Experiencia negativa: Do Not bring dogs with a traumatic past here. I brought my girl here and we adopted her about 5-6 years ago from a shelter who saved her from an abusive environment. I communicated to the techs that she is very skittish and has came from an abusive home. They either disregarded this remark or didn't have the necessary experience to understand the situation and handled her just as any dog. Due to this she did react negatively and bit a tech. They then came back and told me I was lucky that it didn't cause any bleeding otherwise they would've quarantined her at the pound. I am not sure how more clear I could be saying this dog came from an abused home and is skittish. She has never bitten anyone as long as I've had her but how my communication was disregarded and how she was handled escalated the situation unnecessarily which almost resulted the to quarantining my dog.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to let out 18 year old senior Chihuahua go as she was suffering from seizures and more. The staff at the clinic were incredibly gracious and caring and made this horrible time a lot more bearable. Our little lady passed peacefully and the clinic staff truly eased our minds and helped us say goodbye- in the way WE wanted to. I cannot recommend them enough! Our life without our little Isa is hard, but this office made it easier to bear.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to say goodbye to our beloved 16-year-old dog, Stryker, and it was one of the hardest days of our lives. Lafayette Veterinary emergency vet team treated Stryker with such dignity, gentleness, and compassion in his final moments. They gave our family the time we needed, explained everything with care, and made sure Stryker was peaceful and comfortable. We are forever grateful for the kindness they showed our sweet boy and for helping us through such a heartbreaking goodbye.

Experiencia negativa: On February 21st 2026 I CALLED THIS PLACE WITH AN EMERGENCY I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULDNT BE TILL 6:30 I COULD BRING MY PUPPY..I WAS TOLD TO CALL WHEN I ARRIVED..I CALLED WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT TO ASSIST..40 MINUTES WENT BY I THEN CALLED BACK AND ASKED HOW MUCH LONGER I HAVE TO WAIT..10 MINUTES LATER LYDNSEY COMES OUT AND WHEN SHE SEEN THE CONDITION OF BENTLY SHE IMMEDIATELY ADKED IF SHE COULD BRING HIM IN AND ADMINISTER OXYGEN DUE TO BENTLY TOUNGE BEING BLUE..SHE ALSO APOLIGIZED FOR NOT GETTING TO BENTLY SOONER BUT SHE STATED NO ONE LET HER KNOW WE HAD ARRIVED AND THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEN SHE WAS VERY UPSET..SEVERAL MUNUTES WENT BY BEFORE SOMEONE CAME OUT AND PUT ME IN A ROOM. AFTER SEVERAL (20) MINUTES WENT BY OF BENTLY BEING ON OXYGEN DR.LEONARDS ENTERS EXAMININ ROOM. I ADVISED DR.LEONARDS OF MY FINANCES AT THAT TIME..I ADVISED DR.LEONARDS IWOULD GET PAID ON FRIDAY THE 27TH I WOULD PAY WHATEVER I OWE.I WAS THEN TOLD BY DR.LEONARDS THEY COULD ONLY DO THE IMMEDIATE CARE I HAD ENOUGH FOR. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HE WOULD BE TREATING BENTLY WITH KENNEL COUGH WITHOUT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION HE NEEDED MORE MEDICAL ATTENTION.HE THEN PROCEEDS WITH INTRAVENOUS INJECTION OF LASIK. I WAS INFORMED DR.LEONARDS WAS SENDING BENTLY HOME WITH LASIK AND DOXYCYCLINE. I ASKED AT THAT TIME FOR THE FIRST DOSE OF DOXYCYCLINE BE ADMINISTERED BY DR.LEONARDS,HE REFUSED AND ADVISED ME TO GIVE IT WHEN I GET HOME. NOW WHEN BENTLY WAS DISCHARGED HE WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION WHEN ARRIVED AND THATS HOW HE WAS SENT HOME..SO WITH NOT HAVING ENOUGH FUNDS AT THE TIME MY SWEET BENTLY WAS DENIED THE EMERGENCY TREATMENT HE NEEDED..WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF BENTLYS SYMPTOMS PROGRESSING I THEN RUSHED HIM TO DR.ERIN OLSON WHERE BENTLY WAS PUT BACK ON OXYGEN..DUE TO THE FACT I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR LAFAYETTE VETERINARY CARE TO PROCEED WITH THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL ATTENTION HE NEEDED HE HAD TO BE EUTHANIZED..THIS IS ASHAME THAT OUR TEAM OF DRS ONLY WORRY ABOUT MONEY...MY PUPPY SHOULD OF BEEN ADMITTED AND TREATED FOR THE CORRECT MEDICAL ATTENTION HE SO GREATFULLY HE DERSERVED..I WORKED FOR DR.LEONARDS IN THE PAST AND WOULD OF NEVER THOUGHT HE WOULD LET MY SWEET BENTLY SUFFER TILL DEATH DUE TO MY FINANCES AT THAT TIME...I WILL BE CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY ON THIS MEDICAL MALPRACTICE MY SWEET BABY DIDNT DERSERVE..GOOD LUCK TO THOSE OF YOU STILL BRINGING YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HORRIABLE PLACE...

