During the recent transition I have had several visits and I have noticed only positive changes with the operation, staff and facility. Doctor's Farg's care has been nothing but genuine and sincere. Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and the nurse my kitty Chu- Chu had, he was amazing Again, I’m still highly recommend this vet place for all your loved pets ♥️ Took one kitty, and they tried to save it but died (duppy ) Great service ❤ hope the kitty we brought can be saved (media tigrita ❤️) Today, I took another kitty, and they gave some medications, took some blood for tests (Valentino ❤️) Took Coque an old kitty to check and she had a brain tumor, next day they called us to go discuss her options but she died while we were outside waiting to see her and talk to the doctor (Coque ) My baby Valentino was acting extrange and took him to the vet. He had a stroke in there in the waiting room, and the doctor told me to leave him for exams and medication until the next day, after 2 hours of leaving him at the doctor's, I received a call letting me know he died I'm so sorry, baby Valentino. Please forgive me for not saving you. (Valentino-Tapatio ) My baby beauty (dog), she was old and was put to sleep here. Super good service, everybody was so kind

Experiencia fantástica: I was thankfully given an appointment and seen within two hours of calling around to other clinics for my dog who had a sudden abscess appear. The initial work up exam was $69, which was very fair considering how quickly she was seen and other urgent cares in the area were charging $85-$100 starting. I cannot stress this enough, how kind and compassionate the tech Lorenzo was. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met and was so patient and supportive during the stressful visit we had. Dr. Abrams was very thorough and honest about the best treatment we should take, alternatives, and gave us time to consider our options. We will be back later this week for a follow up after my dogs surgery, and I’m beyond grateful for this clinic and everyone’s help. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: One star is generous for this experience. I brought my dog here for surgery after multiple UTIs. I felt confident in the doctor’s plan and the estimate provided. When I finally scheduled (after some delay on my part), I was told the estimate was outdated and agreed to an additional $150. That was fair. What wasn’t fair was what followed. Within hours of dropping her off, I received multiple calls adding more and more charges — bloodwork, medications, and several hundred dollars beyond what I had already paid in full at drop-off. I understand estimates can change, but the repeated add-ons throughout the day felt unprofessional and lacked transparency. What if I hadn’t been able to afford it? Communication was inconsistent and frustrating. I was told by a tech to call at 4:30 pm because she should be out of surgery. Later, I was told that was untrue and she wouldn’t be out until 8 or 9 pm. When I said I felt uncomfortable and wanted to pick her up if surgery hadn’t started, I was suddenly told she was already prepped and lightly sedated. She ended up having surgery around 4:30 pm. I arrived before 6 pm for pickup and waited until after 7 pm. Her 5-day follow-up was just as disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early for a scheduled appointment and overheard staff say the doctor had gone to lunch. After waiting, I was told to come back later. It was pouring rain, my dog was stressed, and this was a booked appointment. We ultimately waited 55 minutes to be seen for a five-minute exam. At her 10-day suture removal, I was told she was good to go. Days later, I found four sutures still in place. I brought her back and waited over an hour again. Then on 02/26/2026 — over two months after her 12/19/2025 surgery — I found yet another suture still embedded. I had to remove it myself. After the stress, the added costs, the long waits, and the repeated oversights, this is unacceptable. Kim at the front desk and one technician were kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, aside from them, the experience felt disorganized and at times borderline negligent. I also encourage anyone reading this to review the ratings carefully. The clinic offers a $10 discount in exchange for a 5-star review. Keep that in mind when evaluating the overall score. We trust veterinarians with our pets. This experience did not reflect the level of care and professionalism that trust requires.

Experiencia fantástica: While other animal hospitals straight up turn you down because they are busy, Loma Linda is transparent in letting you know you can be seen with a wait. Not only that, but the quality of work done for the price you pay is reasonable. The receptionist, Katelyn, has great attention to detail and behind the scenes Lorenzo is great! Definitely recommend giving this place a shot.

