Experiencia positiva: This place seems almost like an assembly line for animals. They are busy, so it's understandable. The appointment took a long time, over 2 hours. I was satisfied with the appointment.
Experiencia negativa: We took our guinea pig here for some obvious signs she wasn’t feeling well and the doctor convinced me she was fine “I was worried from what you said over the phone but she looks great vitals are good I was happy with her hydration pinch test and she’s eating just fine not lethargic” her words so I opt out for any intense testing to avoid stressing her out and just get her blood work done to be safe… They kept her ALL DAY because they couldn’t get urine from her when she finally was home and the vet was closed I notice she’s worst she looked like she was dying in front of me I call back in the morning crying and begging for help because something is clearly wrong and they take her with a new doctor (He was the ONLY positive thing out of this whole experience) They do the major scans and tests and after being convinced she was fine the day prior my baby girl is now dead… We had to euthanize her upon several medical findings and she was too weak at this point for the surgery the new doctor gave us his honest option and I trusted him as he was professional and so helpful this trip he was even right with us upset and teary eyes while giving the bad news… All I can do is think what if she got the treatment she needed a day earlier without a full day of stress being left at the vet… what if… and now I’ll never know thanks to the NEGLECT and UNPROFESSIONALISM of that doctor. They apologized and gave me sympathy over and over but none of that matters when I literally left one day thinking I’m just being paranoid and then leave the next with an empty carrier and broken heart… Oh but they weren’t sorry enough to bring me the bill and have me sign everything tears still running down our faces This is the only vet near me for my Guinea pigs and now I have been left with ZERO FAITH / TRUST in them after this… If you take your pets here ask ALL the questions make sure to be clear and vocalize your options as well I pray nobody else has this experience too
Experiencia fantástica: I felt great bringing my new snake here knowing that they specialize in exotics! Thank goodness I brought her in even though she seemed perfectly healthy, as it turns out she has intestinal parasites. Dr. Baldwin was able to answer all of my questions about her care and the staff did such a great job handling and treating her.

Experiencia fantástica: AMC is the only place I will take my animals. I have had quite a variety from exotic to domestic animals and they are able to treat them all. I have had to wait a time or to, do to an emergency! It happens! I have had an emergency and my pet treatment was excellent. The Drs are Awesome. The staff is absolutely the best, the technicians are amazing . They work hard. I am very grateful for there TLC I wouldn't go anywhere else.⬛

Experiencia fantástica: Hi I just want to say If you have a frog, that is sick, this is the place to go, Dr Baldwin is amazing, he’s so gentle, and it’s so amazing that he will tell you what your animal needs if it’s not being met, I found that very strong in a dr, I’ve never been to an exotic vet, but he was very happy and cheerful I was happy to have him handle zucchini my white tree frog, as of now I’m hoping zucchini is in recovery, it’s a far drive for me, but really worth , thank you all too the whole team that helped my baby.

Experiencia fantástica: These lover of animals did a fabulous job. They were all very kind and knowledgeable. i learned so much about my tortoise from Dr. Bart including that my boy was really a girl. I live in Barstow and was recommended by the exotic vet in Victorville because they were booked up. I was a walk-in so of course there was a wait but it was well worth it. They checked up on her the next day and returned my call when I needed more help. I highly recommend this vet to everyone.
Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended – they saved my dog’s life! I cannot thank the team at Animal Medical Center of Corona enough for the incredible care they provided to my 9-year-old Bichon Frise, Merci, during a life-threatening pyometra emergency in November 2025. When Merci suddenly became very ill, we rushed her in and the staff immediately recognized the severity of the situation. They performed emergency surgery the same day, with full monitoring, IV fluids, strong pain management (including a fentanyl patch), and excellent post-op care. The surgeons and technicians were professional, compassionate, and kept me updated every step of the way. Even though it was a complicated case (closed pyometra with sepsis risk), Merci made a full recovery thanks to their expertise. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and everyone – from the front desk to the vets – treated us like family during a very scary time. Yes, emergency surgery is expensive (as it should be for the level of care), but the pricing was transparent from the beginning, and the outcome was worth every penny. They truly went above and beyond. If you live in Corona or nearby and need a reliable, skilled veterinary team – especially for emergencies or surgery – this is the place. Experiencia fantástica: I need to share how much I appreciate Dr. Baldwin and every single one of the amazing vet assistants who took such good care of my cat, Nala. We took her to an emergency vet and they gave me two options - both which were horrible (and misdiagnosed). I took Nala to AMC the day after and they did more tests, pampered her, and spent the day making sure she got the care she needed. Dr. Baldwin had a better understanding, given the circumstance, and more care in his left pinky than the other vet did in their entire practice. He gave her a treatment plan that he was hopeful for and worked well with what we thought the situation was. Unfortunately, after two weeks of positive outlook she passed at home, and he determined something worse was hidden (completely out of anyone's control or sight). When I brought my girl in so they could take care of her, the love and genuine hurt that the entire office showed was the only thing that made me feel better in such a horrible moment. There is no doubt in my mind that the love they all had for her in her short time and the love they have for every animal they take care of is 110% genuine. They gave me as much time as I needed with her, Dr. Baldwin came in and talked to us and loved on her, before they took her. They were kind, gentle, and there is no one else I would EVER take my other animals to. This is more than a vet - this is a family of people who love what they do, as horrible as it can be sometimes. I'm grateful for them, for giving her peace and hope, and for treating me and my family with more love and care than I have ever experienced. We will only take the rest of our family pets to see them and get care from them. Thank you all so much for everything.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Bart is an amazing avian expert. I always feel that he genuinely cares and that he does everything within his power to address the needs of his patients. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the rates are reasonable.
