Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 100 stars, I would. This clinic is the reason my 14-year-old baby, Stella, is still with me and doing well with stage 3 kidney disease and several other health issues. A little backstory. Last year, Stella was suddenly diagnosed with stage 3 to 4 kidney disease. After a very scary week in the hospital, she stabilized, but I was told she would need sub-q fluids 4 to 7 days a week moving forward. There was no way I could manage that completely on my own, so I started calling clinics to compare pricing and, hopefully, find a vet close to home, since Stella is not a fan of car rides. Being open most days of the week also mattered because she would need fluids so often. Most clinics I called, including the one she had gone to for almost 10 years, wanted to charge extremely high prices for each visit and/or would not see her unless she first became an established patient. Most offices were also closed on weekends, which would have made consistent care difficult. West Russell Animal Hospital was the only place that offered reasonable pricing. They were also willing to give her fluids without requiring her to become an established patient. Luckily, they are also only a few miles from my home AND open 7-days a week!! At the time, I had no intention of transferring all of Stella’s other care. She has a complicated medical history that, on top of the new kidney disease management, includes Cushing’s disease, liver health monitoring/care, and ongoing cancer monitoring since she is currently in remission and requires regular detailed labs and imaging every 6-months. But after seeing how compassionate, organized, and knowledgeable the entire team is, Stella is now an established patient at WRAH for ALL of her care!!! I have even trusted them with boarding, which says a lot. Stella normally has in-home sitters. This is the only place I would ever trust to keep her overnight. Dr. Uppinghouse and the entire staff have truly become like family to us. Stella is not just another appointment on the schedule. They know her, they love her, and they have been incredibly supportive through a very stressful diagnosis. I am deeply grateful for this team and everything they have done for us. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that doesn't price-gouge AND truly cares about the animals they treat (and their owners), I cannot recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I am sharing my experience because I truly believe what Dr. Brad P. Uppinghouse accomplished with my 12-year-old dog was nothing short of a miracle. I want others to know what an exceptional veterinarian he is. I arrived at the clinic emotionally devastated after visiting another veterinary office where I was advised to consider euthanasia due to my dog’s age and a neurological condition that had left her unable to walk. She was clearly in pain and cried frequently, which was heartbreaking to witness. Dr. Brad P. Uppinghouse carefully evaluated her, performed diagnostic testing, and provided a treatment plan that included three medications over several weeks. From the very beginning, we noticed steady improvement. Each day, my dog showed more enthusiasm for eating and slowly began regaining movement. Now, two months later, she is back to her normal self. She walks again, is full of life, and is thriving. I am deeply grateful that I chose to seek a second opinion and did not follow the initial recommendation. I truly believe Dr. Brad P. Uppinghouse, gave my dog a second chance at life. I will always be thankful for his knowledge, compassion, and dedication to his patients.

A good friend recommended West Russell and i called. They got her in that same day, on a Saturday. Then she had an appointment for surgery the following Tuesday. Everything went great and she is recovering nicely. Cannot thank West Russell Animal Hospital enough!! I wont be taking my girl anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m new to the area and don’t have an established veterinarian yet, so I called several clinics trying to get my senior dog seen as soon as possible. Most were booking two weeks out, so I was very grateful when West Russell Animal Hospital added me to their on-call list and was able to see us the same day. I honestly expected to wait most of the day, but I received a text within 30 minutes letting me know they could see us — I was SO pleased! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The doctor was wonderful with our senior dog — she listened carefully to our concerns, was thoughtful in her approach, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. We felt genuinely cared for, and I’m so thankful we found this clinic. I highly recommend West Russell Animal Hospital.

