She’s truly a sweetheart and we love her to death. Thank you guys so much for getting us in last second even though we weren’t clients! They have always done right by Bella, and they have always been forthright and honest regarding her care and treatment and have advised when they felt paying for extra labs/tests/treatments was not necessary on several occasions. Because of this I know when they advise that a major procedure is needed, I fully trust that they mean it.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent exam of my cat. He has been having difficulty jumping up. He may have arthritis so we discussed some meds we could try, and some non-medical things. The doctor listened well to my concerns and answered all my questions. Great visit!

Babies are well taken care of when I bring them there. Everybody is so nice, pleasant, helpful. Respectful. I love how when you make an appointment. Not only do they call you to remind you, you get text and emails, and for me, believe me that helps a lot with my busy schedule. The rooms are always clean. Experiencia negativa: I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 10 years and have always appreciated the care and kindness we received in the past. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been disappointing, and today’s appointment was extremely upsetting. The first vet tech I interacted with was visibly annoyed, short with me, and made it clear she didn’t want to be bothered. I even offered to leave and return another time, but the attitude continued. It was disrespectful and completely unnecessary. To be fair, the second tech was kind and professional, but the initial interaction set the tone and left me feeling unwelcome and dismissed. I understand your staff are the experts, but respectful communication matters, especially when trusting someone with a family pet. After this experience, I no longer feel confident in your team or the treatment my pets receive. I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend this clinic based on how poorly I was treated.

They listen to your concerns, offer a variety of options and give recommendations. I have been taking my pups there for over 10 years. They recognize the needs of my pups and my needs as a dog mom, to be sure my pups are healthy and happy, and they never make me feel dumb for asking off the wall questions. Sisters recently re-locstrd to a beutiful and spacious building. I drive 40 minutes for prescriptions or to see a doc and would never consider switching vet offices. They are simply the best around. Thank you everyone for the services, I am truly blessed to be a client and the puppies thank you for the TLC.

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody at Sisters Vet Clinic is great and our dogs and cats all get the very best of care. One of our cats was extremely ill a few months ago and tests were mostly inconclusive. Dr Horn went above and beyond to diagnose and treat Flash. At first he wasn't getting better, so they did a little research and changed his course of treatment, even keeping him hospitalized for a couple of nights. During this time he got dehydrated and stopped eating. The vet tech Stephanie spent a lot of time giving Flash a lot of TLC, she got him to start taking food and water again and sent him home where we finished his drug therapy and with a little extra care at home too he fully recovered. Didn't cost as much as we expected either.

Many places don't like cats, but I know they do, with some cats freely walking around the clinic. Thank you very much for being so caring and helping us! Our cat is doing well now. In addition to this, they called the following day, to make sure our cat was doing okay, since she really was not well and is elderly. I'm happy to say that she is still doing well! They treat not only our animals but us a family and that makes it easy to go in, ask easy and tough questions, and trust that they have everyone's best interest in mind. Even during the hardest visits they remain kind and person centered making us and our pets comfortable.

Our big dog, Jax, is always treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Hemmen has researched our pets particular health issues and provides valuable information so that we can make informed decisions about Jax’s health issues. The visits and phone calls received from her are compassionate as we navigate our options regarding his treatment. .

Experiencia fantástica: Sisters Veterinary Clinic is wonderful. They love on my pups every time we visit and my dogs don’t even seem to know they are at the vet. They always do an excellent job of explaining the options concerning care for my pets including costs and different options, but are not pushy or hateful. We also recently had to put my older mastiff down and the compassion and experience they had during the end of life process made it a sweet time to say goodbye to our beloved girl.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently moved to the area and have been looking for a vet as knowledgeable, patient, and kind as we had in Texas. We found that with Sisters Vet. Our dog has severe allergies and is very anxious when it comes to vets and being at the clinic. The entire staff took time to let him adjust and allow for him to be okay with their pets and snuggles. By the end of the appointment he was relaxed and not shaking. That has never happened that quickly for him. Not only that, they called to check in on him 1 day then 3 days after. A step above and beyond my expectations. I felt their prices were reasonable, considering our situation. Allergy shots are never cheap, but the other tests I had done were explained to me so I knew what I was paying for. Another small thing that makes a huge difference. Overall, I am extremely pleased with our first experience and am glad I was able to find an exceptional clinic with even greater staff on the first try.

Experiencia fantástica: From the minute you walk in, you can tell everyone from the front desk to the veterinarians themselves truly love and care about animals. They take all the time you need to answer your questions and explain everything they are doing. Very recently we had to have our 13 year old labradoodle euthanized. They were so gentle to her and understanding of our grief, giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They are definitely our "forever" veterinary clinic.

The people at the first place I tried were not friendly so we decided to try Sisters. From the second we walked in the door to the time we left everyone was SO friendly. The building and rooms were very clean. There is enough room to keep distance between you and other people and pets. The price was also very reasonable compared to other places around town. Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE Sisters Veterinary Clinic! I have one good dog and one not good dog. Lagertha was raised with me from puppy mess and is calm. Helga was rescued and is highly reactive. Sisters Veterinary crew work with me to get Helga into a room with Lagertha so she isn’t left spazzing out in the vehicle by herself. They have always taken very good care of my girls, and I will stay with them forever. I trust them and I love the doggie-bed side manner. Professional and super sweet.

Experiencia negativa: I really wanted to love this clinic and I tried twice with my two different dogs to make sure I could give them a fair shake. They have a very, very busy but chaotic practice. What I found is new patients are ‘tolerated’ as long as a $60 deposit is paid when making the appointment. My first appointment was with my brand new rescue dog I adopted at a local animal rescue, and I brought the spay and vaccine records. The tech advised immediately they ‘would not recognize the vaccines given by the rescue as they were not done by a doctor’ and I could have the doctor do them that day at their clinic. (They’d rather over medicate the dog and charge you their fee for the same vaccinations). However when the doctor came in, we discussed the vaccines and seemed confused when I asked why they wouldn’t accept those given by the rescue. I wrote it off to a new tech. One month later, I made an appointment for my senior dog for her yearly check at a 5pm time. The day of the appointment they called and asked if I could come at 4pm due to a cancellation. I left early from work and arrived at 3:55pm. I checked in (again mass confusion and chaos) and sat down in the waiting room. I noted 4 other dogs came in after me and escorted to exam rooms….well established patients. At 4:20pm, a tech came out and called my name and I got up only to be told there wasn’t a room available but wanted to know why I was there with my dog; it wasn’t clear on the appointment notes. I explained it was a yearly and why was I contacted to come in early when it was obvious there wouldn’t be enough room for all patients scheduled. The response was ‘you can come back at your regularly scheduled time at 5pm if you want.’ I was so disappointed……for a second time. So, in essence, if you’re looking for a new vet for your cherished pet, you won’t feel welcomed here.

We had another thorough exam without pressure for extra services. We were asked about each lab and vaccine and had time for all questions to be answered.
