Experiencia negativa: I brought my perfectly healthy pure breed siamese kitten to be neutered. Around a week later I had to treat him for worms. Now, 2 days ago I had to start treatment for ear mites. As well as my other cats and dog. My baby is miserable and I'm upset that he has to go through this. Beware!!!

Experiencia fantástica: C-SNIP is absolutely amazing! The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful every time I stop in. I mainly go there to pick up flea treatment for my cats, and the service is always fast and easy. One of the things I really appreciate is that I can get flea medication over the counter without having to bring my cats in for a vet visit. It saves so much time and hassle. On top of that, the flea treatment for cats is only $12, which is an incredible price. Great service, great people, and super convenient. Highly recommend C-SNIP to anyone with pets!

Experiencia negativa: Very rude! Also i sat in parking lot after being checked in for half an hour to pick him up and when I did get him out to the car he was covered in piss. The cage bottom was filled. I had only just got into my car so my husband had to pull into the car wash next door to clean it and the whole 45 minute drive home it made me and my kids sick! Yall should be ashamed!

After care and pre care instructions are given. Very decent price, especially when comparing it to a vet doing the surgery. I'd recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a golden doodle and I’m not going to lie I was SUPER nervous to bring him to c-snip due to the price I paid for my dog. I originally made an appt with our vet but they wanted over $600 to neuter him. I canceled our appt and made an appt with C-snip a week later (for $155). I was SO impressed by the organization of it all. They really have the pick up/ drop off down to a science. They also had great pre and post op instructions as well as a video to watch. I felt very at ease and they did send him home with a few days worth of pain meds. I will say it was in their paperwork that he wouldn’t get any but I was relieved that he did. The whole process couldn’t have been better. He healed very quickly and we had zero issues. 10/10!!

Experiencia fantástica: A few weeks ago we rescued a female cat and decided it was time to get our male cat neutered since we've been talking about getting it done for months! We were recommended CSNIP and decided to schedule an appointment due to the great reviews and reasonable price. It was super easy to schedule an appointment online and check in my male cat. They kept him overnight and we picked him up the next morning. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful with the whole process! Only thing I would complain about was there is not always someone there to answer the phones (or I just called at the wrong time), but I did leave a voicemail and got a call back a few hours later! Overall it was a great experience, my cat is currently on day 2 of the healing process and is doing great! I will be using CSNIP again after the female cat we rescued gains enough weight where I feel comfortable bringing her in! Added a picture of my cats because they are so cute!

One staff member commented that they can provide services upto 115 animals per day. The vets did an excellent job with the procedure, no complications, and she has healed beautifully.

Experiencia negativa: I couldn't get ahold of them to let them know I'd miss an appointment on behalf of my grandma. Some lady called my grandmother who was (is) in the hospital unsure if she will SURVIVE, and was incredibly rude. She would not allow my grandmother to talk and explain the situation. I later called to try to explain the situation and was even going to donate on her behalf to prevent them from being so harsh to her but she was rude to me aswell and wouldn't very much allow me to get a word in. I attempted to leave a message but the call dropped. I am incredibly frustrated with the attitude of that staff member especially with my grandmother being in the hospital due to a heart attack and now needing surgery and knowing she hasn't much time left. It just really rubs me the wrong way that she would be so incredibly inconsiderate to someone's circumstances, especially claiming some of her own teammates are in the hospital for unknown reasons (it's not my business anyway) but I sure hope she approaches them with a heck of a lot more kindness than she did my grandma. I'd happily change this review once this situation is resolved and my grandma is treated with some COMPASSION while in a life threatening situation. Sorry we couldn't call sooner, her LIFE was of higher concern at that moment and the appointment slipped our mind until it was too late to give 24 hour notice. Maybe next time, give a care and maybe wonder if there could be a REASON. I would sure hate for others to be treated with such disrespect and lack of empathy that may be in a similar situation.

It's an hour drive for me but it's worth it. They have always made me feel like they care for my animals. They communicate well, their instructions are clear, it's a very good system.

You will drop the animal off at 8am wait in the lobby with a bunch of people then pay and leave them overnight. Next morning you pick up your cat and leave. Mine was super happy to be home and extra loving. I did not notice any personality changes yet. Definitely no red flags. CSnip was very professional on how everything works and you can tell they’ve done it a million times. I would take another cat here 100% if I had to. Very good price and affordable.

Experiencia negativa: Good vets, good with procedures. Sign in process is very confusing. You get an email that sends you to a link to sign in and wait. The web page and resulting text are different, one telling you to come in and on requesting you come in but not bring the dog. I was treated very poorly for bringing my dog in with me to register. There being two different entrances is also confusing. One for dogs and one for cats but ALL register in the cat entrance. Their process needs to be streamlined. I have chosen to forgo their services in the future and will be finding a vet with one door and less attitude.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most cost and time efficient way to get your pet routine services. The check-in and pick-up procedures are a well oiled machine. In one appointment my dog got spayed and microchipped, got her Lyme vaccine, and got her nails trimmed. The staff was very responsive to my texts when I had questions after her surgery. I returned today to get her Lyme booster. In the intake forms I noted her anxiety surrounding vet appointments. The team was EXTREMELY accommodating and professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my dog experienced minimal stress. This clinic has a wonderful impact on the community. Thank you CSNIP staff!

Experiencia positiva: I took my dog Moses to get fixed at this location back in May. Everything looked good with his neutered surgery, I looked online from the research I’ve done it was normal they would shrink unfortunately it has not. He still has one testicle, the other one shrunk is a flap. I don’t know something went wrong with his surgery or as to why he still has one, with what i paid to have it done I’m not happy. Both testicles would be flaps by now, we’re in to July. Just frustrated at this point.