Experiencia negativa: Both Vets misdiagnosed my dogs illness multiple visits. Everytime I addressed the symptoms my dog would have,they would have the most unrelated diagnosis and recommended different tests that even they said wouldn't be related. On top of that they lost my dogs medical records. Clearly this place wants the easiest money grabs on earth and do not care about my dog. Because of their negligence I lost my dog due to a brain tumor. Which was diagnosed as arthritis according to this establishment. Whoever reads this,please find a better place. The vets now that run this place do not care,and are not experienced enough

Dr. Uppinghouse called with daily updates on how my fur baby was doing, even let me visit Gatsby while hospitalized. They went above and beyond to ensure my cat had the best care. Experiencia fantástica: First we had been going to another establishment for 20 years or more but we had an experience there that drove us to look for a new Doctor for our new little companion. A very good friend referred us to W. Russell Animal Hospital, and though a little apprehensive our fears were unfounded! The hospital was neat, clean and smelled good! The front desk staff though busy were friendly and approachable. Upon arriving and having given our name we were taken back to a neat and clean exam room without hardly any wait time. The technician was pleasant and caring and took Maggie Mae back for an oral exam. Dr Hootin brought her back with her synopsis and from there we made an appt.. We brought Maggie back a week later for teeth cleaning and same scenario, upon arrival we were taken to exam room and Dr Oppinghouse, very pleasant young man, came into the room and assured us Maggie was in good hands. We got a call a few hours later and went and picked Maggie up. I wish there was some way to explain to our little companions that the procedures were for their own good! Anyways as always she was pretty listless but that was 3 days ago and now she’s back to her normal self! A big thank you to all at the W Russell Animal Hospital, you guys and gals are great ! Experiencia fantástica: We visited the office for a dental consultation for our dog, Mali, and were lucky to be assigned the most amazing veterinarian—Dr. Nikola Sajic. He is truly one of the most caring and dedicated doctors we've encountered. A week later, we had to return due to an injury to Mali’s back, and once again, Dr. Nikola was incredibly patient, thorough, and compassionate throughout the entire exam. Dr. Nikola is a fantastic addition to the West Russell team, and any animal hospital would be fortunate to have him. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

Experiencia fantástica: West Russell Animal Hospital is not just a vet. It is a building that houses a family of vets, technicians, and administrators all dedicated to the well being of your beloved pet and you! I first started going to WRAH with my blind Shih Tzu mix whom I had rescued about a year before. He was believed to be about 12-14 yrs old and clearly had had a very rough life. This visit started us on a long road of a variety of problems from having to remove one of his eyes to discovering a heart murmur to uncontrollable diarrhea. Sniper Joe was a tough little man; wearing cones are hard enough for any dog but can you imagine wearing one and being blind? At the same time, my cat, Hannah, who was 13 years old, and had been with me since she was a kitten, stopped eating or drinking. At one point, both Hannah and Sniper Joe were in the hospital together. I knew my babies were being loved and cared for by everyone at WRAH but what was most comforting, was the concern and compassion they showed me. This was a very painful time for me and everyone at WRAH was there to support me and do whatever they could to ease my pain. Sadly, Hannah and Sniper Joe passed away within one week of each other and I will forever be grateful to the doctors and staff at WRAH for their aggressive but always gentle and loving attempts to conquer my babies issues. I will never forget their kindness and understanding of me and my heartbreak.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Benson and her team took great care of my baby in what was a bit of a scary situation for this dog mommy. I was updated along the way, and the price for everything was extremely fair. My girl had to be kept overnight for one more night than expected, and the estimate I was given did not increase despite this (awesome!). They also fed her homemade meatballs when she was able to eat again, which I know my girl loved. I cannot thank everyone enough for making sure my girl made it back home safe and healthy, and for easing my worried mind along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: I called as they opened and the lady who answered (I believe her name was Kim) was so polite and comforting as I was nervous my pup Eddy broke his leg jumping off the bed in the middle of the night. They were able to take me in as a walk in promptly even on a Saturday. Alyssia met us in the room and was kind and eased my worries. Carried Eddy out to get X-rays done. Dr. Sajic was extremely professional and approachable. Thankfully there was no fracture and after some pain meds we were on our way. Eddy had a spot of blood where he got his shot and Alyssia was very intentional with making sure he was spot free on his exit. The whole experience calmed my nerves and I’m very grateful. I recently moved up to the NW part of Vegas and I will make the drive every time so they can be the ones to take care of my fur son. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible and neglectful staff ! ! Left my 1 yr old dog for 5 days and he was released extremely dehydrated and absolutely filthy and covered in dry feces. Was told he needed a series of shots and they did not give it to him until the day i picked him up. They were rushing to give him his vaccines while i was in the lobby waiting cause they forgot. Avoid this place ! ! And they got cussed out too.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Uppinghouse and the staff of WRAH are The GOAT of Vegas Vets. Skilled, kind, competent, caring. Truly. We have fostered for five animal rescues in the last decade. As a result, I’ve been to more than a dozen vets in the Vegas area- 8 in the last three years alone. I have seen it all at this point. WRAH is the best from start to finish. They have Saturday and Sunday hours. They answer the phone quickly. Hold time has never been more than 2 minutes. They can get us in quickly (often same or next day) whether it’s a sick visit or routine care. They schedule wisely so the waiting room is rarely more than 15 minutes. The waiting room is never a crime scene that makes you feel like you’re on reality TV. You can even wait in your car until they have a room ready if your fur baby is anxious or reactive or contagious! They are affordable. They don’t try to upsell you and understand that not everyone has $1,000 to throw at diagnostics like x-rays, bloodwork, or sonograms. They understand harm reduction and give you straight facts, no sugar coating or avoiding difficult truths, to help you make informed choices when facing heart-wrenching life or death decisions. The staff is stellar from start to finish. They treat your baby like their own. Thank you for being a Diamond in the rough landscape that is Vet care in Las Vegas!

