Experiencia fantástica: Our puppy fractured his leg in 2 places jumping off the couch and it was after hours for our vet. It was definitely a blessing in disguise that we needed to go to the animal emergency hospital because our puppy is so small that we would have been referred to the referral center anyway for the surgery that he needed. Dr. Erickson and the emergency team initially saw Ozzy and diagnosed his fracture. Since we live in Fargo, we were able to leave Ozzy in their care and go home until he was able to be seen and they called us to let us know his diagnosis. Then we were referred to Dr. Silliman for his surgery. Dr. Silliman answered all of my questions and concerns in Ozzys consult for surgery and because Ozzy was so small, they wanted to get him in immediately the next day due to the nature of his fracture. The entire team from the beginning of the emergency visit, the consult and then the surgery team were so caring and compassionate! 10 out of 10 recommend you guys! We have loved everyone we have interacted with The care and compassion in treating Ozzy and keeping me updated with texts and pictures while he was in your care.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so impressed with how caring and friendly the doctors and staff were in the Referral Center. My little guy had a luxating patella and needed surgery. The surgery went very well and I received very detailed instructions regarding how to take care of Bailey at home while his knee healed. They always reminded me that if I ever have any questions, don’t hesitate to call…and I have several times. I always got through to someone right away or they called me back within an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: The two doctors that took care of our rottie were absolutely wonderful - extremely knowledgeable and immediately on top of what was going on. Our dog needed hospitalization, but we were updated at least twice daily - which we really appreciated. The technicians and staff were all attentive and very kind. We would recommend Red River Hospital to anyone who needed medical treatment for their precious pets. Dr. Brook St. Germain and Dr. Carver were absolutely wonderful. In all honesty, the complete staff showed kindness and empathy. How professional, knowledgeable, and kind everyone was. It all came together perfectly, with Elsie back at home and doing really well

Experiencia fantástica: Having to euthanize our 15 year old German short haired pointer was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do but Red River Emergency Animal hospital gave us all a beautiful experience (most importantly, our beloved Kimber). The subtle things like allowing us all the time we needed in their “comfort room”, for our family to say our goodbyes, and treating Kimber with such gentleness, dignity, and comfort. Obviously something one hopes to never have to do, but having a team of caring people doing everything they can to bring peace and comfort during a terrible time is very impactful! Experiencia fantástica: We had a very unfortunate and traumatic event this last weekend involving our 11 month old springer spaniel, Bauer. Red River took wonderful care of our baby through the weekend until his surgery on Monday. With consistent daily updates and photos. In depth directions, explanations, diagnosis and plans to get Bauer on a structured road to recovery. We have a long road ahead of us but we are incredibly grateful for the entire team at Red River for help us bring our baby home.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Red River Animal Emergency Hospital. They are the only fully staffed walk-in small animal 24 hour emergency hospital in the state of North Dakota. I am thankful to have them in the area and I feel they did their job well but for me and I think for many others $1800.00-$2000.00 for 24 hours in not sustainable. I was able to take my rabbit Blossom in for care for 24 hours but she went back into GI stasis five days later and I wasn't able to spend another $2000.00. I took her into my local vet. then for two days I fed her with a syringe every three hour and gave her medicine but she wasn't able to come out of it and I had no other choice but to let her go. I think if I would have taken her back to the emergency hospital or even been able to keep her there longer than 24 hours she might have been okay but of course no one can tell for sure. I feel very sad to not have been able to leave her at the hospital longer and to not have been able to return.

Experiencia fantástica: Red River Animal Emergency Hospital isn’t a place you ever want to have to take your pet, but if you do have an emergency this is the place to go. We ended up at the hospital based on a strong recommendation from our local vet after our dog started to decline pretty rapidly over a day and a half, and he was hospitalized there for 4 days. There was constant communication and reassurance from all the staff on how our dog was doing, the doctors collaborated with each other on the best choices for care, and each option was explained to us clearly, with advice on pros, cons, and cost. They staff even made sure to send us pictures and updates morning and night, and if they had time would send us a mid-day update. I only wish it were closer to where we live.