Penny wants to rate you guys a 10/10. She loved all the attention and treats coming from the Dr’s and vet techs! You guys are amazing thanks!

They have given the best of care from day one to both of my senior pets, right up until the end. My baby girl Beannie and Little Grey never had better doctors in all their years before. Experiencia fantástica: I had never been there before. I had my own vet in Opelousas. They werent open since it was a Sunday. My cat had injested something poison. They had to put him down. They were so kind about it. They said if I needed extra time with him they would leave me alone with him. I believe the drs name was Dr Patrick. His little asst was super sweet too. Everyone in there was really nice. I didnt think the price was bad for an emergency clinic either

Experiencia fantástica: Sam was very patient and helpful on the phone. She was transparent about pricing and what work my puppy would need to get done and patiently answered any questions I had. I am very thankful for her help. This was on 1/17/2025. As a first time dog owner she gave me a lot of valuable info on what vaccines my puppy would need, referred me to a low cost spay neuter center, answered any questions about vaccines, pricing, microchipping. just all around extremely knowledgeable and kind lady and im thankful for that. I did not go in for any vaccinations or procedures(yet) but I have a great starting point now.

Experiencia negativa: All this hospital cares about is your Money not your pet!!!! Don’t bring your dog there if you love them. I brought my dog there last night. Today I called to ask a simple question at 10 this morning about what I could feed her. I still haven’t had a call back yet! But they wanted me to make an appointment thought to get more money out of my pocket and into theirs!!! DONT GO THERE

Experiencia fantástica: Called Lafayette Veterinary Care Center after finding that my 13.5 year old lab had passed away. They are not my vet but it was after hours and I am so thankful they are open late. They were very compassionate when taking him for private cremation with Louisiana Pet Crematory. I received a beautiful urn with his ashes along with a paw print and nose print. I will forever be grateful for the end of life services by these two companies working together.

Their kindness brought us comfort during a difficult time, and we are truly grateful for the way they supported not only Jethro, but us as well. Experiencia fantástica: Nov 26th evening, I showed up with our 5 yr old goldendoodle without an appointment, a call, or ever being a patient. Everyone there treated us like any other regular that came in behind us. Their professionalism and compassion were very much appreciated. The tech in the room with us just loved and hugged our baby girl (Luna) while she was in the room. Thank you to all who helped us through an uncertain moment!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are truly incredible, compassionate and professional. I can’t imagine a better full service animal clinic. They immediately took my dog in that was involved in an accident, performed an intensive surgery at 10pm on a Friday night, and saved her life. It’s rare to see literally every person at a company that size be so welcoming and caring and I have experienced that every time I brought my pets in for routine appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: I was woken up to one of my dogs having a seizure and I thought he was dying. It was early in the morning and I was about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. I called Lafayette Veterinary Care and frantically explained what was happening, and they told me they could see us as soon as we got there, and they were waiting for my boy, Kobe Dragon, when we did. They ran some blood tests and everything seemed to be okay, and he's been doing okay all day, but I am very thankful they were there and ready to help. This seems like a very good vet!