Experiencia fantástica: Another visit and Dr. Shaw along with staff members Jennifer, Kara and another male staff member that I didn't get his name did an awesome job with my dog's Dukes visit and nail clipping. They also went above and beyond by helping carrying my dog to and from my vehicle so that he didn't struggle to walk on the hot pavement with his dysplasia issue. They were so gentle and kind with him because he does have nervous issues and they handled him like a champ.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to find a vet last minute because my poor pup was experiencing horrible ear pain. I called and they let me know they had a wait-list but they could add me to it. The great thing is they text you when they are ready for you to come in so you don't have to wait in office for hours. I received the text to come in much faster than I expected and we headed in. When I arrived I they took us back to a room. The vet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They also were reasonably priced! I so appreciate West Russell Animal Hospital!!

Experiencia negativa: I took my dog Zoey here for a check up on May 11th. They told me they wanted to do blood work and we did. They took blood out of both front arms of my puppy and her Jugular/ Neck and gave me some light medication and said my dog was healthy and they would like to see her in 1 month from the date! Within 8 hours my pups neck swelled up from them doing there procedure on her neck. I rushed my pup back to WRAH first thing on May 12. They said she had a reaction from the medicine that’s why her neck is swelling and within 30 minutes my poor pup was dead and had a heart attack at this location. My poor dog is gone and I’m beyond sad. I asked to speak with the Dr. that I had on May 11th and never got a call back and they won’t let me speak with her. Please, don’t take your animals here. I’m lost for words and so sad my dog is gone. She was only 5 and they told me she was perfectly fine the day before! If I never went to the WRAH my pup would still be with me today!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been bringing our dog, Sadie, to this clinic for over 12 years (back when those "grey" parts of the pics attached were black)—starting with Dr. Roach and now with Dr. Benson—and I can honestly say the care she’s received has been nothing short of exceptional. The doctors and staff here have saved Sadie’s life at least three times over the years, and their dedication, skill, and compassion continue to amaze me. Sadie also boards here regularly, and I always have complete peace of mind knowing she’s in great hands. The boarding staff are attentive, kind, and truly care about each pet. There's a level of accountability and professionalism here that’s rare—whether it’s a routine check-up, emergency treatment, or boarding stay, I always know Sadie’s well-being comes first. They are a huge part of why I still have a nearly 17 year dog that weighs 60 lbs. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for giving us so many extra happy years with our girl. We’re truly grateful.

Experiencia positiva: I always get right in & everyone is very friendly. I only gave 4 stars bc on my last visit, I complained my dog was itching around his ear area. They checked his ears but didn’t check his fur. They diagnosed him with an ear infection. A couple days later I took him to groomer & the groomer found lice. Had to bring him back to be treated for lice as well. Disappointed they didn’t check him thoroughly after I complained about his itching the first visit.