Experiencia negativa: I brought my 13 year old beagle here because he has was severely sick. I was told he needed to be seen right away and not to wait until Monday so we packed up and drove the 2 hours only to have my dog sitting "in line" waiting to be seen for over 24 hours. At this point I was frustrated and let them know I was coming to pick my dog up. As I'm 5 minutes from the exit I receive a call from them stating they finally got to see my dog, sort of ironic as I have been waiting for over a day and I'm coming to get him and now you have time to see him. They were not helpful to us in anyway. On Monday morning I got my dog into his regular vet and turns out he had a severe UTI and severely low thyroid levels on top of another infection. When I finally got him to his regular vet he was barely walking he was so weak. He was declining fast but when he was at this place they told us he was "stable". Not to mention when I received my discharge paperwork the last time my dog had been offered to go outside was 11am and I was picking him up around 6pm, that's a long time. Pretty disappointed in this place. The communication is very poor. My dog should have never been examined after I told them I was coming to pick him up. And they confirmed that the doctor said that was okay and to get him seen Monday right away. I was also told during our visit that the manager Alex would be reaching out to me regarding this experience and haven't heard a thing from them since. I understand there are other emergencies that would come first and that is why I agreed to leave him there and wait but over 24 hours for a severely sick dog sounds insane. I'm lucky enough to have a wonderful primary veterinarian that got him in right away even though the appointments were booked that day.

Experiencia fantástica: The vet who saw my cat first clearly explained what was happening and what he would do. The staff kept me updated with calls from the vets and pictures of my cat as he recovered (he spent 2 nights there). Everyone I interacted with was GREAT! Clear communication, listened to & responded to my questions, gave detailed instructions and some supplies when I came to bring my cat home. I highly recommend RRAEH!

From the Receptionist to both Vet Techs to my Gizmo's Doctor to discharge and check out, everyone there exhibits 100% professionalism, compassion, and knowledge. Please know I am so grateful for all of the staff, even the people I did not meet. ❤️✌☯️️ Everyone exhibited extreme compassion during a highly anxious time. I was never left questioning what was going on. I was provided constant updates. Your beloved pets are in fantastic hands! Thank you. Just a note: I have pet insurance. I really want to promote getting ER insurance. My Gizmo is not 2 years old. This experience would have been different for me without it. Although, they do work with charities! I try to be a responsible pet owner. I pay $60 a month for ER and annual exams. As with our own healthcare, our pets need that too. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: My dog received excellent care in the hands of all the staff— I was so impressed with their level of professionalism, the amount of detail that went into their updates, and the pictures and texts they sent while my little guy was there. Dr. Carver and the lovely vet tech that helped us upon discharge were great. I was able to ask as many questions as I could think of and she made sure to get the appropriate answers from Dr. Carver before we left the facility. I appreciate the staff for not making me feel stupid for wanting to do THE MOST for my dog. I did not have one bad encounter with any of the staff and even though my dog needed to be admitted, there was so much relief in knowing he was absolutely in the best hands possible. Experiencia fantástica: The end had come for our pitbull rescue after having him in our family for 13 years since he was 5 weeks old. We called RR Emergency and said we were on our way. We got there about 11 pm and brought to a beautiful private room. We gave him lots of treats, Oreos and Hershey kisses and love. It was very peaceful. I should be so lucky when the time comes.

Experiencia positiva: Care was compassionate and excellent overall. We understand the triage process but feel there could have been a little better estimate of how long before we would be seen. At first we were told a couple of hours; we were there 6hours, and would have gone home to sleep instead of staying through most of the night All staff members we interacted with were kind and helpful. Experiencia fantástica: Rigley has received excellent care both in ER and with the specialty clinic. The staff is warm and welcoming, patient with worried pet parents, we were updated frequently either with phone calls or texts, and staff and vets were amazing. Receptionists were warm and welcoming, vet techs were thorough, and the vets were willing to continue search for answers and treatments for my dog. The communication from all staff was much appreciated. I appreciated the thoroughness of the diagnostic process, professional staff, and patience offered to me as a very worried pet parent.

Experiencia fantástica: My cat was able to get seen quickly. I felt like the staff cared about their overall health and well being. The whole staff that worked there Jan 13! I haven't established a primary vet at the moment, so coming to Fargo is a long drive but unlike the vets in town, the ER staff felt like they actually cared about my cat. It's not much but I felt like they listened. The vet presented options and didn't assume what course of action I wanted to take. Much appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: Swift and attentive care. Doctor Wigglesworth was great at keeping me updated on my pet's status. Dr. Wigglesworth was phenomenal and so reassuring. The receptionist (didn't catch/don't recall her name, lots of cool tattoos) was also very patient and kind as I had driven an hour away early in the morning so I wasn't at my best. How they were able make sure I was well-informed before making any decisions. They saved my kitty.