Experiencia fantástica: It’s so hard finding a bunny veterinarian, especially one that is so good with rabbits. Everyone was so nice! I felt so safe taking my bunny there! I had so much anxiety about getting her fixed but after talking with the staff and doctor my mind felt very at ease. Even after the surgery getting the text checking on us was so thoughtful and I definitely will be taking missy back here for her annual checkup and medical visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Appointment was very streamlined even though the waiting room was crowded, everyone that worked to there seemed very nice. I felt like my dog Cooper got really good care and he is already healing with the prescribed treatment. I had gone to a previous vet for the same problem and they couldn’t fix it. Animal Medical Center of Corona knew what was wrong immediately and after two days, he is dramatically better.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend animal Medical Center Of Corona. Dr. Bart and his staff are amazing. Every doctor they have there and all of the staff take the time to listen. They are patient when you ask a lot of questions. They take the time to listen and explain all of the details. They are highly qualified and can handle all emergency situations. I first went to Dr. Bart when my dog injured her knee and everyone recommended to go there as a second opinion. We are very pleased with the treatment that she has received, and we now go to animal Medical Center for all of our pets needs.
Experiencia fantástica: We have been coming to the Animal Medical Center of Corona for our special needs ,high anxiety fur baby Frida for almost 6 years and they are the absolute best. We are particularly thankful she is under the care of Dr Hymes. Dr Hymes has a wonderful bedside manner and is one of the best veterinarians we have ever worked with in our over 10 years of having dogs. She is able to confidently and carefully work with our dog Frida in a way that makes our anxious dog feel at ease. The outcome of our dog's first Cranial Cruciate Ligament (CCL) repair was excellent, so much so that when Frida needed her other knee CCL we knew we had to return to Dr Hymes at AMC. While the office is always very busy, Dr Hymes does not rush through the consultation and is willing to answer all our questions. We ALSO love the AMC staff, especially Kezziah. Kezziah is a joy to work with; she is so positive and personable and professional. We will never forget how both Dr Hymes and Kezziah helped us through a tick consultation with an infested rescue we brought in. Both ladies were calm under pressure even though we were losing our minds LOL. Kezziah is also very knowledgeable, and we really appreciate her attention to detail with medications and making sure we understand what we need to do. Through Frida's surgeries, and dental cleanings, and regular vet visits, Animal Medical Center of Corona with Dr Hymes has helped us through so much. The entire staff at AMC is amazing, and we appreciate how they have all helped us with Frida with patience and love and care, I wish I knew everyone's name to give a proper shout out. Thank you so much for enduring with Frida and happy 20th anniversary. You're the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not one to review but the care I received today warrants this review. I took my baby in for a check up and persistent discharge from his eye. He was treated by Dr. Odette Ma and this was hands-down the best level of vet care I have received in all of my years of vet appointments. Not only was she kind and down to earth, but she was informative, patient and very thorough. Even allowing me to use one of the instruments to observe what she had observed. From my experience with exotic vet appointments, they can be very pricey, and I will say this was the most affordable pricing and one that I would pay for if needed again. I immediately texted my family about how great this vet was when leaving and if they needed a vet that this was a place to go. The vet can be a very emotional experience sometimes even a traumatic one and a place that most pet owners would rather not be. I left the vet feeling happy, I left the vet feeling hopeful, and most importantly, I left the vet feeling confident in the care and medication my Guinea had received and looking forward to spending the rest of his Guinea life with him. His late brother would have benefited very much from this vet. I appreciate AMC for the care, respect, and dignity I received today. DON’T, change. Thank you.❤️
Experiencia fantástica: Kezziah was absolutely amazing. I absolutely love the staff here they go above and beyond for the animals. My poor tegu had an accident in her carrier and I asked Kezziah if I could use a sink to clean the pad and without hesitation she grabbed the pad took it back and washed it for me then went the extra mile to dry the cover for my girl Astrid. I do not recommend anyone else taking your animals to anyone but Dr Bart and his crew. You will not regret it. Your only regret will be not bringing your animal in to Animal Medical center (AMC of corona)

The shelter made arrangements to have her Spayed at Animal Center of Corona. I picked my kitty up after her procedure to bring her home there. The Staff informed me, advised me how to care for my fur baby, & was always available to handle NY concerns & questions. I knew the first impression that not only was "Honey in great hands ,Iwas as well. No Doubt. I have also had her nails trimmed ,& recently all 3 of her vaccinations. I highly recommend Animal Medical Center of Corona !!!!!!
Experiencia fantástica: Thank you AMC for saving our beardie! On Wednesday we ended up at VEG in Anaheim Hills during an after hours emergency. Their staff found a stuck egg inside our bearded dragon and recommended we contact Animal Medical Center later for further examining. AMC was able to get us in the next day where we met Dr Sean. He was so knowledgeable and created a plan to help her push out the egg on her own. It worked smoothly and she is on the mend. We are so grateful that we found such amazing vets in the area. Especially those who are experienced with exotics. We highly recommend them!