Experiencia negativa: The vet coming in for less than 30 seconds then saying they would be back in two minutes after we have already been waiting over an hour for a 3:45 appointment (currently 5:05) is truly ridiculous. It has been 10 minutes since the vet said he needed two more minutes and we are still waiting for care. Really unfortunate as we were really hoping this office would live up the their reviews. Jaqueline the technician was excellent. Update* No one came back until we went out and requested care at about 5:15; the vet said the reason he did not talk is bc our dog was too loud, so he sent in the technician. I pointed out the disconnect that the technician was capable of speaking/listening/communicating and he apologized with no further action. He disclosed that he had been bit by German shepherds before as a reason for him not speaking and deemed our dog (in a vest, short leash, and cone) as aggressive. Prior experience with other dogs resulted in our dog not receiving fair and appropriate care. We decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: This place is garbage the vet does not care about our fur baby’s. I was unable to put zero stars so had to put one in order to do the review. My fur baby was sent home with medication her labs were fine that’s what I was told she received an IV and some medication through Iv so they say I thought moving forward she was gonna be ok we got home and she did not last very long we lost our fur baby how can she be fine and then not. Where Is the sense of honesty and compassion at least I would have been able to prepare my kids and myself for the worst if this so called wack job of a vet actually cared.Its all about the money at this place then they had the audacity to offer me a credit. Is that going to bring her back you should not be in this line of business if you don’t care moving forward be honest with the customer.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for the caring and wonderful staff at Loma Linda Animal Hospital. My dog Lacey and Cooper originally were seen by Dr. Sig For many years. Doing the hospital transition I had to change veterinary care and found my 14 year old Lacey could not get appointments when needed on many occasions. The last month of her life this happened again, I remembered Loma Linda Animal Hospital, I called and was able to get her Care the same day, I found many changes in facility and scheduling. Dr. Farag, Cabrera And staff were professional, warm and caring. The next few weeks they took good care of Lacey and was there for us whenever needed, I could depend on them for medical advice and her care. When losing Lacey staff was there for us and was able to handle whatever was needed. Thank you, Katelyn, Bonnie, Sammy Joe, Kim and Kelsey, for remembering Lacey, doing our difficult time of loss, this meant so much to us!

Experiencia negativa: We took our little kitten to this vet and we spent so much money the past weeks to see what is going on with him but they said he should be fine with the medication they gave him. Then we took him to another vet ( a good professional place) and we found out he has a almost life threatening disease. I recommend you dont go to this place.

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE anyone reading this do not take your pets here the only thing they care about is your money. I took my cat here because she wasn't looking like herself when I arrived they asked what was wrong with her I explained and told me to sit down and fill out Forms which is not bad at all but after they called me in and took her temperature and checked her out (literally just grabbed her and looked at her) they said she might have an intestinal blockage it will be 900$ just to see what it is... didn't seem right so I just denied the service and said I'll just pay the consultation fee they said OK and left came back again and said that the doctor said they can reduce to 800$... for the same exam just minus like some medicine I said no and they left again, came back once more and said that the doctor could give my cat medicine and at this point I agreed cause I was really worried for my cat and I wanted her to get some help AND THEN THEY FINNALLY LET ME LEAVE I go to two different more hospitals and my cat was diagnosed with an infection THAT IS HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS AN SHOULD NOT BE AROUND OTHER CATS IT WAS NOT AN INTESTINAL BLOCKAGE AND I PAID LESSSS, NOW SHE IS OKAY AND HEALTHY AGAIN she was given antibiotics and some medicine to take home DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE TO LOMA LINDA.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to several vets all over the IE, and this one truly stands out. From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind, even allowing us to come in the same day with only a few hours’ notice. Everyone we interacted with was warm, patient, and clearly pet people, which instantly made me feel at ease. Dr. Cabrera was exceptional. He took his time explaining procedures, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and even taught us a few helpful tips for future care. You can genuinely tell he chose this profession because he truly cares about animals and their families. Our vet tech Bree was also amazing and reassuring, making sure we knew that Luna was in great hands every step of the way. The front desk staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. You can feel the passion this entire team has for what they do, and that makes all the difference. I’m beyond happy with our experience. This will absolutely be our new vet ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I am extremely happy with the care that both my pets received (Inkspot and Toby). The staff are always friendly and have something kind to say about your pet in a way that lets you know your pet is not just a number. Most recently, Toby had surgery and I was so thankful to Dr. Cabrera for his care, kindness, and skill. He is always very patient and glad to answer any questions or explain how the procedure will go. I also want to thank Kaitlyn and Will for their care and discharge instructions for Toby. The tech, whose name I sadly didn't get, with long black hair was extremely gentle with Inkspot (separate visit). Overall, my experience has been very positive with the doctors and staff, and their pricing is very reasonable.