I was a bit nervous at drop‑off, but the ladies were so nice and understanding, which made it a lot easier. Pick‑up was quick, and my puppy is healing well so far. Experiencia negativa: Not very happy my cat is not doing good after surgery and it didn’t start until about an hour ago. They’re closed. They have no 24 hour number and I’m afraid I’m gonna have to take her to an emergency animal clinic that’s gonna be way too much money. I don’t have. I wish they had a nurse or something I could talk to her aftercare case is an emergency. How can they have no follow up emergency number!!!! That Was that was a couple months ago I did wanna update this because she Snip was able to get my cat in there. They actually seen her over four times within the next couple days. They pumped her full of adrenaline and fluids and IVs and they brought her back to life she is doing just fine nowthank you everybody at decent for taking care of my cat. I recommend this place more than any other thank you guys.

Experiencia positiva: Scheduled my appointment to get my husky female dog spayed and was able to get her appointment 2 days later it was definitely a lot less money than you would have to spend at the vet. It was a decent process aside from the normal wait times for drop off and pick which is to be expected in order to keep everyone's pets safe. I plan to bring my cat in for her spay surgery soon I would recommend to anyone with pets that can't afford the costly fees that vets charge.

Experiencia negativa: It’s cheap for a reason, You get what you pay for. Brought 2 cats in to them and one is doing fine but the other had to be put down last night. If you love your animals please don’t take them here because there’s a good chance you won’t be getting back the same animal you brought in. They will give you bad advice and have you wait it out and then tell you they’re no longer responsible and you need to contact your vet.

Had an appointment to bring my male in tomorrow morning, called and left a message for someone to call me about paying since it wouldn't allow me to pay online. Instead of getting a call back about my question, they called me and cancelled his appointment 3 minutes before closing and he was supposed to be there at 8am. The lady kept pushing buttons in my ear Everytime I went to say anything. Saying everyone is sick and there won't be enough people to do surgery. I have been waiting 3 months already

Experiencia negativa: Brought my cat here, they started cutting open his stomach before asking me or even telling me about it. My cat was rare and only had 1 ball. They insisted on opening up his stomach and digging around in there to look for it, which they never found it so they were just digging inside my cat for no reason. They probably could’ve taped my cat back together better than they stitched it. This vet seems like maybe they do better with dogs. DON’T BRING YOUR CAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HIM TO BE THEIR LITTLE SCIENCE EXPERIMENT. Very unorganized staff as well.

Most people I've talked to recommend csnip because of the cost only, as their cats have come back sick. My cat now has burns in her throat from something she came in contact with while there.

They handled my skiddish boy with care. They send them home with two days of pain meds without request. Anytime I reached out to them they returned my phone call within 24 hours. Experiencia negativa: Wow!! We spent $90 for our cat to come home with FLEAS and she is strictly indoor! It was her first time ever being outside of our home... we just had a baby and we've been trying to kill these off for 3 months! Can't seem to get these pests to go away so if you want bugs, definitely take your pets here! Most expensive fleas ever! ZERO STARS!!!

Especially now that there is enough evidence showing how the missing hormones are connected to higher rates of cancer and shorter life span.

They supplied me with humane traps and were super helpful when I asked about how the process works. Every member of staff that I met was super friendly and you can tell they really care about the animals.

Experiencia negativa: Staff was friendly, I appreciate the check in process. However, sending an animal home with no pain meds is ridiculous!!! My dog’s incision is botched. I guess you get what you pay for so be mindful of that when booking here.

Experiencia positiva: Sitting here with their check in and texted. Came 15 minutes early. There were 3 people here. 4 people showed up after and have received their animals. I showed up early so that I could try to make it to work and followed their procedure and it took me over an hour to get my kitten. So now I’m over an hour and half late for work. You have a process it should be followed by when people check in. Don’t come here if you’re on a schedule or make sure you have the time. I didn’t get to pick this as this was done through a rescue. I would have chosen Greenville.

Experiencia negativa: They murdered my daughter's cat today. She made it through surgery fine, or so they said. When I picked her up they said oh she's been "foaming at the mouth" she will be fine, just let her rest. She died an hour later on my daughter's bedroom floor. They over dosed her. They knew something was wrong when they sent her home. They lady speaking to me was acting a little odd and wouldn't make eye contact. They knew she shouldn't be going home. We didn't even get to say goodbye. They took that from us. I will never forgive myself for using them. I urge anyone using them for anything other than regular maintenance to just pay the extra money for a regular vet. Save yourself the heart break that we are going through right now.

Experiencia fantástica: I was super worried as a first time kitten mom about bringing our 3 month old but, I would 100% do it again! Cat's stay overnight so be prepared for that! Drop off is 8am and pickup starts at 7:30am! He had no complications, he was a good boy and dare I say even more playful and energetic once we brought him home...

Experiencia fantástica: Got my boy neutered here. They were very efficient and had no complications with the surgery even though he's a Six year old cat. When you show up for dropoff and pickup they have a sign on the door with directions on what to do. This process is very fast, so make sure you're there on time. Also they are very affordable.

Experiencia fantástica: I just had my 1yo bully spayed here. Everything went as expected. Drop off & pick up were fast & simple. Her incision has gotten many complements for being so clean. She was back to her normal self within hours of surgery. There has been no drainage, minimal swelling, & only the tiniest amout of bruising. The hardest part is keeping a 1yo bully calm for 2 weeks!