Although I can perhaps appreciate the frustrations of some of your clientele as the pandemic has had an effect on every person, I can categorically reject the idea of taking out the frustration on those who provide an essential service—or anyone for that matter. I am thankful for your leadership in looking out for the well-being of your stellar staff. When everyone in a workplace environment is always cheerful and happy, it reflects very well on the leadership. The Animal Medical Center of Corona is a great place to visit because the staff is happy, caring, and provides excellent service. Kudos to your leadership team and the exceptional staff and I applaud your courage in taking the necessary step in closing down your operation on Saturdays to give the staff the time necessary to decompress from the rigors of daily life.

Experiencia fantástica: I now understand why there are so many great reviews for Animal Medical Center of Corona. It's incredibly difficult to get a knowledgeable veterinarian for reptiles. Dr. Sean really took his time to speak with us and about my bearded dragon's congestive heart failure. I am also very grateful to Patty and the other wonderful receptionists who understood how serious my beardie's condition was and who went out of their way to work with the doctor to fit us in between surgeries. We recently had to euthanize one of our little furry family members, and everyone was so caring and understanding. First time there. One of the best experiences I've had at a vet. I will be coming back for all future vet visits. Edit: I had to put one of my kitties of almost 14 years down for medication reasons. They was able to fit me in as a walk in. Was so understanding and helpful.
Experiencia fantástica: A Truly Exceptional Veterinarian – Dr. Sean I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sean he is unlike any doctor I’ve ever met. From the moment we walked into his office, he made me feel seen, heard, and completely supported. He listens with such care, allows you to speak your heart, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you feel confident and comforted every step of the way. I was incredibly anxious before my dog Saffron’s fixation surgery, especially after seeing some terrifying TikTok videos. But Dr. Sean’s calm and detailed approach eased all my fears — and the outcome was unbelievable. Saffron’s recovery was smooth and fast. Her sedation wore off within two hours of getting home, and within two days she was fully back to her playful self. The incision was so small I could barely find it, and it was completely dry and healed within a week. Now, two weeks later, you can’t even tell she had surgery — it’s like magic. I’m beyond grateful to have Dr. Sean as Saffron’s vet. His knowledge, compassion, and gentle energy make him a rare gem in this field. I trust him completely with baby’s health
Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this vet especially for those who have reptile pets. I have a three-toed box turtle that was sick (skin inflammation and lethargic) and needed treatment. The veterinarian did a physical exam and ordered a blood sample, organ tests, and general antibiotics until we figure out what exactly is causing my turtle the illness. The vet tech, Erika, was able to successfully get the blood sample and antibiotic injections although my box turtle was really fussy and would immediately close its shell. This vet is very transparent with patients about treatment costs and they are well-organized and communicative.

Experiencia positiva: This used to be a really great medical center and the only one I trusted until an incident last year. We took my cat in for her yearly shots. They did not let us be in the room for the shots, they took her in the back. Not thinking much of it, a couple weeks later, we noticed an infection and hair loss on her leg. It became worse and we took her in. They gave us two options, $2000 for running test of the site to see the infection, or we could have it cleaned and watch it for a few weeks, spray it twice a day. So we went with the more affordable option. It started to get a little necrotic and they were going to have us bring her in again. I waited another week and thankfully it started to improve before we went back in. As I was waiting in the room, and don't ask me why it took me this long to put together, and this much money later, it occured to me, this was the leg and spot where she would have had her shots. I asked when they came in if they could confirm if that's where she would have been given her shot and maybe that's what caused all this, they said it may have been but that was the end of that and they wouldn't confirm. She was getting better and that's all I cared about. Over a year later, my cat has had the same series of shots with no issues/reactions. I'm now convinced that the tech may have just had a hard time with my cat and jabbed terribly wrong, or worse, the needle may have been dirty. Like I said, this used to be a really great place and I'm sure with the right people it is, but this was a hurtful experience for my cat to go through, and an expensive one for us. We had to pay for the follow up appointments, the medications, the extra care items needed, all for something this site did. Had to wait in writing the review so I was sure it was nothing to do with the shots themselves and it was with how and with what it was administered with.

I would like to look into what happened with your cat and why it was not handled as a potential injection site reaction (which we don't typically charge for) but I would need more information such as your name OR if you have receipts, your client or patient number. Experiencia fantástica: My first visit to Animal Medical Center of Corona, and first visit of my outdoor cat B to a veterinary facility--he was very well cared for and the consults regarding his test findings were very timely and thorough--very much appreciated!
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Odie ROCKS!! She took the time to explain all of the test results on my dog, Riki, and the interpretation of each. She even gave me copies of Riki's urinalysis and links to Riki's Xrays, no questions asked. And the staff, in the front and back offices, were wonderful! Especially Siera. Experiencia negativa: The absolute worst clinic ever. My dog was having a seizure and they wouldn't take her in. Everyone was just staring at us and not helping at all. One technician was super sweet and came up to us to console us during this stressful time, and one of her employees openly chastised her in front of us for petting our dog and giving us attention. These people (all but one sweet woman) are IMMORAL, HEARTLESS, RUTHELSS. To leave someone without any help or guidance. I have no words. I never leave reviews but I felt too compelled to after this horrible experience.