Experiencia negativa: They don't apologize when they make a mistake. Their default for any time delays is "there was an emergency " but for pet owners there waiting in the lobby, you can tell they were untruthful. They have several vets on duty and my animals case was put on the back burner. They also swing cats around in the cages while they carry them. It's not professional, its all about the money for them.

Experiencia negativa: 1st let me start with Lorenzo is AMAZING! I would give him 6 stars if I could. The rest of the experience HORRIBLE. I felt like I was buying a new car and they were trying to add Gap insurance, extended warranty, etc. They tried to say my cat with a sore leg needs to be tested for leukemia because he is an indoor/outdoor cat. $500 and 3hrs to tell me it's not broke and he probably got into a fight. $50 for the antibiotics. SMH. Dr. Sig was the best and was about the Animals and not the money. The new group only cares about the money. Won't recommend, definitely won't go back. Sad because it used to make me feel better too take my pets there. Now I feel used.

Experiencia negativa: For 1 vaccine we had to wait over 1 hour and 30 mins while we had appointment for it. Do not go this place unless you have no other option. They had excuse that there were emergency situations but I am sure they say same thing to everyone, every time.

Experiencia negativa: I'm not sure quite how to explain this but I recently went in to have my dog checked the first thing I told the receptionist was that I think my dog had a abdominal obstruction because it hasn't eaten for a couple of days they they said it was parvo so they took a test they told me it came back positive. Oh and I had to pay that first before any other examinations.They treated it for parvo and sent me home with almost $700 worth of medication I wasn't satisfied with that decision but I paid it. I figured I'd start the medication the next day, I look out the window of my dog is trying to have a bowel movement and I saw something coming out of her I went outside she was trying to dispose of a rag that she had swallowed soon after that the dog is playing fetch running around playing with my other dogs parvo doesn't go away overnight I called and they said that I denied x-rays I was never asked that they were going to do X-rays that's what I went in for an obstruction why would i decline xrays, not one time did they suggest x-rays right away they said it was parvo I looked at the paperwork they gave me it did say that I refused x-rays and it said that I denied some other treatments which were never suggested. I asked the manager what do I do with the unused medications that never were opened she said just to throw them away I figured they would have been nice enough to say bring them back and will credit you on some service so now I paid over $700 to watch my dog poop out a rag.She is running around going to the dog park fetching the ball never again will I go to Loma Linda. Oh by the way, they have a form you fill out with questions about your dogs symptoms and history that the Dr is supposed to read then call you in to discuss. When I paid and was leaving I noticed my form of information was still on the counter, so I told the receptionist Oh I guess you don't need this, the Dr never looked at it.

They love there jobs and they love the animals. My two dogs were treated excellent. Making an appointment is easy and they allow walk ins. Loved it there.

Experiencia negativa: I can't recommend this vet to anybody. Loma linda animal hospital used to be owned by a life long vet, his and his staffs services gave you a friendly and personal experience. It was inexpensive and the staff always seemed sincere. However, under the new ownership prices have skyrocketed and instead of the targeted expertise of a life long vet you have what feels like a private equity firm draining your wallet dry. I brought my dog in the usual stomach issues he has had and was instead of doing initial analysis they wanted to do every test they possibly have to solve my dogs diaharra and stomach problems. Initial services they wanted to provide also included medication? How does a doctor prescribe medication before knowing whats wrong with the patient. This place is a scam. Don't go. Find a friendly personable vet that won't try to make you broker than we all already are.

Experiencia fantástica: The best Pet Clinic I've ever been to! The whooole staff definitely are animal lovers. I've taken my baby, Boom Boom, to a few vets for over 10 years, and this the first time ever that the both of us like a vet Clinic. They take your pet's care very seriously, and the vet is so patient and makes sure you understand and doesn't look irritated to ask questions. Every single visit. If my Boomy is at ease... then that says a lot. She could be a cranky lady. The nurses always help me get her in and out of my car. She had surgery on her leg, and she's a 10 year old, 185 lbs Great Dane, so... I needed the help, and they were happy to help too. She doesn't like males, but she likes the male nurses, she likes the male vet. Amazing.

