Benson's humans feel confident he is getting the attention and care he needs with no pushy sales tactics. Every staff member is friendly and attentive. The staff all the way from the doc to the front office staff seems like they are happy to be at work and that they truly enjoy their job. Experiencia negativa: We had awful experience in this facility. I brought my cat with dislocated hip and they charged us over $500 for routine services without addressing the main issues. When we were quoted over $5,000+ hip surgery by some orthopedic surgeon from Nashville we were out of there. We found a fantastic doctor who was reasonably priced and fixed our cat for way less than these people quoted us. They have "veterinarians" in this facility who cannot perform surgeries but the routine tests and vaccinations.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t say enough good things about ACVH, I’ve been going here for a long time, Dr Todd is definitely the best, he and his team are very knowledgeable, professional and care immensely, if you have Trupanion insurance they now send your bill directly before you check out. Happy and healthy pups, happy life!

Experiencia fantástica: We called to set up an appointment for a nail trim and was able to get into the office that same day. Once we got to the office, they took Button straight back and I took care of the payment while they trimmed her nails. We were finished around the same time and the whole trip took me less than 20 minutes. Super nice when your dog is anxious.

My Lucille will be a patient here for a long time to come.

Experiencia fantástica: Our dog had seizure st doggie daycare so called to have our dog evaluated. The staff were so caring and supportive as this was the first time our dog had a seizure. We felt much better after being seen and knowing what to monitor for. We also got follow up call to see how she was doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my cat Molly for a scratching problem and irritated eye. Dr Todd and his nurses took fantastic care of Molly with the most concern to.make her feel better. After an antibiotic shot and a steroid shot Molly is feelimg better each day. She has a follow up in a week.and a half. Thank you Dr Todd and company.

Experiencia negativa: my dog got grooming done here and they absolutely butchered it, they shaved her double coat down to the skin and now she’s had skin issues and alopecia since. Maybe if their veterinary situation was a little better it would be worth it but this clinic practically charges you for walking in and breathing their air.

Experiencia negativa: Very, very, very disappointed at Dr. Brewer! We spent over a thousand dollars at this veterinary hospital for our dog for diagnosis of a serious illness and wasted almost three weeks for getting a response. In the beginning we were very hopeful because she came across as a experienced professional, she made us feel comfortable and gave us hope for our dog, she detailed out (verbally) step by step what we would be facing moving forward. When the time came to do the surgery she wasted a lot of time giving us a bunch of runaround for the upcoming surgery. So after so many phone calls and back and forth, and plenty of time wasted for no reason, we heard from Dr. Brewer stating that she can’t do the surgery and she wanted to refer us to someone else! Are you kidding me? After all of the time that was needlessly wasted, and after all the hope you gave us, and charging us over a thousand dollars for the diagnosis, this is the hope you had in mind all alone? Talk about adding insult to injury! To be fair, she did diagnose our dog’s issue correctly, which our previous veterinarian didn’t. That is why we gave her a two, instead of ZERO. We were very kind and very respectful to Dr Brewer, and this is the results. For several months our dog was in pain and the last three weeks our dog suffered even more and we wanted to get the surgery done and relieve our dog from this awful diagnosis and pain, and this is her answer? Were we disrespectful to you doctor? Did we ever insult you? Why would you do this? Why weren’t you straight with us and tell us the blunt truth from the beginning? This is called a serious lack of professionalism and most of all, integrity. Never again.

The vets and staff are all committed to you and your pet. Highly recommend if you need vet care for your pet. I recently found out they handle snakes. So, if you have an exotic pet, give them a call to see if they can help you out. Great job team!

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn't recommend. Big mistake. I saw Brewer. I paid over $200 and she didn't have a clue. What a waste of time and money. I went to another vet and as soon as I told them what my dog was doing they knew exactly what was wrong. Prior to any testing.

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately, my first time at this animal hospital I came in desperately bc my cat had passed due to what we believe was a heart attack/heart failure. However, the staff were very kind hearted, professional, swift and took him back immediately. They showed me patience and compassion amidst everything else going on. I was very pleased despite the circumstances I had went there under. I would recommend them and care. They were very gentle and compassionate with my Sasuke & I am grateful for them doing their best.

