Experiencia fantástica: Make sure you have your pet in a carrier. They don't have cages like they do at a regular vet. There is a Walmart right around the corner though if you forget or don't plan ahead and they are open earlier than 7 which is drop off time. Also, while I was there, a lady brought two feral cats in a carrier but they almost wouldn't take them because apparently, if they are “feral” cats, they have to be dropped off in live traps (even if they are friendly). They made an exception for her since she drove a long way to get there. They were very friendly and seemed very compassionate towards the animals, which surprised me because it's a low cost spay/neuter clinic and there were a ton of animals getting dropped off. There was a line at the door when I showed up at 7 but it moved quickly.

Experiencia negativa: I got a cat from someone with an over population of drop offs/strays they were looking to re-home. I wanted to get him neutered so he couldn’t re-populate and also spray or call in other stray animals. I had a voucher from my local animal clinic to help with the costs as it’s very expensive to have this done for a barn cat. Thankfully that helped with the cost significantly . I picked abc because they accepted the voucher, and they are one of the least expensive clinics around. It takes me 45 minutes one way to get there but I figured it would be worth it. Unfortunately when I got home he had a very long pink tissue hanging out of where his testicles were. I called the clinic and sent pictures, and they requested I bring him back in the next day. After arriving they said it indeed was tissue that needed removed, and it’s rare but sometimes that can happen with male cats and they just need to remove the tissue, however he wasn’t cooperating for them to do it without sedation so I would need to pay for that as well as an antibiotic. I tried reasoning with them, and pointing out I let him out of the cage that way, but they said he didn’t leave the clinic like that so I would have to pay. The stray cat neuter fee was $70, and then I had to pay $70 AGAIN for another visit to have them sedate and give an antibiotic shot. He was available to pickup at 1pm and I arrived around 1:30. He was still pretty sedated but I didn’t mind because we had a long car ride. I was told the removed the tissue and used glue this time to secure the area. I asked if they had a cone and was told unfortunately they did not and were waiting for another shipment of them. I had him in a small carrier so there wasn’t much room for him to move around. I then drove 45 minutes to pick my son up from school, and 20 minutes back home. By the time I let him out of the cage around 3:15 I noticed he had two wound looking spots where each testicle would be. I emailed a picture to the clinic at 5:07 and they said he didn’t leave like that and it was from licking so to go buy a cone ( after they told me it probably wasn’t licking and sometimes that can happen with tissue, and they didn’t have any cones for him.) The carrier didn’t give him room to finagle around, and he was with me at the house 90% of the time without licking enough to do this. I spoke with other clinics and techs and they all agreed this shouldn’t have looked like this, nor should they have charged me again for their mistakes. This is a warning that if there’s any issues they will NOT pay for their mistakes , and you will be responsible to pay just as much if not more than the initial neuter/spay.

Experiencia positiva: I had my two cats spayed here and everything went great, I just had my dog neutered today and he has really bad anxiety and pooped himself and when I got my pup he was all wet but still had poop all over him, and all over his surgical incision, that could be dangerous and cause infection. They said they weren’t able to clean him very good. I took him home and gave him a bath, I get it might be out of their control when a dog does that but please have a better pet washing station or something to avoid this, my house is a little far away and my whole car was covered in poop, I just think it could have been handled better considering pooping yourself while under anesthesia can be pretty normal.

Very informative and kind people. I look forward to working with them more in the future. Baby Storm is groggy, wobbly, but full of energy and hunger. These next ten days are going to be an experience.

Experiencia negativa: I gave 2 stars because of their prices. I had to take my dog in for an emergency spray. She was septic so they had to do additional cleaning for her. And I do appreciate it. I appreciate them saving my girl. However they were told she's aggressive. They said they could handle her. I told them I'd come in and get her because she isn't people friendly. Her body temp dropped so they had to put a heating pad on her. They are supposed to flip the animals every 30-45 minutes. We'll because she was aggressive they couldn't and left the heating pad in one spot. It burned my baby. Now her fur and a few layers of skin is rotting off. She is on her 2nd round of antibiotics from another very and pain meds. Taking her in to be checked every 10 days. Awful expensive. But I will do what I gotta do for her. I went back in to ABC and told them what they had done. They didn't take responsibility. I even told them I know stuff happens they just need to be more careful. If a pet owner wants you listen!!!! If you can't handle a dog then say so. Use heated blankets from a dryer. But for the love of God don't do this to another animal. It's cruel. She's in pain daily. She didn't have the first blimsh on her. And it's disheartening.. I added pictures. From the start until tonight. Would be nice if someone one any one from ABC would actually take accountability. This is a nasty heating pad burn that should NOT of happened

I’ve referred every pet owner I know there. Other vets are double and maybe triple the prices. And they are all VERY nice, knowledgeable, and informative.

Experiencia fantástica: yhey are amazing they trully care bout all these fur babies and its noticable i have a 7 month old kitten that became very ill the vet thought maybe what was showing up in the xrays could be a complication from her being spayed they opened her back up to check well it wasnt they found what looks like sewing thread was wrapped around her tongue and she had swallowed it it lodged in her large intestine and was pulling her intestines together i couldnt afford the surgery so i told them just to snip it and i would hope for the best well they wouldnt and went way beyond by finding a vet to sell them the suture they needed and did the surgery for the price of the suture they didnt have to do that and they did they are amazing they saved my sages life i can never say enough how grateful i am thank u sages mom (lisa lockman)

Experiencia positiva: Had a great experience with neutering my GSD. The process was simple and quick, and I like how they gave the option of calming medication to take home. He had no complications with surgery and his incision looked fine. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pricing sheet on the website says $20 for a microchip, however they didn’t disclose beforehand that you have to register it online afterwards with is a hefty $100 fee. Other than that, pricing was great.