Experiencia negativa: I am very grateful for this place for seeing my sick rabbit the same day but I'm very unhappy with the service I recieved. My rabbit had a severe head tilt and after only 1 week Dr. Chase M. Baldwin recommended euthanasia. He had a very rude girl come tell me this in the waiting room! I was shocked and left crying in a waiting room full of people. Head tilt can take months to fix so he's definitely not rabbit savvy recommending euthanasia after only a week and he didnt give me the proper presciptions needed which could have been very harmful. I obviously went elsewhere and am happy to report my rabbit is doing much better now. It's also very pricey and they try to overcharge any way they can. They are very uncompassionate, the staff is rude and they're just out for money. I added a pic of my recovering head tilted bunny that they wanted to kill.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I took my puppy Chewy (Goldendoodle) to his very first vet appointment with AMC. The doctor's assistant, who took us back to check his vitals, took her time and made sure Chewy seemed comfortable . She was very sweet to my dog, which I truly appreciate it since it was a new environment for Chewy.She even gave him an Easter bandana, which made my little Chewy more handsome than he already is. The Dr who examined Chewy was very sweet and gentle with him. During his physical exam, She made sure all of our questions were answered. She was very informative when it came to explaining the importance of making sure Chewy has a social life,all vaccines our puppy needs, food recommendations, hygiene, etc. As first-time puppy parents, we appreciated all the information given to us during this appointment.
Experiencia fantástica: Our iguana, Daisy was egg bound and as her mama bear I was hysterically emotional. They were able to get her in on an emergency visit. Long story short, they induced her and she went into labor right away ♥️ 40 eggs later, she's now eating again and on the road to recovery ❤️ EVERY staff member was incredibly kind and caring. Dr Bart was amazing and poured his love into our situation as well as everyone else. They saved my Daisy's life and I will be forever grateful to each and every one of you ❤️ Thank you hardly does justice for the gratefulness I'm feeling right now Thank you times millions and millions ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: My dog was suffering and Sandy got us in to get my dog put down everywhere else tried charged so much and didnt seem to care that she was in pain ! The price with them was the best in corona and the staff was super amazing and they have lots of caring staff and a full room of customers. They worked us into their schedule and i thank god for them! And Sandy todd family loves you all.
Experiencia fantástica: We brought our 6 year old Mimi-Yorkie (Thor) into the office for a second/third opinion. Thor, was constantly Hacking & Coughing at all hours of the day & night. Two previous Vets, were unable to address the problem. Even after putting Thor on Antibiotics for a month. With No Improvement! Dr. Bart was able to ascertain the problem. He provided Thor with medication. Yet (Story of My Life!), Prior to giving Thor his 1st. dose. He suddenly stopped coughing & hacking. He has not coughed or hacked for almost 4 days now! (Figures). Dr. Bart did a Great Job finding the problem. At least, we now know, what the problem is. As of now, Thor has been told, he needs to find a job, to pay for the high bill... I had to pay! LOL! ;-)
Experiencia fantástica: On Wednesday, March 5th, I felt compelled to call Dr. Barton’s office, desperately seeking help for my macaw, who was in pain with a broken humerus. I spoke with a staff member and explained that my bird had been a patient of Dr. Barton seven years ago. I appreciated her honesty in letting me know she was new and still in training. I had just received X-rays from a local veterinarian less than an hour before and asked if I could email them in hopes that Dr. Barton could review them. She scheduled me for an appointment, though I was initially discouraged to hear there would be a wait of several weeks. However, less than an hour later, I received a call from their office informing me that they had reviewed the X-rays and that Dr. Barton wanted to see my bird first thing the next morning. He recognized the urgency of the situation, and I was incredibly grateful. The staff was also very understanding of the fact that I was traveling from Orange County. The following morning, I arrived at 8:30 AM and, despite their busy schedule, was seen within 30 minutes. I was just thankful they were able to fit me in. Dr. Barton conducted a thorough, hands-on examination, checking my bird from beak to tail, including his heart and wings. I was beyond impressed and grateful to have my feathered baby in his care. The surgery was performed the same day, and later, I received a call letting me know that my bird was stable and under observation. Knowing he was in good hands brought me immense relief, and I looked forward to bringing him home soon. My experience with the Animal Medical Center of Corona exceeded all expectations. Dr. Barton’s genuine care, passion, and dedication to animals were truly evident. I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion and urgency they showed, and I can’t wait to reunite with my feathered baby!
Experiencia negativa: 03/04/2025 Finally decided to take my dog somewhere else, the receptionists are so rude and unprofessional. They put you on hold for long periods of time then get in the phone to hang up the calls. Appoints are ridiculous as well more than a week out to get vaccines done, I went to Centinela Hospital Medical Center Walked in for vaccination and though and got them done same day. All the good reviews but get used to not a good service. Really nice place and people. I will be taking Odin to this office in the future

They have worked with my work schedule with his appointments and always so responsive when I need an appointment or have a question via text and email. We’ve been dealing with alot with Diplo, without the team/Dr. Bart we would be lost. Thanks to AMC for always being there and being so accommodating for Diplo. The staff loves Diplo and he doesn’t mind his visits!