Experiencia fantástica: 01/06/26 I cannot say enough about the kindness and exceptional level of care we once again received from RRAEHRH. This time, it was not an emergency but a planned surgery—a partial tail amputation due to a suspected malignancy. It was an incredibly difficult decision for me, and the compassion, guidance, and reassurance I received from Dr. Silliman and the entire surgical team were truly outstanding. Everyone involved in Gerta’s care, including the team who looked after her overnight, was exceptional. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made an overwhelming situation much more manageable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience, compassion, and exemplary care. Anna and Gerta 11/25/23 Today Gerta ingested rat poison on our walk. I immediately rushed her in, and I am so thankful for swift, compassionate care from RRAEH. Thank you for saving my girl! We are truely blessed by having you in Fargo. ************************ I had to resort to emergency care when Gerta countersurfed and destroyed pill dispenser ingesting 4 day worth of her meds. Experiencia fantástica: My cat Theo needed surgery twice in the same month and the staff were all very friendly throughout the whole process. They explained everything and kept me up to date before and after doing anything. They also sent me some Theo pictures which I loved! Theo had several doctors including Dr.Borud and Dr.Carver and they were both very kind and informative and I really appreciate it, especially in such an anxious time. I also had a few vet techs who were very kind as well and everyone explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions. I had a great experience with everyone! They were all friendly and very informative!

Experiencia fantástica: We brought our beloved kitty here on Christmas Eve to be checked out after he was having difficulty breathing and became lethargic. From the moment we arrived until we had to decide to put him down due to a terminal kidney cancer diagnosis they treated us with kindness and compassion. They took care of our sweet boy and kept him comfortable while we said goodbye to him. They were up front about cost so we could make an informed decision and it seemed like they cared about him as if he was their own pet. I hope you never have to experience this part but they have a room for saying goodbye to your pet that is unlike any other ive been in at other vet offices. Its calming and feels more like you're at home than in a hospital room. I couldn't have asked for better treatment during such a difficult time in our lives. I would bring another pet here in a heartbeat if we needed to.

Experiencia fantástica: We've had emergency surgery done on Xerxes here and they did an amazing job. We brought him back again for an emergency on Christmas and received fantastic care again. I couldn't recommend Red River enough and we need one in Brainerd MN. Everyone was great and helpful. We leave with our dog alive and feeling better.

Experiencia fantástica: RRAEH is always there, 24/7, and over the years I have had to bring my cats in with some pressing health or end-of-life issues (on weekends, or when my regular vet didn't have immediate appointments). Everyone has always been kind, considerate, and, above all, extremely knowledgeable about animals and their care. Yesterday when I brought in Pearl (my youngest cat) during the blizzard was no exception, and I was extremely grateful for the diagnosis and remedies. I was so worried about her. She is doing so much better already thanks to Dr Jong and everyone at RRAEH. ~Katie

Experiencia negativa: Drove an hour to get there and they were expensive, disrespectful, and charged me 500 dollars to look at my puppy and tell me good luck. They did nothing but check vitals and tell me she was basically screwed. I'll never take my pet there again.

Daniel, thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We are truly sorry for how distressing this experience was for you, and we understand how upsetting it is to face a medical emergency with a young puppy, especially after traveling a long distance for care.

When your puppy was evaluated, our medical team acted quickly due to concern for a significant xylitol ingestion, which can be life-threatening and may cause severe low blood sugar and liver failure. During her visit, we performed an emergency assessment including vital signs and blood glucose testing, administered medications to induce vomiting (which successfully brought up gum and wrappers), provided anti-nausea support, and discussed treatment options in detail. Based on the amount ingested, we recommended hospitalization for intensive monitoring and IV therapy, as this is the standard of care for this type of toxicity. We do our best to present owners with treatment options that we feel are best for the patient, but also understand that we have to work together to figure out the best treatment plan for not just the patient but the owner and their family as well.

We worked with you to create an alternative outpatient plan, which included medications to support liver function, monitoring instructions, and education on warning signs that would require immediate attention.
We are very sorry that our communication did not leave you feeling supported, and we regret that the seriousness of the situation came across as dismissive or uncaring. That is never our intention. We will review your feedback and recent visit with all who were involved to ensure that we better communicate in the future.