Experiencia negativa: Two years ago I paid $700 to Dr. Sig (meds included) For my cat's urinary blockage, 11 day stay with a catheter. I paid when I picked him up. At the time I thought that was a lot of money but once I seen the results I knew it was worth it. When I took him in my cat was peeing blood. I recently had to take him back As I Stopped giving my cat his prescription food, I thought it was just the one off. But clearly , I was wrong. This time , under the new ownership , which I was not made aware of, I was charged $5000 , and they kept him less than twenty four hours. They wouldn't even examine him until it was paid in full up front. I knew he would be reblocked and sure enough he was. So I took him somewhere else , and I could only afford to have the catheter , put in him again for 2 days. I knew that was not enough, but I had no other options. He did get blocked again, but I prayed and waited it out and he cleared up.\n I cannot begin to explain how stressful the situation is to see the pet you love and are responsible for in such pain and the stress of the staff offering you a $400 package to euthanize your beloved pet. If you love your pets, Do not bring them here to Loma Linda Animal Hospital. They bill you for work that they don't even perform. Find somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful and sweet staff, thorough and gentle vet! It was my rescues first vet visit ever today at over a year old. She was reassured with love and treats and I really appreciated the care we received today. I recommend bringing your fur babies here for any concerns or check ups. We will definitely be coming back for anything we need. Thank you for making this visit a positive experience for both of us. Also everything was clean and there was no problem finding parking.

Experiencia negativa: This place is for far the worst I been. Friday we went for a ear flush, we paid $270 for the procedure they told us they would do. They ended up not doing the ear flush they just did cleaning with Q-tips. We came back to let them know our dog had the ear so durty. They didn't even touch his ears!! This is so frustrating because nobody in here is willing to help. If you could go to another place, please do. 3hr here and they didn't help at all

Experiencia negativa: ⭐ If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. ⭐ Sadly, the old vet who used to work here is gone — and the new management is completely different. The positive reviews you see from before are no longer relevant. We brought our 1-year-old Golden Doodle because of a paw infection. Our first visit cost around $1,000 (for wound cleaning, sedation, antibiotics, and bandaging). The vet told us to return in two days to check the healing. When we came back, they said the paw wasn’t improving and immediately tried to sell us another round of treatment for about $1,400 more — on top of what we had already paid just two days earlier. We kindly declined because it was too expensive and we wanted a second opinion. Instead of showing any compassion or professionalism, they made us wait 40 minutes, saying they were “wrapping him up.” When they finally brought our dog out, his paw was bleeding and completely unbandaged. They didn’t even try to offer a cheaper alternative, cover his wound temporarily, or suggest doing just one treatment instead of a full 14-day plan. They simply refused to help because we “didn’t pay.” Couldnt even cover it with our OWN sock that we had. We didn’t decline care — we declined the $1,400 upsell. After paying $1,000 just two days before, they still sent our dog home bleeding and uncovered. This place does not care about animals, only about money. Any real animal hospital would have at least covered his wound or offered a compassionate option instead of letting a dog walk out in pain and open wound. Shame on you. I saw bunch of new customers, please RUN AWAY far as you can

Experiencia fantástica: Our precious boy shook his ear into a hematoma and as soon as we were able to, brought him to Loma Linda Animal Hospital. Having not been there before caused anxiety but after stepping into the clean waiting room and talking with the staff, all worries subsided. Meeting with Dr. Cabrera we felt confident in him taking care of our guy. With help from Angel, our finance options were finalized and all that was left to do was wait for the procedure to be done. Experiencia negativa: Under new management, this place is very expensive. My dogs has diarrhea and vomiting, and it costs me $940 for tests (blood work and X-ray) and another $300 for medication. Total $ 1200 plus for one visit. So just be prepared! The waiting includes the visit-time for this is about over 3 hours, very long. The previous Vets who own this place before much reasonable. Overall this place is very overpriced for me.

Experiencia fantástica: My puppy had a health emergency that could have been deadly, but thanks to the excellent care from Dr. Khalil and the very thoughtful and kind vet tech Bree, he was able to recover and continue healing at home after two days of hospitalization. Bree went above and beyond to keep communication open and provide continuous updates on his health. The staff is friendly, and the clinic is being remodeled, so it looks newer and cleaner. I would trust my little pup’s care to them again without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: All staff are very friendly, went in due to my dog being in a lot of pain in his back leg(s) we did have a bit of a long time to wait but once we were seen the vet was informative and prescribed my dog some meds. Meds weren’t as helpful as expected so called them again to schedule a sooner appointment and was seen two days later, on second appointment we were seen faster and out in less than an hour.