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but nice things to say about this clinic. My dog was battling jaundice, decreased appetite, and high liver enzyme levels. Other vets were trying to source me out to overly expensive testing labs as their facilities did not have the equipment for testing (and of course they partner with these facilities so they’re going to promote them first). One vet said an ultrasound would be $1400 and then told me my dog wouldn’t make it past 48 hours. Brought my sweet baby to AMC, and they were able to perform the ultrasound (at a much lower cost than $1400) and do blood tests to determine she has lymphoma. Although I know the treatment won’t cure her (she’s at a later stage), the staff and Dr. Hymes have been amazing; presenting me with treatment options that fit my current financial situation and are helping to extend the prognosis for her. 2 months later and she’s still fighting. AMC is responsive to texts/emails about concerns and everyone gives off a strong sense of care for the animal as opposed to just inflating costs and doing things for money. While the ending may be sad, I am grateful to AMC for providing such care and helping my baby to eventually pass over feeling more like herself.
Experiencia fantástica: This was by far the best vet office I've ever been to. I have a 6 year old German Shepherd named Nala. She can be very protective of me and can bark a lot and I muzzle her at the vet just to be safe. Every vet I've ever went to gets so extremely scared of her because of the muzzle and the barking. They don't want to even touch her or examine her. I came here because my mom brings her Great Dane here who can be just as difficult and she said they work well with him. I saw Dr. Sean and initially my dog was barking a lot when he entered the room. Rather than be scared and not want to help, he was very patient with her. He let bark and calm down. Rather than rush at her and try to touch her first, he let her do her thing and get used to him. Eventually she calmed down and he was very gentle with her the entire time. He spoke very softly to her and handled her amazingly well. I was very happy with how the staff treated her. At other vets they have all been put off by her. At one point she no longer even needed her muzzle with them because of how well they handled her. Overall I was so impressed with them. They handled my dog with such care and I will absolutely be returning to Dr. Sean. The only warning I'll offer is to make sure you plan to be at the appointment for a while. While everyone here is so great, because they are so popular, they're very crowded. Check in takes a while and while my appointment was at 9a, I wasn't done until almost 12:30p. It's not an issue for me because of how well they handled my dog. But just a heads up for anyone making an appointment. Thank you Dr. Sean and all the staff here for being so great with my baby!
Experiencia positiva: So I contemplated writing a review for a bit but after thinking about how everything happened, I wanted to share our story so people can make a more informed decision when coming here. Long write up, but I’ll try and condense it. So my cat was diagnosed with stage 3-4 kidney disease when I brought him to, Animal Medical Center of Corona. And in the beginning the dynamic between the staff and the doctor and how they handled things seemed great. I thought Dr. Baldwin on how he explained everything in detail was great and it allowed us to make decisions on our cats' health easier. Some of the staff were awesome and even offered to help do in house care for when I had to leave town for a few days / week. Even though we didn’t take them up on the offer, I thank the person immensely who offered because of the trouble it would have been for her to drive. So if you’re reading this, Thank you again. Over the next few months things seemed good. Medications were prescribed, iV bags were given, and it seemed like we were on a good track with everything. Sadly, for our cat things started heading in a different direction with his health. But, the thing that turned our experience here sour was in the last 2-3 months of us coming here, it’s as if they stopped caring / and or they had some issue with us personally. It’s weird to explain but things shifted. It all started with some weird scheduling conflict. We were supposed to be there at 12:00 and we got confirmation through text messages, and through their online portal thing they go through with some app and when we get there the front desk lady says we were 30 min late and our appointment was at 11:30 am. I explained to her calmly that I was told 12 and had confirmation and was even given an automated phone call confirming 12. She did not like that I said something and that I tried to explain they had the time wrong. Ever since that point on it was as if we were a problem or on some shit list. Every appointment we made was met with some type of I would say hostility? Or some type of attitude. Things like medications needing to be refilled or iV bags needed were met with the same attitude. Being talked to as if I was supposed to already know that I needed to give days or weeks notice in advance before I can get something before I even knew that was the protocol. I had no idea at the start, because when we would go there for an appointment the Dr. would write us medication / iV on the spot. But the instant attitude on a protocol of how to obtain things they had in place that I was not aware of was off putting. Towards the last 2 months, all of a sudden we never got to see the doctor. Any tests that we did we were given the results through email days / almost a week later. It was no longer we got to sit down with the doctor and talk about our options. They would just give us our cat and send us home. When I would call in to ask to speak to the Doctor on what we should be doing, I was told to wait for an email that took days / a week about the results and can ask him through email. I have a stage 3 - 4 kidney diseased cat that I have no idea what direction we are going in. Do we try different medications? Are we upping his dose with the Sub Q fluids (iv bag) ? Are we trying different foods? What am I supposed to do? And while questions were being answered, it took forever for a response. 4 days of waiting for a response is a long time. Time that I could have tried other things to potentially get our cat back to a stable level. For an animal that has stage 3-4 kidney disease, you would think they would get back to you quickly. It felt like we were no longer a priority and they just didn’t want to help us anymore. This place is odd. They can be very helpful, but they can also turn on you very quickly. I personally will not come back here. I thank them in the beginning for giving us time and helping us the way they did at the start, but somewhere along the way that caring, helpful service we got diminished very quickly for reasons we have no idea why.