Experiencia fantástica: My dogs and I just moved to the Southwest side of town and are still figuring out where everything is, and then on top of it, we’re still in the middle of a pandemic. West Russell Animal Hospital allowed me to be with my dogs for their first vet visit and to get all their shots updated. I didn’t have to wait very long outside for them to come and walk us inside as is protocol at the moment, and even while inside, we didn’t wait very long to see the vet. The girls seemed pretty calm there also considering they’ve never liked going to the vet office. We’ll keep going for our annual shots and anything else that may come up for their needs.

Experiencia negativa: Honest Review!!! Dr. Kristel D Echevarria tried to charge me $380 for a blood test just for one organ, that everywhere else costs $170 maximum. EXCESSIVE ABUSE, all this to try to see what my pet has. They did a full blood test on her 5 days ago and I paid $170. Now she wants me to do another blood test just for the pancreas, just one organ, and she wants to charge for one arm and one leg. In the first place, they don't do their job well because the first blood test last week that was complete to see all the organs inside it's just charging and charging, they don't do their job well. All this after my investigations and I was the one who found out that my pet had Pancreatic Insufficiency, EPI, now in addition I have to do their work, because they are not capable It's incredible that they are called Doctors.

Experiencia fantástica: We don't have a veterinarian because nothing has been wrong. I noticed a foul smell on my 15y/o Pomeranian at 3am this morning. I turned her over and there were these gapping holes. I texted and they texted me back..got her right in. Luckily it is nothing worse than a bacterial infection but I could only think something worse. Courtesy, professional if you are ever needing a Vet.

Experiencia positiva: The Veterinarians that I have had contact with have been helpful and knowledgeable, the staff on the other hand isn't always very helpful. When I took my dog in the vet asked that we come back for a recheck in 3 days and I mentioned I may not be able to bring her on saturday and the vet said they were open on sundays for walk ins. So as I was checking out I mentioned to the front desk that my dog needed a recheck in three days. She said they were fully booked that Saturday. So i mentioned then I would bring in my dog on Sunday and I asked her if they are busy in the mornings with walk-ins so that I can plan accordingly. She said, I don't work Sundays so I don't know. Sunday comes along I go to your office with my dog and the girls at the front desk tell me it is not walk-in basis it is call and get on the waitlist. Neither the vet or the other front desk girl said anything about calling in to get on the waitlist. She then said there was 4 people on the waitlist and it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. I explained I couldn't wait as my daughter had skating lessons and I drive 25 minutes to get to your office. In the end I got my dog into be seen but by having to call a few times to see what the waitlist was like to see if I could get her in the afternoon before the office closed. So it took a lot replanning and getting help to get my dog to the office. I say all of this so that maybe the office can reconsider calling it walk-ins on Sunday and instead advertise it as, on Sundays we offer a waitlist if you call ahead, to avoid all the confusion. Also the staff should mention the waitlist as well instead of just saying we offer walk-ins.

Experiencia negativa: We had issues with them treating my dog without my consent while he was kenneled there. The disagreement was enough where the vet informed me that my dog could no longer be kenneled there…okay. She did say he could still be seen for medical purposes. They did a bad job anyways. He’s gotten his allergy shot there numerous times. Now we’re being told he’s being denied medical services!!! Pretty petty and vindictive I would say. If I could give a zero star I would. Anyone have a legal course of action I can take against this clinic for such actions?

Experiencia fantástica: I have a senior Chihuahua with a heart condition. I brought him to West Russel Animal Hospital to examine a growth on his leg. The vet was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with several options moving forward.

Experiencia negativa: The worst customer service, worst doctors, worst staff ever. Do not trust them with the care of your animal. Also, they double charged me for labs when I got my dogs teeth cleaned. If I hadnt asked for an itemized breakdown they never would've caught it. Stupid staff. They're all young and inexperienced and make frequent mistakes.