Experiencia negativa: I took my cat in to be seen a few weeks ago for a respiratory infection and a rash on their body with missing hair. The vet was only concerned about the respiratory infection. When I mentioned the skin problem he said they aren't too concerned about that now. Now I have two cats who are covered in ringworm and suffering from it, because the vet overlooked it. If he would have acknowledged it then my cats would not be in this much discomfort now. There would be no need for me to return to the vet and pay more. I am upset by this. My cats can barely walk.

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to this place for 40 yrs, until the doctor resigned and sold his medical practice to someone else new, ever since then there’s been a lot of changes, many high prices as surgery teeth, cleaning medicine. My fur baby went in for surgery, and I was quoted an amount that was outrageous, I got a hold of someone that said they were bringing the price down and we had agreed on it, the day of the surgery. I was told that I was going pay an amount that was very high and it was something that I did not agree on and I felt misled, I had to go back-and-forth with them to bring the bill down, and to top it off the person that I have spoken with didn’t even put me in the schedule for that surgery or even document the price we had agreed on. when I picked up my fur baby from surgery the way they stitched my fur baby. It seems like a five-year-old went ahead and did it, it was so horrible. Now I can’t complain about the staff. They were very nice and understanding with this misleading price, never got to meet the doctor that did this stitching on my fur baby. I wish I would’ve met him, but it didn’t end up that way I had to speak to the assistant helper, which is I feel it was not professional of the Doctor sending someone else out besides himself. all in all I will never take my fur baby back there again. I wish the other doctor that resign did not give up his malpractice, but I get it. We have to resign sometime. Do I recommend this place? No, not for the way. My fur baby came out from the surgery as of today. Her scar looks horrible, honestly I could’ve did it myself.

Experiencia negativa: We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cabrera, Tasha the manager and Selene the first tech after the surgery my dog needed. They were all wonderful and I'm sad we can never go back. If it were only them I dealt with, I would give a 5 star rating. However, Marlene ruined the entire process for us. While trying to convince me to keep my dog for another day of overnight "monitoring" (there is no over night worker, my dog would've been alone) and for me to pay another $1,000, she spoke to me condescendingly and wouldn't listen to me that my dog needed to go home in order for us to see improvement in her demeanor and for my dog to heal properly. Every time I explained my dogs regular personality, she would interrupt me and speak to me like I'm stupid. Marlene singlehandedly ruined the entire experience and caused this one star rating. As long as she's there, I will never return. I'm sure more people will complain if she keeps treating people like they are dumb.

And on top of that waited in the room for a vet to come for 45 minutes. And they still didn’t end up coming to give my dog the shot, they took him to the back. Which they could have done from the start since they said the vet was busy. Very disorganized. After the visit I went to go pay and the guy didn’t even acknowledge me and started eating his jelly sandwich. This guy looked like he was wearing colored contacts, facial hair, had a lot of attitude and he works your front desk around 3:30- 6:00pm is when I was there. You managers should really review camera footage.

Experiencia negativa: Loma Linda Animal Hospital was recently sold. Beware! The new owners, or at least the new veterinarians only have one priority and that is to make money by recommending services and products pets don't need. I took my dog in to have his ear checked because he had been shaking his head. The Vet took a swab from both ears and immediately said they were infected. Um, apparently he hasn't seen ear wax in dogs before. Then I was quoted $95 for ear cleaning, $85 for an injection (what?), Gabapentin, Cytology (microscopic exam) of the ear wax, all totaling around $409. Pure scam!! I paid the $55 exam fee and as I was about to walk out the technician came back and said I could just buy some ear cleaner for $19 and clean the ears myself. 2 days of at home ear cleaning and my dog is back to normal. This is the second time the same vet tried to sell me on injections and unnecessary services. DO NOT TRUST THE NEW OWNERSHIP, save your pet and your wallet by going somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I've been here multiple times within these last couple years for different pets of mine but this recent visit was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I chose to come here because it was the only place with within like a 75 mile radius from where I live that has decent prices. I went down there because I had to make the hard decision to put my 12 year old dog to rest due to her illness like cancerous tumors on her body and spine that literally was making her hurt and couldn't do things she liked anymore. The appointment was at 11:45 and then was put in a private room around 12 something. I had 2 different people come in asking what was happening and I had to explain multiple times that I needed to put her to sleep due to many things and they would go ok let me get the stuff. Over 2 hours pass and still nothing and my dog had severe anxiety and she was screaming and crying in the room because she didn't know what was going on. We had to continuously call out to somebody to do something because she was getting restless and I was getting irritated. There was even a moment when I believe one of the nurses came into our room to clean and was surprised because they didn't even know people were in the room. Then the Dr comes in when they are trying to put the iv thing in her arm in the back and talks to me like I'm a child being saying we can't undo this once it's done and had the audacity to tell me he looked at her and saw nothing wrong and that he didn't want to euthanize a perfectly healthy dog which was a blatant lie and was talking down on my decision. And while I know they were having renovations to the building he was very rude the the workers that were outside our door when I was trying to speak with him on yet again why my dogs quality of life has declined rapidly. He soon left and then we were left there for like another hour and then another nurse came in and then gave her the shots. I already had made the after care plans before hand that weren't with this hospital, so they helped put her in my car. I didn't get to leave there until 3pm!! After this whole thing, I was so glad I decided to pay before everything because I felt that due to like 5 different people coming in and asking me the same thing and the doctor treating me like a child I felt like they would have added another charge. I made the appointment earlier in the day so I could morn with my family and friends for the rest of the day but but being treated badly for about 5 hours ruined it greatly for me. I have other pets but from this unfortunate time I will be looking for a different vet.