Doctor Stegman was very helpful, informative, and pleasant to talk to. Every member of the staff made us feel safe having our pet there. You made my boy who never feels bad, feel better.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve taken my dog to red river a few times. The first time was because I noticed an oozing blood red growth on him and couldn’t get him in to a regular vet and was worried because it came out of nowhere. I want to say I waited about 6 hours for him to get triaged and aspiration came back as likely sarcoma. They helped coordinate with one of the referral specialists to remove the mass that was confirmed as soft tissue sarcoma. The day of surgery, after a lot of tears were shed, I was able to talk to the vet before and after surgery and my dog was going to be okay. This was a few years ago. The next time I had to take him in was because it seemed like my dog went temporarily paralyzed and it was late at night and incredibly terrifying. I believe it was Dr stegman that triaged my dog in immediately, stating his symptoms were pretty worrying. Determined he likely had a pinched nerve and gave him some sort of medicine/ shot. I honestly thought I was going to lose my dog that night because my dog could barely walk. I felt that Dr stegman reached out to explain to the best of his abilities what was happening with my golden retriever that has been through more hardships than any good dog deserves to go through. It’s good to know there’s an emergency animal clinic in the area to lesson my dog’s suffering.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at the hospital seems to really care for the animals and their owners. The care you all give is exceptional. Everyone we dealt with was so kind and very thorough with explaining what was going on and what comes next. We were very pleased with the care our dog Bonnie received. I don't recall her name, but when we came to take Bonnie home the female that explained what we needed to do when we got her home and explained the medications and what to expect was very thorough and answered all our questions was great. Bonnie and I would both like to thank her for the great care she gave Bonnie and the time she spent with her. Bonnie is doing very well and we thank all of you for making her recovery possible. THANK YOU ALL. I felt my dog was very well taken care of and how much everybody at the hospital cared.

Experiencia fantástica: From Black Horse Pottery- Roseau, Minnesota: Our golden. London, exhibited severe stomach issues on Thanksgiving. There were few options. We transported her to Red River Animal Emergency Hospital knowing that she was a ten year old golden in serious distress. It turned out that she was full of cancer with a day to week life expectation. She was no longer mobile. We are a place that has housed many rescue dogs and horses. It was baeautiful to experience a place that knew we needed positive closure. The euthanasia and cremation experince process was explained in a respectful maner. Experiencia negativa: so incredibly disappointed. i understand how if someone else comes in and they need to be treated sooner they get first dibs. but my poor cat got his vitals done and sat in a room for 4 hours. after throwing up blood for two hours. we were told it would be an hour, then one more hour, then just one person was ahead of us, and then it was just one more hour after that. I had no idea if he was still throwing up or not. the doctor didn’t even touch him. go somewhere else if you can. complete waste of time and $250 for them to take a temperature.

Experiencia fantástica: If you ever have to put your furry friend down, I HIGHLY recommend Red River Valley Animal Hospital in Fargo. They are very kind, caring and more. Knight was sick and unable to move, so I knew putting her down was the hard, but right thing to do. I walked in to the hospital and told them (with tears) I had to put my cat down. The immediately took me into an exam room, told me how the procedure would work. They made it clear I could take as much time before and after her passing as I needed. I was able to hold, pet, and comfort Knight as it happened so she could feel safe and loved. They were gentle with handling her, didn’t roughhouse her or anything. And they even gave us FREE paw ink prints, paw impressions, and a jar of her fur. Again, highly recommend!! They were kind, thoughtful and AMAZING!

Experiencia fantástica: Our family came in on Sunday November 2nd around 10pm to have our 16 year old min pin put to sleep. I had previously emailed with them over the weekend and they were prompt in responding via email. Every staff member we came in contact with was compassionate and caring. They were professional and patient. The price was reasonable and the room they put us in was very nice. The process went smoothly and our dog was able to pass peacefully. They did nose and paw prints for us and also a clay type keepsake. We are so thankful for all of you that night.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday was our first time going there. We were greeted with smiles and a quick response to the emergency we had with our dog. Over the four hours that we were there, we watched the team working well together. It was a calm atmosphere, which was so nice to witness. We watched so many people coming and going with their pets as we waited to see the outcome of our dog's surgery. We were very impressed with the way things were handled through the technicians and vet we worked with. We were so worried how we were going to be able to pay for this emergency surgery, and yet we knew that our dog needed it. The doctor talked over procedures and expenses with us and met us where we were at, which we were not expecting. We appreciate this more than you'll ever know! We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that we worked with. I can't even remember the names, because I was just trying to hold it together, but we appreciate each of you. Our Cooper is doing so much better today. He's back to eating and drinking, walking around and was so excited when our kids and our foster son came back home today. We cannot thank you enough! We liked everyone we met there. Everyone was so nice, but the compassion in the doctor and his understanding just blew us away.

