn't right, he was limp and couldn't stand up, did she think that was normal? I have been trying to call them for the last hour and was put on hold then disconnected and now I can't get a human to pick up the phone at the doggy day care. This place killed my dog. Even if they want to argue that his enlarged heart was the cause, this didn't happen immediately. Your neglect caused this dog to become dehydrated and suffer alone and die alone. You should be ashamed and I will make sure that I do everything I can to let everyone know what a horrible establishment this place is. Your dog is not safe to be boarded here.

Experiencia negativa: I was told that they were able to deal with canine dogs and they would have no problems dealing with my German shepherd that is fearful at the vet so I bought him here trusting that they could actually do what they said. First off the vet, Jacob’s came in the room and immediately tried to start working on him knowing he’s fearful. Then they cornered him and took him into the back after I told them that it wasn’t gonna work, all they did the entire appointment was stress him out more and more. The whole appointment felt entirely rushed and the experience my dog and myself had was the worst I’ve ever had at any vet. I’ve bought him to the VIP clinic where they strategized and came up with a plan where they didn’t corner him and actually got his shots in. They ended up turning me away and still charged me an extended office visit

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place, I have 2 bunnies and every vet I’ve seen with them here have been absolutely amazing and more than helpful when it comes to making sure my babies are happy and healthy:) they are very knowledgeable and honest!! I trust that they will always give my bunnies the best care they could possibly have! I’m also so thankful that they are able to care for them because before getting the buns, I did not realize that not all vet clinics can care for bunnies so I’m definitely very grateful for their presence:)

Experiencia fantástica: Took my aged cockatiel for beak and claw trim. Had been there two prior times and all went well. This time when I got home and bird was in his cage I noted one leg was injured and other leg's claws were not clipped. Called and no one would fess up, was advised to bring him back to be checked at no charge, did so and they clipped the claws that were not done and because a doctor examined him they charged me for a doctor visit. When I complained they told me the beak and claw trim was gratis but not the doctor visit. I can't believe this. They seem like nice people but make sure you have lots of money as they are money hungry.

Experiencia positiva: Excellent Dr for small/exotic animals! She was kind and attentive and actually knew what she was talking about. Had another experience after this (all times I have been there were for rats) with a different doctor who did a surgery on my girl. It was poorly done and there was multiple complications. Ended up spending so much more to go to an emergency vet at 1am. Then when we finally went back to him to take the staples out (shouldn't have even been stapled) he acted like all we went through with her was nothing and kinda laughed it off. As a whole I think it's a good place, but wherever you take your pets, really pay attention to the doctor. If you have weird vibes, go with someone else.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my Ferret Bandit here when she developed sudden Liver Failure - whereas her numbers were normal just a month ago. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to save her, but the staffs were absolute angels. From the front desk who scheduled me an immediate emergency visit, helped speed me through the paperwork, and were patient as I changed my mind on what to do with the remains. To the nursing and medical technician staff that were incredibly compassionate and supportive. To the doctor who set my expectations from the start, was incredibly kind, explained everything well, was conscientious of costs, and who called me herself when she passed. I am confident that the staff here did everything in their power to save her. And as a result I’m at least spared the guilt of what ifs. I am fully confident in recommending their services.

Experiencia fantástica: Had our first visit today and I thought they were great. I had a visit set a few weeks out but expressed I was anxious about my dog having a cough/hacking thing happening and asked if there were any cancelations to get us in sooner if they could. They reached out the following morning with an appointment for the same day. Everyone was very nice, Dr Shirosky listened kindly to all my paranoid dog mom worries and discussed all concerns with me. I left feeling like I had all my questions answered and my dog also seemed to like Dr Shirosky a lot, so I think we found our new vet!

Experiencia fantástica: I was faced with a sudden emergency yesterday with my 8 year old bearded dragon as she had started to experience the start of a prolapse. Since she has experienced this once before and I’m very familiar with the treatment process as well as it being a Sunday night, I figured I would make a call to her usual vet first thing in the morning. Unfortunately the earliest appointment was Thursday and there is no way I would have risked waiting three days without veterinary care, so I placed a call to Radnor Vet early Monday morning and I was amazed that they were able to see her that same day. They were very aware & considerate of the fact that a prolapse is an urgent matter that should be seen quickly. Doctor Jacobs and her team amazingly cared for her in a very quick manner and gave her two stitches to replace the prolapse and provided her with two medications! All of the staff were wonderful, very kind and so helpful. I am so happy and grateful that they were able to resolve my beardie’s issue. I thank them with my entire heart for everything they did for my beardie and I today and I will surely take her there again if I’m ever faced with another emergency or issue of any kind!

Dr. Humenick really took the time to address all my questions and help me figure out the best ways to take care of our new dog. I thought he did a great job and would like him to be Tootsie's vet for the future. He may have been in a rush, but he didn't convey that impression.

Experiencia negativa: Took my dog there for emergency care. Was greeted by wonderful staff but my dog left in worse condition and their recommendations did not work. I had to take my sweet girl to another vet to get the correct diagnosis.

Experiencia fantástica: We have two rescue dogs, one of whom is terrified of the vet. We bounced around to lot of different practices because so often his vet visits would be painful and sad and staff (at other vets) seemed incredibly frustrated with him. Every visit required so much recovery time for him. That changed when we started coming to Radnor. Osc still doesn’t enjoy the vet, but his visits are so much calmer and don’t result in behavioral backslides anymore. It is clear the docs, techs and other staff genuinely not only care about him, but actually like him, even though he can be a challenge. We are so grateful to have found this practice, it has made a world of difference for both of our dogs. Thank you so much!

Experiencia negativa: My cat died because of this hospital. I brought him for medical shave. I was told they would run a blood test first and then do a sedation. However, as they said later “they were unable to run a blood test” and just did not only the sedation, but also antibiotics without my consent. My cat had previous liver issues, so no wonder my poor baby did not survive the sedation. If this awful hospital did not do what they did, my cat would have been still alive:((( i regret so much i decided to do that shave and again was never warned about possible consequences of the sedation. So i highly discourage everyone from trusting their pets to this hospital and Dr. Cortell in particular who did this to my poor beloved kitty who meant a world to me:(((