Experiencia fantástica: I can't recommend this vet center enough! 4 days ago, I called desperate to get an appointment because my cockatiel had been seen by not one, but two different veterinarians in southern California over the past 3 weeks with no signs of improvement from what appeared to be bacterial cropstasis. Instead, the original vet office I saw didn't return our phone calls while our bird continued to get worse with no answers. Animal Medical Center of Corona was able to get me scheduled in with a day or so, which I am incredibly grateful for! Not only that, but Dr. Sean was absolutely incredible. He has probably some of the best bedside manner you could ever ask for in a Vet. Very empathetic, listened to my concerns, explained all the bloodwork and Xrays throughly, did a full examination on my bird, and gave my family and I the answers we were looking for, and so on. I spent more time chatting with him in the exam room than waiting in the waiting room which is rare and incredible! Unfortunately, our bird had renal failure and subsequently, made the tough quality of life decision, however, I will forever be grateful for the care and compassion Dr. Sean and his team showed me and my pet. I will be bringing my other bird Beau there for a wellness visit now because this hospital left such a great impression on me.

Experiencia negativa: I just finished a visit with AMCC. I went to establish care there as the reviews were pretty good. I was really happy with almost everything- the feeling when I came in was welcoming, great ambiance, the lady helping me with my dogs vitals was great (Kat). Dr. Sean was awesome and thorough and knew his stuff. They are the reason for each star. The issue was, my dog was going to have blood and urine done so I was told about 11am to go hang out. Got a call saying it could be longer so if I had any tasks that needed to be done go ahead and do that. 11:38 I got a call from the tech saying she's going on lunch, my dog wasn't urinating so they were doing something but basically she'd get back to me after lunch with an update. 135pm rolled around, almost 2 hours later and I called and the lady that took my call said "your techs not back from lunch yet we have to wait until she's back to confirm pickup time". I didn't really care that the techs lunch was 2 hours, but I asked "so I can't get an update on anything until she's back from lunch?" The lady said sorry. That was my issue. Because I took time off from work and then this communication happened as I'm thinking this is the new place I'm going to be going. I mentioned my frustrations to Dr. Sean when I came back who was gracious to hear me out despite looking like he was about to operate. I'm not sure now if I'll be back, even with the great intro and doc. To the techs credit, she came out and apologized but I don't think she fully understood why I was so frustrated.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here were so kind and helpful, they went above and beyond taking care of our tortoise that was bitten by our neighbors dog. I’m glad we found a place with people who love what they do. They care about you since the first contact, during the consultation, and they are great following up. After a couple days of visit they text/call to follow up, showing the level of care they have for their patients.

Experiencia fantástica: A coworker referred me to this vet. I've been coming here for almost 2 years now. Everyone is nice and caring. The vets are amazing, and they take their time explaining what they see during a physical exam, always ready for questions. For the high quality of care prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this vet for your pets they are in great care. They are a little far from where I live, but I would drive as far as I need to for my babies.

Experiencia negativa: I used to bring my mouse MEL here, the first time I brought him in I paid an emergency fee and they saw him the day of. I just tried to call today about my mouse which I have an appointment in a couple days for, they booked the appointment more than a week out even though I let them know it was a URI (mice don’t last long with that, I’m surprised she’s made it a week) I told them she took a turn for the worse. She will be losing an eye now. I asked how much the emergency fee was, and she told me they don’t take emergencies. Since when? Her tone was so bouncy and robotic customer service like, even though I had just told her my pet was dying. Definitely felt like she didn’t care about what I had said. Makes me sad that they seem to not have urgency anymore. I suppose they’ve gotten too popular to care about the little guys. Edit: Anya passed that night. I still trust these guys with the care they give, but it hurt to hear the person on the phone give so little care to her.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t even know where to start with how much love and genuine appreciation we have for Dr. Sean. I have a pet rat who means the world to us, Snowball. She developed a tumor and I panicked. I found Dr. Sean and they squeezed us into the schedule the same day! Dr. Sean has the most infectious positive and uplifting personality, and shows so much compassion and dedication as an exotic veterinarian. He assessed Snowball and recommended a tumor removal surgery. I was so fearful because with rats it’s so much riskier since they cannot do iv’s and monitoring vitals is harder on such tiny animals. But I trusted him as he had performed the same surgery on a few of his pet rats and I knew how dedicated he was. We brought Snowball in the next week for the surgery. The entire staff knew how worried we were and they also showed compassion! They called me every step of the way with updates and right before she went into surgery to ensure I had no questions and to let me know they would call me as soon as she was awake. When she woke up, they called me right away and the vet tech let me know she stayed with her the entire time and still wasn’t leaving her side. Dr. Sean was monitoring her closely as well and I’m so grateful to them for that because Dr. Sean started to notice she was declining and had abnormal swelling. He immediately realized she had an internal bleed and without hesitation he brought her back in for an emergency surgery to stop the bleed. He called me back right after to let me know what happened and that she was doing even better than after the first surgery and he was confident he fixed the issue. They didn’t even charge me extra for having to go in for an emergency internal bleed. I’m sure he just genuinely didn’t want to lose her and HE chose to do whatever he needed to do to save her life in that moment and didn’t care about anything other than her life and health. We brought