Dr. Todd provided us with a treatment plan and even followed up by phone to check on him a few days later. We completely trust the care we get and can recommend them.

It had a full glass door. Because the next time she will be there more days. And make sure that the TV is on for all day. But I love the way your staff takes good care of her. And sends me updates. Experiencia fantástica: I had seen both good and bad reviews, but decided to go for a consultation with Dr. Hood and my new puppy. Let me tell you, I have been extremely please with everyone at this location and their service, concern and love for my new Brussel Griffon baby! ACV may be a little more expensive than others in the area but I feel that for what I've gotten so far, it's been justified. They have overnight boarding & daycare if needed, grooming and plenty of staff to take care of many clients on any given day. If you're on the fence, at least go for a visit. They have plans and options when it comes to payments too.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to say how wonderful my vet family is!! 250 miles away from home my mother went into the hospital I had to go be with my family and while having my little Shih Tzu there he had a ear infection which he has a history of. My veterinarian let my hubby get his prescription so he could drive down to get it to me. I love my vet family. My boys are well taken care of there.

Experiencia fantástica: The Oasis (grooming) here is awesome! My pup is always so soft and clean and smells amazing for days. They also require yearly fecal parasite checks for their grooming services, which makes me feel confident leaving him with them. The bandana pictures are after his maintenance groom with them around Dec 2024, and the other was a few days before. As you can tell, they do excellent work!

Experiencia fantástica: This office has some of the most kind and knowledgeable staff from the people when you check in all the way to the vets themselves. One of my dogs had a fairly major surgery last year and the other is a newly diagnosed diabetic. I couldn’t ask for better care

Experiencia positiva: Butter was pretty nervous about being at the vet. He’s a young recently rescued pup and is still in his decompression phase. He injured his leg and we needed to get it looked at and couldn’t wait. I appreciated how patient they were with him once they brought him back. He was very well taken care of and he seems to be doing much better. And for me personally this was my first time bringing a pet to the vet for something like this. He had to be sedated for X-rays. So I was not super sure how it would go either. They answered my questions and were great at explaining things. Especially very upfront with the prices of things as well. And they helped me get my dog safely to the car afterwards. Only thing I would’ve made it better was a little less traffic in the lobby. Another dog got off leash and jumped on my pup. They didn’t fight or anything. But it made him nervous and kind of made things spiral a bit for him.

Experiencia fantástica: I believe I've seen every doctor here and they are all outstanding! Best vet group we've had as long as we've had pets. We have pugs and a desert tortoise who have all decided at some point to attempt to stump the medical community with an ailment. The docs take the challenge and go to work researching, diagnosing and treating. Fixes we'd been told by other vets were not possible were properly rediagnosed and implemented, giving us more time with our now-healthier-than-ever pets than we'd thought possible. The docs don't just look at the surface; they dig in and explore all possibilities to make sure they are seeing the full picture. It's been amazing! I cannot recommend this group enough!

Recently we had to make the tough decision to put down our cat and it was extremely hard but the staff was incredibly sympathetic and caring making it as good as it could be for the situation. About a week later, we received a card in the mail signed by the staff with their condolences and paw prints of our sweet kitty- it truly meant a lot to us and reminded us why we go take our animals here. It was a cheaper practice and well you get what you pay for , I would gladly pay a little more to make sure my girls get the BEST care . I recommend them to anyone who asks .

Within 3 weeks of treatment Miss Maddie is 90% healed. I appreciate the doctors attention to detail and level of expertise. This is our new home!

Experiencia positiva: The staff is always so friendly and professional. However the last two times I brought Pua in for grooming, I was a little disappointed. This last line I brought her in, she began shaking her head like there was water in her ears. I was concerned so I called and they told me to bring her in which I did. Then they told me it was going to cost $140 plus. I could not afford that plus I felt they should have checked her ears at least since it happened right after her grooming. I also felt the visit price was a bit pricey.

Experiencia negativa: Soo.. Rudy was supposedly done at the Oasis grooming?? They didn't even do his face. Horrible. They still took $120! Vet Dr's are great. Groomers ...Horrible.