Experiencia negativa: Not a huge fan of coming here and I've been coming here for years the past two visits I've been feeling like I've been nickeled and dimed. They offer way to many things you don't ask for as your leaving. It was a simple visit because I had to leave ..the Dr asked If he should check on my dogs peeling skin which I kinda know it's from him sunbathing outside but I said that's fine check he didn't mention it wasn't part of existing visit charges already charged..ended up walking out spending $400 on a ear infection check I did most of diagnoses they only seen him for 6 minutes made me wait in the room for an hour and some change .They didn't even have change for a $20 my bill was $416 how are you going to charge people hundreds to thousands of dollars but you don't have change to give even a minimal amount? Not coming here anymore I feel like there dishonest and don't provide good service after waiting for the Dr to come to speak more about what's going on with my dog he leaves for an hour and then nurse comes back and explains more about his medicine.I don't mind paying what needs to be paid but I feel this place doesn't pay to much attention to the animals but charges alot .

Experiencia fantástica: I had orginally taken my dog bennie here for an emergency visit they were able to see me right away and get my dog the care he needed. The whole experience was stressful but everyone here were very kind and understanding. I have had bad experience with vets in the past where it felt like they were charging ridiculous prices for service knowing pet owners will pay anything for their babies. West Russell has excellent service and reasonable prices where I am able to get the care my babies need while not breaking the bank. I'm very happy with the care my fur babies have gotten here and will continue coming here!

Experiencia negativa: Update: I am responding to the comment that was left on my review. So if it was “only $30” they why wouldn’t you have honored that price ..? If money was an issue, when you called me after my dog was out of anesthesia you stated he was hyper salivating ( which is a common side affect on anesthesia) and you needed to administer him medicine we would of declined but we didn’t. The only reason you needed to give him that medicine was because you wanted to make sure you got every dollar out of us. I contacted another vet and they said almost EVERY dog hyper salivates after having anesthesia but will go away within a few hours. You couldn’t allow that to happen since you started a procedure after 3 pm (teeth cleaning AND a mass removal which required stitches) and you called us at 5 to tell us he was out of surgery and needed this medicine. You needed to administer this medicine to make sure you guys could leave by the time you guys closed , let’s be honest here. Since he was done with surgery at 5, at a minimum a dog should have a couple hours to wake up especially a French bulldog who already has breathing issues. To top this all off, we didn’t even take our dog back to get his stitches removed from you guys we PAID another vet to remove them because we wouldn’t dare bring our dog back into a place that doesn’t care about the wellbeing of animals. So again, if money was an issue we would of came back to you guys to remove the stitches since the removal of stitches was included in the price that we paid for the surgery. Long story short : STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS VET, THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! We took 1 of our dogs here for a procedure (dental cleaning and a mass removal) we dropped him off at 8 AM and I called at 3 PM to get an update and they stated that he would be going in to surgery soon and they would call me when he was out. They call me at 5 o'clock and say he is out of surgery and please be there by 5:45 to pick him up. mind you they close at six so that's why they wanted me to be there by 5:45. When I picked up my dog, he was clearly not fully awake from his anesthesia. He had very labored breathing and definitely could've stayed at the vet for a little while longer until he was more coherent. this place is all about money. What they charge for things is absolutely absurd. They told me to go in three days later to get a bandage. change and charged me $44 for a new bandage. Mind you it's gauze and tape , I can go to the dollar store and get gauze and tape. The doctors and staff that work there are not about the animals, they are about the money. My entire experience from start to finish has been trash. There have been several different things that have happened throughout this entire experience. Just take my advice and go to a different vet !!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this vet. Convenient location, friendly and communicative staff, well priced and I like that they're a one stop shop for vet services, grooming and boarding. I took my dogs here this past weekend and was worried about one of them because she's aggressive but I came in with her muzzled and the staff reported that she did very well! They've got a good environment set up here, I recommend this place to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: Your office response is incorrect. In my office visit no provider went over any vitals, the visit was for bloodwork for potential diabetes. AGAIN as I explained below after Milo’s vein was blown out and the doctor you had did not relay any close to an office visit, I requested Dr Viggo after Dr Benson was not available NO ONE ELSE. Not ANY VET. Clearly read my experience why would I want any vet that doesn’t make sense. Refund me for the visit that was terrifying for my cat and for allowed my me to sedate him again fully knowing the vet I requested was not there. Just wrong. I read reviews with similar stories. I believe this business continues to do this to unsuspecting and vulnerable pet owners. My cat Milo and I had a horrible experience. My daughter noticed our kitten was drinking more water than usual. Then we noticed a significant weight change and other concerns. I called to schedule bloodwork and more information on Milo’s situation. The vet that came in was not knowledgeable at all. When I asked her what to feed my elderly cat she didn’t wait for more information or bloodwork to determine it, she said it wouldn’t matter and purina was fine. She did not examine my cat in room like other vets had done in the past or provided any guidance. She came back with my kittens born blown out. No vitals, no explanations. That was the office visit. I was told to take Milo, feed him a tranquilizer (night before and hour before)and bring him back. My cat was shaking. I asked to please provide a senior vet in the practice and that I did not want anyone else because my cat was too fragile for this. We waited for the vein to heal and tranquilized Milo twice (once an hour before as instructed). When I arrived an apathetic tech welcomed us. When she asked why we were there (I guess no one noted our account or the person chose to not read it) I explained I was there for Dr to do bloodwork. She said no that doctor went home and it was another practitioner. No one called me to inform me before I tranquilized my cat twice not even the hour before. Losing all trust in the practice I did not want to entrust Milo with anyone there. I asked for a refund and to leave. They refused to refund the visit I detailed above. After more then 7 calls I have had to talk to so many staff and explain myself again and again. Dr Benson is the only person that can approve a refund apparently. Instead of approving it and allowing our family to move on from their poor care she is giving me the run around for $70. The office manager took the time to listen to the calls to find a reason to extort our family because she wasn’t in town. Even when she realized they should have called and my elderly cat was tranquilized for no reason, and the visit I detailed above, her response then was that Dr Benson would have to get back to me. They refuse to give us a refund for care they did not provide so we cannot go to a new practice and have Milo seen for his condition. They want to lock us into their poor care. They do not care for my animals well being only the money they could take from us. It’s appalling.