her in again for a few check ups and then scheduled a hormonal implant procedure which also requires them to be put under because it’s nearly impossible for vets to do anything to rats without being put under - they are just too tiny and fragile so they can’t be restrained much. The procedure went PERFECT! My girl did sooooo well with anesthesia all 3 times and even woke up when Dr. Sean was stitching her up and he told me that she looked at him and he told her “hi baby, go back to sleep”. I’m so glad they were so properly educated on how much anesthesia to give since rats are so at risk to death during surgery if it’s not dosed exactly correct. Fast forward 3 months and our girl started to develop symptoms of a pituitary brain tumor. We brought her in to see Dr. Sean and he showed soooooooo much love and compassion explaining the diagnosis to us and the prognosis (it’s fatal and inoperable). He assured us that the best course of action was comfort care with pain meds and steroids to bring down inflammation until it was her time to pass over the rainbow bridge. I did my own research at home and found a new treatment (not cure but it reverses symptoms temporarily to buy more normal and enjoyable time) but this treatment isn’t very known in America. I didn’t want to wait for an appointment to get it so I went to Dr. Sean’s recommended emergency vet called VEG (also as incredible) to get the RX for this treatment (it’s hard to find it but I found a pharmacy that had it) and I kept Dr. Sean in the loop (he texts/calls after every since appointment to follow up and answer questions). He did his own research on this medication called Cabergoline and he was very impressed with what he found. After day 2 on her first dose of this medication (it’s given every 3 days), Snowball started to improve and her neurological symptoms were about 85% decreased. He called me and I updated him on Snowball’s improvement and he humbly told me he was proud of me for my due diligence in finding this treatment for Snowball and wanted to thank me because this has now helped him save more lives and give patients in America more precious time on earth. Experiencia fantástica: I came here as a second opinion on my bird. The first place I took him too told me testing for my bird was going to be 400+ dollars, I brought him here and the test was only 100 dollars, they gave him a vitamin shot along with 3 other shots and the total was only 335. The prices are very affordable. Staff is extremely nice. Only down side is it took 14 days to get the test results back. I highly recommend this place for Birds. We will be coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, I get really upset hearing all of the harassment that this establishment incurs simply because they are extremely busy. They provide GREAT care and have catered to my cat's various needs and medical issues with little to no issues. They acknowledged her extreme anxiety and have made accommodations appropriately. I cannot give enough praise to the individuals who run this practice from the patient service representatives to the vets they employ. I hope that none of them become jaded simply because of the rude comments and aggressively behavior they can occasionally get. They have made my girl feel SO much better and I could not be happier (she has osteoarthritis that was not previously diagnosed, so she was basically in pain all the time and we had no idea why she was so irritable all the time). Love you, AMC. Literally all of you.
Experiencia fantástica: Been to many vets for many ailments and pains for my dog, but AMC of Corona will be our forever vet from now on. The team is excellent at each and every of their respective jobs (from the office side to healing your pet and everything in between), and compassionate even when your pup isn’t the happiest camper. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Experiencia negativa: My dog was scheduled for dental cleaning under general anesthesia and ending up needing several extractions. Fine. My issue is, we were told a pickup time between 2-4 pm as my dog would “be the first one.” Not only did they not get started until after 3 pm, but my dog wasn’t ready for pickup until 7 pm. This is a four pound yorkie that hadn’t been fed since the evening before. She also smelled horrific for whatever reason. Fast forward to her post op appointment today, there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding over appointment time, with me thinking the appointment time was a half-hour later than what the office had down. I was told either I’d need to reschedule or wait an hour or more to be seen. I said I’d reschedule and was told I’d have to likely wait an hour to be seen at a rescheduled appointment as well. What? What is the point of an appointment then? The problem for me is, my time wasn’t respected on the surgery date, but I’m 15 minutes late to a post-op appointment and it turns in to “sorry you’ll have to wait and hour now.” Do better AMCC, respect the time of your customers if you expect the same in return.
Experiencia negativa: I was interested in bringing in my new bird as a new patient for a general exam because its been acting strange, and wanted to know how much I would have expected to pay (ball park estimate) prior to setting up an appointment; since I pay cash. After sending this message I got this automated email the next day instead....: "..We love having you and (pet name redacted) as clients! To say thank you, we've got a new mobile app for you and your animal companions. It helps manage their lives so you don't have to! Plus: Request Appointments 24/7 Pet Pickup Notifications Create and store all your pet's reminders Just follow these steps on your Apple or Android device:...." Dude.. I'm not even a client yet (nor have I conspired that yet) and you're making me download your app for a simple quote prior to setting up an appointment(so neither of our times are wasted)...yeah no. Not trying to be rude but I'm not from the area. I have heard good things about this practice but that still doesn't warrant me potentially wasting gas and time to get there when I don't know what I could be expected to pay. Ended up messaging a different place and although they claimed the estimated costs is case dependent (understandable 100%) they atleast were transparent straight from the get go and even gave a an educated estimate based on what my bird is experiencing (again this varies on additional test and treatments needed) but I did appreciate the communication from this other place, where I felt that they really cared, no apps either. Maybe I'm just old fashioned or overreacting but this didn't rub me the right way honestly. I'm sure your pet will be cared for well here, but I'll be going somewhere else.