Experiencia negativa: I'm honestly so sad and disappointed. I once brought by dog back in 2020 for a completely broken leg(had reconstruction surgery) and after the whole surgery, medication anesthesia and 2 day board Dr. SIG only charged me $700. A couple days ago I went in and wanted them to look and treat a wound that my dog had from a fox tail. Tell me why I waited 2 hours just for them to quote me $1,400 to treat a small foxtail wound. I am deeply saddened and disappointed that in this place you can no longer get affordable health care for your pet. To all the people who sued Dr.Sig i hope you are happy. You deprived low income people with pets off the only pet care some could afford. You hurt so many pets for your greed. Sadly I couldn't pay that and left as it seemed ridiculous that it was twice the cost of bone reconstruction surgery. I tried my best to clean the wound myself and thank God it healed all on its own. He still has a cough but I definitely won't be taking him to loma linda animal hospital. DR.Sig would sometimes even care for homeless people's pets( at no cost to them) and he is no longer there. Don't come here. It's no longer affordable. :(

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience- Dishonest and Overpriced! I brought my dog to Loma Linda Animal Hospital because she was shaking her head, tilting it to the left, and scratching her left ear. After waiting for over 2.5 hours just to be seen, I explained to the vet her symptoms and suspected that she may have a foxtail in her left ear. He examined her left ear and confirmed there was a foxtail. But then he said he found some in the right ear too, even though my dog showed zero symptoms on that side. The moment he said that, I got a bad feeling. Then came the ridiculous estimate of $482 to remove the foxtails (which included exam, sedation, medications, and other questionable fees). They charged me $69 for the exam that they were dishonest about! I didn't feel comfortable proceeding, so I took my dog to a different animal hospital for a second opinion. They did a full body exam (something the Loma Linda vet didn't bother with), checked both ears, and confirmed what I already suspected, only ONE foxtail in the left ear. They removed it without sedation or unnecessary medication and simply applied ointment (total cost $118). It's obvious the vet at Loma Linda tried to scam me with unnecessary procedures. They don't care about your pet's health, just about your wallet. This place is dishonest and untrustworthy! I would never bring my pet here again, and I strongly urge others to stay away!

New ownership will have you taking out a 2nd mortgage before examining your pet, they will leave your howling dog in the room with you till you caugh up ALL the money.. a $40 boarding fee is now $1,600. If you display any signs of financial hardship they will present their cremation packages, which are the price I used to pay Dr. Leonard Sigdestad to heal my pet. This is so sad . Atleast they were nice