Dr. Todd is gentle, explains everything to me as well as shows me what’s going on if needed. I like being able to understand and be treated with the respect & care of a concerned pet mom.

She delicately balances her treatment plan without being overly aggressive from the start, especially if it’s not necessary. Experiencia fantástica: Animal Care Veterinary Hospital has been so good to Blake, our Australian Shepherd. He is pretty timid and never has an issue walking through those doors for a doctor’s visit or a stay at the Oasis! They truly love on him as if he were their own.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this place. They’re a tad pricey, but so worth it. Dr. Todd is amazing and he takes care of all our little girls. My husky had a scare last year with heart worms and Dr. Todd did an amazing job and never made us feel like he was trying to oversell anything. Brittney (I hope I spelled that right) is one of the nurses and she’s always taken such good care of our girls. My husky is selective of people and absolutely adores her. Lastly, their dog boarding is great as well. As I mentioned above, Kiya is selective of people and she absolutely loves coming here and staying there. I’m pretty sure she likes them more than me. This is just a really great place, where I have always felt welcomed, informed, and like my animals matter to them as much as they matter to me. I cannot reccomend this place enough

Experiencia negativa: Dr Henn was an extremely unprofessional vet with us as owners in my opinion and seemingly unqualified with our breed of dog (Cane Corso)who she misdiagnosed as aggressive due to her lack of experience and insisted on medication which he did not need . It was not until he was taken off all the medication that we found out he was just needing more stimulation as far as exercising and more outdoor activities including basic puppy training to curtail his energy levels. Worst experience ever with our dog who has never showed aggression to a single person and or animal .. her staff is great tho ! I would not recommend her to evaluate a field mouse let alone someones dog . I’m certain the other vets there are great and very knowledgeable!!

Dr. Todd has called me the past two days following up on Remington. He has been pleased with his progress and his test results. I like the follow through with care.

Even my rescue baby that's very shy and wary of non-family members is fairly comfortable there. And the staff obviously love the clients...and their humans!

They are very caring and loving, of all their clients. It is the only vet I take my pets, for immunizations, emergencies, surgeries, and now arthritis pain control. Experiencia negativa: Made a appointment online for my dog when appointment date and time came, I showed up and was told I had no appointment scheduled. When asked why they didn't have it in the system they said that they texted me and I canceled said appointment. I never received a text and found out that they sent it to the wrong number, even after I was called shortly after making the appointment to get additional information. I will not be going back there. If the front office staff makes this type of mistakes what kind of care are they going to give to my fur baby?

Experiencia positiva: I would rate 5 stars, but the communication between staff isn't great, and my experience with Chelsea and her customer service skills are not up to par. I tried to purchase flee and tick medicine for 3 months. Chelsea appeared helpful until she stated my dog needed blood work in order to get it. I explained to her three times what was discussed at the last appointment. Not only did I go in expecting 2 shots, but found out more were needed, which I didn't find out until the appointment. Then Chelsea tells me I can't get, what was explained that I could, in a previous appointment. Instead of putting me on hold and confirming what was discussed in a appointment she wasn't present for, she continued to go back and forth with me, until I finally told her I needed to speak to someone who was present during the appointment. In a smart tone, she said she would be happy to reach out, to which I told her I would be happy to wait. She never responded to what I was telling her, never made an attempt to resolve an issue, only cared to be argumentative and a customer had to tell her how she should be proceeding with the conversation. All over a monthly pill with an appointment in two weeks after. I am the type of customer who will leave a business due to customer service as there are many more places who have great customer service AND service. Long story short, someone nicer and more helpful got on the phone, helped with the minor situation that was unnecessarily turned into a bigger deal. Come to find out, as I was told, the conversation I had in the previous appointment, was not noted in the notes. The main component here is communication, which also goes hand and hand with customer service. Do better Chelsea. I would be thrilled to never have to talk to you again and will ask to speak to someone else who is more professional and willing to actually do something instead of going back and forth with someone on something you know nothing about, especially over a flee and tick pill. That is not how you conduct yourself with the public. If I were trying to reorder a narcotic, I could understand. You are to be helpful, give direction, and/or provide a solution, not cause a problem or make a simple thing more difficult. Please learn to be more professional. Update: about a week or two after this argument over simperica, and after receiving the ONE simperica of the three I was initially told I could get, I received a text that my dog's medication is ready. I call and they're telling me his simperica is ready. This is the proof of lack of communication. You tell me I can't have three, argue, send me one that you say I can have, call me a week or two later to tell me another one is ready....makes no sense