Experiencia negativa: So we visited this facility, and was told that Febbie didn’t have any quality of life left and the best thing was to put her down. She was hit by a car and had a fractured pelvis, with a broken leg. Was told that it was $7000 to do a surgery, and the possibility of her being able to use it on her would be impossible. Well we did not choose that option. We knew that she would survive and her body would have healed on its own. Well, I just want to say WE ARE SO PROUD OF OUR DECISION AND FEBBIE HAS MADE A FULL RECOVERY. I was told it was impossible, BUT IT WAS POSSIBLE FOR HER. So I believe this vet was not in the best interest of providing the best medical advice for Febbie. And insisted on us to put her down. So if anyone has any questions or doubts about putting their furry baby’s down or told it’s the best option !!!!! please get a second opinion. Febbie healed on her own, she walks normally, and has every ability to live a long beautiful life. I just wanted to let this be known. What a shameful medical decision this could have been. And I hope yall take a step back a realize yall do NOT DO what’s the best for our furry animals. To everyone please seek another vet For assistance for your furry baby’s.❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia negativa: I'm really not sorry for this review but if a bill is going to be $600 for a freaking wellness check you should tell people prior I now cannot afford rent because of you guys. I've come here a few times and never paid nearly this much. I was not told that it would be this much on the phone or before any of the shots not everyone can afford prices like this. I've had several dogs over my life and never have paid this much money for a wellness check. I will never be returning here. I've taken sick animals to the vet before and don't pay $600 that's insane yall aren't located in los Angeles you're in Lafayette talk to your freaking clients. How am I supposed to afford a roof over their heads if yall are extorting your customers by giving them a bunch of shots I didn't ask you to give them. All my dogs have ever gotten was heartworm prevention and rabies not the 10 other things you decided to do on the fly. Save your money and go somewhere else. How do you now give your clients a quote WHEN ITS ALMOST $1,000?!?!?!? Yall have lost your minds that's not an oversight that's improper training and extortion telling someone the price after the fact of administering everything. I will be talking with my bank and lawyer about this and the fact that I had not one not two but three people try to get me to sign up for your wellness plan?!? Since when do I need to have a $40 a month subscription to have a dog?!?!? And then tried to push a credit card on me. Stop just stop all of this is disgusting business practice

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience here with our kitties have always been wonderful. The team is very caring and compassionate. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions. Always get a quick answer and have never had to wait for a call back. Truly appreciate the top notch care they provide! We have gone for medical care and also having to help one of our old boys cross the rainbow bridge and they were so sweet and comforting during the whole process.

Experiencia fantástica: Great practice but it is pricey. They have appointments 7 days a week, which is awesome. They offer acupuncture, xrays, ultrasounds and emergency vet care. Lots of vets to choose from too.

Experiencia negativa: This place is looking to get as much money for as little service as possible. Charged a full service for a follow up for X-rays only. Spoke to the doctor for all of 3 minutes and was charged a consultation fee of $70 when I had already payed that fee the day prior for the initial visit. Several test were charged but not fully performed due to the cat “not liking it”.

The staff was kind and compassionate. My girl was 14 years old and it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge. They let me stay and grieve until I was ready.

I’ve been bringing my many furbabies here since moving to Lafayette in 2021, and I highly recommend Animal Care Hospital to anyone looking for trusted, top-notch veterinary care.

Experiencia fantástica: I can not say thank you enough to the people that work here. We unfortunately had to bring our 12 year old Beau in to be put to sleep. The staff made us feel more comfortable about a tuff decision. They walked us through the process and were there for us every step of the way to answer questions. It’s has been 2 weeks since and we received a card in the mail signed by all of the staff. The entire staff here is super caring about the pets and pet parents they see. Follow-up appointments were made and he is doing much better with continued care and love. I would highly recommend bringing your fur babies to Lafayette Veterinary Care Center, you won’t regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been using Lafayette Veterinary Care Center for 10 years. We always get the absolute best treatment here. Wonderful staff, amazing doctors- great communication when they are taking care of our dog.

Experiencia negativa: I would like to start by saying Dr. Zac was great but the rest of this place is run horribly. I waited over an hour in the waiting room. I was told at checkout that my cat’s X-rays would be emailed to me. I never received them. I followed up three hours later and they said they would send them. Still nothing. I followed up again 12 hours later and was told it would take 24–48 hours because they were “busy.” I explained that I urgently needed the X-rays for a second opinion, as my cat still wasn’t eating or drinking and continued to decline, but that didn’t seem to matter. On top of that, two other vets have since told me that my cat should have been given fluids — something that was never offered during our visit. I spent $723 for terrible communication and questionable care. Extremely disappointing experience Oh and another time that my cat had surgery there, they sent her home with another patients meds and that patient was a dog. Update: due to my 1 star review, I received a letter in the mail stating I wouldn’t be allowed back to the clinic. A properly run business would apologize for the multiple mistakes and try to fix them. Not ban them from not coming back.