Experiencia negativa: Two words - DON’T GO I had a Veterinarian that left my longtime place that I typically go to In Southern Highlands abruptly leave and go to a new location. I simply had a follow up visit and made an appointment at the new location. Despite the fact that this veterinarian did not bother to tell her patients she was leaving. However, I thought her demeanor was warm and caring and the follow up visit was important. When I got to this new particular location, not only was I greeted with unprofessionalism and discourteous, I was also told that the doctor apparently was no longer working there. I could’ve easily been given this information prior to driving to the new location to see the veterinarian. Not only was this unprofessional, but it was extremely rude of an establishment and an indicator of the type of care and service you would receive should you decide to frequent this establishment. I don’t recommend this place to anyone if you care about your pet and professional courtesy. I realize that I actually experienced discriminatory behavior, disparate treatment and gross unprofessionalism at West Russell Animal Hostpital. I would NOT trust my pet in their care.

Appointments are fast and easy to book on the app. Staff are always friendly. Appointments have been quick and smooth. The veterinarians are friendly and take the time to explain everything and answer all questions.

Experiencia negativa: pt 1 of 2. I have never had a good experience at this West Russell Animal Hospital in my life. My family have been brining our animals to this hospital for years now and honestly the last few years have been so rocky. Today was my last and final straw. To give context over this situation. My baby a 6 almost 7 year old female pit has been having a lot of pain in her mouth, caused by an infection with one of her k9 teeth. I have for the last 2 years now been trying to get this dental surgery done. When I first came to the vet explaining my concerns on her teeth, the dental team came up with a plan to fix her tooth/do dental work, do vaccinations, micro chip, and to remove her fatty cyst on her back. The plan was set and the booking was done, saved up to pay for this well over gran surgery all for me to come on the day of the surgery and for the whole to to ask me "what surgery is she getting". After asking me that I did leave with the vet and didn't go through with the surgery because they had 0 clue why she was there even though I had that appointment booked for months in 2022. My dog tooth wasn't that bad so I put it off and finally came back and gave this vet a chance around the end of 2023. My dog tooth started causing my dog physical pain so me, and the dental team or, the staff as a whole came up with this new treatment plan for my dog. They brushed over my previous experience with this vet pretty easily, not mentioning it or even seeming to care which I turned a blind eye too just to give them the benefit of doubt. We made a new treatment plan and booked all the dates for everything and than it just got worst. So many communication issues with the vet as a whole. I work during the night so I can hard to reach in the morning which I kept telling the vet to keep in mind. I have a job too not everyone is available in the mornings. I missed a lot of calls, so I would always been the one having to call them for updates and any problems on their end they are having. Maddison was mainly the only one I would talk to about everything given that she is representative lead. I don't know who was the dental doctor but I also talked to them once or twice as a whole. They had to reschduele Baylee because of personal reasons from one of the doctors, which I fully understand, I forgave and just simply reschduled and changed all my plans for everything because I understand thing happen so I moved on. So now it's the day of the surgery again (yesterday 04/04/2023) I unfortunately got my days mixed up and was late to my appointment, which apparently I can't do even though it was a little mistake on my end but I hope because of everything they did wrong would understand. At first they did come off understanding still taking my dog in for the day, just mentioning