Experiencia fantástica: They did a great job diagnosing the issue our dog was experiencing. The wait was a long but worth it as he had a very high fever and an infection that required an overnight hospital stay. Thanks to the staff and doctors our Walker is recovering well! Experiencia positiva: 430AM we were here with a serious medical issue. Our beloved dog needed emergency surgery or would die. Red River jumped into action but we needed to pay 75% of their services before surgery. We were told the CareCard credit is a payment option that doesn't have interest rate for 6 months on promotional period. Our girl died a day and a half later which broke my heart. We've been working on paying the carecredit card off before the promotional period ends but I found out they charge a daily rate on top of interest rate which is approximately 120.00 a month. If your in the same situation don't do the carecredit. It has fine print and will take you a long time to pay off if your on a fixed income. Red River did what that could to save her, I understand. I'm upset this payment option takes advantage of people, especially when you only get a 3 page pamphlet. Didn't note anything about daily rates. I should've known better at the time but we were distraught. She was like a daughter to me. We have her ashes, memories, and 7 grand in a credit card w high interest. Don't use Carecredit, get pet insurance or find other payment options.

Experiencia fantástica: There are not words to thank everyone at Red River Animal Emergency Hospital and Referral Center. They are absolutely wonderful! Top expert care for our dog Skye!! Our own great Vet in RLF referred us to the canine oncologist Dr Wolf and she spent notable time so that we could understand what was happening and the most common sense, evidenced based approach to helping Skye have the best outcome and life possible. Everybody is kind compassionate and patient. They truly care. My dog who was always afraid at a vet actually wagged her tail when she went off with vet technician Riley as she had the perfect way with my dog. Dr Silliman the Surgeon was wonderful. I appreciate the good communications including the written instructions and the ongoing text and phone calls so that I understood what to prepare for and expect. RRAEH is a state of the art clinic and we are blessed to have them in our area for when they are needed most. AGAIN, THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOVE AND CARE FOR SKYE! Experiencia fantástica: It did take a long time to get him back home...but he is feeling remarkably better. It was a busy night and there are different levels of emergencies. In no way am I criticizing...Staff all very professional and friendly. Dr. Erickson did an excellent job with diagnosis and medication prescribed. Dr. Erickson...Thank you so much for the care you gave Pedro. He's feeling so much better!!! Going to stay on top of this and have a follow up scheduled for him with his regular vet. I really appreciate you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Not enough stars for RRAEH. Our strory… To everyone at RRAEH We wanted to thank everyone at RRAEHfor the great care our kitty received at your facility this past September. Mosley Isom/Todd came to you as a very sick kitty and there is no doubt in our minds that your efforts saved him. You pulled out all the stops, went above and beyond. Experiencia fantástica: We rushed in on a Saturday afternoon when our 3 year old cat, Willow, was having an episode of respiratory distress. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude; getting checked in was a breeze. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind and compassionate, something I will never forget. Dr. Anderson almost immediately examined my Willow, collected a history, and consulted with me within an hour of checking in. I was informed that she was being made as comfortable as possible during the wait. After further testing, we found ourselves with very limited options. Ultimately, Willow was laid to rest later that evening. It is never an easy or comfortable experience having to lose a furry companion. However, the staff treated her with the utmost respect and compassion, and extended that compassion to us as well. The RRAEH staff made sure we remained well-informed throughout the entire process, and allowed us to square away all the details so that we could focus on our farewell. Everyone here made one of the worst experiences that a pet owner can go through, much easier. We even received her remains within a couple of days after her passing. While it is never my wish that someone has to utilize the emergency hospital, I cannot recommend them enough. It was clear to me that they take pride in what they do, and do it well. While I hope we do not have to return anytime soon, I can say that the emergency team at RRAEH has certainly earned my trust and respect. Thank you, to Dr. Anderson, the front desk staff, and every single technician/assistant that made our experience bearable.

Experiencia fantástica: They were all so kind and helpful when I brought my kitten in for not eating anything for several days and some other symptoms. I was a big ball of anxiety and so worried about my kitten. The pictures and clear communication helped ease so much of my stress and with their help my baby was eating again by morning!