Experiencia fantástica: We will never take Leo to another Veterinarian office again. Everyone at AMCOC is knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly kind. Even though Leo is a handful in the office, everyone that has encountered him has been positive and willing to take care of our guy. There have been a few instances where we have had to take Leo in a handful of times in weeks span and they have waived a vet visit fee (absolutely unheard of at other places). When Leo was diagnosed with bladder stones for a second time, Dr. Bart went into investigator mode and got to the bottom of it as quickly as possible. They were able to prescribe the proper medications and diet to get him back on track to (hopefully) avoid any future surgeries. We truly cannot express our gratitude enough with everyone in AMCOC. I would recommend this place to everyone, all the time.
Experiencia negativa: Came here last Monday March 25th. Paid upfront for a few injections and a blood test. One week later, I still have no blood results. Called three times to follow up, same response, "Once the Dr. reviews the results, they will be emailed to you." They told me that three times and nothing yet. They were quick to "squeeze" me in and see my pet that same day. Unfortunately, Dr. Bart could not see my pet which is who I was referred to. Instead, Dr. Chase Baldwin examined my pet and was a complete and total let down. He came in, did his thing for about 5 minutes and left. It felt like I wasn't listened to since he thought I said my bird cage fell over and injured my pet during our conversation. I never once said my bird cage fell over so I don't know how he came to that conclusion. While I was standing where they collect payment, I observed that same Dr. speaking to the staff in a unprofessional manner, rude and very demanding. I couldn't believe it and hoped he wasn't the Dr. my pet was assigned, it was. He was yelling at the staff to call a patient and let them know about coming in the next day instead of that same day or else "we will not help them." Aside from all this, they hit me a poor/guarded prognosis form as soon as I stepped out of the bathroom. The lady was literally waiting for me outside, lol. They basically said if I didn't sign it, my pet would not get the help it needed. It's essentially a liability form. If your pet dies in their hands, you legally can't do anything about it, that's what the lady said and followed up with, "all birds receive this form." Honestly, the form was not the issue. The fact that they didn't present the form prior to agreeing/signing the medical treatment was the issue. Deceptive business practices I would say. Leaving unconvinced, I desperately needed a second opinion. That same week I saw another Dr. and right away once he saw my pet, he said it was sick. I thought okay, tell me how you can tell. Pointed out the discoloration of the feathers, the way it was standing with one foot open and the other closed, sometimes both closed, the abnormal movements it was making in the cage etc. I kid you not, I spoke to this Dr. for almost two hours. Highly experienced and that was obvious right away with how he physically handled my bird. I would go into detail with what he discovered, but, I do not want Animal Medical Center of Corona to see or know about another Dr.'s diagnosis. Put it this way, I found out everything that was wrong with my pet with the second Dr. that same day. Meanwhile, Animal Medical Center of Corona didn't know what was wrong, we're still waiting for blood results and once the Dr. reviews and emails them, "we'll discuss a treatment plan for your pet." Lastly, the only person who stood out was the girl who assisted Dr. Chase Baldwin with capturing and handling my pet. She was very careful with picking it up and I could tell she has had previous experience. I really liked that about her. In conclusion, I highly recommend you seek another vet and avoid Animal Medical Center of Corona altogether.
Experiencia fantástica: My vet didn't know about this clinic. I needed some clinic to give me an early appointment for my cat as she was diagnosed with perhaps lung cancer. I called this clinic and they are right away gave an appointment for next day. Dr. Sean is excellent. All his staff and the people who checked us in are very efficient and helpful. There was no waiting time. I would recommend this place to all the people for their furry babies and other pets as they treat almost every animal. I have told my vet to add this clinic on their list for referrals. Thank you
Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience!! Dr. Huber is an excellent Veterinarian and was so helpful and caring and informative in taking care of Mr. Bird. Office staff is kind and helpful!! Thank you for taking care of our feathered baby!!! We have found our forever Vet!!!!!!!
Experiencia fantástica: Great service and awesome staff. My little rabbit was not doing well at all. Dr. Bart and his veterinary staff took such good care of him. I'm very pleased with AMCC's services and compassion for our pets. Thank you SO much!
Experiencia fantástica: This place is great, Dr. Sean took good care of my boa constrictor when she needed an abscess removed. Not to mention the rest of the staff who were so kind despite being super busy and dealing with impatient clients every time I came in. Also, the cat I met in the waiting room was super chill.
Experiencia fantástica: I had adopted two kittens about a month ago and the spay/neuter was included in the adoption fee but when I looked into the vet they used I felt really unsafe going to them. I even called the other vet to ask questions and their office manager hung up on me. It was a horrible experience. So I decided to pay out of pocket to get my kittens fixed. I found you guys on yelp and from the first greeting on the phone from Brianna, it was a completely opposite experience. Everyone that helped me was extremely kind and they were so sweet and gentle with my kitten. Absolute peace of mind to bring my pets to you guys. I will be coming to your office only with my kittens from now on. Thank you.
Experiencia fantástica: We've been going to Dr. Bart at AMC for over 10 years for some of our birds. He is the avian expert and treats all his patients as if they were his own. He is wonderful and his staff is top notch. I wouldn't trust my flock with anyone else.