Experiencia negativa: I would legitimately give this facility a zero star rating if I could! For background purposes, I'll state that I've gone to this vet for years, despite the wait times being ridiculously long; the only "pro" here is the prices --it's extremely cheap compared to most (if not all) vets in the area, but what you don't pay for in money, you will be paying in time, I promise you that. I switched vets simply because I was tired of spending my entire day off here when I scheduled an "appointment." Recently, I contacted this hospital to obtain my cat's rabies certificate. The girl on the phone told me the other vet didn't register that (insane, right?) --the original vet was practicing without a license and had multiple allegations against him from my understanding, so the records were and are all over the place. Luckily, she found my cat's rabies paperwork and assured me that my cat is covered until 2026. I walk inside the "updated/renovated" space and sign in. Of course, as usual, no one greets you or acknowledges you --which is fine. I wait around until eventually, I ask if I can pick up some paperwork. The guy at the counter appears bothered with my question but nonetheless, directs me to someone (the girl I spoke with on the phone) who can help me: she tells me she's going to make copies, OK great! I now have it in my hands. I don't work in this field, but what I do know is that the paperwork in itself is a jumbled mess and it barely passes recognition of what it is. I take my cat to Petsmart to have her nails cut, but the grooming salon has a problem with reading the paperwork (which, is understandable) so they call Loma Linda Animal Hospital to verify. Guess what they say? "Sorry, we can't find them at this time." I get on the phone and ask how that can be when I literally have the paperwork in physical form in my hands? I ask "If you can't find them at this time, then when can you?" She claims the original girl who helped me must've "misplaced the paperwork after she made copies" and honestly, that blows my mind more than anything else --what she told me with that statement is that this animal hospital is (and always has been) poorly organized. I'm asking for a simple vaccine record, and you can't even provide that? Even the people at Petsmart were stunned --turns out that they too have heard bad things about this place. Well, I've experienced it firsthand, many times. Unfriendly staff and the incompetency shows immensely. Fortunately, for me, I can have my new vet take care of this without an issue; it just created a mild nuisance for me. For anyone looking for a vet that can be held accountable, who is professional and thorough, see ANY vet at Heritage Animal Hospital in Fontana --absolutely, one thousand percent am so happy to say that I switched vets long ago and will never go back. Thanks guys, for refreshing my memory as to why this place was shut down in the first place and why it has such a bad reputation!

Definitely would recommend this office for your pet needs! 5/15 Update: we had our dog neutered today. Dr Andrew's was very kind called after the surgery to go over everything even though the Tech already had. The tech that helped me this morning was very kind and and our 7mo old puppy who was happy to go with her. However, my experience when I arrived was nothing to brag about. I had an appointment at 815 I was told not to arrive earlier as others with an 8am appt would be checking in. I arrived promptly at 815, wrote my name on the sign in sheet and waited. Four other people arrived after me including one that mentioned she had an 830 appt. All four others names were called and given paperwork to complete and I still was not helped. When I questioned whether or not I was going to be help the young man behind the desk snapped and asked if I had signed in, which of course I had. He told me to have a seat they would be with me shortly. Long story short, I finally was given paperwork to complete, paid and walked out at 9am! If you make an appointment, it is obviously just a suggestion of about what time to be there. It is not actually an appointment time. Be prepared to wait! Other than that the rest of the staff were great!!

Experiencia negativa: Under new management PROS - scheduling and able to get in same Day /week was great. Dr Cabrera was caring and listened to my pets needs. CONS- told for second scheduled pet I would get a discount and it wasn’t applied to the bill. I went for 1 thing for each of my pets and came out with estimates for each over $2k. The actual treatments I needed were still over priced and I know cause I’ve had 1 pet have procedure before and it was no where near the same cost. The added items and “suggestive care” makes you want to run and never come back. We won’t be returning and for now go to our older Vet in another county until we can find a decent affordable one close by

Experiencia fantástica: Great animal hospital located in San Bernardino. I brought my large pit in for his vaccinations. The scheduling system was easy online and they reached out via phone to set an appointment with fairly quick turn around. They are highly recommended by my friends so that’s why I brought my boy here ! Good experience and recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Under New Ownership! Greed is real in humanity, I understand this is a business and California is expensive. But to understanding when you are taking advantage of people should still be of interest in a veterinarian clinic. The previous owner had 30+ patients daily because he never overpriced his treatments and was fair knowing how expensive day to day cost already make it hard to feed our families he didn’t let greed he was humble with his gifts and that is why abundance followed him through his career. New owner is unreasonably priced.

Experiencia negativa: I recently visited this veterinary clinic and was deeply disappointed by their practices. The care feels more like a business scheme than genuine concern for animals. I paid $450 for a single X-ray and exam, which is outrageously overpriced compared to other clinics in the area. It’s hard to ignore the sense that they’re exploiting sick pets to pad their profits—especially when you hear the vet just bought a new house. The staff was dismissive when I questioned the fees, and the overall experience left me feeling ripped off. Pet owners deserve transparency and fair pricing, not a clinic that preys on our love for our animals. Avoid this place if you can.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the nicest vet ive been to in the area with quality care. They were thorough with my pet and Im sure to come back here. Theyre expensive but still reasonable compared to other places. Give them a try, they'll take good care of your babies.