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff were dedicated to taking care of my dog. They all seemed to work so well as a team, the process was better than I anticipated it would be. The receptionist, the doctor and the vet tech who gave us the meds/instructions. Thank you all so much. Experiencia fantástica: Our 2 year old dog was run over. We were quick to get her a spot with the surgeon. The vet and tech were very clear what to expect and do during a long 8-10 week recovery with her new hip implant. Today at almost 9 weeks, our girl is ready for action!

Experiencia fantástica: From the first moment we came through the door, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. The care and treatment was amazing! The front staff was very welcoming, kind and considerate since my dog was very stressed. They got us into a room right away. We were seen and evaluated. Dr. Wolf was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our next steps decisions. I would definitely recommend them!!

Experiencia fantástica: Quality and professionalism of all staff including front desk, technicians, and the doctor. Everyone was always helpful on the phone when I called prior to procedure to confirm a few things and following his appointment. Dr. Carver was very helpful and reassuring when discussing the results of our dog's tests. He answered all my questions, and I appreciate that he took the time to get a 2nd opinion given the somewhat unique nature of our dog's situation. I would definitely recommend Red River Animal Emergency Hospital and Referral Center.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jeff Kramer was all things wonderful!!! Kodi Bear kitty got a prompt injection for comfort. Then Dr Jeff explained, with patience, compassion & genuine caring, Kodi's prognosis and the options. After the hard decision was made we were givern as much time as needed for final snuggles and good-byes in the "Comfort Room". Then Dr Jeff returned for the final injection. I held Kodi, in his favorite blankie in my arms, and we gently petted Kodi as it was being administered it. It was so calm & peaceful. And sweet Kodi is pain free forever! Experiencia fantástica: I don’t write reviews often, but I’m very grateful we have this business in Fargo. Not only did they save my pug’s life when he ingested mouse poison, but they actually refunded me when his care didn’t cost as much as they expected. The communication when he was in their care was outstanding with texts, photos, and phone calls. When he was discharged, they said, “Call us if you have any questions or concerns—phone calls are always free!” I did need to call with questions, and they answered them promptly. Emergency vet care can get expensive, but this place doesn’t gauge people, in my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care of my cat. The staff and doctors were very patient, very kind and very good at explaining everything. Dr. Jong was very thorough and good with explaining things so that I could easily understand what was going on with my pet and what the treatment was.< br />And also, so was the person who checked us out and explained to me about the at home care and instructions. Everyone's compassion and friendliness was great.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment we walked in to the moment we had to say goodbye to our Boston Terrier Milli, RRE was nothing short of amazing. They were kind, compassionate, answered every question asked and when we had to leave her there we knew she was in the best possible care. We also knew when it was time that the doctors had done everything and thought of everything in their power to help her. Their comfort room is absolutely wonderful and we appreciated it so much, being in a calm, quiet, private environment to say our last words to Milli was more than I could have asked for. We didn’t feel rushed. Everything was on our time and ultimately Millis. Thank you to each of the staff and doctors that treated her so well. We love her and miss her beyond words.

Experiencia fantástica: They took great care of my 16 year old dog that popped his hip out of place. Leaving him there due to the wait time was hard but understandable with them being the only place open 24/7 in the Fargo area. I got updates on them giving him meds to keep him comfortable until he was seen. Im truly grateful!! Everyone was great! I'm really pleased with the care my dog got and truly grateful for everyone there and the work they do!! They took great care of my old man and made him comfortable when I knew he was in pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for taking care of Bella Ericksen. We were there at a level 3 wait time, we were in and out of there in an hour and a half. The Dr's and staff took excellent care of our baby girl as she was attacked by another dog. I was blessed by God himself to have found this animal hospital with such amazing staff that sincerely cares.

Experiencia fantástica: I too my daughters rat here and they did awesome and now my dogs whom I thought I was gonna lose and the fact that I didn't have enough money to cover all and they worked with me and still had my dogs best interest at heart and I will always be greatful. They are all about the animals and make you feel they care just as much as you do about your pets and communication was great

Experiencia fantástica: Facility is welcoming, clean, and most staff genuinely seem to care and have empathy for pets coming for services. While we haven't had the experience of having to visit for critical emergency care in recent years, we have still received excellent service when presenting for blood donations. My dog is excited upon arrival, which makes me happy to see that she equates visits to RRAEH with positivity. Kailey Martinson is an extremely passionate and empathetic technician and her work with the blood bank is an asset to our community, as well as to the donor pets and their owners and those pets in critical need of blood. She makes the process so easy and welcoming and it is heartwarming that my dog is happy to see her when we come in for donations.