Experiencia negativa: All we ended up getting from these Dr's was a false hope we feel, the false hope comes in as a way to take more of your money, theyll keep you fed with false hope so you will pay more and more trying to save your pets life, just wish they were more honest up front. I paid them over 4k dollars trying to save our pet when in reality they knew the pet wasnt gonna make it from the start, vets are useless unless you need a vaccination or worm meds, completely useless. they cant save anything. Thanks for nothing

The staff is very helpful and understanding. I called with an emergency with my dog and they got me in in less than an hour. It's just an amazing place.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are very kind and professional, and there's even a special corner for cats owners to sit to help the cats feel more comfortable not as directly beside all the dogs! The vet was super nice, and patient with my nervous first time cat owner questions. They take even little concerns seriously, and are super gentle with the animals. It also was less expensive than I was expecting for both of my cats to get their yearly shots and checkups. 100% gonna be sticking with this care center for our kitties.

Experiencia negativa: This place is only worried about money!!!! They do not care about your pets well being or what happens at your home! My dog had his toe amputated on Thursday and he had already busted through his bandage and taken his stitches out, I have a cone and everything I can do in my power. I have missed classes and work due to him not being able to stop messing with his paw I have expressed many of these concerns with the doctors and team from day 1 before surgery telling them the kind of dog that I have and they have done NOTHING to help. The only thing they have done is mutilate my dogs paw and charge me $500 after the cost of surgery. The techs are nice and Dr. Patrick did great but whoever I have spoken too and delt with after surgery has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!! This is how they LEFT my dogs paw after I brought him in to get it closed the FIRST time the bandage came off

Experiencia negativa: We have taken my first dog here for the past 2 years with no issues. However, whenever my partner and I got our puppy, things started to go downhill. We had her put in the daycare program this care center and one day when I picked her up, she was sneezing, coughing and had a runny nose. The daycare staff didn’t mention anything to me and my other dog also quickly started sneezing and coughing. My puppy contracted kennel cough from either another infected dog or contaminated surface/object and brought it to my other dog from the daycare. They were both diagnosed with kennel cough here. Then in a recent visit about a few weeks ago, I believe it was a vet tech who asked me if I wanted to get bloodwork done on a general wellness visit on one of my dogs. I declined, saying that he needed to get it done anyway soon in another visit. She insisted on telling me it would be cheaper to do it now and kept pressing me on it. I said I’d think about it. When we went to the room with the Dr., I told her (the doctor) that I’d like to wait on his bloodwork because we’d have to do it again and I’d like less stress for him, even if it would be more expensive to wait. She looked at me and said it wouldn’t be more expensive to wait, that it would cost the same. That blew my mind. I understand that mistakes happen, but that made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve never had an experience like that here. And the final straw happened last week. I boarded both of our dogs there for the weekend for the first time. One of them came back just fine, but the other has had diarrhea for a week straight. My partner and I both called, he was told it didn’t sound like it was an emergency because she had no other symptoms. He called again a day or so later and was told she should’ve been brought in. We came in and did not get a definitive answer other than it was probably the stress of the boarding. I was told the dogs had a great time. A week of pure liquid being sprayed out of the wrong end tells me otherwise. I also asked for him to do a fecal test to test for any potential parasites. He didn’t do it, and now my other dog is sick too, again. We also disclosed that she was in heat, which is unfortunate because she needs to be spayed. For this appointment we had a different Dr. He said he actually preferred animals to be in heat for a spay because it elongates their uterus. What he did not mention is that spaying while in heat is generally not recommended and poses severe health risks (such as excessive bleeding). I had received a second opinion from another vet and was informed of the risks. I would never put my puppy in a situation where her life could be at risk for a matter of convenience. For these reasons, we can no longer bring our pets here