Experiencia negativa: wow. if zero stars was applicable, this place would get it. i schedule an online appointment and they don’t even send an email back saying it’s “approved or not” i call about 3-5 times during business hours and they are to lazy to even answer a phone call, you just have to leave a message and they say “they’ll get back to you” no phone calls back or emails. if this is how they treat their business, id hate to see how they treat your furry friend.

Experiencia positiva: The low-cost neutering is great, but be aware that they will upsell you on services and not tell you about extra costs. They told me I could get my cat vaccinated for an additional $20 at his appointment, but didn't tell me until I picked him up that he would have to come back for boosters, which were $50 extra (the original shots were useless without the booster). Then they offered a microchip for an additional $20, but forgot to mention that it would be $100 to register it online.

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my kitten here today to be neutered and microchipped, and it only costed me $95! My regular vet wanted over $500! Scheduled the appointment online about 2 weeks ago and that was pretty easy. I feel like the drop off process needs some work. It’s a little unclear where to park and how check in works if it’s your first time. But the staff was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Pickup was a breeze and my kitty is doing very well!☺️

Experiencia negativa: Won't answer phone calls. Put out scheduling of appointments on-line only. Waited an entire month for the schedule to open only to be told through e-mail try again in a month. Appear to be only doing appointments for neutering and not spaying. Would advise if you are being referred to them and getting a female dog to forgo the wait and seek services elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Always super friendly and animal focused. Fills quickly when bookings open, but provides a much needed and valued service to the community - domestic and feral. Extremely reasonable rates with multiple options for add-ons like shots, cleanings, nail trims, micro-chipping, etc. Drop off in the morning with minimal wait. Processing is easy and quick. Your animal is lovingly taken to the back and is nicely pain-dosed for their procedure. Pickup is very efficient and segregated (separate times for dogs and cats). Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give more stars. My cat went through her surgery and ABC noticed she wasn’t recovering as she should’ve been. They called me immediately to let me know everything that was going on and that they were going to undergo another surgery on her just to make sure everything was looking good in there and that it wasn’t a mistake on their behalf, which it was not. She ended up passing a blood clot. I was not charged for the extra work done nor the extra meds. It has been only 2 days since her surgeries and she is doing AMAZING. The ladies here are awesome and the care they have for the animals is so heartwarming. I am beyond grateful and cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend ABC !

Experiencia negativa: I love abc clinic but the online tool and scheduling is ridiculous I have been watching the website everyday and the last 2 months they haven't been doing females so I stay on top of it and today I look and changes the date today to sign up and the female said filled I don't understand how I watch everyday and boom suddenly a new date ti sign up was today and it showed today then it's filled so I have to wait and hopefully they have a new sign up date on the website before the day not on the day

Experiencia negativa: Went today to vaccinate our dogs, - they do not allow you to be with your dog during the process. One of the dogs is a year old, almost a puppy - wanted to be with her- but I said ok. Later they returned the dog and got the other. I told them he is used to be near me and gets difficult if I am not around. Several minutes later, I go to see what was going on- told me that they will reschedule another day and they would give me a drug to give the dog,so they could do their job. When I went to pick my dog(in the area I was not supposed to go in), my dog was covered in a wet towel super nervous!!!! I've had dogs for 40 years in my life- never have I been told I cannot be with my dog during vaccination!!!

Experiencia negativa: Had a cat spayed here several years ago and getting the appointment was simple, there was a long wait, but you could get an appointment. I called about 2 weeks ago and they said appointments would be available at 10am on January 2nd. I made sure I was on the website at 10 am January 2nd. Started making the appointment went to submit then it suddenly says it was filled, then all the other appointments that were on there were filled. Tried calling repeatedly, busy signal. This place is a mess. My autistic brother brought this kitten home and the vet wants $500 to spayed her.

Experiencia fantástica: Great group of animal lovers. Offer basic service and good prices. For instance, my kitten has had her series of 2 sets of vaccines for $79 apiece. She will be neutered when she is old enough. That will be $79. You may be waiting for services but it's worth it.

Experiencia negativa: DON'T GO HERE! If I could give negative stars I would. These people do NOT care about animals nor do they care about customers or potential customers. One of their staff members left a voicemail on my phone stating to call in on December 5th at 10am to book a Neutering appointment. (Again, a voicemail- something that can prove what they said). I called 23 times on December 5 starting at 10am because I need this procedure pretty badly for my dog. Fast forward a week, they FINALLY got back with me and literally called me a liar, in writing, saying they didn't say to call and that they don't take appointment via phone. Good thing I still have the voicemail and the email in which both say 2 very, very different things. Their staff member who emailed me back, whoever it was, was so unimaginably rude, I chose to go elsewhere. Doing more research, I learned how terrible they have treated animals in the past. ie, giving a cat vaccination that was actually supposed to go to a different cat because they have the same name, putting both animals in jeopardy. Just one minor example. I can't imagine becoming a veterinarian or working for one that has so little care for animals or even people. Again, DO NOT GO HERE!