Experiencia fantástica: I've had three dogs go to this clinic. Two have passed. We love the up-front staff, and the techs and Doctors are thorough and do a great job answering questions. My last dog died unexpectedly, so once I adopted my new puppy, I was very much a helicopter mom. I would call sometimes three times a week with a question. They were always kind and understood my anxiety. Koa (my current pup) had surgery, and his recovery was phenomenal—my late dog T.J. had a collapsing trachea, and they made sure he was comfortable despite his trachea being so thin. Of all the vets in Murfreesboro, I HIGHLY recommend Animal Care Veterinarian Hospital in New Salem.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this place for the past 2 years . I loved the dr I had then I got switched to another doctor, and they were all amazing , it was hard for me to change drs as my cat has diabetes. But they have all been so helpful , hopeful, and super sweet to my Sherlock (my cat ). They always call and give details of the visit , and the labs very personal.I always tell all my friends who have pets to take them there .

Experiencia fantástica: My dogs have spent the last 14 years growing up at ACVH. We love them because their staff is so helpful and friendly. (Especially Paige!) The VetTechs and Drs: are very thorough and caring. We see Dr Todd and we really like him! Also, shout out to the daycare techs and groomers. You guys do an amazing job! Highly recommend

Dr. K Sanders is the most amazing, loving and kind person you could ever meet. She has been through a lot with my family and I don't know what we would do without her. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was super friendly! BUT my biggest excitement was finding Dr. Sanders. It took me awhile to find her, she used to be my dog’s veterinarian at Banfield and we LOVE her!!!!! ❤️

Experiencia negativa: Too many mistakes for my fur baby. Apparently the stuff can't keep the paperwork in order. My fur baby is a German shepherd and they had him down as a Lab. They put the wrong day for his birthday, and tried pushing there foods when I told the Veterinarian how much I spend on food for my fur baby,so she wanted me to buy there food. There are so many complaints I have for this place, but I am just moving on to find a better place for my fur baby.

Experiencia fantástica: My 10 week old fur baby was loved on so much and we were explained everything in detail. This being my first fur baby, I left with no worries. Loved our visit here!

Experiencia negativa: We took our puppy here as his primary vet. We loved the hours available and the staff was accommodating. Unfortunately, we no longer go here. We had a louder puppy that got anxious so while we were sitting in the waiting room we were offered a "puppy pacifier" by the receptionist. He LOVED it and it did keep him quiet. We asked the brand of the chew our dog loved since he went through all his other chews so quickly. They brought us the bag... and it was rawhide specifically CET Enzymatic that was branded as an "Oral Hygiene Chew" but looking at the ingredients the first is "beef rawhide". We wished we had been informed of the rawhide before giving it to our puppy. We were taken back to the room and a male vet gave him his rabies and another shot. He proceeded to jab him in the back of the hips both shots at the same time (the others had pinched his skin and done in his back and always one at a time). He yelped as he had never done before while getting a shot. We had positive experiences with the other vets at this practice but ultimately decided to change to a different practice. Their prices were also significantly higher than friend's vets.

Experiencia fantástica: FANTASTIC vet! I am new to the area and was in need of a vet. While my dog, Jagger, is a sweetheart, he can be reactive. Upon walking into the vet for the first time I told the gals at the front desk this & my comment was met with a friendly smile & “he’s a good boy, we’ll take great care of him”. I was seen promptly, estimated chargers were discussed throughout our visit, & everyone we encountered was attentive & friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

We always felt well informed, supported and soundly guided through a very difficult time for us. Dr. Blaylock was so patient, thorough and professional. Brittney is one of the most sincere and kind hearted people...a God send to us from our very first appt to our last. It was also so appreciated that each step of the way, the pricing was up front and multiple care options offered with realistic expected outcomes. We will be trusting this great Team with the care of our other pets. Grateful ❤️