Experiencia negativa: It's taken me a while to share this terrible experience I had at this clinic. My pup went into what they described as anaphylaxis and they started treatment on her. Unfortunately they were not able to save her, I believe the doctor did what he could. However this 1 star review comes from the nursing staff. They told me I had 10 days to pick my dog up for burial or I could do the cremation through their vendor. I told them I didn't believe in cremation and I'd come back and get her when I made arrangements to get off work and be able to prepare for her burial. We'll 3 days later I go to pick her up and they tell me to pull up around back next to the dumpster and they'd bring her body out. Well come to find out one of the nurses forged documentation to have my girl sent to the crematory and said I gave "verbal consent". Which was a blatant lie, but not only that they originally lied and said it was the crematory mistake and they accidently took her when they were picking up the other dogs there to be cremated. I only found out they lied when I contacted the crematory and he showed he the documentation the nurses had lied about and said I gave verbal consent. They accepted no kind of accountability and lied up until the very end. I also had ordered a clay dog print in memory of my dog and recieved it. But I kept getting emails and messages that I needed to pick it up or it would be disposed of, so I thought maybe they made me a second one to try and make up for what happened. When I got there they said it was a mistake and they didn't have anything. Adding to my pain and turmoil. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. TERRIBLY COMMICATION AND SEEVICE THAT TIME AROUND. I should have sued with how much pain and grief they caused me. 0/10 recommended

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited with my baby and had a mixed experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, making the visit pleasant despite the circumstances. However, I was taken aback by the hefty price tag of $400 for just a visit and x-ray. This is not including medication costs. Unfortunately, I could not afford the medication and no discount, payment plan, or financial assistance was offered, which was disappointing given the financial strain and some of the reviews I’ve read stating it was offered to them. I wish there had been more consideration for the financial burden on pet owners.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to bring our cat, Snickers yesterday on Easter Sunday. I have to say even though she couldn't be saved. THe staff and doctor were absolutely amazing, they rushed her straight back and even with her in severe pain, she knew they were trying to help her. They allowed us to spend as much time with her as we needed. Although we are heartbroken from her loss, I am grateful for their kindness and empathy. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. This was our girl before her accident, just wanted to share how beautiful she was. I would give yall a 100 star rating. Thank you again and my God bless you all.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ali found two suspicious spots on our mini golden doodle during his annual exam and vaccinations. She called me herself several times throughout the diagnostic process and answered all of my questions and concerns. Thankfully both spots are benign and of no concern. We also get our doodles groomed here by Jackie. She always does such a great job & our dogs come home happy! So convenient to have a one stop shop for grooming and vet needs and the ability to have their vaccines and routine care while already at the facility for boarding! All the staff is so kind and professional.

They are such a blessing to the pet community and do everything in their power to help in any and every way they can. They even checked on our other baby the same night to make sure she was okay. My kitty was very sick when I brought her in, and I was obviously incredibly distraught. She came up with a plan and walked me through every step of the process. Experiencia fantástica: My pets have always received great care at LVCC, and recently the team helped with a serious health issue over the weekend, from trying the most conservative treatment options first to utilizing advanced methods like cold laser and acupuncture to coordinating a surgery referral to LSU. The compassionate & excellent care from Drs. Patrick, Garrott, and Ali made a stressful event much more manageable as they walked our dog and us through it.

Experiencia fantástica: We get our dogs groomed at Lafayette Veterinary Care Center. We have been going there for 4 years. The service is remarkable. Our groomer Michelle is so professional and so accommodating. She can do all cuts, and she is fantastic with the dogs as well. We would not go anywhere else! The best place ever! Our dogs agree!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Zac was very helpful and reassuring when I had to bring my dog in on Christmas Eve for coughing issues. Him and his techs were very kind and informative about giving his medicine and quarantine time. Props to all of them for working Christmas Eve and getting us in and out so quickly!

Experiencia negativa: Brought my Frenchie in because all of a sudden she couldn't put weight on her hind legs and in pain . So we rushed to the emergency vet here checked in 1040. Now to be transparent, i been here before before and service was ok. Also to be fair, i was told it will be 2hrs before Dr could see us but they will work us in, maybe a little before that. Now, here is my frustration, anger and disappointment, 5hrs later (3:40pm) Dr just came in exam room to see us and at least 3 walking behind us was seen be me when we was here 1st (as far the walk-in appt). Its worth mentioning i was the only African in that building and just keep getting passed over. Everytime i check in saying hey, it 2hr, hey its 3 hrs ,hey it 4hrs , then im pissed, now we get an exam room just to wait another 1hr . I set in the hall notice walking in after me have been seen. After 5 hrs for one xray . Dr Lauren went to see other patients and we waited another 1hr .... it 4:53 pm now, we leaving!