that should would be the last dog of the day to do which I completely understand and had 0 problem with. I got 0 calls during that whole time so decided to check in and see what was going on. They informed me that she wasn't even started yet after 6/7 hours and that she may actually have to stay the night which I was completely agents and decided to take my dog home and just wait for another day, I was mad that she was there for that long and she got nothing done but I understand and had 0 problem with. I brought my dog home and she was very sick, throwing up and was not feeling got at all. I have 0 clue what goes on back there so it really scared me and made me nervious onto what was being done in the back. So I called to speak to someone about the problem and to call me in the morning. I got a call in the morning about rescheduling, we rescheduled and hung up. What I didn't know that was Maddison the customer service lead trying to help with my issues not even bringing up ANY of what happened and just rescheduling. I didn't even know that it was the Care lead as she didn't bring up any of my issues so I just thought it was a regular booking receptionist and just waited hoping someone else would call regarding my issues. Experiencia positiva: I am disappointed by West Russell. There is a lack of communication between doctor, staff and client that is insoluble. It weighed a lot on my pet who ran out of her medicines several times. I was put on hold for 40 mns, wrote several emails to coordinate rx shipments, finally requested medical records to transfer to another more capable hospital. I do not recommend Dr Benson and West Russell.

Experiencia fantástica: Dogs and cats are separated by two entrances. We arrived early (15 min ) but they took our pet in to a room with us waiting no more than 5 minutes. Employees were very prompt and professional Rooms for pets were clean and well kept Appointment seemed less than 15 minutes from start to finish and the cost was better then other vets we have used in the past I’d take my pet back and any future pets back to this veterinarian office.

Experiencia fantástica: To be honest, after reading a few bad reviews, I almost canceled my appointment. However, I decided to give it a chance. My appointment went super quick and smooth. There was only one person waiting. I was greeted immediately by a gentleman at the desk. Shortly after, staff came out to go over his vaccination list and took him to the back. I was in and out within 30 minutes. This was also my first appointment.Thanks for being efficient and quick with the entire process.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an overall great experience. The only complaint I have was waiting so long in the morning to drop off Leo when there was no one else there. I waited almost 45 minutes in the lobby. The front desk lady had to remind them 3x I was there because I was suppose to be working. She seemed kinda annoyed, because she was getting a lot of calls.. but I had to be back at work. (on the phone they said I could just drop him off). Other than that, everyone was super nice, including the doctor. Leo is much happier now, I can tell. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: WRAH is the only place I take my furbaby, Cosmo, to. Dr. Benson and her staff are amazing!!! My baby was hospitalized for 4 days and the staff communicated with me throughout the whole process and even sent me pictures of Cosmo. They helped put my mind at ease and reassured me that my pup was in good hands. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great vet!

Experiencia negativa: So I went to get my dog his annual shots and a nail trim. I was greeted and waited patiently with my pup for about 15 minutes. Not that long of a time so finally they take my dog and service him however when it was time to pay I was basically just standing around for about 10 minutes nobody said anything they just ignored me until one person out of the 5 staff members asked me what I was waiting for. They need to learn better customer service and be more attentive instead of ignoring people. I could have just walked out without paying, next time Ill just leave and see if they even notice smh.