Experiencia fantástica: Had an amazing experience here. Got a puppy who hadn’t had vet care for about 4 months (vaccinations) and they took care of him amazingly. I will continue to take Odin (my puppy) to this clinic. We saw Dr Dusty and he was very sweet and knowledgeable. Didn’t push me to purchase anything extra and was very honest. Told me if Odins itchy skin condition didn’t clear up in a week or so to swing by for medicinal shampoo but said it would probably resolve on its own. Even sent us home with a bag of healthy treats! Have a follow up for booster shots in 3 weeks! Highly recommend!! Pricing is very transparent you can find it on their website! Love.

The staff were so polite and informative during the visit. Prices are reasonable. We will definitely be taking our baby back there for future visits!

Our dog was very well treated for an unexpected expierence that led to wound draining and antibiotics. The price was actually less than what we expected...and that was with the charge for 2 medications.

Looking at her when we arrived and couldn’t walk anymore I cried I just knew that this was the end of the road for my sweet baby girl, the staff helped get her into the back to be checked out. Khloé was in critical condition when she arrived and by the grace of God and the amazing vets and staff she made it out safely and is now home resting! I’m so appreciative of everyone who was there and help us I couldn’t ask for better people!! Thank y’all again for saving my baby girl

They were very caring when dealing with both Riley and me since I was a wreck. Dr Patrick figured out why Riley was having breathing problems and monitored her until she was stable. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been her twice. So far….The staff is beyond exceptional. The two veterinarians who have cared for my cats have treated them with kindness and empathy. Both times that I’ve been here, we are treated as if we’re being our children in for their doctor visits, and this is just the place I’d want to continue to provide care for my feline children. In addition to this, the hours of operation are better than most places. I’ll definitely be back as long as subsequent experiences continue to be great.

Experiencia fantástica: My boy had 2 surgeries within a few days. He needed post op around the clock care and the office that performed his surgeries doesn’t offer that. We were told that LVCC would offer excellent care but would be expensive. The prices are comparable to the vet who warned us how expensive they are, and I think they were worried we would switch to LVCC because of the level of care they provide. I didn’t meet all the doctors that cared for my sweet boy but I did meet Dr. Ali, Dr. Dusty, Dr. Garrott, and Dr Zac. They were all so amazing! All of the staff that I was in contact with via phone or in person were so kind and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for outstanding veterinary care.

We were seen very quickly and everyone from the front desk to the girl who walked us to the exam room to the vet was so sweet and knowledgeable. They treated our baby with so much compassion. I was greeted with compassion and assurance that they would take great care of us and they 500% followed through. The doctor and staff were so informative, sympathetic, caring and settled my heart. They were able to exam my baby without him getting crazy. 1st time ever in 11 years that I have brought by dog somewhere and he did not try to attack them, growl or fight them.. Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my fur baby to LVCC for years with Dr Patrick and we are always met with kindness and attentive care! Visits are thorough and communication is clear. Staff ensures all our questions/concerns are answered before leaving. We even had an emergency trip where my pup saw a different veterinarian than his usual, and yet care was still excellent. She took care of us, and communicated all information to his typical vet. It’s comforting to know that you’re in good hands regardless of who is caring for your pet. They are transparent in their pricing and procedural recommendations, which builds trust in their suggestions. I can’t imagine taking my pup anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: We took a week long vacation and needed a great place for our dog, Stanley. Stanley stayed in a suite and got the royal treatment. When I picked him up he was bathed with nails trimmed, etc... This is a great place to leave your family member ... if you love them.

Experiencia fantástica: The hardest decision I've ever had to make was the decision to put my 17 year old Min Pin Sammy to sleep. He was my first born. A Big little brother to my 16 and 7 year old sons. He was Highly intelligent, protective, loving and a corner stone for a large portion of my life. He was my travel buddy and had been to 36 states. He's been everywhere and seen everything at least twice. He was loved by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing him because he was special. He felt more human than dog. The staff here made my family, Sammy and I feel cared for and safe. They gave us time to say what we needed to say and time to give him the rest of our love before he went peacefully to the rainbow bridge. Some decisions are virtually impossible to make especially a decision like this. I highly recommend this staff to help make this decision as easy as possible.

Got a last-minute appointment, prescribed antibiotics and probiotics, and payed less than $200, not bad price at all. Staff was very nice, and called the next day to check on my cat. If I have another emergency, I will definitely go here
